升降桌也称学习桌或升降办公桌,其利用升降特性,可满足不同身高的人员实现站坐交替办公的健康办公需求;目前,越来越多的办公人员选择升降工作桌来进行办公;现有技术的升降桌一般包括电动升降桌和手动升降桌,前者采用电机来驱动升降,后者则采用摇把来驱动升降。而电动升降桌又可分为单电机电动升降桌和双电机电动升降桌,所述的单电机电动升降桌即采用一个电机同时带动两个升降立柱升降,而双电机电动升降桌则是每个升降立柱对应一个电机;对于电动升降桌其结构一般包括两个底座,两个升降立柱,桌板,桌板框架和驱动电机,所述两个升降立柱的下端分别与两个底座连接,两个升降立柱的上端连接一横梁,每个升降立柱内设有丝杠升降机构,所述的横梁上安装有驱动电机及驱动电机的控制器,所述横梁的顶部与桌板框架连接,且横梁的长度方向上设有一传动杆,该传动杆与驱动电机传动连接,且传动杆的两端分别与两个升降立柱内的丝杠升降机构传动连接。
该现有技术的电动升降桌的两个升降立柱是独立分开的,用户购买之后需要将两个升降立柱组装起来使用,这样使用户的组装比较麻烦,而且两个升降立柱组装时还要调节传动杆的传动位置,而且还要与驱动电机配合,因此影响整个升降桌的组装效率;而且桌板与桌板框架是独立分开的,需要分别组装,组装比较麻烦。再者,两个升降立柱之间的横梁及传动杆向下凸出设置在桌板框架的底部,这样影响桌板下方的空间,而且用户在办公时,还容易被不小心碰到,用户体验感较差。
另外,为便于操作控制电动升降桌的升降动作,该电动升降桌一般配置有手控器,该手控器与驱动电机的控制器电性连接,用于给控制器发送指令,控制驱动电机动作。现有技术的电动升降桌的手控器一般安装在桌板底部靠近用户的一侧,或者是将手控器放置在桌面上,再或者是将手控器嵌入在桌板内;将手控器安装在桌板底部,则手控器会向下凸出设置在桌板下方,这样会占用桌板下方的空间,还容易被用户碰触,因此使 用非常不便;将手控器放置在桌板上,则手控器会占用桌面空间;将手控器嵌入在桌板内,则需要在桌板上开槽,安装精度和工艺要求较高,操作比较复杂。
上述现有技术电动升降桌在升降时是依靠手控器上按键或屏幕或图案的变化来给用户以指示作用,由于手控器体积较小,在升降时,手控器上按键或屏幕或图案的变化给用户的指示性不强,且整体科技感不足,用户体验感较差。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,克服以上现有技术的缺陷,提供一种能增大桌板下方空间,且便于用户腿部自由放置,结构简单、能快速组装,使手控器不易被用户误碰、安全性高的电动升降桌。
本发明的技术解决方案是,提供一种具有以下结构的电动升降桌:它包括
桌板本体,包括桌板和设置在桌板底部的框架,所述的桌板和框架连接为一体形成所述的桌板本体;
升降组件,连接在桌板本体的底部,其包括传动杆、两个升降立柱和一个驱动电机,所述的驱动电机通过传动杆与两个升降立柱传动连接,用于驱动两个升降立柱升降;所述的传动杆、两个升降立柱和驱动电机连接为一体形成所述的升降组件;
底座,连接在两个升降立柱的下端;
所述桌板本体的框架的底部设有供传动杆嵌入的凹槽,当升降组件连接在桌板本体的底部时,所述的传动杆位于凹槽内。
作为优选,所述两个升降立柱之间设有横梁,所述横梁的两端分别与两个升降立柱的上端固定连接;所述的横梁设置在框架的凹槽内,且传动杆设置在横梁内。
作为优选,所述横梁的底部平面与框架的底部平面相平齐。
作为优选,所述桌板本体靠近用户的一侧的侧壁上设有一安装槽,所述的安装槽内滑动连接一抽屉,且抽屉的底部与桌板本体的底部相平。
作为优选,所述的桌板为玻璃桌板,所述的框架为金属框架,所述的桌板固定连接在框架的顶部,所述抽屉的顶壁设有弹性垫,所述的弹性垫与桌板的底部弹性相抵。
作为优选,所述的框架包括外框及连接在外框内的横档,所述的凹槽设置在横档上并贯穿横档的底部。
