Description

AN INNOVATION IN A DOOR MOVEMENT MECHANISM FOR CABINETS
Technical Field
The invention relates to a door movement mechanism for cabinets.
In particular, the invention is related to a door movement mechanism that allows the door to stand in the parking position between the customer and the product at any time in order to facilitate the customers' access to the products in the refrigerator stands.
Prior Art
In the refrigerator industry, especially when a variety of food products should be kept cold and when it is necessary to protect food products from the negative effects of the external environment, refrigerators are used. The refrigerators in question are stand type especially in places such as markets and shopping centers, where the products that customers can buy are stored. However, there may be some problems taking the products from inside these refrigerators during the busy hours of the markets and shopping centers. For example, during peak hours, since the refrigerator doors cannot be opened in the desired way and since the doors cannot stay in the desired position after opening, access times to the products from in front of the refrigerators lengthen. This may interfere with the customers to grab the products comfortably and even customers may give up buying these products. In addition to these, it can be very difficult for children, elderly people and people with physical disabilities to access the refrigerator since the refrigerator doors cannot be opened in the desired way.
In utility model application no. TR2007/05004, in order to prevent the problems encountered during opening of the display cabinets used in the refrigerator industry; a front window is opened by pulling the front window and its motion, and raising a weight with the steel wire through an aluminum profile by means of a pulley and simultaneously with the angled opening of the door movement mechanism. The closing system is also realized in the same way. However, access to the display cabinet in question is very difficult. This is especially difficult for children and the elderly.
As a result, the lack of an existing structure have made it necessary to make a development in the relevant technical area.
Brief Description of the Invention
The main purpose of the invention is to introduce a door movement mechanism in cabinet stands that allows customers to easily access products. Another purpose of the invention is to establish a structure that allows the door to be set in a park position between the customer and the product at any time in order to provide ease for the customers to access to the products in the cabinet stands.
In order to achieve all the objectives mentioned above and those will emerge from the detailed description below, the invention relates to a door movement mechanism that can enable the door to be set in the parking position between the customer and the product at any time in order to ease the users' access to the products in the cabinet stands. The invention comprises;
• at least two threaded bearing hinges positioned at the bottom and top of the door to ensure the mounting of the door to the cabinet stand,
• at least two sleds, on which the door moves back and forth along with the gear bed hinges, connected to the floor and ceiling of the cabinet stand,
• a toothed rack on which the gear parts of the gear bed hinge, is seated, in order to allow the gear bed hinge along with the door and which extends along the sled, on the sled,
• a transmission shaft, which determines the synchronized movement of the gear bed hinge and extends along the height of the door between the two gear bed hinges.
All features and advantages of the invention shall become apparent by the drawings given below and the detailed description with reference to these drawing; therefore, the assessment should be made by taking into consideration the description and drawings.

Detailed Description of the Invention
Figure 1 gives an overview of the refrigerator stand door movement mechanism. Accordingly, the door movement mechanism fundamentally comprises a door (70) which is opened and closed and a gear bed hinge (10) which allows the door (70) to be mounted to the refrigerator stand. There are who gear bed hinges (10) in order to allows the door (70) to be mounted from the bottom and the top part. The door (70) moves back and forth on the sled (30) along with the gear bed hinge (10). The length of the sled (30) is equal to the distance through which the gate (70) will advance. A toothed rack (20) which allows the motion of the gear bed hinge (10) is introduced on the sled (30). The toothed rack (20) extends along the sled (30). The gear parts of the gear bed hinge (10) are moved to the toothed rack (20). The sled (30) acts as a guide during this movement.
In reference to Figure 2, a transmission shaft (40) determines the synchronized movement of the gear bed hinge (10) at the bottom and at the top of the door (70). The transmission shaft (40) lies along the height of the door (70) between the gear bed hinge (10) located at the bottom and the gear bearing hinge (10) located at the top. A door front position latch (50) is introduced in order to allow the gear bed hinge (10) to fix the door (70) at the closed position. By pushing and pulling the mentioned door front position latch (50), the door (70) is secured and released. When the door is secured, it stops in the parking position. When the door is released, it can be pulled to the front position by means of the sleds. A distance setting stub (60) which determines the distance between the gear bed hinge (10) at the bottom and the gear bed hinge (10) at the top is introduced. The mentioned distance setting stub (60) is located between the door (70) and the transmission shaft (40) and extends along the height of the door (70).
Overviews of the door are given in Figure 3, where the refrigerator stand door is in the open state, in Figure 4, where the refrigerator stand door is in the back state, and in Figure 5, where the refrigerator stand door is in the closed state. Accordingly, in accordance with the aforementioned, the embodiment of the invention is carried out as follows. The door (70) is put into the park position or into the front position at the same way by controlling its motion inside the sled (30) under the park position or the front position. This motion is performed by means of the gear bed hinge (10) located at both ends of the transmission shaft (40). The purpose of the gear bed hinge (10) is to ensure that the door (70) is closed by gravity in the front position. The gear bed hinge (10) serves as a support for moving the door (70) to the park position and front position within the sled
(30). The transmission shaft (40) allows the door (70) to be moved to the park position and the front position with toothed racks (20) fixed in the lower and upper sleds (30) to the gear bed hinges (10) at each end. During the motion, the force applied from any point of the door (70) is transferred equally to the hinge with the bottom and top gear bed hinges (10) so that the motion of the door (70) can be shifted to the park position or the front position perpendicular to the ground. Thereby, in order to allow the customers to access the products in the refrigerator stands, a refrigerator stand which can enable the door (70) to be set to the park position between the customer and the product at any time is realized. Problems that slow customers' access to the products during busy working hours and cause customers to stop buying the product will be eliminated. With the invention, ease of access of many people such as children, elderly people and people with physical disabilities etc. will be provided better than the present door embodiments.
