工作原理:使用时,首先将装置接通外部电源,控制器27调配控制液压泵25、热风机13和紫外线灯管19的工作,液压泵25控制油缸伸缩杆26的伸缩,此时,油缸伸缩杆26连接X型伸缩架2,带动X型伸缩架2进行伸缩,自动化程度得到了提高,从而使得卡接块21带动第一晾杆6和第二晾杆7进行高度的调节,第一晾杆6上设置有多个挂衣孔8,方便利用挂钩挂在挂衣孔8上,进行衣物的晾晒,以此同时,热风机13启动,热风机13产生的热风沿连通管14进入并聚集在集风箱15内,集风箱15的热风接着进入干燥腔16内,干燥腔16内壁填充的干燥剂20可对产生的热风进行进一步的干燥处理,干燥效果好,最终热风沿聚风口18通过通风孔17排出,通风孔17采用喇叭形结构,能够充分地将带有水分的热风排出,加快了晒干的速度,实现了对衣物的晾晒,并通过多根紫外线灯管19对衣物进行杀菌处理,起到了风干和杀菌共同进行的效果,报警灯11与控制器27连接,当液压泵25、热风机13和紫外线灯管19出现设备故障时,报警灯11会进行报警,起到安全警示的效果。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种基于物联网的杀菌快速风干晾衣架,包括壳体(1),其特征在于:所述壳体(1)的内部设置有风干机构(12),所述风干机构(12)的两侧均设置有驱动机构(4),所述壳体(1)的下端设置有连接体(3),所述连接体(3)的两侧均设置有限位块(5),所述连接体(3)与限位块(5)之间设置有X型伸缩架(2),所述X型伸缩架(2)的下方设置有卡接块(21),所述卡接块(21)的下方设置有第一晾杆(6),所述第一晾杆(6)的内部设置有挂衣孔(8),且挂衣孔(8)设置有若干个,所述第一晾杆(6)的下方设置有第二晾杆(7),所述第一晾杆(6)和第二晾杆(7)的两侧均设置有连接杆(10),所述连接杆(10)的一侧设置有固定轴(9),且固定轴(9)设置有四个,所述驱动机构(4)的内壁设置有控制器(27),所述控制器(27)下方的一侧设置有油缸伸缩杆(26),所述油缸伸缩杆(26)的一侧设置有液压泵(25),所述油缸伸缩杆(26)的下方设置有第一转动杆(22),所述第一转动杆(22)的一侧设置有第二转动杆(23),所述X型伸缩架(2)与驱动机构(4)之间设置有铰接机构(24)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于物联网的杀菌快速风干晾衣架,其特征在于:所述风干机构(12)的内部设置有热风机(13),所述热风机(13)的下方设置有集风箱(15),所述热风机(13)与集风箱(15)之间设置有连通管(14),所述集风箱(15)的下端设置有干燥腔(16),所述干燥腔(16)的内壁设置有干燥剂(20),所述干燥腔(16)下方的两侧均设置有聚风口(18),所述聚风口(18)的下方设置有通风孔(17),所述通风孔(17)的一侧设置有紫外线灯管(19),所述紫外线灯管(19)的一侧设置有报警灯(11),所述控制器(27)与紫外线灯管(19)和热风机(13)均电性连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种基于物联网的杀菌快速风干晾衣架,其特征在于:所述连通管(14)与热风机(13)和集风箱(15)均密封连接,所述干燥腔(16)与干燥剂(20)粘接连接,所述干燥腔(16)与聚风口(18)密封 连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于物联网的杀菌快速风干晾衣架,其特征在于:所述X型伸缩架(2)与驱动机构(4)通过铰接机构(24)转动连接,所述第一转动杆(22)与第二转动杆(23)通过转轴转动连接,所述X型伸缩架(2)与卡接块(21)固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于物联网的杀菌快速风干晾衣架,其特征在于:所述连接杆(10)与第一晾杆(6)和第二晾杆(7)均通过固定轴(9)固定连接,所述壳体(1)与连接体(3)为一体结构。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于物联网的杀菌快速风干晾衣架,其特征在于:所述控制器(27)与液压泵(25)电性连接,所述液压泵(25)与油缸伸缩杆(26)电性连接。
