技术领域
本发明涉及清洁技术领域,特别是涉及一种便于握持操作的清洗设备。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,很多清洁设备逐渐脱离了其原先笨重的结构,越来越轻便,且便于操作,例如清洗机。现清洗机将泵、电机集成在手持壳体内,吸入水流加压后喷射而出,结构简单、便于操作,具有多种使用场景,例如应用于清洗车、墙面、户外家具、路面等,为人们的生活带来便利。
针对不同的使用场景,用户需要握持所述清洗机以不同的姿态完成清洗,握持易造成疲劳,影响所述清洗机的人机体验。
发明内容
基于此,有必要针对上述技术问题,提供一种操作舒适,减少疲劳且清洗效果更好的清洗设备。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用了下列技术方案:一种清洗设备,其特征在于:
包括喷枪组件,所述喷枪组件包括喷枪壳体,所述喷枪壳体包括用于供用户握持的握持部、与所述握持部呈角度设置的喷射部,所述握持部和所述喷射部围设形成夹持空间,所述喷枪壳体上开设有用以供流体介质进入的进液口以及用于供流体介质喷出的出液口,所述出液口位于所述喷射部上;
主机组件,所述主机组件与喷枪组件分体设置,所述主机组件包括电机、由所述电机驱动的泵;
电源组件,其设置在所述喷枪组件上;
连接附件,其连接于所述喷枪组件和所述主机组件之间,所述连接附件用于连通所述进液口和所述泵的出口,以及电连接所述电源组件和所述电机;
所述电源组件安装于所述喷枪组件上时,两者的重心G0位于所述夹持空间 内,且所述握持部沿垂直于其延伸方向朝向所述喷射部的投影覆盖所述重心G0沿垂直所述握持部的延伸方向朝向所述喷射部的投影。
与现有技术相比,所述清洗设备操作舒适,减少疲劳,能够提高清洗设备整体的人机体验。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述电源组件位于所述夹持空间内。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述电源组件为两个电池包,

主机组件,所述主机组件与喷枪组件分体设置,所述主机组件包括电机、由所述电机驱动的泵;
电源组件,其设置在所述喷枪组件上;
连接附件,其连接于所述喷枪组件和所述主机组件之间,所述连接附件用于连通所述进液口和所述泵的出口,以及电连接所述电源组件和所述电机;
所述电源组件安装于所述喷枪组件上时,两者的重心G0位于所述握持部的中点靠近所述喷射部的一侧,且重心G0与所述握持部的中心在沿垂直于所述喷射部延伸方向上的距离为30-80mm,重心G0与所述握持部的中心在沿平行于所述喷射部延伸方向上的距离为20-70mm。
与现有技术相比,所述清洗设备操作舒适,减少疲劳,能够提高清洗设备整体的人机体验。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是 全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
需要说明的是,当组件被称为“装设于”另一个组件,它可以直接在另一个组件上或者也可以存在居中的组件。当一个组件被认为是“设置于”另一个组件,它可以是直接设置在另一个组件上或者可能同时存在居中组件。当一个组件被认为是“固定于”另一个组件,它可以是直接固定在另一个组件上或者可能同时存在居中组件。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本发明的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本发明的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例的目的,不是旨在于限制本发明。本文所使用的术语“或/及”包括一个或多个相关的所列项目的任意的和所有的组合。