作为优选,所述的外框内连接有与横档垂直的连杆;每个升降立柱的上端固定连接 一连接板,所述的连接板具有与连杆固定连接的第一连接部和与外框底部固定连接的第二连接部;所述桌板本体靠近用户的一侧壁到连杆的距离大于桌板本体远离用户的一侧壁到连杆的距离。
作为优选,所述两个升降立柱之间设有拉杆,所述拉杆的两端分别与两个升降立柱的下端固定连接。
作为优选,它还包括控制单元,所述的控制单元包括控制器和手控器,所述的控制器与驱动电机和手控器电连接;所述手控器的人机交互界面设置在桌板本体的外侧壁上。
作为优选,所述框架的外侧壁上设有一缺口,所述的手控器连接在缺口内,且手控器的人机交互界面与框架的外侧面平滑过渡。
作为优选,所述的缺口设置在框架靠近用户一侧的外侧壁的一端。
作为优选,所述手控器的底部与框架的底部相平齐,且手控器的人机交互界面所在的平面与框架靠近用户一侧的外侧壁所在的平面相平齐。
作为优选,所述的控制器与驱动电机电性连接,用于控制驱动电机动作;所述桌板本体的外侧壁上设有USB充电接口,所述的USB充电接口与控制器的电路电性连接。
作为优选,所述桌板本体的至少一个外侧壁上连接有发光体,所述的发光体与控制器电性连接,用于在控制器控制驱动电机动作时通电发光。
作为优选,所述的发光体为LED灯带,所述的发光体设置于桌板本体的左侧壁、右侧壁和桌板本体远离用户一侧的后侧壁,且发光体的两端均延伸至桌板本体靠近用户一侧的前侧壁上。
作为优选,所述的发光体连接在桌板本体与框架之间。
采用以上结构后,本发明电动升降桌与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
1、该电动升降桌的桌板本体、升降组件和底座三部分均为独立设置,也即该电动升降桌具有一体式的桌板本体、一体式的升降组件和底座,因此用户在购买组装时,只需使升降组件的上端与桌板本体连接,升降组件的下端与底座连接即可,无需在对桌板本体进行组装,或对升降组件进行组装,这样可缩短用户的组装时间,实现用户的快速组装,用户体验感好。
2、桌板本体的框架的底部设有供传动杆嵌入的凹槽,当升降组件连接在桌板本体的底部时,传动杆位于凹槽内。且两个升降立柱之间设有横梁,所述横梁的两端分别与两 个升降立柱的上端固定连接;横梁设置在框架的凹槽内,且传动杆设置在横梁内,也即横梁和传动杆均位于凹槽内;也即将横梁和传动杆隐藏在桌板本体内,使横梁的底部平面与框架的底部平面相平齐这样设置,避免横梁凸出设置在桌板本体的下方,增大桌板本体下方的有效空间,便于用户腿部自由放置及活动,而且使桌板本体整体更加简洁;横梁的设置使两个升降立柱之间的连接更加牢固、稳定。
3、抽屉的设计便于用户放置物品,提高升降桌的收纳功能,且抽屉顶部弹性垫的设置,一方面起到支撑桌板的作用,另一方面可与桌板底部产生摩擦,避免抽屉意外滑出。
4、框架上连杆的设置,以及升降立柱上端连接板的设置,该连接板具有与连杆固定连接的第一连接部和与外框底部固定连接的第二连接部,从而使升降立柱与桌板本体之间的连接更加牢固、稳定。
5、拉杆的设置,使两个升降立柱之间的连接进一步更加牢固、稳定,使升降组件的一体式设置更加稳定。
6、该电动升降桌的手控器的人机交互界面设置在桌板本体的外侧壁上。这样可防止手控器的人机交互界面被用户误碰而引发意外启动,安全性高;电动升降桌的手控器设置在桌板本体框架外侧壁上的缺口内,且手控器的人机交互界面与框架的外侧面平滑过渡;避免手控器向桌板本体的下方凸出,这样不仅可防止手控器被用户误碰,而且使手控器与桌板本体连接的更加牢固且整体性更强。缺口设置在框架靠近用户一侧的外侧壁的一端,手控器的底部与框架的底部相平齐,且手控器的控制面板所在的平面与框架靠近用户一侧的外侧壁所在的平面相平齐,这样设置,使手控器位于桌板本体靠近用户一侧的角落处,进一步可防止手控器被用户误碰。
