一种防火隔音的实木复合门,包括门体(1),门体(1)内部上下两侧表面固定安装有固定块(17),固定块(17)左右两侧分别设有第一固定槽(20)和第六固定槽(25)以及两个第二固定槽(21)、第三固定槽(22)和第四固定槽(23)并在中部设有第五固定槽(24),第一固定槽(20)和第六固定槽(25)内部分别安装有第一防火石膏板(8)和第二防火石膏板(18),并且第一防火石膏板(8)和第二防火石膏板(18)左右两侧表面分别固定安装有第一阻燃隔音棉(9)和第二阻燃隔音棉(19),两个第二固定槽(21)内部安装有第一硅酸钙纤维板(10)和第二硅酸钙纤维板(16),两个第三固定槽(22)内部安装有第一镁质凝胶板(11)和第二镁质凝胶板(15),两个第四固定槽(23)内部安装有第一玻璃纤维板(12)和第二玻璃纤维板(14),第五固定槽(24)内部安装有隔音板(13)。该复合门隔音防火效果好,整体结构简单且强度高。

Description

一种防火隔音的实木复合门 技术领域
本发明涉及实木复合门领域,具体是一种防火隔音的实木复合门。
背景技术
实木复合门,是指以木材、胶合材等为主要料复合制成的实型体或接近实型体,面层为木质单板贴面或其他覆面材料的门。实木复合门的门芯多以松木、杉木或进口填充材料等粘合而成,外贴密度板和实木木皮,经高温热压后制成,并用实木线条封边。一般高级的实木复合门,其门芯多为优质白松,表面则为实木单板。由于白松密度小、重量轻,且较容易控制含水率,因而成品门的重量都较轻,也不易变形、开裂。另外,实木复合门还具有保温、耐冲击、阻燃等特性,而且隔音效果同实木门基本相同。在实木复合门中,常以普通木材指接材为基材,起结构连接和框架作用,提高抗变形能力;木材纹理装饰性强,以珍贵树种等制作的薄木,用作门的表面装饰材料,能够真实地体现木材的特征;所用的人造板主要是中纤板,其材质均匀,铣削加工性能好,可用作造型构件。
技术问题
现有的部分实木复合门虽然也具有防火功能,但是存在着对火灾烟气的阻隔性能差,板材强度差等缺点,防火效果并不理想,而且实木复合门的隔音效果也不好,不能够满足现实生活中的实际应用。
技术解决方案
本发明的目的在于提供一种防火隔音的实木复合门,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种防火隔音的实木复合门,包括门体,门体内部上下两侧表面固定安装有固定块,固定块左右两侧分别设有第一固定槽和第六固定槽,所述第一固定槽和第六固定槽内部分别安装有第一防火石膏板和第二防火石膏板,并且第一防火石膏板和第二防火石膏板左右两侧表面分别固定安装有第一阻燃隔音棉和第二阻燃隔音棉,所述固定块左右两侧分别设有第二固定槽、第三固定槽和第四固定槽,并且第二固定槽、第三固定槽和第四固定槽的数量分别为两个,并且两个第二固定槽内部安装有第一硅酸钙纤维板和第二硅酸钙纤维板,两个第三固定槽内部安装有第一镁质凝胶板和第二镁质凝胶板,两个第四固定槽内部安装有第一玻璃纤维板和第二玻璃纤维板,所述固定块中部设有第五固定槽,第五固定槽内部安装有隔音板。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述隔音板内部安装有铝制蜂窝芯,其蜂窝内填充有吸音材料。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述门体前表面左侧上方固定安装有扬声器。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述门体前表面中部上方固定安装有猫眼。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述门体前面表面中部右侧固定安装有门锁。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述门锁前表面上方安装有门把手。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述门锁前表面下方设有钥匙孔,钥匙孔位于门手把正下方。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述门体外表面设有防火涂层。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该防火隔音的实木复合门,通过门体外表面涂有防火涂层,并且门体内部安装有第一防火石膏板和第二防火石膏板,而且第一防火石膏板和第二防火石膏板表面安装有第一阻燃隔音棉和第二阻燃隔音棉,并且门体内部还安装有隔音板,隔音、防火效果非常好,并且整体设置结构简单,层次清晰,防火性能好,结构强度高。

