技术领域
本申请涉及家用电器技术领域,特别是涉及盖体及烹饪器具。
背景技术
烹饪电器用于加工食物,包括电饭煲、压力煲等种类。一般地,烹饪电器包括锅体和盖体,盖体相对锅体可开合设置。当盖体盖设于锅体上时,盖体与锅体之间形成烹饪空间,烹饪电器工作时,烹饪空间内的压力升高,可能会导致盖体异常开启。
发明内容
基于此,有必要针对提供一种防止异常开启的盖体。
一种盖体,包括:
上盖;
保温盖板,可拆卸地设置于所述上盖面向锅体中内锅的一侧;以及
驱动组件、夹持机构和锁扣,均设于所述上盖,所述夹持机构在所述驱动组件的作用下于卡持所述内锅和所述保温盖板的合盖状态、和允许所述内锅及所述保温盖板分离的开盖状态之间切换;
其中,所述锁扣在所述驱动组件的驱动下,于使所述夹持机构维持于所述合盖状态的锁定状态、和允许所述夹持机构切换至所述开盖状态的解锁状态之间切换。
上述盖体中,当夹持机构处于合盖状态时,锁扣锁紧夹持机构;当夹持机构需要切换至开盖状态时,锁扣允许夹持机构运动,允许进行开盖操作。如此,夹持机构处于合盖状态时,锁合盖体和锅体,并且通过锁扣进一步锁紧处于合盖状态的夹持机构,防止夹持机构开盖,以对盖体进行多重锁合,防止盖体异常开启。
在其中一个实施例中,所述驱动组件包括驱动件和设于所述驱动件与所述锁扣之间的传动件,所述传动件在所述驱动件的作用下沿第一方向往复直线运动,所述锁扣在所述传 动件的带动下沿与所述第一方向相交的第二方向在所述锁定状态和所述解锁状态之间切换。
在其中一个实施例中,所述传动件面向所述锁扣的一侧沿所述第二方向凸出设置有凸台,所述锁扣面向所述传动件的一侧设置有配合部;
所述锁扣处于锁定状态时,所述凸台沿所述第一方向移动至与所述配合部分离,允许所述锁扣沿所述第二方向向靠近所述夹持机构移动;
所述锁扣处于所述解锁状态时,所述凸台沿所述第一方向移动至与所述配合部抵接,推动所述锁扣沿第二方向向远离夹持机构移动。
在其中一个实施例中,所述夹持机构包括沿所述第一方向向相互靠近和远离方向移动的第一卡爪和第二卡爪,所述第一卡爪和所述第二卡爪向相互靠近方向移动并均夹持所述保温盖板和所述内锅,或者所述第一卡爪和所述第二卡爪向相互远离方向移动并均与所述保温盖板和所述内锅分离;
所述锁扣处于所述锁定状态时,锁紧所述第一卡爪和所述第二卡爪;所述锁扣处于所述解锁状态时,解除对所述第一卡爪和所述第二卡爪的锁定。
在其中一个实施例中,所述驱动组件还包括联动件,所述传动件设于所述驱动件和所述联动件之间,且所述第一卡爪和所述第二卡爪分别与所述传动件和所述联动件传动连接;
其中,所述传动件在所述驱动件的驱动下往复移动,并带动所述联动件向与所述传动件移动方向相反的方向往复移动。

如图1及图3所示,本申请一实施例中提供一种烹饪器具200,包括锅体210、套设于锅体210内的内锅220、以及盖体100。
盖体100包括上盖10和可拆卸地设置于上盖10的保温盖板20,上盖10与锅体210可开合设置,以打开或封闭锅体210。当盖合上盖10时,保温盖板20可盖设于内锅220,并与内锅220之间形成烹饪空间,以利用烹饪空间加工食材。并且,锅体210上设置有开盖按钮(图未示)和合盖组件(图未示),合盖组件用于扣合盖体100与锅体210,开盖按钮用于驱动合盖组件与盖体100脱离,允许盖体100打开。
如图1-图5所示,盖体100还包括均设于上盖10的驱动组件30和锁合机构50,锁合机构50包括锁扣52,锁扣52在驱动组件30的作用下,于与锅体210的固定扣211扣合的扣合状态及与固定扣211分离的分离状态之间切换。当烹饪器具200工作时,烹饪空间内的压力逐渐增大,盖体100受到压力冲击具有开启的运动趋势,可通过锁合机构50锁紧盖体100与锅体210,防止锅体210异常开启。也就是说,锁合机构50提供二次锁紧,当锅体210上的合盖组件在压力冲击下失效时,还可通过锁合机构50防止盖体100异常开启,防止操作人员被高压气体灼伤。
可选地,锁扣52与驱动组件30配合传动,且锁扣52上设置有卡勾51,卡勾51可选择地与锅体210的固定板211扣合或分离,以使锁扣52对应的处于扣合状态或分离状态。
