本申请涉及LED显示屏技术领域,尤其涉及一种边角保护装置及LED显示屏。
背景技术
LED显示屏越来越向高端方向发展,市场上显示屏产品趋于轻、薄,尤其在租赁屏市场,由于不同场所的应用,要不断的拆卸和运输。在拆卸运输的过程中,显示屏很容易发生磕碰,对于LED显示屏产品来说,最容易损坏的是四个角的LED模组,显示屏角上的LED模组损坏,造成整个屏幕出现死点现象。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种边角保护装置及LED显示屏,能够对LED显示屏的四个边角进行保护,避免LED显示屏的四个边角被磕坏。
根据本第一方面的第一方面,本申请提供了一种边角保护装置,运用于LED显示屏,包括:
底座,用于安装在LED显示屏单元箱体上;
保护块,呈L型结构,所述保护块可活动安装在所述底座上;
传动组件,包括第一驱动件、第二驱动件和传动件,所述第一驱动件和第二驱动件均与所述传动件传动连接,所述传动件与所述保护块传动连接,用于带动所述保护块伸出或缩回所述底座;
其中,所述第一驱动件和第二驱动件分别设置在所述底座相邻的两个侧面上,当两个所述LED显示屏单元箱体拼接时,所述第一驱动件和第二驱动件通过与所述底座的侧面抵接后,驱动所述传动件带动所述保护块伸出或缩回所述底座。
在本申请的边角保护装置中,所述底座上设有弧形轨迹槽,所述保护块的两侧面上连接有活动杆,所述活动杆可活动安装于所述轨迹槽中,以使得所述保护块能够在所述传动件的带动下沿所述轨迹槽移动。
在本申请的边角保护装置中,所述轨迹槽包括第一轨迹槽和第二轨迹槽,所述第一轨迹槽沿所述底座的竖直方向设置,所述第二轨迹槽与所述第一轨迹槽呈倾斜夹角设置。
在本申请的边角保护装置中,所述底座包括固定座和安装在所述固定座上的支撑座,所述第一驱动件和第二驱动件均安装在所述固定座,所述传动件设置在所述固定座与支撑座之间。
在本申请的边角保护装置中,所述第一驱动件包括第一螺纹轴,所述第二驱动件包括第二螺纹轴,所述传动件包括传动轴,所述第一螺纹轴和第二螺纹轴均与所述传动轴传动连接。
在本申请的边角保护装置中,所述传动件包括与所述保护块连接的滑块,所述传动轴上设有螺旋齿和与所述第一螺纹轴及第二螺纹轴配合的直齿,所述滑块上设有螺旋齿槽,所述螺旋齿与螺旋齿槽传动连接。
在本申请的边角保护装置中,所述滑块上设有活动轴,所述保护块上设有活动槽,所述活动轴与所述活动槽配合,以使得所述传动轴能够通过所述滑块驱动所述保护块沿所述轨迹槽移动。
在本申请的边角保护装置中,所述支撑座上设有轴承安装孔,所述传动组件还包括轴承件,所述传动轴靠近所述螺旋齿的一端通过所述轴承件可转动安装在所述轴承安装孔,所述传动轴的另一端穿过所述固定座与所述第一驱动件及第二驱动件传动连接。
在本申请的边角保护装置中,所述第一驱动件还包括第一弹性件,所述固定座上设有用于安装第一螺纹轴的第一安装槽,所述第一弹性件的一端与所述第一螺纹轴抵接,所述第一弹性件的另一端抵接在所述第一安装槽的底端上;和/或,
所述第二驱动件还包括第二弹性件,所述固定座上设有用于安装第二螺纹轴的第二安装槽,所述第二弹性件的一端与所述第二螺纹轴抵接,所述第二弹性件的另一端抵接在所述第二安装槽的底端上。
在本申请的边角保护装置中,所述第一安装槽与所述第二安装槽呈90度夹角设置,且所述第一安装槽设置在所述第二安装槽的下方。
在本申请的边角保护装置中,所述支撑座与所述保护块接触的两侧面呈90度夹角设置,且所述支撑座与所述保护块接触的两侧面到所述固定座与其相对 的两侧面距离与所述保护块的厚度相适配。
在本申请的边角保护装置中,所述保护块还包括第一延伸面和第二延伸面,所述第一延伸面和第二延伸面分别固定在所述保护块的两侧面上,所述传动件与所述第一延伸面和第二延伸面传动连接。
在本申请的边角保护装置中,所述支撑座的中部设有容纳槽,所述传动件的一端可转动安装于所述固定座上,所述传动件的另一端可转动安装在所述容纳槽的底部。
