Claims (10)
- 一种气动肌肉,其特征在于:包括气囊(1),所述气囊(1)外侧设置有编织网管(2),所述气囊(1)与所述编织网管(2)一端通过第一连接接头组件连接,所述气囊(1)与所述编织网管(2)另一端通过第二连接接头组件连接,所述气囊(1)内设置有导气管(3),所述第一连接接头组件包括充气通道,所述导气管(3)通过所述充气通道。
- 如权利要求1所述的气动肌肉,其特征在于:所述第一连接接头组件包括带孔按钉(4)、带孔顶头(5)和带孔接头(6),所述导气管(3)与所述气囊(1)固定设置,所述导气管(3)依次通过所述带孔按钉(4)、所述带孔顶头(5)和所述带孔接头(6);所述带孔按钉(4)一端设置于所述气囊(1)内,所述带孔按钉(4)另一端与所述带孔顶头(5)一端连接,所述带孔顶头(5)设置于所述编织网管(2)内,所述带孔顶头(5)另一端与带孔接头(6)连接,所述带孔接头(6)设置于所述编织网管(2)外侧。
- 如权利要求2所述的气动肌肉,其特征在于:所述第二连接接头组件包括按钉(7)、顶头(8)和接头(9),所述按钉(7)一端设置于所述气囊(1)内,所述按钉(7)另一端与所述顶头(8)一端连接,所述顶头(8)设置于所述编织网管(2)内,所述顶头(8)另一端与接头(9)连接,所述接头(9)设置于所述编织网管(2)外侧。
- 如权利要求1所述的气动肌肉,其特征在于:所述导气管(3)与充气装置连接。
- 如权利要求3所述的气动肌肉,其特征在于:所述带孔顶头(5)为带孔锥形顶头,所述顶头(8)为锥形顶头。
- 如权利要求3所述的气动肌肉,其特征在于:所述带孔锥形顶头外侧设置有锥形套(10),所述带孔锥形顶头通过所述锥形套(10)与所述带孔接头(6)连接,所述锥形顶头外侧设置有第二锥形套,所述锥形顶头通过所述第二锥形套与所述接头(9)连接。
- 如权利要求3所述的气动肌肉,其特征在于:所述带孔接头(6)包括第一固定环(11),所述第一固定环(11)设置于所述带孔接头(6)端部,所述接头(9)包括第二固定环(12),所述第二固定环(12)设置于所述接头(9)端部。
- 如权利要求6所述的气动肌肉,其特征在于:所述带孔锥形顶头包括凹槽和锥形面,所述带孔按钉(4)与所述凹槽连接,所述凹槽与所述带孔按钉(4)配合固定所述气囊(1),所述锥形面与所述锥形套(10)配合固定所述编织网管(2);所述锥形顶头包括凹槽和锥形面,所述按钉(7)与所述凹槽连接,所述凹槽与所述带按钉(7)配合固定所述气囊(1),所述锥形面与所述第二锥形套配合固定所述编织网管(2)。
- 如权利要求1~8中任一项所述的气动肌肉,其特征在于:所述气囊(1)内部设置有支撑组件(13)。
- 如权利要求9所述的气动肌肉,其特征在于:所述支撑组件(13)为海绵。