请参阅图1-6,本发明提供一种清洗设备100,其包括喷枪组件10、主机组件、电源组件20,电源组件20用以为主机组件提供动力对流体加压,以使加压流体从喷枪组件10喷射而出至清洗表面上,实现清洗效果。
喷枪组件10具有大致呈手枪状的喷枪壳体11,喷枪壳体11具有用于握持的握持部113、与握持部113呈角度设置的喷射部114。在本实施例中,喷枪壳体11采用左右哈弗结构,由第一半壳和第二半壳组装而成。喷枪壳体11上还设有进液口、出液口112,进液口位于握持部113远离喷射部114的一端,出液口113位于喷射部114远离握持部113的一端,进液口可以设置在喷枪壳体的任一位置。清洗设备100作业时,水流流经进液口,由出液口112喷射而出至待清洗表面上,实现清洗效果。
在本申请中,为了便于理解,如图2所示,以握持部113水平放置,喷射部114朝下喷射为准,以握持部113朝向喷射部114的一侧为下方,背离喷射部114的一侧为上方,以握持部113与喷射部114相连的一端为前方,远离喷射部114的一端为后方。上述定义仅为了说明,并不能理解为对本发明的限定。
清洗设备100在进行工作时,根据使用场景,往往采取不同的清洗姿态以支撑清洗设备100。例如,在清洗墙面时,需要用户根据清洗高度调整出液口112的位置,对于较高或者较低的墙面,都需要用户通过手腕施加较大的扭力,降低或者提升出液口112的高度;在清洗地面时,需要用户将清洗设备100始终保持在较佳的角度对准地面进行冲洗,此处所指的地面包括马路、桥面、室 内地板等所有能够支撑用户站立的地方。相对于其他使用场景,用户在使用清洗设备100对地面清洗时疲劳感最为强烈。原因在于:地面类往往较为平坦,其连续的变化不大,往往还需要用户保持在一个较佳清洗角度的姿态,此时用户不仅需要使用扭力保持朝前向下的姿态,还需要持续保持该姿态。相对其他需要变换姿态的使用场景,需要保持一个姿态的使用场景,能够使人在心理上具有更强的疲劳感。这个疲劳感的标签往往会无形的贴到产品上,降低了产品整体的使用感,甚至会降低用户使用的频率。
如图4,本清洗设备的握持部113的延伸方向为X,喷射部114的延伸方向为Y,握持部113和喷射部114之间围设形成夹持空间W。电源组件20安装在喷枪组件10上时,清洗设备能够实现清洗。电源组件20的安装方向与握持部113的延伸方向X基本一致,且与喷射部114形成角度关系。喷枪组件10和电源组件20由用户握持支撑,两者的重心G0位于夹持空间W内,且握持部113沿垂直于其的延伸方向朝向喷射部114的投影覆盖重心G0沿相同方向在同一平面内的投影,即重心G0位于握持部113对应的下方,这样用户能够手臂自然下垂单手提握住该清洗设备进行清洗。能够理解的是,人体手臂自然下垂握持住物体,是指用户自然下垂手臂,手腕呈放松状态,手呈握持状,物体放置在手里即能够支撑物体不掉落,用户主要提供克服物体重力的拉力即可,手腕轻松无负担。
以手臂自然下垂单手握持住清洗设备进行清洗为自然使用状态,处于自然使用状态的清洗设备100,主要用于清洗地面,此处所指的地面包括马路、桥面、室内地板等所有能够支撑用户站立的地方。但是,处于自然使用状态的清洗设备100也不仅仅可以清洗地面,其还可以清洗位于地面上的物体,较低的墙面等,不需要手腕持续施加扭力保持向下的姿态,减轻了手腕的负担,而且不需要用户特意保持住该清洗姿态,且能够通过单手即可简单实现,减轻了腰、手、心理的负担,能够轻松的清洗,整体提高了清洗设备100操作的舒适度,减少疲劳,改善了人机,提高了用户的舒适度。
示例性的,当清洗汽车时,可以在使用其他姿态,感到疲劳后,调整成自然使用状态,对汽车靠近地面的部分结构进行清洗,从而实现劳逸结合的清洗。更进一步,由于处于自然使用状态时,具有较佳的人机,用户能够轻松的实现单手握持住该清洗设备100在自然使用状态进行工作,以使该清洗设备100具 有单手握持的性能。