根据本申请的第二方面,本申请还提供了一种LED显示屏,包括LED显示屏单元箱体和上述的边角保护装置,所述边角保护装置安装在所述LED显示屏单元箱体的边角部。
本申请实施例提供的技术方案可以包括以下有益效果:本申请设计了一种边角保护装置及LED显示屏,由于保护块呈L型结构,且保护块与传动件传动连接,以便设置在底座相邻两个侧面的第一驱动件和第二驱动件能够通过传动件带动保护块伸出或缩回底座,从而有效的保护LED显示屏的四个边角,避免LED显示屏的四个边角被磕坏。即,在LED显示屏拼接时,第一驱动件和第二驱动件抵接在其对应的底座侧面上,并驱动传动件带动保护块缩回底座,使得两个LED显示屏能够完整拼接在一起;在LED显示屏解除拼接时,第一驱动件和第二驱动件解除与底座侧面的抵接,第一驱动件和第二驱动件驱动传动件带动保护块伸出底座,从而能够对LED显示屏的四个边角进行保护。

本申请的边角保护装置属于LED显示屏技术领域,LED显示屏越来越向高端方向发展,市场上显示屏产品趋于轻、薄,尤其在租赁屏市场,由于不同场所的应用,要不断的拆卸和运输。在拆卸运输的过程中,显示屏很容易发生磕碰,对于LED显示屏产品来说,最容易损坏的是四个角的LED模组,显示屏角上的LED模组损坏,造成整个屏幕出现死点现象。
如图1至图23所示,根据本申请的第一方面,本申请提供了一种边角保护装置,运用于LED显示屏,其中,LED显示屏由多个LED显示屏单元箱体拼接而成,每个LED显示屏单元箱体均包括显示屏箱体200和显示模块300。在本实施方式中,边角保护装置包括底座10、保护块20和传动组件30,底座10安装在显示屏箱体200上,保护块20可活动安装在底座10上,传动组件30包括第一驱动件31、第二驱动件32和传动件33,其中,第一驱动件31和第二驱动件32均与传动件33传动连接,传动件33与保护块20传动连接,用于带动保护块20伸出或缩回底座10,避免显示屏箱体200上的显示模块300在运输过程或拆装过程中被磕坏。
具体的,保护块20呈L型结构,第一驱动件31和第二驱动件32分别设置在底座10相邻的两个侧面上,当两个LED显示屏单元箱体拼接时,第一驱动件31和第二驱动件32通过与底座10的侧面抵接后,驱动传动件33带动保护块20伸出或缩回底座10,从而可以更好的保护显示屏箱体200上的显示模块 300。
应当说明的是,底座10的形状与显示屏箱体200边角的形状相匹配,以确保保护块20能够同时保护显示模块300相交的两个侧面和两个侧面形成的夹角。
此外,传动组件30的传动方式可以为螺纹传动,传动组件30的传动方式也可以为凸轮传动,或者传动组件30的传动方式也可以为杠杆传动,甚至传动组件30的传动方式还可以为皮带传动、链传动、齿轮传动等等,本申请不加以限制,其目的只要能够通过第一驱动件31和第二驱动件32驱动传动件33带动带动保护块20伸出或缩回底座10即可。
在一个可选的实施方式中,底座10包括固定座11和支撑座12,其中,支撑座12安装在固定座12上,第一驱动件31和第二驱动件32均安装在固定座11,传动件33设置在固定座11与支撑座12之间,采用以上技术方案后,不仅可以使得整个边角保护装置的结构更为紧凑,而且也便于将传动件33安装在上,同时也便于固定座11和支撑座12的成型,简化了底座10的成型工艺,节约了大量的制造成本。
在一个可选的实施方式中,底座10上设有弧形轨迹槽122,保护块20的两侧面上连接有活动杆22,其中,活动杆22可活动安装于轨迹槽122中,以使得保护块20能够在传动件33的带动下沿轨迹槽122移动。
具体的,轨迹槽122的数量为两个,两个轨迹槽122设置在支撑座12,保护块20上设有与轨迹槽122数量匹配的活动杆22,两个活动杆22均可活动安装于轨迹槽122中,以确保保护块20沿沿轨迹槽122移动时的平稳性。
在一个可选的实施方式中,轨迹槽122包括第一轨迹槽1221和第二轨迹槽1222,第一轨迹槽1221沿底座10的竖直方向设置,第二轨迹槽1222与第一轨迹槽1221呈倾斜夹角设置,以使得保护块20具有相对底座10的纵向位移,同时又有相对底座10的横向位移。