驱动组件30包括驱动件32及设于驱动件32与锁扣52之间的传动件34,传动件34在驱动件32的作用下沿第一方向往复直线运动,锁扣52在传动件34的带动下沿与第一方向相交的第二方向在扣合状态和分离状态之间切换。如此,通过沿第一方向移动的传动件34驱动锁扣52沿第二方向移动,实现锁扣52的工作状态切换。同时,传动件34沿第 一方向移动时,可带动其他部件沿第一方向移动。也就是说,驱动件32驱动传动件34沿第一方向运动后,传动件34可带动锁扣52沿第二方向移动,传动件34还可带动其他部件(例如后述夹持机构70、调压件38)沿第一方向移动,多个部件通过同一驱动件32驱动,节省驱动源。
一些实施例中,传动件34上设置有沿第一方向延伸设置的驱动齿条35,驱动件32的输出端设置有与驱动齿条35啮合传动的驱动齿轮321。驱动件32的输出端带动驱动齿轮321转动时,与驱动齿轮321啮合的驱动齿条35便会沿驱动齿条35的延伸方向滑动,进而带动传动件34沿第一方向滑动。
如图3及图6-图8所示,具体地,传动件34面向锁扣52的一侧沿第二方向凸出设置有凸台341,锁扣52面向传动件34的一侧设置有配合部522;锁扣52处于分离状态时,凸台341沿第一方向移动至与配合部522抵接,并推动配合部522及锁扣52沿第二方向移动至脱离固定扣211;锁扣52处于扣合状态时,凸台341沿第二方向移动至与配合部522分离,允许配合部522及锁扣52沿第二方向移动至与固定扣211扣合。相当于,在传动件34上设置沿第二方向凸出的凸台341,锁扣52上设置有位于凸台341移动路径上的配合部522,当凸台341滑动至与配合部522抵接时,便会推动配合部522及锁扣52沿第二方向移动,使锁扣52沿第二方向向远离传动件34移动,进而向远离锅体210中固定扣211的方向移动至与固定扣211脱离;当凸台341继续移动时,凸台341便会移动至与配合部522脱离,凸台341对锁扣52施加的在第二方向上远离传动件34的推力消失,锁扣52便可恢复到与固定扣211扣合的扣合状态,锁紧盖体100和锅体210。
进一步地,锁扣52至少部分堆叠于传动件34上,传动件34面向锁扣52的一面凸出设置有凸台341,锁扣52面向传动件34的一面凸出设置有可与凸台341沿第二方向抵接的配合部522,传动件34在锁扣52底部沿第一方向移动时,传动件34上的凸台341与锁扣52底部的配合部522沿第二方向抵接,推动锁扣52沿第二方向移动。
如图1-图4所示,锁合机构50还包括导轨54和弹性件56,导轨54沿第二方向延伸设置,锁扣52可滑动地套设于导轨54,弹性件56抵接于锁扣52与导轨54之间,并在锁扣52位于分离状态时,存储带动锁扣52切换至锁合位置的弹性势能。当传动件34上的凸起与锁扣52上的配合部522抵接时,锁扣52在传动件34上的凸起的推动下,在第二方向上向远离传动件34移动时,便会挤压位于锁扣52和导轨54之间的弹性件56,使弹性件56存储弹性势能;当传动件34上的凸起与锁扣52上的配合部522脱离时,锁扣52不再受到传动件34沿第二方向的推力,锁扣52便会在弹性件56存储的弹性势能的带动下向靠近传动件34的方向移动,进而向靠近锅体210中固定扣211的方向移动至与固定扣 211扣合,回到扣合状态。
具体地,锁扣52上开设有滑槽521(如图2所示),导轨54具有凸出设置于滑槽521内的导向部541(如图2及图9所示),锁扣52通过滑槽521沿导向部541在第二方向上滑动,弹性件56沿第二方向抵接于导向部541与滑槽521内壁之间。在锁扣52上开设滑槽521后,导轨54的导向部541便可伸入到滑槽521内,滑槽521内壁与导向部541之间便可装配弹性件56,通过弹性件56使锁扣52复位。
如图1及图10-图12所示,烹饪器具200还包括设于上盖10的夹持机构70,夹持机构70在驱动组件30的作用下于夹持内锅220和保温盖板20的合盖状态、和允许保温盖板20与内锅220分离的开盖状态之间切换。当烹饪器具200工作时,烹饪空间内的压力升高,保温盖板20承受的气压较大,通过夹持机构70锁紧保温盖板20与内锅220,防止盖体100在高压作用下异常开盖。
