Abstract

L'invention se rapporte aux équipements de l'industrie alimentaire, et peut être utilisée dans des entreprises de restauration collective et commerciales, notamment pour la préparation de barbe à papa. Cet appareil de préparation de barbe à papa comprend un corps (1) sur lequel est installé un support (2) auquel sont fixés un moteur électrique (3), une unité magnétique (4), un capot annulaire comprenant des parties supérieure et inférieure (5 et 6), et un piège (7). L'arbre du moteur électrique dépasse verticalement vers le haut. Une tête de filature (8) fermée par le couvercle (9) est fixée sur l'arbre et possède une forme d'un cylindre ouvert vers le bas dont la base supérieure comprend sur la périphérie une pluralité d'entailles radiales (10) donnant vers l'extérieur. La surface cylindrique de la tête de filature (8) est entourée par une arête annulaire (11) avec des pales fixées vers le bas (12); l'arête annulaire (11) avec les pales (12) se situe dans la partie inférieure (6) du capot, tandis que dans sa partie supérieure (5) se trouvent des ailettes radiales (13).
