Abstract
本发明提供了一种扬声器箱,其包括具有收容空间的外壳、收容于所述外壳的收容空间内的发声单体以及透气隔离件,所述外壳凸设有挡墙,所述透气隔离件与所述挡墙接合,所述发声单体将所述收容空间分隔成前腔和后腔,所述发声单体安装于所述挡墙内,其中,所述扬声器箱还包括设于所述后腔内的透气件、设于所述外壳并向所述收容空间延伸的固定部和由固定部和所述外壳共同围设的凹槽,所述透气件贴合固定于所述固定部并覆盖所述凹槽。扬声器箱通过在外壳内壁设置凹槽,后腔内设置与该凹槽相通的透气件,增加了扬声器箱的后腔的有效透气面积,提高了后腔的利用率,有效提升了扬声器箱的低频灵敏度,并降低了扬声器箱的谐振频率。
Description
本发明涉及电子产品领域,尤其涉及一种扬声器箱。
随着移动互联网时代的到来,智能移动设备的数量不断上升。而在众多移动设备之中,手机无疑是最常见、最便携的移动终端设备。目前,手机的功能极其多样,其中之一便是高品质的音乐功能,因此,用于播放声音的扬声器箱被大量应用到现在的智能移动设备之中。
相关技术的所述扬声器箱包括下盖、与该下盖组配形成收容空间的上盖以及收容于该收容空间内的发声单体,所述发声单体与所述上盖围成前腔,所述发声单体与所述下盖及所述上盖共同围成后腔。为了增加所述扬声器箱的低频声学性能,在上盖内设置高于发声单体的挡墙,并在挡墙上贴合透气隔离件,将发声单体与后腔隔绝,然后在后腔内灌装吸音颗粒以改善扬声器箱的低频性能。但是,部分后腔区域远离发声单体泄露,气流不通畅,导致该部分后腔区域无效,后腔等同于被堵死,不能有效提升扬声器性能。
因此,必须提供一种新的扬声器箱以解决上述技术问题。
本发明的目的在于提供一种能增加后腔透气面积的扬声器箱。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种扬声器箱,其包括具有收容空间的外壳、收容于所述外壳的收容空间内的发声单体以及透气隔离件,所述外壳凸设有挡墙,所述透气隔离件与所述挡墙接合,所述发声单体将所述收容空间分隔成前腔和后腔,所述发声单体安装于所述挡墙,其中,所述扬声器箱还包括设于所述后腔内的透气件、设于所述外壳并向所述收容空间延伸的固定部和由固定部和所述外壳共同围设的凹槽,所述透气件贴合固定于所述固定部并覆盖所述凹槽。
优选地,所述后腔包括与发声单体正对的第一区域和与第一区域相通并位于发声单体一侧的第二区域,所述透气件位于所述第二区域。
优选地,所述外壳包括上盖和与上盖组接的下盖,所述挡墙自所述上盖向所述收容空间延伸并与所述下盖相隔一定距离;所述固定部自所述下盖向所述收容空间延伸并与所述上盖相隔一定距离。
优选地,所述挡墙到所述下盖的距离大于所述固定部的高度。
优选地,所述透气件通过热熔的方式贴合于所述下盖。
优选地,所述透气件为无纺布或无尘网布、尼龙编织网或金属网中的任一种。
优选地,所述透气件与所述透气隔离件相互错开。
优选地,所述挡墙到所述下盖的方向设为第一方向,所述透气件与所述透气隔离件沿所述第一方向在所述下盖上的正投影互不重叠。
与相关技术相比,本发明提供的扬声器箱通过在外壳内壁设置凹槽,后腔内设置与该凹槽相通的透气件,增加了扬声器箱的后腔的有效透气面积,提高了后腔的利用率。有效提升了扬声器箱的低频灵敏度,并降低了扬声器箱的谐振频率。

请同时参阅图1-6,根据本发明提供的扬声器箱100包括具有收容空间160的外壳10、收容于外壳10的收容空间160内的发声单体130、透气隔离件140和吸声颗粒170。所述外壳10的内壁凸设有挡墙113,所述发声单体130安装于所述挡墙113内。所述透气隔离件140与所述挡墙113接合,所述发声单体130将所述收容空间160分隔成前腔161和后腔162。所述吸声颗粒收容于所述后腔162,所述透气隔离件140与所述挡墙113接合,以隔离所述发声单体130和所述吸声颗粒170。所述扬声器箱100还包括设于所述后腔162内的透气件150。
具体地,所述外壳10包括上盖110和下盖120,所述上盖110和所述下盖120组接并在内部形成所述收容空间160。所述上盖110包括大致呈平板状的顶壁111以及沿顶壁111的边沿弯折延伸形成的侧壁112,所述侧壁112围绕顶壁111一周设置,所述侧壁112远离所述顶壁111的一端设有阶梯部1121。所述挡墙113自上盖110的所述顶壁111向所述收容空间160延伸并与所述下盖120相隔一定距离。所述挡墙113与所述顶壁111围合形成安装槽114,所述发声单体130安装于所述安装槽114内。其中,所述挡墙113的高度不低于所述发声单体130安装在安装槽114后的高度,所述透气隔离件140与所述挡墙113远离所述顶壁111的一端接合,以遮盖隔离所述发声单体130。
