背景技术

根据本公开的第一实施方式的连接器组件100中的固定部302是通过以下加工过程来实现的:采用热熔机等加热工具使外壳300上部的台阶部301顶端的多处小面积部分同时熔化,熔化部分形成径向向内延伸的固定部302,固定部302压靠在上盖202的凸缘2022上,从而将上盖202牢固地固定在外壳300内。
另外,由图6所示,上盖本体2021沿径向向外方向设置有一圈连续的突环2024。突环2024卡在外壳300的内周表面上对应的槽部中,以通过 过盈配合来保持上盖202不被弹簧203顶出。
图7示出了对比示例中的针式连接器组件100的截面图。其中,该连接器组件仅在上盖202的上盖本体2021沿径向向外方向设置有一圈突环2024。突环2024卡在外壳300的内周表面中的凹槽,以通过过盈配合来保持上盖202不被弹簧203顶出。然而在实际使用过程中,上盖202仅通过上述过盈配合来进行保持,其与塑胶外壳300之间存在松动的风险。当上盖202与外壳300之间松动时,会导致弹簧203处于松弛状态,难以将连接针201顶出,从而容易与泵10的连接端口11断开连接,从而使液体输注泵10与保持装置20之间存在接触不良的风险。
与图7的对比示例中的针式连接器组件100相比,本公开通过固定部302和突环2024的双重设计,使上盖202牢固地保持在外壳300中,从而使处于上盖202下部的弹簧203处于压紧状态,为处于弹簧203下部的连接针201提供足以使其顶出的弹簧力,以使连接针201与泵10的连接端口11连接牢固,从而使液体输注泵10与保持装置20之间连接牢固。
图8示出了根据本公开的第二实施方式的连接器组件100的俯视图。该连接器组件100由2个针式连接器200和围绕在2个针式连接器200周围以对针式连接器200进行保持的外壳300构成。该实施方式的连接器组件200的其余结构与第一实施方式中的相应结构相同。连接器组件100可以按照实际的设计需要包括2个或5个以外数量的多个针式连接器200。
尽管在此已详细描述本公开的各种实施方式,但是应该理解本公开并不局限于这里详细描述和示出的具体实施方式,在不偏离本公开的实质和范围的情况下可由本领域的技术人员实现其它的变型和变体。所有这些变型和变体都落入本公开的范围内。而且,所有在此描述的构件都可以由其他技术性上等同的构件来代替。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种连接器组件,所述连接器组件用于使液体输注泵和保持装置电连接或信号通讯连接,其特征在于,所述连接器组件包括:
    针式连接器,所述针式连接器的一端用于与所述液体输注泵电连接或信号通讯连接,另一端设置有径向延伸的凸缘;
    外壳,所述外壳设置在所述针式连接器周围以对所述针式连接器进行保持,所述外壳的一端设置有环形的台阶部,所述环形的台阶部与所述针式连接器的凸缘配合以限制所述针式连接器的所述另一端沿一个方向的运动,
    其中,所述台阶部的顶端沿径向向内的方向延伸有固定部,所述固定部压靠在所述针式连接器上,以限制所述针式连接器的所述另一端与所述外壳的相对运动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的连接器组件,其特征在于,所述针式连接器包括:
    连接针,位于所述针式连接器的所述一端,所述连接针用于与液体输注泵电连接或信号通讯连接;
    上盖,位于所述针式连接器的所述另一端,用于与保持装置电连接或信号通讯连接;
    弹簧,所述弹簧设置在所述连接针与所述上盖之间,用于对所述连接针施加弹簧力以及相关连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的连接器组件,其中,所述上盖包括上盖本体以及从所述上盖本体的顶部径向向外延伸的所述凸缘。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的连接器组件,其中,所述固定部的下表面压靠在所述凸缘的上表面上。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的连接器组件,其中,所述上盖本体沿径向向外设置有一圈突环,所述突环卡在所述外壳的内周表面的凹槽中。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的连接器组件,其特征在于,所述针式连接器的数量为2个或5个。
  7. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的连接器组件,其特征在于,每个所述针式连接器由多个所述固定部压靠。
  8. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的连接器组件,其特征在于,所述固定部沿所述针式连接器的周缘均匀分布。
  9. 一种保持装置,其中,所述保持装置中设置有如权利要求1-8所述的连接器组件。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的保持装置,其中,所述保持装置中设置有电路板,所述电路板与所述针式连接器的所述另一端电连接或信号通讯连接。
