下面详细描述本公开的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本公开,而不能理解为对本公开的限制。

下面参考附图描述根据本公开实施例的颈椎按摩仪。如图1-图2所示,所述颈椎按摩仪包括按摩组件1和主机体2。
按摩组件1设有插头组件200,主机体2设有插孔,插头组件200可拆卸地插接于 插孔,实现电导通,按摩组件1的朝向人体颈部的一侧具有按摩带300,按摩带300可为导电硅胶制成。
举例而言,主机体2构造成与人体颈部的形状相适配的C形,按摩组件1设置有插头组件200,插头组件200与按摩带300电连接,且插头组件200除了与插孔电连接的部份外,其他裸露在按摩组件1的部分做绝缘处理,例如,插头组件200的表面涂覆绝缘层,相应地,插孔设置在主机体2。
根据本公开实施例的颈椎按摩仪,通过设置按摩组件1和主机体2为分体模块,且按摩组件1设有插头组件200、主机体2设有插孔,插头组件200可拆卸地插接于插孔,实现了按摩组件1和主机体2电导通的同时,可以将按摩组件1从主机体2上拆卸,这样可以单独对按摩组件1进行清洁,并且由于按摩组件1可从主机体2上拆卸,可以单独对按摩组件1进行维护,节省了维修成本和时间,即按摩组件1和主机体2中的一个损坏时,不需要对颈椎按摩仪整体进行报废,只需要对损坏的按摩组件1或者主机体2进行维修或更换即可,降低了维修成本。
此外,按摩组件1的朝向人体颈部的一侧具有按摩带300,按摩带300与插头组件200电连接,插头组件200与插孔之间也存在电连接,这样保证了按摩组件1安装在主机体2上时,按摩带300通电,可对人体颈部进行按摩。
另外,本领域技术人员可以理解的是,相关技术中有的颈椎按摩仪采用导线连接按摩片的方式,但本公开实施例的颈椎按摩仪不同于该种方式,在本公开中,按摩组件1和主机体2之间,采用相配合的两个端子进行刚性连接,按摩组件1和主机体2插接后的相对位置稳定,结构更加可靠,主机体2与人体颈部定位后,按摩组件1与人体颈部的相对位置也被固定,按摩组件1能够准确持续地对人体颈部进行按摩。并且,采用端子插接的方式,连接和拆卸均相较于导线连接更加方便。此外,导线连接的单独按摩片在使用时容易遗失,而本公开中的按摩组件1解决了该问题。
首先参考附图描述根据本公开实施例的用于颈椎按摩仪的按摩组件1。
如图2-图5所示,用于颈椎按摩仪的按摩组件1包括后盖100、插头组件200和按摩带300。后盖100为具有良好形变能力及恢复力的材料,例如,塑胶。按摩带300可由导电硅胶制成。插头组件200可包括电路板220、插头230和支架240。其中,插头230安装在支架240上且与主机体2电连接,插头230同时与电路板220电连接,电路板220与按摩带300电连接。
后盖100构造有向背向人体颈部方向凸起的凸台150,插头组件200安装于后盖100且从凸台150伸出,按摩带300安装于后盖100内且与插头组件200电连接。
根据本公开实施例的用于颈椎按摩仪的按摩组件1,通过在后盖100构造有向背向 人体颈部方向凸起的凸台150,凸台150与主机体2接触且后盖100为具有良好形变能力及恢复力的材料。这样按摩组件1具有形变能力,且后盖100的背向人体颈部的一侧的除凸台150外的其余部分与主机体2间隔设置,这样提供了形变空间,按摩组件1形成单边桥结构,能够使按摩组件1适应不同的人体颈椎形状,按摩带300与人体颈椎皮肤的贴合紧密,增加按摩效果。
举例而言,当佩戴颈椎按摩仪时,人体颈部会向后施力于按摩组件1,由于按摩组件1的单边桥结构,人体颈部向后施力于按摩组件1的中心处时,按摩组件1的左右两侧会向靠近彼此的方向夹紧,从而夹紧人体颈部,使按摩带300更加贴合于人体颈部。
此外,凸台150的设置不仅增加了后盖100的整体的结构强度,保证了后盖100与主机体2之间可以承受更大的压力,提高了按摩组件1的使用寿命,并且增加了按摩带300的形变距离,能够使按摩组件1更加贴合人体颈部的形状,提高了按摩效果。此外,凸台150的设置,增加了后盖100的结构强度。
如此,根据本公开实施例的用于颈椎按摩仪的按摩组件1可从颈椎按摩仪上拆卸,具有便于清洁、易于维修、结构稳定和舒适性高等优点。
根据本公开的一些具体实施例,凸台150为球冠形。其中,凸台150的横截面积逐从靠近颈椎的一端到远离颈椎的一端逐渐减小。这样进一步地减小按摩组件1和主机体2之间的接触面积,按摩组件1的形变空间更充足,按摩组件1可以更适应于人体颈部的形状,进一步地提高了按摩舒适性。