但是也不限于此,对于大压力的清洗设备,例如压力8-15Mpa,由于水流喷射而出时,将存在较大的反冲力,翻转扭矩会比较大。因此对于此类清洗设备,实现其单手握持。如图7所示,此时重心位于握持部113靠近喷射部的一侧,翻转扭矩可以与重力扭矩相抵消,从而能更加的舒适。具体的,重心G0与握持部113的中心在沿垂直于所述喷射部114延伸方向上的距离为L1,L1为30-80mm,重心G0与握持部113的中心在沿平行于喷射部114延伸方向上的距离为L2,L2为20-70mm。
优选的,重心G0与握持部113的中心在沿握持部113延伸方向X上的距离不大于5cm,此时用户在握持握持部113时,由于握持靠近握持部113的中点,因此,用户的握持更加轻松。
此外,根据牛顿第三定律,水流在通过喷射部114喷射而出是,会产生反冲击力施加在清洗设备100上,从而产生一个扭矩M1,使清洗设备100具有绕手顺时针转动的趋势。优选的,重心G0位于握持部113的中心的前面,则在用户握持时,较易产生使清洗设备100逆时针转动的扭矩M2,能够抵消M1带来的影响,此时握持更为舒适。
喷射部114包括与握持部113相连的喷枪,出液口112位于喷枪远离握持部113的一端,水流从出液口112喷射出至待清洗表面上。喷射部114还能够包括与喷枪可拆卸相连的喷杆,则出液口112位于喷杆远离喷枪的一端,水流射出的方向即喷射部114的延伸方向Y。此外,喷射部114还可以设有辅助支撑部,以便用户在非自然使用状态时更为轻松的工作。能够理解的是,清洗设备处于自然使用状态时可以单手进行操作,操作简单方便,其处于非自然使用状态时,用户可以根据自身选择进行单手或者双手操作。
另外,重心G0与握持部113在沿垂直于握持部113延伸方向X上的距离不大于8cm,以使清洗设备100在处于非自然使用状态时,具有较小的转动惯量,操作更为简单。
出液口112喷射的水流与待清洗表面之间的角度影响清洗设备100的清洗效果。具体的,喷射的水流在与待清洗表面接触向待清洗表面施力时,实际是分为垂直于接触面的剥离力,该剥离力直接作用在灰尘与杂物上,以使灰尘或杂物与待清洗表面剥离;以及与接触面相切的冲洗力,该冲洗力用于辅助完全 剥离或者部分剥离的灰尘或杂物从待清洗表面冲刷走,其冲洗效果往往也受剥离力剥离效果的影响,故整体而言,剥离力对清洗效果的影响更大。
为了具有较佳的剥离力,同时兼顾冲洗力。握持部113和喷射部114之间的角度被配置为不大于130度,以使清洗设备100处于自然使用状态时,出液口112喷射出的水流与地面的待清洗表面的角度不小于50度,从而保证剥离力大于冲洗力,保障清洗效果。
此外,在清洗设备100处于自然使用状态时,出液口112清洗地面,而此时用户就站立在距离出液口112不远的地方。水流喷射至地面上进行清洗时会有水流飞溅,容易溅湿用户的鞋或衣物,故此时还需要考虑水流喷溅的问题,防止用户在清洗过程中溅湿衣服,影响使用体验。因此握持部113和喷射部114之间的角度还被配置为不小于110度,从而使出液口112距离用户足够的远,避免溅湿。此时,喷射水流与待清洗表面的角度还被限制到了不大于70度。
故,握持部113和喷射部114之间的角度被配置为不小于110度且不大于130度,以使清洗设备100处于自然使用状态时出液口112以50-70度的入射角β喷射至地面上对地面进行清洗,此时不仅能够防溅湿,还能够保障足够的剥离力以及冲洗力,兼顾了清洗效果以及人机体验。
进一步的,水流在喷射而出时,水流具有初始段、过渡段、主体段。且水流压力以及清洗效果沿初始段、过渡段、主体段依次变小、变差,故需要尽量使用初始段射流来清洗目标污垢,以提高清洗设备100的清洗能力和效率。初始段的长度为100mm-300mm。因此需要将清洗设备100处于自然使用状态时,出液口112沿水流喷射方向距离待清洗表面被配置为100-300mm。