所述下盖120包括大致呈平板状的底壁121、沿底壁121的边沿弯折延伸形成的侧墙122、自所述底壁121向所述收容空间160延伸的固定部124和由所述固定部124和所述底壁121共同围设的凹槽123。所述固定部124与所述上盖110相隔一定距离,便于形成更大的后腔162以填充更多的吸声颗粒170。所述侧墙122围绕所述底壁121一周设置。所述侧墙122与所述上盖110的阶梯部1121抵持并卡固,使上盖110与下盖120固定在一起。所述透气件150贴合固定于所述固定部124并覆盖所述凹槽123。所述透气件150与所述下盖120的所述凹槽123相通,用于增加所述后腔162的透气面积,从而提高所述扬声器箱100的性能。可选地,所述透气件150为无纺布或无尘网布、尼龙编织网或金属网中的任一种,其通过热熔的方式贴合于所述固定部124。
进一步地,所述透气隔离件140与所述挡墙113接合将所述收容空间160分隔成所述前腔161和所述后腔162。所述后腔162包括相互连通的第一区域1621和第二区域1622。所述第一区域1621与所述发声单体130正对设置,所述第二区域1622位于所述发声单体130一侧。所述透气件150位于所述第二区域1622内。具体地,所述透气隔离件140与所述底壁121间隔形成所述第一区域1621;所述侧壁112、侧墙122和挡墙113间隔形成所述第二区域1622。由于在后腔162的第一区域1621和第二区域1622内分别设有隔离透气件140和透气件150,使得整个后腔162的透气面积增大。当在所述后腔162内填充吸引颗粒170后,利用透气件150与所述凹槽123相通,增加远离发声单体130的第二区域1622的透气性,使所述后腔162的所述第一区域1621和所述第二区域1622的气流顺畅,避免第二区域1622堵死。所述透气件150与所述透气隔离件140相互错开,具体地,所述挡墙113到所述下盖120的方向设为第一方向200,所述透气件150与所述透气隔离件140沿所述第一方向200在所述下盖120上的正投影互不重叠。所述挡墙113到下盖120的底壁121的距离H1大于所述固定部124的高度H2,从而更有利于所述第一区域1621和所述第二区域1622气流顺畅。
与相关技术相比,本发明提供的扬声器箱通过在后腔内设置透气件,所述透气件贴合固定于所述下盖的固定部并覆盖所述凹槽增加了填充吸音颗粒后扬声器箱后腔的有效透气面积,提高了后腔的利用率,有效提升了扬声器箱的低频灵敏度,并降低了扬声器箱的谐振频率。
以上所述的仅是本发明的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (8)
- 一种扬声器箱,其包括具有收容空间的外壳、收容于所述外壳的收容空间内的发声单体以及透气隔离件,所述外壳凸设有挡墙,所述透气隔离件与所述挡墙接合,所述发声单体将所述收容空间分隔成前腔和后腔,所述发声单体安装于所述挡墙内,其特征在于,所述扬声器箱还包括设于所述后腔内的透气件、设于所述外壳并向所述收容空间延伸的固定部和由固定部和所述外壳共同围设的凹槽,所述透气件贴合固定于所述固定部并覆盖所述凹槽。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述后腔包括与发声单体正对的第一区域和与第一区域相通并位于发声单体一侧的第二区域,所述透气件位于所述第二区域。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述外壳包括上盖和与上盖组接的下盖,所述挡墙自所述上盖向所述收容空间延伸并与所述下盖相隔一定距离;所述固定部自所述下盖向所述收容空间延伸并与所述上盖相隔一定距离。
- 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述挡墙到所述下盖的距离大于所述固定部的高度。
- 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述透气件通过热熔的方式贴合于所述下盖。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述透气件为无纺布或无尘网布、尼龙编织网或金属网中的任一种。
- 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述透气件与所述透气隔离件相互错开。
- 根据权利要求7所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述挡墙到所述下盖的方向设为第一方向,所述透气件与所述透气隔离件沿所述第一方向在所述下盖上的正投影互不重叠。