夹持机构70包括向相互靠近和远离方向移动的第一卡爪72和第二卡爪74,第一卡爪72和第二卡爪74向相互靠近方向移动并均夹持保温盖板20与内锅220,或者第一卡爪72和第二卡爪74向相互远离的方向移动并均与保温盖板20和内锅220分离。第一卡爪72和第二卡爪74相对设置于上盖10上,当第一卡爪72和第二卡爪74向相互靠近的方向移动时,第一卡爪72和第二卡爪74分别靠近保温盖板20及内锅220边沿,便可夹持保温盖板20与内锅220;当第一卡爪72和第二卡爪74向相互远离的方向移动时,第一卡爪72和第二卡爪74分别远离保温盖板20及内锅220边沿,允许保温盖板20与内锅220分离。
具体到实施例中,第一卡爪72和第二卡爪74沿第一方向分布,传动件34在驱动件32的作用下沿第一方向往复直线运动时,便可带动第一卡爪72和第二卡爪74在第一方向上相互靠近或远离。
如图2及图14-图15所示,进一步地,驱动组件30还包括联动件36,传动件34设于驱动件32和联动件36之间,第一卡爪72和第二卡爪74分别与传动件34和联动件36传动连接;其中,传动件34在驱动件32的驱动下往复用移动,并带动联动件36向与传动件34移动方向相反的方向往复移动。驱动件32驱动传动件34在第一方向上移动时,移动的传动件34可以同时带动联动件36向与传动件34移动方向相反的方向移动。
例如,在图15所示视角中,传动件34向左移动时,带动联动件36向右移动;同时,第一卡爪72在传动件34带动下向左移动时,第二卡爪74在联动件36带动下向右移动,两者向相互远离的方向移动,均脱离内锅220和保温盖板20。传动件34向右移动时,带动联动件36向左移动;同时,第一卡爪72在传动件34带动下向右移动时,第二卡爪74 在联动件36的带动下向左移动,两者向相互靠近的方向移动,均夹持内锅220和保温盖板20。
驱动组件30还包括联动齿轮37,传动件34和联动件36堆叠设置,联动齿轮37设于传动件34和联动件36之间,且传动件34和联动件36相互面对的两个面上分别设置有与联动齿轮37啮合传动的第一齿条343(如图7)和第二齿条361(如图9所示),相当于第一齿条343与联动齿轮37的一侧啮合传动,第二齿条361相对第一齿条343与联动齿轮37的另一侧啮合传动。并且,第一齿条343和第二齿条361的延伸方向相同,即第一齿条343和第二齿条361均沿第一方向延伸设置。当传动件34在第一方向上向远离第二卡爪74移动时,第一齿条343也向远离第二卡爪74移动,同时驱动联动齿轮37转动,进而通过联动齿轮37带动第二齿条361和联动件36向与传动件34移动方向相反的方向移动,即带动联动件36向远离第一卡爪72移动,如此便可带动第一卡爪72和第二卡爪74相互远离。同样地,当传动件34在第一方向上向靠近第二卡爪74移动时,通过联动齿轮37的传动,可带动联动件36向靠近第一卡爪72的方向移动,如此便可带动第一卡爪72和第二卡爪74相互靠近。
如图1-5所示,一些实施例中,锁扣52在驱动组件30的驱动下,于使夹持机构70维持于合盖状态的锁定状态、和允许夹持机构70切换至开盖状态的解锁状态之间切换。当夹持机构70处于合盖状态时,锁扣52锁紧夹持机构70;当夹持机构70需要切换至开盖状态时,锁扣52允许夹持机构70运动,允许进行开盖操作。如此,夹持机构70处于合盖状态时,锁合盖体100和锅体210,并且通过锁扣52进一步锁紧处于合盖状态的夹持机构70,防止夹持机构70开盖,以对盖体100进行多重锁合,防止盖体100异常开启。
具体地,锁扣52处于锁定状态时,锁紧第一卡爪72和第二卡爪74,防止第一卡爪72和第二卡爪74向相互远离的方向移动,使夹持机构70维持在盒盖状态;锁扣52处于解锁状态时,解除对第一卡爪72和第二卡爪74的锁定,允许第一卡爪72和第二卡爪74向相互远离的方向移动,允许夹持机构70切换至开盖状态,进行开盖操作。