根据世界人口男性、女性的平均身高,喷射部114沿其轴向的长度被配置为800-900mm以使清洗设备100在握持清洗状态时,出液口112沿水流喷射方向距离待清洗表面100mm-300mm,以使多数用户在使用时能够使用初始段喷射清洗以具有好的清洗效果。
清洗设备100可以通过配备不同长度的喷枪以实现在垂握状态下,出液口112沿水流喷射方向距离待清洗表面为100-300mm,还可以通过设置伸缩式的喷枪以实现,还可以通过设置可以伸缩的喷杆来实现。
在本申请中,电源组件20为直流电源组件20,提供直流电源,为主机组件提供动力对流体进行加压。具体的,电源组件20为电池包,电池包可以是锂电 池包、蓄电池包等,且电池包活动安装在喷枪壳体11上,用户能够将电池包从喷枪壳体11上拆卸下来对其进行充电,或者将电池包替换到其他工具上使用,提高其适用率。
如图6,以电源组件20的重心为G1,喷枪组件的重心为G2。电源组件20可以安装在握持部113的末端,重心G1位于第一位置,为了便于区分,将重心G1位于第一位置时标识为G1’;电源组件20可以安装在握持部113和喷射部114之间的夹持空间W内,重心G1位于第二位置,重心G2位于第三位置。该第一位置、第二位置、第三位置仅时用来描述电源组件20的安装位置将影响整机的重量分布,不限制具体的G1、G2的实际位置。
重心G2位于第三位置,当重心位于G1’位于第一位置时,第一位置和第三位置在沿握持部113的延伸方向X上的距离为a。重心G2位于第三位置,当重心位于G1位于第二位置时,第二位置和第三位置在沿握持部113的延伸方向X上的距离为b。a显然大于b,能够显然的得出G1位于第二位置相对G1位于第一位置是更为集中。
同时,对于重心G2位于第三位置,当重心位于G1’位于第一位置的方案,重心分布较为长,第一位置和第三位置沿握持部113的延伸方向X方向上的距离为a。若清洗设备100处于自然使用状态时,用户仅能在线段a的部分中间区域保持清洗设备100稳定握持,若手在握持部113前后移动,较易偏离该部分中间区域,清洗设备100比较容易发生倾斜,用户不能轻易的握持保持自然使用状态,操作还需要有一定的技巧。且握持部113内需要承受较大的内应力,对握持部113的材料强度需要有一定强度的要求。
然而,对于重心G2位于第三位置,当重心位于G1位于第二位置时,相较当重心位于G1位于第一位置的方案,第一位置和第三位置沿握持部113的延伸方向X上的距离为b,b小于a,重心更为集中。若清洗设备100处于自然使用状态时,优选的用户能够在线段b的部分中间区域保持清洗设备100稳定握持,由于b较短,用户手在握持部113前后移动,较难偏移该部部分中间区域,较难发生倾斜,能够轻易握持保持自然使用状态,操作更为简单,能够轻松更好的实现清洗效果。
故,优选的,电源组件20安装于握持部113和喷射部114之间的夹持空间W内,以使重心G1位于第二位置,即电源组件20安装在握持部113和喷射部114 之间,以使清洗设备100整机的的重量分布更为集中,使清洗设备100处于自然使用状态时,握持能够更为稳定。
喷枪壳体11还包括供电源组件20活动安装的安装部115,安装部115由喷射部114靠近握持部113的一侧向外凸伸形成。安装部115和握持部113之间为供用户握持的空间。壳体还包括连接安装部115和握持部113的连接杆,连接杆配合安装部115和握持部113形成闭环的握持空间。具体的,电源组件20包括两个电池包,两个电池包通过安装部115对称的安装于握持部113的两侧。优选的,安装部115位于握持部113相对两侧的左右侧设有安装结构,两个电池包括分设在安装部115两个不同的侧面上。
