L'invention concerne un système de conversion de polarisation comprenant : un boîtier (1) formant un espace de réception étanche, des ailettes de dissipation de chaleur (17) étant disposées sur le boîtier (1) ; et un module de conversion de polarisation (2) situé dans l'espace de réception. Par conséquent, la présente invention améliore l'effet anti-poussière du module de conversion de polarisation (2), et améliore les performances de dissipation de chaleur du système de conversion de polarisation, prolongeant ainsi la durée de vie du système. L'invention concerne en outre un projecteur.