具体的,第一轨迹槽1221和第二轨迹槽1222之间的夹角在100至150度之间,第一轨迹槽1221和第二轨迹槽1222的连接处采用光滑圆角过渡,且第一轨迹槽1221和第二轨迹槽1222的宽度均与活动杆22的直径相适配。当第一驱动件31和第二驱动件32驱动传动件33带动保护块20移动时,保护块20通过活动杆22先沿着第一轨迹槽1221向下移动;当活动杆22位移第一轨迹槽1221 和第二轨迹槽1222的连接处时,第一驱动件31和第二驱动件32继续驱动传动件33带动保护块20移动,此时活动杆22沿第二轨迹槽1222移动,即相当于底座10的横向移动,以使得保护块20能缩回底座10中,确保两个LED显示屏单元箱体拼接时不会因为保护块20的凸起而产生间隙。
在一个可选的实施方式中,第一驱动件31包括第一螺纹轴311,第二驱动件32包括第二螺纹轴321,传动件33包括传动轴331,其中,第一螺纹轴311和第二螺纹轴321均与传动轴331传动连接。
具体的,第一驱动件31通过第一螺纹轴311与传动轴331传动连接,第二驱动件32通过第二螺纹轴321与传动轴331传动连接,当两个LED显示屏单元箱体拼接时,第一驱动件31抵接在底座10与其相对的侧面上,通过两个LED显示屏单元箱体的挤压,第一驱动件31能够相对底座10移动,从而可以使得第一驱动件31能够通过第一螺纹轴311控制传动轴331带动保护块20移动沿第一轨迹槽1221和第二轨迹槽1222移动;以此同时,第二驱动件32能够相对底座10移动,从而可以使得第二驱动件32能够通过第二螺纹轴321控制传动轴331带动保护块20移动沿第一轨迹槽1221和第二轨迹槽1222移动,从而可以实现保护块20缩回底座10的效果,反之解除两个LED显示屏单元箱体之间挤压,即两个LED显示屏单元箱体拆装时,保护块20恢复伸出状态,以实现保护LED显示屏单元箱体的作用。
在一个可选的实施方式中,传动件33包括与保护块20传动连接的滑块332,在本实施方式中,传动轴331上设有螺旋齿3312和与第一螺纹轴311及第二螺纹轴321配合的直齿3311,其中,滑块332上设有螺旋齿槽3321,螺旋齿3312与螺旋齿槽3321传动连接。当第一螺纹轴311和/或第二螺纹轴321驱动直齿3311带动螺旋齿3312转动时,由于螺旋齿3312与螺旋齿槽3321传动连接,因此滑块332会沿着传动轴331的轴线方向移动,从而带动保护块20在传动轴331的轴线方向上下移动,而保护块20通过活动杆22限制在第一轨迹槽1221和第二轨迹槽1222内活动,即保护块20在滑块332驱动下能够在第一轨迹槽1221和第二轨迹槽1222内活动,从而可以实现保护块20缩回或伸出底座10的效果,已达到保护显示屏箱体200边角的作用。
在一个可选的实施方式中,滑块332上设有活动轴3322,其中,保护块20上设有活动槽21,活动轴3322与活动槽21配合,以使得传动轴331能够通过 滑块332驱动保护块20沿轨迹槽122移动。
具体的,滑块332在移动时,由于活动杆22可活动于第一轨迹槽1221和第二轨迹槽1222内,因此,滑块332沿传动轴331的轴线方向移动时,活动轴3322能够相对活动槽21左右移动,避免活动轴3322、活动槽21、活动杆22和轨迹槽122之间因为过约束而导致保护块20无法在底座10上具有纵向和横向两个方向上位移。
在一个可选的实施方式中,支撑座12上设有轴承安装孔125,其中,传动组件30还包括轴承件34。在本实施方式中,传动轴331靠近螺旋齿3312的一端通过轴承件34可转动安装在轴承安装孔125,传动轴331的另一端穿过固定座11与第一驱动件31及第二驱动件32传动连接。
具体的,传动轴331在螺旋齿3312与直齿3311之间设有第二轴承部3314,传动轴331在远离直齿3311的一端设有第一轴承部3313,第一轴承部3313通过轴承件34可转动安装在轴承安装孔125,第二轴承部3314可转动安装在固定座11中,这样不仅可以方便传动轴331的加工,同时也可以确保传动轴331在传动过程中受力的稳定性,从而提高了传动轴331的使用寿命。