功能部件包括电机、泵,电源组件20由电机电连接为电机提供电源,泵由电机驱动对水流加压,从而从出液口112喷射出。电机、泵能够位于喷枪壳体11上,由用户握持支撑。则清洗设备100结构简单,使用方便。具体的,功能部件还包括主机壳体,电机、泵位于主机壳体内,其整体与喷枪组件10分体设置。
清洗设备100还包括连接附件,连接附件位于喷枪壳体11和主机壳体之间,实现进液口和泵的水连通,以及电源组件20和电机的电连通。
可以理解,主机组件整体与喷枪组件10分离设置,减轻了用户需要握持的重量,使得喷枪组件10更为轻便化,不仅使人机交互的体验更佳且使用更安全。同时,将主机组件外置于喷枪组件10,减少了主机组件泵和电机选择时的限制,能够更好的选择性能更高的泵、电机,提升清洗效果,当然还能够根据不同使用环境的要求,更换不同动力的主机组件,以满足使用要求,提高清洗效果。
在该实施例中,用户仅需握持支撑喷枪组件10和电源组件20,不需要支撑主机组件,此时喷枪组件10和电源组件20整体的重量往往较轻,其整体重量为0.5-3KG,由于整体的重量较轻,其产生的扭矩仍然是较小的,手腕仍能够保持相对放松的状态,手臂自然下垂握持清洗设备100实现自然使用状态。
优先的,电源组件的重心G1和喷枪组件的重心G2沿握持部113的延伸方向X分设在握持部的中点的两侧,且重心G1和重心G2在沿握持部113的延伸方向X上的距离为0-10cm,从而使清洗设备100需要握持部分的重量分布更为集中,握持更加轻松。
具体的,握持部113具有与喷射部114相连的连接端,以及远离喷射部114 的自由端,电源组件的重心G1位于握持部113靠近自由端的一侧,喷枪组件的重心G2位于握持部113靠近连接端的一侧,且电源组件20的重心G1与握持部的中点在握持部113延伸方向X的第一距离与自由端与所述握持部的中点在握持部113延伸方向X的第二距离的比值为0.2-0.8。
本实施例中,主机组件能够在连接附件的作用下移动,即用户握持喷枪组件10进行清洗作用时,带动连接附件移动,连接附件也能够带动主机组件整体随用户移动。相较传统的手持式清洗机,将整体重量较重的部分与用户握持的喷枪组件10分离开来,极大的减小了需要握持的重量,提高了人机的体验;此外,主机组件受重量的限制变小,能够扩大电机、泵选用的范围,从而能够提高整体能够提供的压力。
电源组件20活动安装在壳体上。清洗设备100在作业时,喷枪组件10和电源组件20由用户握持支撑,用户握持支撑部分的重量与电源组件20之间的重量比被配置为1.5-4。本申请中,清洗设备包括两个电池包,其整体的重量为1.2kg,电源组件安装在喷枪壳体上由用户整体支撑的重量为2.4kg。
连接附件包括出液管路以及供电线路,出液管路连通于进液口和泵的出水口之间,已将泵加压后的流体介质输送给喷枪组件10。喷枪组件10上设有与电源组件20电连通的第一电接口,主机组件上设有与电机电连通的第二电接口,供电线路位于第一电接口和第二电接口之间,用以实现电源组件20为电机供电。
连接附件可以为水电一体管,实现供水的同时又能实现供电、以及传输信号,进而使清洗设备100的整体结构更加简单。
进一步地,水电一体管包括管体、设于管体内的供液管、设于管体与供液管之间的供电线。在这里,可以看出,将供液管以及供电线集成在一起,使得水电一体管不仅具有输送流体介质的功能,同时具备供电以及传输信号的功能。进而,避免了采用较多的水电以及电线路管将喷枪组件10、主机组件、电源组件20实现连接,使得清洗设备100的整体结构更为简单、使用以及管路维护更加方便。
以上实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

  1. 一种清洗设备,其特征在于:包括
