APPLICATION AND WORKING METHOD THAT ALLOWS TO LISTEN TO LIVE MUSIC IN
ANOTHER LOCATION CONCURRENTLY
TECHNICAL FIELD
Invention is a system that conveys the music that is played to the listeners at the locations determined in cafes, bars, restaurants, night clubs, beaches, etc., at the same time, to listeners in different locations at the same time and it is a method of listening to live music that provides the user with preliminary information about the environment by listening to the live music presented instantly through the application or website interface.
In particular, the invention is a live music listening system and method that includes a stream device that will transmit live music to our broadcast servers, a music player output that can provide audio input to the stream device at the location, an server to provide internet broadcast transfer, and a hosting server to deliver the broadcast to the audience.
PREVIOUS TECHNIQUE
Music is the artistic form of sound. Its origin is based on pre-language formation. People have used music to express their various emotions, joys or sorrows. Music is universal and can be listened to by people as a hobby. For this reason, various methods are developed for the publication of the music recital.
The music applications using the current technique enable the existing music to be listened to and recorded. Live music cannot be listened through these applications.
Applications used in the current technique offer standard service. This situation causes the user to spend less time with the application.
In the applications used in the current technique, live music cannot be broadcast from one medium instantly.
In the current technique, music is broadcast in public areas via CDs, from a special music program using methods with remote control systems or from active websites. These broadcasts are loaded with songs with a certain playlist. These playlists are automatically launched at the time intervals specified by the supervisor.
In the applications used in the current technique, music can be listened to and shared by selecting playlists loaded instantly. In this case, it is not possible to receive live services, so that information about the environment cannot be obtained.
The songs loaded in the applications used in the current technique are downloaded to the listening device. And the downloaded music is offered by sharing among users. This situation causes the user to spend a lot of effort.
As a result, the need for a music application that offers the opportunity to listen live music from the environment and the inadequacy of existing solutions have made it necessary to make a development in the related technical field for the solution of deficiencies existing in the current technique
PURPOSE OF THE INVENTION
The invention in question is the practice and method that allows listeners to listen to music that is playing live in locations (DJ concerts, famous beaches, famous restaurants, famous night clubs, etc.) in various countries of the world through the application and website.
Another purpose of the invention is to enable users to access live music and have preliminary information about the space, and to access information about the space, location, direction information etc. via the application or website interface.
Invention is to present this live and DJ performance to the listeners through the application or website interface while DJ or artists who performs typical live music. Thus, it is possible to listen to the original music instantly.
Another purpose of the invention is to have an idea by listening to the application or website interface before going to the venue, while the users will spend time in a place they want to visit for the first time.
Another aim of the invention is to allow users in different locations to listen to the same music live simultaneously.

DETAILED EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION
Live music subject to the invention, live music listening system includes: Stream device, which is the device to transmit live music to our broadcast servers, and a music player output that can provide audio input to the stream device at the location, icecast server that will provide internet broadcast transfer, hosting server that will deliver the broadcast to the audience.
Thanks to this Invention, with the stream device placed in the relevant place by making a contract before, live music performed instantly in that place can be listened to by users anywhere in the world.
The invention transmits music played in a live music environment to the broadcast servers via the stream device via the internet. Audio input is provided to the stream device with the music player output in the location. The music transmitted to the broadcast servers via the stream device provides internet broadcast transfer via the icecast server. Listeners connected via the application or the website can listen to the music in the region they want instantly thanks to the hosting server. Also, by knowing about this place, users can visit the place.
The steps of using the application system by the user through devices such as mobile, computer, tablet etc. are as follows:
• The possibility of the user to download the application or connect to the system through the website interface via electronic devices.
• Placing the stream device in the previously contracted environment (DJ concerts, famous beaches, famous restaurants, famous night clubs, etc.).
• Transmitting live music played in the environment where the stream device is placed, to the broadcast servers via the stream device.
• Providing audio input to the stream device with the music player output in the location.
• Providing online broadcast transfer with the icecast server of the music transmitted to the broadcast servers with the stream device.,
• The opportunity for the listeners to connect to the hosting device by selecting the interface on the streaming device, or by choosing the interface on the website.
• The opportunity to listen to the music in the location where the audience is connected. It is also possible to display the information of the location where the music is playing.
It is clear that a person skilled in the technical field can demonstrate the innovation presented in the invention using similar embodiments and / or apply it to other areas of similar purpose used in the relevant technique. It is clear, therefore, that such configurations will lack the criterion of using the known state of innovation and technique.
Claims
1. The invention is a live music listening system that allows the users to listen to the music played in electronic places and listen to the music and to get preliminary information about the location of the music. The feature of the present invention is characterized by the fact that it includes a stream device that transmits live music to broadcast servers, a music player output that provides audio input to the stream device at the location, an icecast server used to provide online broadcast transfer, and a hosting server used to deliver the broadcast to the audience..
2. The invention is a method of listening to live music and characterized with the following features;
• The possibility of logging in to the live music listening system of the user through electronic devices,
• Placing the stream device in the previously contracted environment,
• Transmitting live music playing in the environment where the stream device is placed, to the broadcast servers through the stream device,
• Providing audio input to the stream device with the music player output at the location,
• Providing online broadcast transfer with the icecast server of the music transmitted to the broadcast servers via the stream device,
• Connecting the listeners online with the hosting server by selecting the environments where the stream device is placed,
• Listen to the music live at the location where the listener is connected and view the information of the location where the music is playing.
3. It is a live music listening system and method according to Claim-1 or Claim-2. Its feature is to be characterized by presenting the visuals of the venue in the interface that is used after the live music starts to be listened to in the said live music listening system and method.
4. It is a live music listening system and method according to Claim-1 or Claim-2. Its feature is to be characterized by accessing the location and address of the venue, after the live music begins to be listened to in the mentioned live music listening system and method.
5. It is a live music listening system and method according to Claim-1. It is characterized by the fact that the input in the live music listening system mentioned is the application loaded on the electronic devices.
6. It is a live music listening system and method according to Claim-1. Its feature is to be characterized by providing the entrance through the website interface opened with electronic devices in the mentioned live music listening system.