进一步地,第一卡爪72和第二卡爪74相互面对的两面分别设置有第一锁定部721和第二锁定部741,锁扣52上开设有卡槽53。夹持机构70处于合盖状态时,第一卡爪72和第二卡爪74向相互靠近的方向移动,并带动第一锁定部721和第二锁定部741相互靠近,且第一锁定部721和第二锁定部741均嵌设于所述卡槽53内,并分别与卡槽53沿第一方向相对的两个内壁限位抵接,在卡槽53内锁紧第一锁定部721和第二锁定部741,防止第一锁定部721和第二锁定部741向相互分离的方向移动,锁定夹持机构70的合盖状态,防止夹持机构70在锅内高压作用下异常切换至开盖状态。夹持机构70处于开盖状态 时,卡槽53脱离第一锁定部721和第二锁定部741,允许第一锁定部721和第二锁定部741向相互远离的方向移动,进而允许第一卡爪72和第二卡爪74相互远离,以进行开盖动作。
更进一步地,第一卡爪72和第二卡爪74分别堆叠在传动件34和联动件36上,传动件34与驱动件32传动连接,锁扣52沿第二方向靠近驱动件32的一端开设卡槽53,卡槽53的开口朝向位于合盖状态下的第一锁定部721和第二锁定部741。可选地,夹持机构70处于合盖状态时,第一锁定部721和第二锁定部741相对接,卡槽53的宽度等于第一锁定部721和第二锁定部741在第一方向上的总宽度,第一锁定部721和第二锁定部741可在第一方向上限位嵌设于卡槽53内。
其中,锁扣52在锁定状态和解锁状态之间切换的驱动方式,与锁扣52在扣合状态和分离状态之间切换的驱动方式相同。
传动件34在驱动件32的驱动下沿第一方向往复直线运动时,锁扣52在传动件34的带动下沿与第一方向相交的第二方向在锁定状态和解锁状态之间切换,锁扣52与传动件34之间的传动方式与上述记载相同,也是通过设于传动件34沿第二方向凸出的凸台341和设于锁扣52的配合部522的抵接和分离,使锁扣52在第二方向移动,切换与夹持机构70的配合状态,进而使锁扣52在锁定状态和解锁状态之间切换。
具体地,锁扣52处于锁定状态时,凸台341沿第一方向移动至与配合部522分离,允许锁扣52沿第二方向向靠近夹持机构70移动,以锁紧夹持机构70;锁扣52处于解锁状态时,凸台341沿第一方向移动至与配合部522抵接,推动锁扣52沿第二方向向远离夹持机构70移动,以解除对夹持机构70的锁定。
需要说明的是,锁扣52可具有与锅体210中固定扣211扣合的扣合状态及与固定扣211分离的分离状态,可以锁合盖体100和锅体210。锁扣52也可具有锁紧处于合盖状态夹持机构70的锁定状态、及允许夹持机构70切换至开盖状态的解锁状态,可以通过锁扣52对处于合盖状态的夹持机构70进行锁定,防止误开盖。锁扣52还可同时具有扣合状态和锁定状态、及同时具有分离状态和解锁状态,即锁扣52与固定扣211扣合以锁合盖体100和锅体210,同时锁扣52还夹紧夹持机构70,使夹持机构70锁定于合盖状态,防止夹持机构70异常切换至开盖状态,防止盖体100异常开启,如此多重锁盖,保证高压工作时烹饪器具200的可靠性;同样地,锁扣52解除对夹持机构70的锁定,允许夹持机构70切换到开盖状态,同时锁扣52还与固定扣211分离,允许盖体100打开。
具体到实施例中,锁扣52处于扣合状态的同时还处于锁定状态,锁扣52处于分离状态的同时还处于解锁状态,即锁扣52即与夹持机构70配合,还与锅体210中的固定扣211 配合。
进一步地,锁扣52沿第二方向的相对两端分别设置有卡勾51和卡槽53,卡勾51与固定扣211扣合时,卡槽53内嵌设第一锁定部721和第二锁定部741,使锁扣52即与固定扣211扣合,也锁紧第一卡爪72和第二卡爪74;卡勾51与固定扣211分离时,卡槽53脱离第一锁定部721和第二锁定部741,使锁扣52即取消对第一卡爪72和第二卡爪74的锁定,也与固定扣211分离。如此,通过锁扣52一个部件,便可在盒盖后对盖体100进行双重锁定。