    喷枪组件,所述喷枪组件包括喷枪壳体,所述喷枪壳体包括用于供用户握持的握持部、与所述握持部呈角度设置的喷射部,所述握持部和所述喷射部围设形成夹持空间,所述喷枪壳体上开设有用以供流体介质进入的进液口以及用于供流体介质喷出的出液口,所述出液口位于所述喷射部上;
    主机组件,所述主机组件与喷枪组件分体设置,所述主机组件包括电机、由所述电机驱动的泵;
    电源组件,其设置在所述喷枪组件上;
    连接附件,其连接于所述喷枪组件和所述主机组件之间,所述连接附件用于连通所述进液口和所述泵的出口,以及电连接所述电源组件和所述电机;
    所述电源组件安装于所述喷枪组件上时,两者的重心G0位于所述夹持空间内,且所述握持部沿垂直于其延伸方向朝向所述喷射部的投影覆盖所述重心G0沿垂直所述握持部的延伸方向朝向所述喷射部的投影;

    所述电源组件的重心G1和所述喷枪组件的重心G2沿所述握持部延伸方向分设在所述握持部的中点的两侧,且所述重心G1和重心G2在沿握持部延伸方向上的距离为0-10cm;或者所述握持部具有与所述喷射部相连的连接端,以及远离所述喷射部的自由端,所述电源组件的重心G1位于所述握持部的中心靠近所述自由端的一侧,所述喷枪组件的重心G2位于所述握持部的中心靠近所述连接端的一侧,且所述重心G1与所述握持部的中点在所述握持部延伸方向的第一距离与所述自由端与所述握持部的中点在所述握持部延伸方向的第二距离的比值为0.2-0.8;
    所述喷射部和所述握持部之间的角度被配置为110-130度;
    所述喷射部的长度被配置为800-900mm。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的清洗设备,其特征在于:所述电源组件位于所述夹持空间内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的清洗设备,其特征在于:所述电源组件为两个电池包,
    所述喷射部靠近所述握持部的一侧向外凸伸形成安装部,所述电池包可拆卸的安装在所述安装部上,两个所述电池包通过所述安装部对称的安装于所述 握持部的两侧。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的清洗设备,其特征在于:所述喷枪组件和所述电源组件两者的整体重量之和为0.5-3KG。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的清洗设备,其特征在于:所述出液口位于所述喷射部远离所述握持部的一端,所述进液口位于所述握持部远离所述喷射部的一端。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的清洗设备,其特征在于:所述电源组件与所述喷枪组件活动安装,所述电源组件的安装方向与所述握持部的延伸方向基本一致,且与所述喷射部形成角度关系。
  7. 一种清洗设备,其特征在于:包括
    喷枪组件,所述喷枪组件包括喷枪壳体,所述喷枪壳体包括用于供用户握持的握持部、与所述握持部呈角度设置的喷射部,所述握持部和所述喷射部围设形成夹持空间,所述喷枪壳体上开设有用以供流体介质进入的进液口以及用于供流体介质喷出的出液口,所述出液口位于所述喷射部上;
    主机组件,所述主机组件与喷枪组件分体设置,所述主机组件包括电机、由所述电机驱动的泵;
    电源组件,其设置在所述喷枪组件上;
    连接附件,其连接于所述喷枪组件和所述主机组件之间,所述连接附件用于连通所述进液口和所述泵的出口,以及电连接所述电源组件和所述电机;
    所述电源组件安装于所述喷枪组件上时,两者的重心G0位于所述握持部的中点靠近所述喷射部的一侧,且重心G0与所述握持部的中心在沿垂直于所述喷射部延伸方向上的距离为30-80mm,重心G0与所述握持部的中心在沿平行于所述喷射部延伸方向上的距离为20-70mm。
