The invention relates to a corner connection member designed to be used in the manufacture of PVC doors and windows, and designed to increase practicality, aesthetic and durableness in door/window joints.
Description
WINDOW FRAME PROFILE WITH CORNER JOINT
Technical Field
The invention relates to a corner connection member designed to be used in the manufacture of PVC doors and windows, and designed to increase practicality, aesthetic and durableness in door/window joints. State of Art
During the manufacture of the PVC window and door, corners are joined by means of welding. An iron support plate inserted into the PVC profiles in order to increase the durableness of the PCV door and window profiles are shortened from both ends of the PVC profile, and the profile is fixed with a screw. The reason of shortening the support plate is to prevent the joint of the two profiles during the comer welding. After the completion of the comer joint welding procedure, the support plates within the PVC profiles are distant and independent. Hence, these support plates have no utilization for the PVC comer joint. They only prevent the stretching and the deformation of the PVC profile. In the PVC door and windows, the whole load presses against the PVC welding area. Thus, window and door corners dangle and deform over time.
Object of the Invention
The present invention relates to a profile mechanism satisfying all aforementioned requirements, eliminating all disadvantages and bringing some additional advantages.
The main object of the profile mechanism of the invention is to enable an ease of product mounting.
Another object of the invention is to reduce load and enable the strengthening of the corners by stretching of the independently resting support plate profiles through the window and door profile by the connection member. Another object of the invention is to make a gain of time.
Another object of the invention is to increase the product quality.
Another object of the invention is to enable the durable mounting of the support plates of the profile.
Another object of the invention is to enable a more durable manufacture and mounting.

Detailed Description of the Invention
The invention relates to a window profile mechanism with easy mounting feature with a sliding mechanism. Said invention consists of the mutual mounting of the profiles within the plastic frame (3). During the manufacture of said PVC door and window profiles,
the corners are joined by means of welding. The movement in a desired direction is enabled thanks to the sliding mechanism within the horizontal and vertical profiles (2, 3) within the plastic frame (3). The iron support plate inserted into the profile to enhance the durableness of the PCV profiles is shortened from both ends of the profile, and fixed with a screw. Said support plates are shortened in order not to interfere with the joint of the two profiles during welding, and thus, the stretching and the deformation of the PVC profile is prevented. Thusly, the dangling and the deformation of the PVC profile over time is prevented. Before the mounting, the profiles within the plastic frame (3) are brought to a desired position. It is enabled that the horizontal and vertical profiles (1, 2) are aligned by joining of the mouths. There are matching bolt holes on the end portions of the horizontal and vertical profile (1 , 2) mouths. It is fixed with the aid of the bolt (4) with joining of said holes. By means of the tightening of the bolt (4), it is enabled for the profile mouths to approach each other and for the intermediate distance to be closed.
Claims
1. A window profile with an easy mounting features with a sliding mechanism, characterized in that it has horizontal and vertical profiles (1, 2) capable of moving freely within the plastic frame (3) by mutual alignment prior to mounting.
