Description

一种髋臼杯 技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,特别涉及一种髋臼杯。
背景技术
髋关节置换术经过多年的临床实践已经成为可靠的治疗手段。其中,全髋关节置换术需要髋臼杯与股骨柄配合使用,以此来满足患者关节的活动要求。在现有技术中关节的配合方式均是模仿自然髋关节,即臼杯与股骨柄上的球体通过滑动进行活动。由于滑动过程中滑动摩擦的存在,臼杯与球体接触的面极易发生损坏,从而影响关节的使用寿命,同时,长时间的滑动摩擦会造成臼杯与球体表面发生材质脱落并产生碎屑,这些碎屑极易造成人体炎症从而导致植入的关节发生松动。此外,由于髋臼杯与股骨结合的稳定性不高,容易因松动而发生脱臼事故,且容易产生碰撞损伤与异响。
目前髋臼杯与球体通过采用耐磨性材料来提高关节的使用寿命,其成本较高且加工复杂。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出一种髋臼杯,通过在髋臼杯内设计滚动轴承的方式来使关节以滚动的形式进行活动,从而将滑动摩擦变成滚动摩擦,大大减少了摩擦阻力,进而增加关节的使用寿命。同时,本发明的髋臼杯能够与股骨柄紧密连接,保证了髋关节在运动过程中的稳定性,从而减少了脱臼事故的发生。
根据本发明的实施例的髋臼杯,包括:

具体地,当将该髋臼杯应用于髋关节置换手术时,首先将主体结构100开口向上放置,放入滚珠120并均匀分布在主体结构100的内壁,单层即可,避免堆叠,取活动球体300,连接孔310向上,并置于均匀分布在主体结构100内壁的 滚珠120上,再继续沿着主体结构100内壁的四周均匀放入滚珠120,均匀分布,避免堆叠,直至不超过主体结构100的外边缘即可,最后取盖体200,开口向下,将螺纹槽的内螺纹对准主体结构100中凸台110的外螺纹,同时保证连接孔310在活动球体300外漏出盖体200的部分上,再旋转盖体200,将其固位,完成组装。组装完成即可安排进行手术,首先打开患者的软组织露出患者的髋臼窝,通过髋臼锉在患者髋臼窝制造出安装位置,将本发明的主体结构100放入其中,保证主体结构100的外壁与髋臼窝紧密接触,调节安装块220的位置,使用固位钉穿过安装孔221将本发明的髋臼杯固位住。如此,活动球体300与滚珠120发生滚动,并与主体结构100及盖体200的协同工作下,使得关节活动,由于该过程中为滚动摩擦,所产生的摩擦力较滑动摩擦大大减小,从而增加了关节的使用寿命。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种髋臼杯,其特征在于,包括:
    主体结构,所述主体结构的顶面设有开口向上的腔体,其内壁设有多个滚珠;
    活动球体,所述活动球体设在所述腔体内;
    盖体,所述盖体与所述腔体的顶面可拆卸连接,所述盖体上对应所述腔体的位置设有通孔,其中,所述活动球体从所述通孔外漏出所述盖体,所述活动球体外漏出所述盖体的部分上设置有连接孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的髋臼杯,其特征在于,所述活动球体的外壁到所述腔体内壁的距离d与滚珠的半径r之间满足:

  3. 根据权利要求1所述的髋臼杯,其特征在于,所述主体结构为半球形,所述腔体的开口环绕设置有凸台,所述凸台的外侧面设有外螺纹。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的髋臼杯,其特征在于,所述盖体的底面设置有凹槽,所述凹槽的顶面沿竖直方向设置有通孔,所述凹槽的内侧壁上设置有内螺纹,所述内螺纹与所述外螺纹相适配。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的髋臼杯,其特征在于,所述主体结构的外壁为粗糙壁面。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的髋臼杯,其特征在于,所述主体结构的内壁为光滑壁面。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的髋臼杯,其特征在于,所述盖体的外侧设有安装块,所述安装块上设有安装孔。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的髋臼杯,其特征在于,所述通孔为圆形,所述通孔的上边缘和下边缘均设有倒角。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的髋臼杯,其特征在于,所述活动球体的外表面为光滑壁面。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的髋臼杯,其特征在于,所述连接孔的内壁设有内齿轮。