具体到实施例中,锁扣52包括第一锁扣521和第二锁扣523,第一锁扣521和第二锁扣523沿第二方向分布且固定连接,第一锁扣521远离第二锁扣523的一端具有与锅体210中固定板211扣合的卡勾51,第二锁扣523远离第一锁扣521的一端开设有开口背向第一锁扣521的卡槽53,且第一锁扣521上开设有允许导轨54的导向部541伸入的滑槽521。可以理解地,第一锁扣521和第二锁扣523也可以一体设置,在此不做限定。
如图1及图3所示,具体地,当传动件34的凸起341移动至与锁扣的配合部522抵接时,锁扣52在凸起341的推动下与固定扣211脱离,同时夹持机构70切换至开盖状态,解除对保温盖板30与内锅220的锁合,允许盖体100相对锅体210打开。如图2及图4-图5所示,当传动件的凸起341移动至与锁扣的配合部522分离时,锁扣52在弹性件56的作用下移动向靠近固定扣211的方向移动,同时第一卡爪72和第二卡爪74向相互靠近的方向移动,直到第一卡爪72和第二卡爪74移动到位时,锁扣52上的卡槽53可对准分别设于第一卡爪72和第二卡爪74的第一锁定部721和第二锁定部741,锁扣52在弹性件56作用下继续移动至卡槽53内嵌设第一锁定部721和第二锁定部741,且锁扣52的卡勾51与固定板211扣合,完成合盖过程。
可选地,锁扣52在第一方向上的宽度,大于第一夹爪72和第二夹爪74在第一方向上的最大间距。当第一夹爪72和第二夹爪74逐渐向相互靠近的方向移动时,锁扣52向靠近第一夹爪72及第二夹爪74方向移动,并且因为锁扣52宽度较大,可与间隔的第一夹爪72及第二夹爪74均抵接,防止锁扣52移动过多,直到第一夹爪72和第二夹爪74移动到位时锁扣52的卡槽53对应第一锁定部721和第二锁定部741,便可允许锁扣52继续移动至卡槽53内嵌设第一锁定部和第二锁定部,完成夹持机构70的合盖工作及锁扣52的锁扣工作。
一些实施例中,保温盖板20与上盖10之间预留有允许保温盖板20浮动的浮动间隙,处于合盖状态的夹持机构70可在保温盖板20的推动下相对上盖10浮动。烹饪器具200工作时,驱动组件30带动夹持机构70由开盖状态切换至合盖状态,而由夹持机构70夹 持的保温盖板20在锅内高压作用下在浮动间隙内上浮,同时推动夹持机构70浮动,如此将保温盖板20的浮动传递给夹持机构70,保温盖板20浮动时不会挤压上盖10,防止上盖10受到保温盖板20的挤压而变形。
并且,锁扣52与保温盖板20同步浮动,当夹持机构70在保温盖板20的推动下上浮时,锁扣52也会同步上浮,进而使锁扣52与夹持机构70同步浮动,可始终相互配合,防止夹持机构70上浮后与锁扣52错位,使锁扣52对浮动的夹持机构70始终具有锁定功能。
如图13所示,进一步地,盖体100还包括浮动板60和顶杆62,浮动板60设于上盖10和锁扣52之间,上盖10设于保温盖板20与浮动板60之间,顶杆62贯穿上盖10并抵接于保温盖板20和浮动板60之间。当保温盖板20上浮时,顶杆62受到保温盖板20的推动,并顶起浮动板60,使浮动板60随着保温盖板20的浮动而浮动,进而使设于浮动板60上的锁扣52与保温盖板20及夹持机构70同步浮动。
具体地,上盖10开设有通孔,顶杆62穿设于通孔,且顶杆62靠近浮动板60的一端卡设于上盖10,使顶杆62可浮动装配与上盖10。并且,浮动板60上设置有与顶杆62配合的顶推部61,顶推部61面向上盖10的一面设置有配合槽,顶杆62靠近浮动板60的一端穿设于配合槽内,并可与配合槽内壁抵接,推动浮动板60上浮。可选地,顶杆62及顶推部61对称设置有多组,且分别设置在浮动板60的四周,以从多个点推动浮动板60上浮,使浮动板60各个位置浮动幅度均匀。
进一步地,对锁扣52起导向作用的导轨54固定在浮动板60上,锁扣52可滑动地套设于导轨54,导轨54和锁扣52同步浮动。
如图2及图10-图11所示,盖体100还包括压力阀80,压力阀80在驱动组件30的作用下于打开盖体100上排气口的泄压状态、和封闭盖体100上排气口的蓄压状态之间切换。压力阀80装配在盖体100上,用于打开和封闭排气口,当排气口被压力阀80封闭时,锅体210内的压力无法排向外界,锅体210内压力逐渐增大,处于蓄压状态;当排气口被压力阀80打开时,锅体210内的压力可通过排气口排出,锅体210内压力逐渐降低,处于泄压状态。如此,驱动组件30不仅可以驱动夹持机构70和/或锁扣52动作,还可用于驱动压力阀80动作,进行调压工作。