在一个可选的实施方式中,第一驱动件31还包括第一弹性件312,固定座11上设有用于安装第一螺纹轴311的第一安装槽111,当第一螺纹轴311和第一弹性件312均安装在第一安装槽111时,第一弹性件312的一端与第一螺纹轴311抵接,第一弹性件312的另一端抵接在第一安装槽111的底端上,这样可以确保第一螺纹轴311始终在第一弹性件312的弹力作用下伸出于固定座11,从而确保了保护块20能够在第一螺纹轴311的作用下始终处于保护着LED显示屏单元箱体的边角,当两个LED显示屏单元箱体需要拼接时,由于第一螺纹轴311受挤压而使得保护块20缩回底座,以便两个LED显示屏单元箱体的拼接。
和/或,第二驱动件32还包括第二弹性件322,固定座11上设有用于安装第二螺纹轴321的第二安装槽112,当第二螺纹轴321和第二弹性件322均安装在第一安装槽112时,第二弹性件322的一端与第二螺纹轴321抵接,第二弹性件322的另一端抵接在第二安装槽112的底端上,这样可以确保第二螺纹轴321始终在第二弹性件322的弹力作用下伸出于固定座11,从而确保了保护块20能够在第二螺纹轴321的作用下始终处于保护着LED显示屏单元箱体的边 角,当两个LED显示屏单元箱体需要拼接时,由于第二螺纹轴321受挤压而使得保护块20缩回底座,以便两个LED显示屏单元箱体的拼接。
在一个可选的实施方式中,第一安装槽111与所述第二安装槽112呈90度夹角设置,且第一安装槽111设置在第二安装槽112的下方。在本实施方式中,第一安装槽111与所述第二安装槽112之间的距离与第一螺纹轴311或第二螺纹轴321的直径相适配,以使得两个LED显示屏单元箱体的拼接时,第一螺纹轴311和第二螺纹轴321能够同时作用在底座10与其相对的侧面上,以使得第一螺纹轴311能够控制其对应的保护块20缩回底座10中,第二螺纹轴321通过能够控制其对应的保护块20缩回底座10中,以便两个LED显示屏单元箱体能够顺利完成拼接。
在一个可选的实施方式中,支撑座12与保护块20接触的两侧面呈90度夹角设置,且支撑座12与保护块20接触的两侧面到固定座11与其相对的两侧面距离与保护块20的厚度相适配。在本实施方式中,支撑座12与保护块20接触的两侧面分别为第一侧面123和第二侧面124,第一侧面123和第二侧面124之间的夹角与保护块20均为90度,以确保保护块20能够缩回固定座11中,避免保护块20的凸出而影响到两个LED显示屏单元箱体的拼接。
在一个可选的实施方式中,保护块20还包括第一延伸面23和第二延伸面24,其中,第一延伸面23和第二延伸面24分别固定在保护块20的两侧面上,在本实施方式中,传动件33与第一延伸面23和第二延伸面24传动连接。
具体的,活动槽21和活动杆22均设置在第一延伸面23和第二延伸面24上,第一延伸面23与第二延伸面24之间的距离与支撑座12与其相对的两侧面距离相匹配,以使得保护块20能够在活动轴3322的驱动下,保护块20在活动杆22作用下沿着轨迹槽122移动,采用以上技术方案后,不仅能够确保保护块20上有足够的位置设计活动槽21和安装活动杆22,同时也可以确保保护块20能够更加稳定的在支撑座12上移动。
在一个可选的实施方式中,支撑座12的中部设有容纳槽121,其中,传动件33的一端可转动安装于固定座11上,传动件33的另一端可转动安装在容纳槽121的底部。
具体的,固定座11上设有第一柱体114和第二柱体115,其中,第一柱体114和第二柱体115之间设置有传动件安装孔113和支撑座固定部116,支撑座 12上设有支撑座安装部126,支撑座12通过支撑座安装部126安装在支撑座固定部116上,传动件33的一端可转动安装于传动件安装孔113中,传动件33的另一端通过轴承件34可转动安装在轴承安装孔125。