根据本公开的一些具体实施例,如图3-图4所示,凸台150具有沿其厚度方向贯穿的贯穿孔110,后盖100的朝向人体颈部的一面设有安装槽120。插头组件200安装于后盖100且从贯穿孔110伸出。按摩带300安装于安装槽120内且与插头组件200电连接。
具体而言,插头组件200安装于后盖100的朝向人体颈部的一面,并且插头组件200从贯穿孔110伸出连接于主机体2。这样实现了按摩组件1与主机体2之间的刚性连接和电连接。按摩带300安装于安装槽120,按摩带300与后盖100的相对位置固定,即按摩组件1与人体颈部的相对位置固定时,按摩带300与人体颈部的相对位置固定,保证了按摩位置的稳定。
根据本公开的一些具体实施例,如图2-图5所示,按摩带300为多个,每个按摩带300沿后盖100的长度方向延伸,多个按摩带300沿后盖100的长度方向间隔设置,安装槽120为多个,多个按摩带300一一对应地安装于多个安装槽120。如此,按摩带300与后盖100的相对位置固定,提高了按摩带300与后盖100之间的连接强度,并且 多个安装槽120间隔设置,避免了相邻按摩带300之间发生短路,提高了按摩组件1的安全性。
其中,按摩带300为沿按摩组件1的长度方向间隔设置的多个条状按摩带,多个条状按摩带包括至少一个正极的条状按摩带和至少一个负极的条状按摩带,采用条状按摩带代替相关技术中按摩头电极,条状按摩带无需像按摩头电极一般凸出,从而减小了按摩组件1的体积,更为重要的是,保证了带300与主机体2围成足够大的佩戴空间。并且,通过多个条状按摩带的设置,在按摩组件1时,多个条状按摩带可以与人体形成回路,达到按摩的效果,并且由于按摩带300设置为条状,且每个按摩带300沿按摩组件1的长度方向延伸,多个按摩带300与人体接触的总面积大,相比相关技术中的局部按摩,实现了大面积连续区域的按摩,不仅增大了按摩区域,扫清了按摩盲点,提高了用户舒适性,并且有效避免了刺痛的产生,保证的按摩的舒适性。
进一步地,如图3-图5所示,每个按摩带300设置有定位筋条310,定位筋条310沿按摩带300的外边沿的长度方向延伸在按摩带300的外边沿处,每个安装槽120的底壁设有定位槽130,定位筋条310配合于对应的定位槽130内。如此,按摩带300安装于后盖100时,不需要辅助工具进行定位,节约了装配时间,提高了装配效率。并且按摩带300与后盖100之间的接触面积增加,提高了按摩带300与后盖100的连接强度。
根据本公开的一些具体实施例,如图2-图5所示,用于颈椎按摩仪的按摩组件1还包括盖板400。盖板400安装于插头组件200的朝向人体颈部的一侧,电路板220位于盖板400和支架240之间,盖板400位于相邻按摩带300之间。
举例而言,盖板400设在相邻的按摩带300之间,保证相邻的按摩带300之间的绝缘,避免按摩组件1因为形变误接通而失去按摩效果。如此,盖板400能够将电路板220压紧在支架240上,盖板400遮挡插头组件200,防止插头组件200受到汗渍和灰尘的污染损坏。
进一步地,如图4-图5所示,盖板400设有定位柱410,插头组件200设有定位孔210。
具体而言,定位柱410插入定位孔210后,进行粘接固定,保证盖板400与插头组件200的连接强度,确保盖板400对电路板200的遮蔽效果。
根据本公开的一些具体实施例,如图2所示,按摩带300凸出后盖100的朝向人体颈部的一面。
具体而言,按摩带300凸出后盖100的朝向人体颈部的一面0.1mm-10mm。如此,不仅保证了按摩带300先于人体颈部皮肤进行接触,而且按摩带300的形变空间充足, 按摩带300可适应颈部形状,保证了亲肤和按摩效果。
根据本公开的一些具体实施例,如图4-图5所示,按摩带300设置电连接部320,电连接部320设置在按摩带300的背向人体颈部的一面且与插头组件200电连接。这样电连接部320的设置,保证了按摩带300与插头组件200之间的电连接稳定可靠,确保了按摩带300对人体颈部的按摩作用。并且简化了连接电路,节省了导线。
根据本公开的一些具体实施例,如图3-图4所示,后盖100的朝向人体颈部的一面设有凹槽140,插头组件200安装于凹槽140。如此,插头组件200与后盖100的接触面积更大,连接强度更大,不易脱落,便于安装稳定。并且由于插头组件200连接于颈椎按摩仪的主机体2,因此,后盖100与主机体2的相对位置固定,增加了颈椎按摩仪的结构稳定性。