以下对驱动组件30驱动夹持机构70和压力阀80动作的过程进行说明。
当夹持机构70处于合盖状态时,压力阀80可处于蓄压状态,以对合盖后的烹饪器具200内部进行增压;也就是说,在烹饪器具200内部压力增大时,夹持机构70夹紧保温盖板20和内锅220,锁紧盖体100,防止锅体210内压力增大时盖体100异常开启。并且, 当夹持机构70处于开盖状态时,压力阀80可处于泄压状态,以当锅体210内部泄压后,再进行开盖,防止开盖时锅体210内还有高压气流流出而灼伤操作者。
驱动组件30还包括与传动件34连接并同步移动的调压件38,传动件34在驱动件32的驱动下往复移动时,带动联动件36沿与传动件34移动方向相反的方向往复移动,进而带动第一卡爪72和第二卡爪74向相互靠近和远离的方向移动,以使夹持机构70在盒盖状态和开盖状态之间切换。并且,与传动件34连接的调压件38也往复移动,可驱动压力阀80在蓄压状态和泄压状态之间切换,进行调压工作。
具体到实施例中,在驱动组件50的驱动下,调压阀80的阀杆与夹持机构70异步运动。调压阀80的阀杆在调压件58的作用下移动时,锅体210内的压力变化,进行调压工作;夹持机构70在传动件54和联动件56的作用下运动时,夹持机构70在盒盖状态和开盖状态之间切换。其中,调压件58与传动件54连接并同步运动,联动件56在传动件54的带动下与传动件54同时向反方向运动,调压件58移动的过程中带动压力阀80的阀杆间歇性升降,传动件54和联动件56移动的过程中带动夹持机构70间歇性开合,而夹持机构70开合动作的时间段与压力阀80中阀杆升降的时间段错开,实现夹持机构70与阀杆的异步运动,防止调压工作与开合盖工作相互影响,防止驱动组件50在调压的同时带动夹持机构70切换到开盖状态,保证烹饪器具的安全性能。
调压件38包括沿自身移动方向分布的倾斜面381和水平面383;倾斜面381与压力阀80的阀杆配合抵接时,夹持机构70保持静止,此时仅进行调压工作,不进行开合盖切换工作,防止在锅内压力变化时突然开盖带来安全问题;水平面383与压力阀80的阀杆配合抵接时,阀杆在自身重力方向上没有压力便会保持不动,锅内压力不会突变,此时夹持机构70切换工作状态,切换过程中夹持机构70不会受到压力突变的冲击,较为安全可靠。
如图16-图17所示,具体地,传动件34包括设于调压件38的第一联动部33,联动件36具有第二联动部362;第一卡爪72和第二卡爪74分别开设有第一滑槽722和第二滑槽742,第一联动部33和第二联动部362分别可滑动地设置于第一滑槽722和第二滑槽742内。当第一联动部33和第二联动部362分别在第一滑槽722和第二滑槽742内滑动时,调压件38与传动件34同步移动,并进行调压工作,但是第一联动部33和第二联动部362分别与第一卡爪72和第二卡爪74之间不进行传动,第一卡爪72和第二卡爪74保持静止,只有当第一联动部33和第二联动部362分别与第一滑槽722和第二滑槽742沿第一方向的内壁抵接时,才带动第一卡爪72和第二卡爪74移动,可以在夹持机构70保持静止的时间段内使调压件38进行调压工作,实现调压和开合盖工作异步运行,提高烹饪器具200的安全性能。
可选地,第一滑槽722和第二滑槽742在传动件移动方向(第一方向)上的长度相同,可使第一卡爪72和第二卡爪74同时运动,同时锁紧或离开保温盖板20与内锅220。并且,第一滑槽722和第二滑槽742在第一方向上的长度均大于等于倾斜段在第一方向上的长度,如此调压件38的倾斜段与压力阀80配合时,第一联动件36和第二联动件36可分别在第一滑槽722和第二滑槽742内滑动,不会带动第一卡爪72和第二卡爪74动作,可在夹持机构70处于合盖状态时进行调压。
以下对驱动组件30驱动锁扣52和压力阀80动作的过程进行说明。