当两个LED显示屏单元箱体拼接时,两个LED显示屏单元箱体上的显示屏箱体200分别为第一显示屏箱体201和第二显示屏箱体202,第一显示屏箱体201和第二显示屏箱体202上均安装有边角保护装置100,当第一显示屏箱体201靠近第二显示屏箱体202时,第一显示屏箱体201上的第一驱动件31与第二显示屏箱体202上的底座挤压,第二显示屏箱体202上的第二驱动件32与第一显示屏箱体201上的底座挤压,使得第一驱动件31能够带动第一显示屏箱体201上的保护块20缩回底座中,第二驱动件32能够带动第二显示屏箱体202上的保护块20缩回底座中,从而使得第一显示屏箱体201能够紧贴在第二显示屏箱体202的侧壁上,以便完成LED显示屏单元箱体拼接。
当两个LED显示屏单元箱体解除拼接时,第一显示屏箱体201慢慢远离第二显示屏箱体202,第二显示屏箱体202上的底座解除对第一显示屏箱体201上的第一驱动件31挤压,第一驱动件31在第一弹性件312的作用下进行复位,从而带动保护块20伸出底座,起到保护第一显示屏箱体201上显示模块的边角作用。第一显示屏箱体201上的底座解除对第二显示屏箱体202上的第二驱动件32的挤压,第二驱动件32在第二弹性件322的作用下进行复位,从而带动保护块20伸出底座,起到保护第二显示屏箱体202上显示模块的边角作用。
应当说明的是,由于滑块332上设有螺旋齿槽3321,传动轴331上设有螺旋齿3312,螺旋齿3312与螺旋齿槽3321传动连接,因此保护块20的伸出或缩回只能通过传动轴331进行控制,而保护块20无法控制传动轴331的转动,从而使得保护块20对LED显示屏单元箱体的边角保护更加可靠安全。
根据本申请的第二方面,本申请还提供了一种LED显示屏,包括LED显示屏单元箱体和上述的边角保护装置100,其中,边角保护装置100安装在LED显示屏单元箱体的边角部。

一种边角保护装置及LED显示屏,包括传动组件、呈L型结构的保护块和用于安装在LED显示屏单元箱体上的底座,所述保护块可活动安装在所述底座上;所述传动组件包括第一驱动件、第二驱动件和传动件,所述第一驱动件和第二驱动件均与所述传动件传动连接,所述传动件与所述保护块传动连接,用于带动所述保护块伸出或缩回所述底座;所述保护块所述第一驱动件和第二驱动件分别设置在所述底座相邻的两个侧面上,当两个所述LED显示屏单元箱体拼接时,所述第一驱动件和第二驱动件通过与所述底座的侧面抵接后,驱动所述传动件带动所述保护块伸出或缩回所述底座。
一种边角保护装置,运用于LED显示屏,其特征在于,包括:
底座,用于安装在LED显示屏单元箱体上;
保护块,呈L型结构,所述保护块可活动安装在所述底座上;
传动组件,包括第一驱动件、第二驱动件和传动件,所述第一驱动件和第二驱动件均与所述传动件传动连接,所述传动件与所述保护块传动连接,用于带动所述保护块伸出或缩回所述底座;
其中,所述第一驱动件和第二驱动件分别设置在所述底座相邻的两个侧面上,当两个所述LED显示屏单元箱体拼接时,所述第一驱动件和第二驱动件通过与所述底座的侧面抵接后,驱动所述传动件带动所述保护块伸出或缩回所述底座。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种边角保护装置,运用于LED显示屏,其特征在于,包括:
    底座,用于安装在LED显示屏单元箱体上;
    保护块,呈L型结构,所述保护块可活动安装在所述底座上;
    传动组件,包括第一驱动件、第二驱动件和传动件,所述第一驱动件和第二驱动件均与所述传动件传动连接,所述传动件与所述保护块传动连接,用于带动所述保护块伸出或缩回所述底座;
