本申请涉及纺织领域，特别是一种拉纤条装置。
背景技术
一般来说，在纺织行业对服装进行加工生产的过程中，不仅需要将服装生产制造出来，还需要对其进行精修美化，当服装需要进行拉纤条作业时，通常是将所生产出来的服装进行二次加工，通过该方式不仅浪费作业时间还会降低作业效率。
申请内容
为解决上述问题，本申请提供一种拉纤条装置。
本申请解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种拉纤条装置，包括横板，其特征在于：所述横板上表面一端设有限位框架，其另一端底面设有第一支撑架，并通过第一螺丝与横板相互固定连接，所述第一支撑架上表面另一端设有第二支撑架，并通过第二螺丝与第一支撑架相互固定连接，所述第二支撑架上表面另一端，位于横板正上方设有限位板，并通过第三螺丝与第二支撑架相互固定连接，所述限位板另一端与横板之间通过限位扣相互连接。
进一步的，所述第二支撑架的厚度与横板的厚度相等。
进一步的，所述横板通过1-2颗第一螺丝与横板相互固定连接。
进一步的，所述第一支撑架通过1-2颗第二螺丝与第一支撑架相互固定连接。
进一步的，所述第二支撑架通过1-2颗第三螺丝与第二支撑架相 互固定连接。
进一步的，所述限位板与横板之间通过1-2个限位扣相互连接。
进一步的，所述限位板整体为塑料或陶瓷材质。
本申请的有益效果是：本申请在途径横板时，通过限位板对布料进行高度限位，然后再由限位框架对布料进行两侧限位，防止布料发生偏移现象，达到了提高作业效率、节约作业时间、保证产品质量的有益效果。

如图1-3所示，根据本申请实施例的一种拉纤条装置，包括横板1，其特征在于：所述横板1上表面一端设有限位框架11，其另一端底面设有第一支撑架4，并通过第一螺丝41与横板1相互固定连接，所述第一支撑架4上表面另一端设有第二支撑架3，并通过第二螺丝31与第一支撑架相互固定连接，所述第二支撑架3上表面另一端，位于横板1正上方设有限位板2，并通过第三螺丝21与第二支撑架3 相互固定连接，所述限位板2另一端与横板1之间通过限位扣12相互连接。
进一步的，所述第二支撑架3的厚度与横板1的厚度相等。
进一步的，所述横板1通过1-2颗第一螺丝41与横板1相互固定连接。
进一步的，所述第一支撑架4通过1-2颗第二螺丝31与第一支撑架相互固定连接。
进一步的，所述第二支撑架3通过1-2颗第三螺丝21与第二支撑架3相互固定连接。
进一步的，所述限位板2与横板1之间通过1-2个限位扣12相互连接。
进一步的，所述限位板2整体为塑料或陶瓷材质。
如图1-3所示，当需要使用本申请拉纤条对服装进行作业加工时，首先将布料途径横板1和限位板2之间，穿过限位框架11，然后启动作业机器将布料与服装进行缝合，在缝合的过程中布料会持续途径横板1和限位板2之间，通过限位板2对布料高度进行限位，然后布料穿过限位框架11对布料两侧进行限位，防止布料发生位置偏移的现象，此外，由于限位板2整体为塑料或陶瓷材质，其表面较为光滑防止将布料磨损，达到了提高作业效率、节约作业时间、保证产品质量的有益效果。

  1. 一种拉纤条装置，包括横板(1)，其特征在于：所述横板(1)上表面一端设有限位框架(11)，其另一端底面设有第一支撑架(4)，并通过第一螺丝(41)与横板(1)相互固定连接，所述第一支撑架(4)上表面另一端设有第二支撑架(3)，并通过第二螺丝(31)与第一支撑架相互固定连接，所述第二支撑架(3)上表面另一端，位于横板(1)正上方设有限位板(2)，并通过第三螺丝(21)与第二支撑架(3)相互固定连接，所述限位板(2)另一端与横板(1)之间通过限位扣(12)相互连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种拉纤条装置，其特征在于：所述第二支撑架(3)的厚度与横板(1)的厚度相等。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种拉纤条装置，其特征在于：所述横板(1)通过1-2颗第一螺丝(41)与横板(1)相互固定连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种拉纤条装置，其特征在于：所述第一支撑架(4)通过1-2颗第二螺丝(31)与第一支撑架相互固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种拉纤条装置，其特征在于：所述第二支撑架(3)通过1-2颗第三螺丝(21)与第二支撑架(3)相互固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种拉纤条装置，其特征在于：所述限位板(2)与横板(1)之间通过1-2个限位扣(12)相互连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种拉纤条装置，其特征在于：所述限位板(2)整体为塑料或陶瓷材质。