根据本公开的一些具体实施例,如图3-图5所示,用于颈椎按摩仪的按摩组件1还包括发热膜500。发热膜500安装在插头组件200且与插头组件200电连接,发热膜500位于后盖100和按摩带300之间。
具体而言,发热膜500粘贴于后盖100,并且与按摩带300背向人体颈部的一侧相接触。如此,在按摩带300进行按摩时,还可以对颈部的皮肤进行加热,提高了按摩效果,保证了按摩的舒适性。
进一步地,如图3-图4所示,按摩带300设置有香薰容纳区330,香薰容纳区330与发热膜500的位置对应。
举例而言,香薰容纳区330可放置带有精油或者香精的香薰片。如此,香薰片含有的精油或者香精被气化,用户在嗅到香味后会产生愉悦感,使用户的脖颈处的肌肉更放松,提高按摩效果。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种用于颈椎按摩仪的按摩组件,其特征在于,包括:
    后盖,所述后盖构造有向背向人体颈部方向凸起的凸台;
    插头组件,所述插头组件安装于所述后盖且从所述凸台伸出;
    按摩带,所述按摩带安装于所述后盖内且与所述插头组件电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于颈椎按摩仪的按摩组件,其特征在于,所述凸台为球冠形。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的用于颈椎按摩仪的按摩组件,其特征在于,所述凸台的横截面积逐从靠近颈椎的一端到远离颈椎的一端逐渐减小。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的用于颈椎按摩仪的按摩组件,其特征在于,所述凸台具有沿其厚度方向贯穿的贯穿孔,所述后盖朝向人体颈部的一面设有安装槽,所述插头组件安装于所述后盖且从所述贯穿孔伸出,所述按摩带安装于所述安装槽内且与所述插头组件电连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的用于颈椎按摩仪的按摩组件,其特征在于,所述按摩带为多个,每个所述按摩带沿所述后盖的长度方向延伸,多个所述按摩带沿所述后盖的长度方向间隔设置,所述安装槽为多个,多个所述按摩带一一对应地安装于多个所述安装槽。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的用于颈椎按摩仪的按摩组件,其特征在于,每个所述按摩带设置有定位筋条,所述定位筋条沿所述按摩带的外边沿的周向延伸在所述按摩带的外边沿处,每个所述安装槽的底壁设有定位槽,所述定位筋条配合于对应的所述定位槽内。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的用于颈椎按摩仪的按摩组件,其特征在于,还包括:
    盖板,所述盖板安装于所述插头组件的朝向人体颈部的一侧,所述盖板位于相邻所述按摩带之间。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的用于颈椎按摩仪的按摩组件,其特征在于,所述盖板设有定位柱,所述插头组件设有定位孔。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的用于颈椎按摩仪的按摩组件,其特征在于,所述按摩带凸出所述后盖的朝向人体颈部的一面。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的用于颈椎按摩仪的按摩组件,其特征在于,所述按摩带设置电连接部,所述电连接部设置在所述按摩带的背向人体颈部的一面且与所述插头组件电连接。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的用于颈椎按摩仪的按摩组件,其特征在于,所述后盖的朝向人体颈部的一面设有凹槽,所述插头组件安装于所述凹槽。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的用于颈椎按摩仪的按摩组件,其特征在于,还包括:
    发热膜,所述发热膜安装在所述插头组件且与所述插头组件电连接,所述发热膜位于所述后盖和所述按摩带之间。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的用于颈椎按摩仪的按摩组件,其特征在于,所述按摩带设置有香薰容纳区,所述香薰容纳区与所述发热膜的位置对应。