7、该升降桌的桌板本体的至少一个外侧壁上连接有发光体,所述的发光体与控制器电性连接,用于在控制器控制驱动电机动作时通电发光,优选该发光体为LED灯带,发光体优先设置于桌板本体的左侧壁、右侧壁和桌板本体远离用户一侧的后侧壁,且发光体的两端均延伸至桌板本体靠近用户一侧的前侧壁上;这样设置在手控器给控制器发出升降信号后,驱动电机动作时该发光体发光,从而给用户以较强的指示作用,升降桌整体科技感高,用户体验感好;该发光体发光可由电路控制为发出不同亮度的光或亮度递减递增的光,也可根据升降桌的上升或下降发出不同颜色的或不同亮度的光,或在升降桌上升至最高位置或下降至最低位置时发出警示性光等。因此该升降桌在升降时,对用户有较强的指示作用,整体科技感高,用户体验感好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例一:
参见图1~图4所示,本发明一种电动升降桌,它包括桌板本体1,包括桌板100和设置在桌板100底部的框架101,所述的桌板100和框架101连接为一体形成所述的桌板本体1;所述的框架101包括外框104及连接在外框104内的横档105,所述的横档105为两根,所述的横档上设有凹槽107;所述桌板本体1靠近用户的一侧的侧壁上设有一安装槽102,该安装槽位于两个横档105之间,所述的安装槽102内滑动连接一抽屉103,且抽屉103的底部与桌板本体1的底部相平。所述的抽屉103通过滑轨滑动连接,所述的滑轨为两个,分别与两根横档的内侧壁固定连接;所述的桌板100为玻璃桌板,所述的框架101为金属框架,所述的桌板100固定连接在框架101的顶部,所述 抽屉103的顶壁设有弹性垫(未示出),所述的弹性垫与桌板100的底部弹性相抵。
升降组件2,连接在桌板本体1的底部,其包括横梁201、传动杆204、两个升降立柱200和一个驱动电机203;所述的驱动电机203通过传动杆204与两个升降立柱200传动连接,用于驱动两个升降立柱200升降,所述的横梁201、传动杆204、两个升降立柱200和驱动电机203连接为一体形成所述的升降组件2;底座3,连接在两个升降立柱200的下端;所述桌板本体1的框架101的底部设有供传动杆204嵌入的凹槽107,当升降组件2连接在桌板本体1的底部时,所述的传动杆204位于凹槽107内。所述两个升降立柱200之间设有横梁201,所述横梁201的两端分别与两个升降立柱200的上端固定连接;所述的横梁201设置在框架101的凹槽107内,且传动杆204设置在横梁201内。所述横梁201的底部平面与框架101的底部平面相平齐。所述的凹槽107设置在横档105上并贯穿横档105的底部。所述两个升降立柱200之间设有拉杆202,所述拉杆202的两端分别与两个升降立柱200的下端固定连接。所述的升降立柱2也称升降桌腿,其结构包括外管,滑动配合在外管内孔中的内管,所述内管的内孔中设有线性升降机构,或称线性推杆机构;所述的线性升降机构包括丝杠,丝杠通过轴承可转动连接在内管的上端;螺纹连接在丝杠上的基座,所述基座的外侧壁上连接一支撑管,支撑管的下端与外管的下端连接;丝杠转动,使基座连同支撑管沿丝杠长度方向移动,从而使外管相对于内管滑动,使升降立柱发生升降动作。该升降立柱为现有较为成熟技术的产品,可参见公开号为CN207659000U所公开的升降立柱,或参见公开号为CN207626789U,所公开的升降桌腿;故本发明不再对升降立柱的结构做详细说明。所述的传动杆204设置在横梁201内,所述的驱动电机203与传动杆204传动连接,且传动杆204的两端分别与两个升降立柱内的线性升降机构传动连接。
