作为更具体的方案,还包括扭簧,反锁旋转座为凸轮状底座,反锁旋转座的凸起部表面设置有第一凸柱,锁体的侧壁设置有第二凸柱,扭簧一端连接第一凸柱,扭簧另一端连接第二凸柱,扭簧构成反锁旋转座的换向机构。通过设置有扭簧,反锁旋转座旋转时,扭簧产生形变,扭簧维持反锁旋转座的状态,避免反锁旋转座松动,提高锁具的稳定性。
作为更具体的方案,还包括第二弹性件,所述第一推片开有滑道,第二弹性件位于锁体的侧壁,第二弹性件一端抵靠在反锁旋转座上,第二弹性件另一端抵靠在第一推片上,反锁时,反锁旋转座旋转,反锁旋转座下压第二弹性件一端,第二弹性件另一端伸入滑道内,锁定第一推片。所述反锁旋转座旋转时,第二弹性件另一端伸入滑道内,实现第一推片和反锁旋转座锁定,并维持反锁状态,操作简单。
作为更具体的方案,所述限位片为“椭圆形”限位片。由于限位片为“椭圆形”限位片,当限位片的长轴端或短轴端抵靠在第一推片时,第一推片的旋转角度或高度均不同,令第一推片和第二推片相互接触或相互分离,控制把手旋转座是否空转,实现反锁功能。
作为更具体的方案,还包括面板、把手和反锁旋钮,所述面板安装在锁体侧壁上,面板遮挡把手旋转座、反锁旋转座、第一推片、第二推片和限位片,把手穿过面板与把手旋转座连接,把手带动把手旋转座旋转,反锁旋钮和反锁旋转座连接,反锁旋钮带动反锁旋转座旋转。
作为更具体的方案,还包括挡盖,所述锁体的侧壁开有活动腔,所述把手旋转座、反锁旋转座、第一推片、第二推片和限位片设置在活动腔内,所述挡盖固定在锁体的侧壁遮挡活动腔,面盖安装在锁体侧壁遮挡挡盖。所述挡盖遮挡活动腔,令把手旋转座、反锁旋转座、第一推片、第二推片和限位片稳定设置在活动腔,提高锁体的稳定性,而且,面盖遮挡挡盖,令锁体外形更美观。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明,所述锁体开有夹紧槽,较窄门体(如:带边框的玻璃门),玻璃门伸入相应厚度的夹紧槽内夹紧,边框与锁体连接,即可完成较窄门体与锁体之间安装,操作简单,避免传统锁具的需要破坏玻璃的缺点。
本发明,所述较窄门体(如:带边框的玻璃门),玻璃门伸入相应厚度的夹紧槽内,门框和锁体连接,螺栓穿过边框、锁体的螺栓孔锁紧,从而实现锁体和较窄门体的安装,而且安装牢固,提高磁性锁的实用性。
本发明,所述把手旋转座、反锁旋转座、第一推片、第二推片和限位片均设置在锁体的侧壁,不占用锁体内腔空间,令锁体更轻薄化。
本发明,锁舌安装在门框上,锁体的锁舌入口处设置有内置磁铁的滑块,关门状态下,磁铁吸引锁舌,锁舌沿锁舌入口伸入锁体内,实现上锁,当把手旋转座旋转时,第二推片跟随把手旋转座旋转触碰并推动第一推片旋转,第一推片旋转推动滑块朝锁舌入口移动,滑行移动将锁舌顶出锁舌入口外,实现解锁,操作十分简单,而且,当用户旋转反锁旋转座时,限位片跟随反锁旋转座旋转,限位片调整第一推片的旋转角度以及高度,令第一推片和第二推片无法接触,相互分离,导致把手旋转座空转,第二推片无法推动第一推片旋转,实现反锁功能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
实施例,结合图1到图12所示,一种磁性锁,包括锁体1、滑块2、把手8、反锁旋钮9、面板81、挡盖82、第一弹性件10、第二弹性件15和扭簧16。
所述锁体1为一体成型的凹型锁,锁体1的凹陷处为所述夹紧槽11,凹陷处的底部开有锁舌入口12,位于锁舌入口12的外围设置有便于螺栓穿过夹紧槽11的螺栓孔13,所述锁体1的侧壁开有活动腔14,活动腔14内设置有把手旋转座3、反锁旋转座4、第一推片5、第二推片6和限位片7。