    其中,所述第一驱动件和第二驱动件分别设置在所述底座相邻的两个侧面上,当两个所述LED显示屏单元箱体拼接时,所述第一驱动件和第二驱动件通过与所述底座的侧面抵接后,驱动所述传动件带动所述保护块伸出或缩回所述底座。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的边角保护装置,其特征在于,所述底座上设有弧形轨迹槽,所述保护块的两侧面上连接有活动杆,所述活动杆可活动安装于所述轨迹槽中,以使得所述保护块能够在所述传动件的带动下沿所述轨迹槽移动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的边角保护装置,其特征在于,所述轨迹槽包括第一轨迹槽和第二轨迹槽,所述第一轨迹槽沿所述底座的竖直方向设置,所述第二轨迹槽与所述第一轨迹槽呈倾斜夹角设置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的边角保护装置,其特征在于,所述底座包括固定座和安装在所述固定座上的支撑座,所述第一驱动件和第二驱动件均安装在所述固定座,所述传动件设置在所述固定座与支撑座之间。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的边角保护装置,其特征在于,所述第一驱动件包括第一螺纹轴,所述第二驱动件包括第二螺纹轴,所述传动件包括传动轴,所述第一螺纹轴和第二螺纹轴均与所述传动轴传动连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的边角保护装置,其特征在于,所述传动件包括与所述保护块连接的滑块,所述传动轴上设有螺旋齿和与所述第一螺纹轴及第二螺纹轴配合的直齿,所述滑块上设有螺旋齿槽,所述螺旋齿与螺旋齿槽 传动连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的边角保护装置,其特征在于,所述滑块上设有活动轴,所述保护块上设有活动槽,所述活动轴与所述活动槽配合,以使得所述传动轴能够通过所述滑块驱动所述保护块沿所述轨迹槽移动。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的边角保护装置,其特征在于,所述支撑座上设有轴承安装孔,所述传动组件还包括轴承件,所述传动轴靠近所述螺旋齿的一端通过所述轴承件可转动安装在所述轴承安装孔,所述传动轴的另一端穿过所述固定座与所述第一驱动件及第二驱动件传动连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的边角保护装置,其特征在于,所述第一驱动件还包括第一弹性件,所述固定座上设有用于安装第一螺纹轴的第一安装槽,所述第一弹性件的一端与所述第一螺纹轴抵接,所述第一弹性件的另一端抵接在所述第一安装槽的底端上;和/或,
    所述第二驱动件还包括第二弹性件,所述固定座上设有用于安装第二螺纹轴的第二安装槽,所述第二弹性件的一端与所述第二螺纹轴抵接,所述第二弹性件的另一端抵接在所述第二安装槽的底端上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的边角保护装置,其特征在于,所述第一安装槽与所述第二安装槽呈90度夹角设置,且所述第一安装槽设置在所述第二安装槽的下方。
  11. 根据权利要求4所述的边角保护装置,其特征在于,所述支撑座与所述保护块接触的两侧面呈90度夹角设置,且所述支撑座与所述保护块接触的两侧面到所述固定座与其相对的两侧面距离与所述保护块的厚度相适配。
  12. 根据权利要求4所述的边角保护装置,其特征在于,所述保护块还包括第一延伸面和第二延伸面,所述第一延伸面和第二延伸面分别固定在所述保护块的两侧面上,所述传动件与所述第一延伸面和第二延伸面传动连接。
  13. 根据权利要求4所述的边角保护装置,其特征在于,所述支撑座的中部设有容纳槽,所述传动件的一端可转动安装于所述固定座上,所述传动件的另一端可转动安装在所述容纳槽的底部。
  14. 一种LED显示屏,其特征在于,包括LED显示屏单元箱体和如权 利要求1至13中任一所述的边角保护装置,所述边角保护装置安装在所述LED显示屏单元箱体的边角部。