参见图2所示,所述的外框104内连接有与横档105垂直的连杆106;每个升降立柱200的上端固定连接一连接板205,所述的连接板205具有与连杆106固定连接的第一连接部206和与外框104底部固定连接的第二连接部207;所述桌板本体1靠近用户的一侧壁到连杆106的距离大于桌板本体1远离用户的一侧壁到连杆106的距离。框架101上连杆106的设置,以及升降立柱200上端连接板205的设置,该连接板205具有的第一连接部206和第二连接部207,从而使升降立柱200与桌板本体1之间的连接更加牢固、稳定。所述桌板本体1内连接有控制器4,所述的控制器4与驱动电机203电性连接,用于控制驱动电机203动作;所述桌板本体1的外侧壁上设有USB充电接口5, 所述的USB充电接口5与控制器4的电路电性连接。所述的USB充电接口5可用于供手机充电。
实施例二:
参见图5~图7所示,
本发明一种电动升降桌,它还包括控制单元,所述的控制单元包括控制器4和手控器6,所述的控制器4与驱动电机203和手控器6电连接;所述手控器6的人机交互界面600设置在桌板本体1的外侧壁上。这样设置,这样可防止手控器的人机交互界面被用户误碰而引发意外启动,安全性高;所述框架101的外侧壁上设有一缺口108,所述的手控器6连接在缺口108内,且手控器6的人机交互界面600与框架101的外侧面平滑过渡。这样设置,避免手控器向桌板本体的下方凸出,这样不仅可防止手控器被用户误碰,而且使手控器与桌板本体连接的更加牢固且整体性更强。所述的缺口108设置在框架101靠近用户一侧的外侧壁的一端。所述手控器6的底部与框架101的底部相平齐,手控器6的人机交互界面600所在的平面与框架101靠近用户一侧的外侧壁所在的平面相平齐。使手控器位于桌板本体靠近用户一侧的角落处,进一步可防止手控器被用户误碰。所述的人机交互界面600,可以为按键式的操作面板也可以为触摸控制的显示屏。本实施例的其他技术方案如实施例一所述,故本实施例不做重复描述。
实施例三:
参见图8~图10所示,
本发明一种电动升降桌,所述桌板本体1的至少一个外侧壁上连接有发光体7,所述的发光体7与控制器电性连接,用于在控制器控制驱动电机动作时通电发光。所述的发光体7为LED灯带,所述的发光体7设置于桌板本体1的左侧壁、右侧壁和桌板本体远离用户一侧的后侧壁,且发光体7的两端均延伸至桌板本体1靠近用户一侧的前侧壁上。所述的发光体7连接在桌板100与框架101之间。优选该发光体7为LED灯带;这样设置在手控器6给控制器发出升降信号后,驱动电机203动作时该发光体7发光,从而给用户以较强的指示作用,升降桌整体科技感高,用户体验感好;该发光体发光可由电路控制为发出不同亮度的光或亮度递减递增的光,也可根据升降桌的上升或下降发出不同颜色的或不同亮度的光,或在升降桌上升至最高位置或下降至最低位置时发出警示性光等。因此该升降桌在升降时,对用户有较强的指示作用,整体科技感高,用户体验 感好。本实施例的其他技术方案如实施例二所述,故本实施例不做重复描述。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种电动升降桌,其特征在于:它包括
    桌板本体,包括桌板和设置在桌板底部的框架,所述的桌板和框架连接为一体形成所述的桌板本体;
    升降组件,连接在桌板本体的底部,其包括传动杆、两个升降立柱和一个驱动电机,所述的驱动电机通过传动杆与两个升降立柱传动连接,用于驱动两个升降立柱升降;所述的传动杆、两个升降立柱和驱动电机连接为一体形成所述的升降组件;
    底座,连接在两个升降立柱的下端;