所述滑块2为凹型滑块2,滑块2的侧壁伸入锁体1的活动腔14靠近第一推片5,滑块2的凹陷处对应夹紧槽11,滑块2的凹陷处的底部设置有磁铁21。
所述第一弹性件10为弹针,第一弹性件10一端固定在活动腔14内,第一弹性件10另一端连接滑块2,滑块2朝向锁舌入口12滑行时,导致第一弹性件10产生形变,当第一弹性件10恢复时,第一弹性件10带动滑块2朝向夹紧槽11方向滑行,第一弹性件10构成滑块2的复位机构。
所述第一推片5为“L”型片,第一推片5的下端以转动方式连接在活动腔14内,第一推片5的上端形成推动端52,第一推片5以第一推片5下端为旋转中心旋转,而且第一推片5还开有滑道51,当第一推片5旋转时,第一推片5推动滑块2朝向锁舌入口12滑 行。
所述第二推片6和把手旋转座3连接,把手旋转座3旋转时,第二推片6跟随把手旋转座3旋转推动第一推片5旋转。
所述反锁旋转座4为凸轮状底座,反锁旋转座4的凸起部表面设置有第一凸柱41,所述锁体1的侧壁设置有第二凸柱42,扭簧16一端连接第一凸柱41,扭簧16另一端连接第二凸柱42,扭簧16构成反锁旋转座的旋转机构。
所述第二弹性件15为弹针,第二弹性件15位于活动腔内,第二弹性件15一端抵靠反锁旋转座,第二弹性件15另一端抵靠第一推片,第二弹性件往上推压第一推片5。
反锁旋转座4旋转时,第二弹性件15插入第一推片5的滑道51内,第一推片5和反锁旋转座4锁定。
所述限位片7为“椭圆形”限位片,所述限位片7与反锁旋转座4连接,限位片7跟随反锁旋转座4旋转,限位片7调整第一推片5的旋转角度,从而控制第一推片5和第二推片6相互接触或相互分离。
所述挡盖82固定在锁体1的侧壁遮挡活动腔14,面板81安装在锁体1侧壁上遮挡挡盖82,把手8穿过面板81与把手旋转座3连接,把手8带动把手旋转座3旋转,反锁旋钮9和反锁旋转座4连接,反锁旋钮9带动反锁旋转座4旋转。
工作原理:
磁性锁300与门体200安装:
用户挑选夹紧槽11与较窄门体200(如:带边框201的玻璃门)的边框201厚度一致的磁性锁300,然后将门体200的边框201插入锁体1的夹紧槽11内,将螺栓穿过边框201、锁体1的螺栓孔13锁紧,从而实现磁性锁300和门体200连接,安装简单。
锁舌盒101与门框400安装:
所述锁舌盒101安装在门框400上,锁舌盒101内置有锁舌100,锁舌100为铁锁舌100,锁舌100以转动方式设置在锁舌盒101内,锁舌100可伸出或伸入锁舌盒101内。
关门时,磁性锁300与锁舌盒101相对,滑块2的磁铁21吸引锁舌100,锁舌100沿锁舌入口12伸入锁体1内,锁舌100和锁体1连接,从而实现上锁功能。
开门时,用户旋转把手8,第二推片6跟随把手8旋转,第二推片6推动第一推片5旋转,第一推片5推动滑块2朝向锁舌入口12滑行,第一弹性件10产生形变,滑块2滑行过程中,滑块2将锁舌100推出锁体1外,锁舌100和锁体1分离,从而实现开锁功能,开门完成后,用户释放把手8,把手旋转座3带动把手8复位,第二推片6跟随把手8旋转复 位,同时第一弹性件10复位,第一弹性件10带动滑块2朝夹紧槽11方向滑行,为下次工作做准备。
反锁状态
反锁时,用户旋转反锁旋钮9,限位片7跟随反锁旋转座4旋转,限位片7调整第一推片5的旋转角度,从而降低第一推片5的推动端52高度,导致第一推片5和第二推片6无法接触,实现把手8空转。
同时,扭簧16产生形变,扭簧16维持反锁旋转座的旋转状态,避免反锁旋转座出现松动或自转情况,提高锁具的稳定性。
而且,反锁旋转座4旋转过程,反锁旋转座4下压第二弹性件15,第二弹性件15插入第一推片5的滑道51内,实现第一推片5和反锁旋转座4锁定,保持反锁状态。