调压件38在驱动件32的作用下,带动压力阀80处于蓄压状态时,锁扣52在传动件34的作用下处于扣合状态,如此在盖体100与锅体210扣合时,才进行蓄压操作,防止出现安全问题;调压件38在驱动件32作用下,带动压力阀80处于泄压状态时,锁扣52在传动件34作用下处于分离状态,如此在泄压后再允许盖体100与锅体210分离,防止未泄压时直接开盖。
以下对驱动组件30驱动锁扣52、夹持机构70及压力阀80的过程进行说明,此过程中驱动件30运动时,带动夹持机构70、锁扣52及压力阀80均可进行各自的工作,三者之间的配合关系与上记载相同,在此不做赘述。
如图18-图20所示,盖体100还包括断电开盖机构90,断电开盖机构90包括备用驱动件92和备用传动件94,备用传动件94套设于驱动件32输出轴,备用驱动件92与备用传动件94传动连接,并与开盖工具230配合,传递开盖工具230输出的旋转运动至备用传动件94;即手动转动开盖工具230时,可带动备用驱动件92和备用传动件94转动,进而带动驱动件32的输出轴转动,可使驱动组件30正常运动以解锁锁扣机构50和夹持机构70,允许烹饪器具200断电时也可以开盖。
具体地,备用驱动件92具有与开盖工具230配合的配接孔921,配接孔921的横截面与开盖工具230对接端231的横截面对应,均设置为非圆型,防止操作者转动开盖工具230时,开盖工具230的对接端231在配接孔921内打滑,以使开盖工具230可以可靠地带动备用驱动件92旋转。
本申请一实施例中,还提供一种上述盖体100,可多重锁合盖体100和锅体210,还可进行调压工作。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛 盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本申请的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对申请专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。因此,本申请专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种盖体,其特征在于,包括:
    上盖(10);
    保温盖板(20),可拆卸地设置于所述上盖(10)面向锅体(210)中内锅(220)的一侧;以及
    驱动组件(30)、夹持机构(70)和锁扣(52),均设于所述上盖(10),且所述夹持机构(70)在所述驱动组件(30)的作用下于卡持所述内锅(220)和所述保温盖板(20)的合盖状态、和允许所述内锅(220)及所述保温盖板(20)分离的开盖状态之间切换;
    其中,所述锁扣(52)在所述驱动组件(30)的驱动下,于使所述夹持机构(70)维持于所述合盖状态的锁定状态、和允许所述夹持机构(70)切换至所述开盖状态的解锁状态之间切换。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的盖体,其特征在于,所述驱动组件(30)包括驱动件(32)和设于所述驱动件(32)与所述锁扣(52)之间的传动件(34),所述传动件(34)在所述驱动件(32)的作用下沿第一方向往复直线运动,所述锁扣(52)在所述传动件(34)的带动下沿与所述第一方向相交的第二方向在所述锁定状态和所述解锁状态之间切换。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的盖体,其特征在于,所述传动件(34)面向所述锁扣(52)的一侧沿所述第二方向凸出设置有凸台(341),所述锁扣(52)面向所述传动件(34)的一侧设置有配合部;
    所述锁扣(52)处于锁定状态时,所述凸台(341)沿所述第一方向移动至与所述配合部分离,允许所述锁扣(52)沿所述第二方向向靠近所述夹持机构(70)移动;