    所述桌板本体的框架的底部设有供传动杆嵌入的凹槽,当升降组件连接在桌板本体的底部时,所述的传动杆位于凹槽内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电动升降桌,其特征在于:所述两个升降立柱之间设有横梁,所述横梁的两端分别与两个升降立柱的上端固定连接;所述的横梁设置在框架的凹槽内,且传动杆设置在横梁内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电动升降桌,其特征在于:所述横梁的底部平面与框架的底部平面相平齐。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电动升降桌,其特征在于:所述桌板本体靠近用户的一侧的侧壁上设有一安装槽,所述的安装槽内滑动连接一抽屉,且抽屉的底部与桌板本体的底部相平。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电动升降桌,其特征在于:所述的桌板为玻璃桌板,所述的框架为金属框架,所述的桌板固定连接在框架的顶部,所述抽屉的顶壁设有弹性垫,所述的弹性垫与桌板的底部弹性相抵。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电动升降桌,其特征在于:所述的框架包括外框及连接在外框内的横档,所述的凹槽设置在横档上并贯穿横档的底部。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电动升降桌,其特征在于:所述的外框内连接有与横档垂直的连杆;每个升降立柱的上端固定连接一连接板,所述的连接板具有与连杆固定连接的第一连接部和与外框底部固定连接的第二连接部;所述桌板本体靠近用户的一侧壁到连杆的距离大于桌板本体远离用户的一侧壁到连杆的距离。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的电动升降桌,其特征在于:所述两个升降立柱之间设有拉杆,所述拉杆的两端分别与两个升降立柱的下端固定连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的电动升降桌,其特征在于:它还包括控制单元,所述的控制单元包括控制器和手控器,所述的控制器与驱动电机和手控器电连接;所述手控器的人机交互界面设置在桌板本体的外侧壁上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电动升降桌,其特征在于:所述框架的外侧壁上设有一缺口,所述的手控器连接在缺口内,且手控器的人机交互界面与框架的外侧面平滑过渡。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电动升降桌,其特征在于:所述的缺口设置在框架靠近用户一侧的外侧壁的一端。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电动升降桌,其特征在于:所述手控器的底部与框架的底部相平齐,且手控器的人机交互界面所在的平面与框架靠近用户一侧的外侧壁所在的平面相平齐。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的电动升降桌,其特征在于:所述的控制器与驱动电机电性连接,用于控制驱动电机动作;所述桌板本体的外侧壁上设有USB充电接口,所述的USB充电接口与控制器的电路电性连接。
  14. 根据权利要求9所述的电动升降桌,其特征在于:所述桌板本体的至少一个外侧壁上连接有发光体,所述的发光体与控制器电性连接,用于在控制器控制驱动电机动作时通电发光。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的电动升降桌,其特征在于:所述的发光体为LED灯带,所述的发光体设置于桌板本体的左侧壁、右侧壁和桌板本体远离用户一侧的后侧壁,且发光体的两端均延伸至桌板本体靠近用户一侧的前侧壁上。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的电动升降桌,其特征在于:所述的发光体连接在桌板本体与框架之间。