此时,用户扳动把手8,把手8处于空转状态,导致锁舌100维持伸入锁体1的状态,实现反锁功能。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种磁性锁,包括锁体,其特征在于:所述锁体开有夹紧槽,锁体对应夹紧槽的位置开有锁舌入口,锁体对应锁舌入口处设置有滑块,滑块内置有用于吸引锁舌的磁铁,锁体的侧壁设置有把手旋转座、反锁旋转座、第一推片、第二推片和限位片,所述第一推片以转动方式设置在锁体的侧壁,第一推片旋转推动滑块伸缩,所述第二推片和把手旋转座连接,第二推片跟随把手旋转座旋转,第二推片推动第一推片旋转,所述限位片与反锁旋转座连接,限位片跟随反锁旋转座旋转,限位片调整第一推片的旋转角度以及高度,从而控制第一推片和第二推片相互接触或相互分离。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述磁性锁,其特征在于:所述锁体为凹型锁,锁体的凹陷处为所述夹紧槽,凹陷处的底部开有所述锁舌入口,位于锁舌入口外围设置有便于螺栓穿过夹紧槽的螺栓孔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述磁性锁,其特征在于:所述锁体为一体成型的凹型锁。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述磁性锁,其特征在于:所述滑块为凹型滑块,滑块的侧壁伸入锁体的侧壁靠近第一推片,滑块的凹陷处对应夹紧槽,滑块的凹陷处底部设置有所述磁铁。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述磁性锁,其特征在于:还包括第一弹性件,所述第一弹性件一端连接在锁体的侧壁上,第一弹性件另一端连接滑块,滑块滑行导致第一弹性件产生形变,第一弹性件构成滑块的复位机构。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述磁性锁,其特征在于:所述第一推片为“L”型片,第一推片的下端以转动方式连接在活动腔内,第一推片的上端形成推动端,第一推片以第一推片的下端为旋转中心旋转。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述磁性锁,其特征在于:还包括扭簧,反锁旋转座为凸轮状底座,反锁旋转座的凸起部表面设置有第一凸柱,锁体的侧壁设置有第二凸柱,扭簧一端连接第一凸柱,扭簧另一端连接第二凸柱,扭簧构成反锁旋转座的换向机构。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述磁性锁,其特征在于:还包括第二弹性件,所述第一推片开有滑道,第二弹性件位于锁体的侧壁,第二弹性件一端抵靠在反锁旋转座上,第二弹性件另一端抵靠在第一推片上,反锁时,反锁旋转座旋转,反锁旋转座下压第二弹性件一端,第二弹性件另一端伸入滑道内,锁定第一推片。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述磁性锁,其特征在于:还包括面板、把手和反锁旋钮,所述面板安装在锁体侧壁上,面板遮挡把手旋转座、反锁旋转座、第一推片、第二推片和限位片,把手穿过面板与把手旋转座连接,把手带动把手旋转座旋转,反锁旋钮和反锁旋转座连接,反锁旋钮带动反锁旋转座旋转。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述磁性锁,其特征在于:还包括挡盖,所述锁体的侧壁开有活动腔,所述把手旋转座、反锁旋转座、第一推片、第二推片和限位片设置在活动腔内,所述挡盖固定在锁体的侧壁遮挡活动腔,面盖安装在锁体侧壁遮挡挡盖。