    所述锁扣(52)处于所述解锁状态时,所述凸台(341)沿所述第一方向移动至与所述配合部抵接,推动所述锁扣(52)沿第二方向向远离夹持机构(70)移动。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的盖体,其特征在于,所述夹持机构(70)包括沿所述第一方向向相互靠近和远离方向移动的第一卡爪(72)和第二卡爪(74),所述第一卡爪(72)和所述第二卡爪(74)向相互靠近方向移动并均夹持所述内锅(220)和所述保温盖板(20),或者所述第一卡爪(72)和所述第二卡爪(74)向相互远离方向移动并均与所述内锅(220)和所述保温盖板(20)分离;
    所述锁扣(52)处于所述锁定状态时,锁紧所述第一卡爪(72)和所述第二卡爪(74);所述锁扣(52)处于所述解锁状态时,解除对所述第一卡爪(72)和所述第二卡爪(74) 的锁定。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的盖体,其特征在于,所述驱动组件(30)还包括联动件(36),所述传动件(34)设于所述驱动件(32)和所述联动件(36)之间,且所述第一卡爪(72)和所述第二卡爪(74)分别与所述传动件(34)和所述联动件(36)传动连接;
    其中,所述传动件(34)在所述驱动件(32)的驱动下往复移动,并带动所述联动件(36)向与所述传动件(34)移动方向相反的方向往复移动。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的盖体,其特征在于,所述驱动组件(30)还包括联动齿轮(37),所述联动齿轮(37)设于所述传动件(34)和所述联动件(36)之间,所述传动件(34)和所述联动件(36)上分别设置有与所述联动齿轮(37)啮合传动的第一齿条(341)和第二齿条(361);
    其中,所述第一齿条(341)和所述第二齿条(361)的延伸方向相同。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的盖体,其特征在于,所述传动件上还设置有驱动齿条(35),所述驱动齿条(35)的延伸方向与所述第一齿条的延伸方向平行,并且所述驱动件(32)的输出端设置有与所述驱动齿条(35)啮合传动的驱动齿轮(321)。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的盖体,其特征在于,所述锁扣(52)处于所述锁定状态的同时还处于与锅体(210)的固定扣(211)扣合的扣合状态;所述锁扣(52)处于所述解锁状态的同时还处于与所述固定扣(211)分离的所述分离状态。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的盖体,其特征在于,所述锁扣(52)上设置有卡勾(51),所述卡勾(51)可选择地与所述固定扣(211)扣合或分离。
  10. 根据权利要求4或8所述的盖体,其特征在于,所述第一卡爪(72)和所述第二卡爪(74)相互面对的两面分别设有第一锁定部(721)和第二锁定部(741),所述锁扣(52)上开设有卡槽(53);
    所述夹持机构(70)处于所述合盖状态时,所述第一锁定部(721)和所述第二锁定部(741)嵌设于所述卡槽(53)内,并均沿所述第一方向与所述卡槽(53)的内壁限位抵接;
    所述夹持机构(70)处于开盖状态时,所述卡槽(53)脱离所述第一锁定部(721)和所述第二锁定部(741)。
  11. 根据权利要求2所述的盖体(100),其特征在于,还包断电开盖机构(90),所述断电开盖机构(90)包括备用驱动件(32)和备用传动件(34),所述备用传动件(34)套设于所述驱动件(32)输出轴,所述备用驱动件(32)与所述备用传动件(34)传动连接,并与开盖工具配合,传递开盖工具输出的旋转运动至所述备用传动件(34)。
  12. 一种烹饪器具,其特征在于,包括上述权利要求1-11任意一项所述的盖体(100)。