请参阅图1,一种防火隔音的实木复合门,包括门体1,门体1前表面左侧上方固定安装有扬声器2,起到扩音的作用,所述门体1前表面中部上方固定安装有猫眼3,通过猫眼3从门里观察门外的情况,所述门体1前面表面中部右侧固定安装有门锁4,门锁4前表面上方安装有门把手5,所述门锁4前表面下方设有钥匙孔6,钥匙孔6位于门手把5正下方。
参阅图2-3,所述门体1内部上下两侧表面固定安装有固定块17,固定块17左右两侧分别设有第一固定槽20和第六固定槽25,所述第一固定槽20和第六固定槽25内部分别安装有第一防火石膏板8和第二防火石膏板18,第一防火石膏板8和第二防火石膏板18,其主要成分不燃且含有结晶水,耐火性能较好,并且第一防火石膏板8和第二防火石膏板18左右两侧表面分别固定安装有第一阻燃隔音棉9和第二阻燃隔音棉19,所述固定块17左右两侧分别设有第二固定槽21、第三固定槽22和第四固定槽23,并且第二固定槽21、第三固定槽22和第四固定槽23的数量分别为两个,并且两个第二固定槽21内部安装有第一硅酸钙纤维板10和第二硅酸钙纤维板16,第一硅酸钙纤维板10和第二硅酸钙纤维板16,是以石灰、硅酸盐及无机纤维增强材料为主要原料的建筑板材,具有质轻、强度高且隔热性、耐久性好,两个第三固定槽22内部安装有第一镁质凝胶板11和第二镁质凝胶板15,两个第四固定槽23内部安装有第一玻璃纤维板12和第二玻璃纤维板14,第一玻璃纤维板12和第二玻璃纤维板14耐热性好,起到很好的防火隔热效果,所述固定块17中部设有第五固定槽24,第五固定槽24内部安装有隔音板13,所述门体1外表面设有防火涂层7,涂装在门体1表面,防止火警发生,阻止火势蔓延传播,或隔离火源,延长门体1的着火时间,或增大绝热性能以推迟结构破坏时间,该防火隔音的实木复合门,通过门体外表面涂有防火涂层,并且门体内部安装有第一防火石膏板和第二防火石膏板,而且第一防火石膏板和第二防火石膏板表面安装有第一阻燃隔音棉和第二阻燃隔音棉,并且门体内部还安装有隔音板,隔音、防火效果非常好,并且整体设置结构简单,层次清晰,防火性能好,结构强度高。

  1. 一种防火隔音的实木复合门,包括门体(1),门体(1)内部上下两侧表面固定安装有固定块(17),固定块(17)左右两侧分别设有第一固定槽(20)和第六固定槽(25),其特征在于,所述第一固定槽(20)和第六固定槽(25)内部分别安装有第一防火石膏板(8)和第二防火石膏板(18),并且第一防火石膏板(8)和第二防火石膏板(18)左右两侧表面分别固定安装有第一阻燃隔音棉(9)和第二阻燃隔音棉(19),所述固定块(17)左右两侧分别设有第二固定槽(21)、第三固定槽(22)和第四固定槽(23),并且第二固定槽(21)、第三固定槽(22)和第四固定槽(23)的数量分别为两个,并且两个第二固定槽(21)内部安装有第一硅酸钙纤维板(10)和第二硅酸钙纤维板(16),两个第三固定槽(22)内部安装有第一镁质凝胶板(11)和第二镁质凝胶板(15),两个第四固定槽(23)内部安装有第一玻璃纤维板(12)和第二玻璃纤维板(14),所述固定块(17)中部设有第五固定槽(24),第五固定槽(24)内部安装有隔音板(13)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防火隔音的实木复合门,其特征在于,所述隔音板(13)内部安装有铝制蜂窝芯,其蜂窝内填充有吸音材料。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的防火隔音的实木复合门,其特征在于,所述门体(1)前表面左侧上方固定安装有扬声器(2)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的防火隔音的实木复合门,其特征在于,所述门体(1)前表面中部上方固定安装有猫眼(3)。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的防火隔音的实木复合门,其特征在于,所述门体(1)前面表面中部右侧固定安装有门锁(4)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的防火隔音的实木复合门,其特征在于,所述门锁(4)前表面上方安装有门把手(5)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的防火隔音的实木复合门,其特征在于,所述门锁(4)前表面下方设有钥匙孔(6),钥匙孔(6)位于门手把(5)正下方。
