在本发明实施例中确认生物特征信息、验证生物特征信息以及注册生物特征信息都可以是指纹、脸象、虹膜、体型等能代表对象生理特征的信息。
在一个实施例中,预先存储的确认信息包括:点头确认信息、确认生物特征信息。
其中,点头确认信息指的是对象执行点头动作时的动作姿态、幅度等信息。因此其中与确认特征信息对应的特定动作可以指点头。其中,点头可以是单点头(点一次头),也可以是两点头,还可以多次点头。点头的频率可以快也可以慢,幅度可以大也可以小。
进一步地,一次点头动作可以如图4所示,图4中的单点头包括3个分解动作。其中,分解动作1:头部摆正;分解动作2:身体不做动作,头部带动颈部以颈部与肩部交界部位为中心向下晃动;分解动作3:头部恢复至摆正状态。两点头则可以是重复一次单点头,多次点头以此类推。
因此,当所述确认特征信息与预先存储的确认信息相匹配时,判定所述物品信息的确认通过的步骤,包括:当所述确认特征信息与预先存储的点头确认信息以及确认生物特征信息相匹配时,判定所述物品信息的确认通过。
本实施例,将对象点头过程中的确认特征信息与点头确认信息以及确认生物特征信息进行比对,对象只要进行简单的头部动作就能对物品信息进行确认,不需要进行终端操作等过程,能有效提高物品信息确认的效率。
在一个实施例中,预先存储的确认信息包括:摆手确认信息、确认生物特征信息。
其中,摆手确认信息指的是对象执行摆手动作时的动作姿态、幅度等信息。因此其中与确认特征信息对应的特定动作可以指摆手。其中,摆手可以是单摆手(摆一次手),也可以是两摆手,还可以多次摆手。摆手的频率可以快也可以慢,幅度可以大也可以小。摆手可以是上下摆手(以手掌、手指为活动部位,手臂可适当随手掌或手指动作上下摆动),也可以是左右摆手。其中上下摆手的示意图可以如图5所示,图5中示出了4种上下摆手的动作,具体说明如下:
(1):以手腕为轴心,整个手掌上下摆动;
(2):以手指根部为轴心,手指上下摆动;
(3)、(4):以手指根部为轴心,手指尖为起始点带动手指自然弯曲。
摆手动作的起始状态可以是多样的,例如:可以按照图5中分解动作1-分解动作2-分解动作3的顺序实现,也可以按照分解动作2-分解动作1-分解动作3的顺序实现,还可以按照分解动作2-分解动作1-分解动作1的顺序实现。
另外,本发明实施例对摆手时的角度、幅度、速度以及执行动作的手指根数不做限制。
因此,当所述确认特征信息与预先存储的确认信息相匹配时,判定所述物品信息的确认 通过的步骤,包括:当所述确认特征信息与预先存储的摆手确认信息以及确认生物特征信息相匹配时,判定所述物品信息的确认通过。
本实施例,将对象摆手过程中的确认特征信息与摆手确认信息以及确认生物特征信息进行比对,对象只要进行简单的手部动作就能对物品信息进行确认,不需要进行终端操作等过程,能有效提高物品信息确认的效率。
在一个实施例中,若显示物品信息后一段时间后未接收到确认特征信息或者确认特征信息与预先存储的确认信息不匹配,则可以认为物品信息确认未通过。
在一个实施例中,若接收到对象执行其他动作(如:摆手等)的信息时,可以认为对象否认对应的物品信息,可以将对应的物品信息进行删除或隐藏。
在一个实施例中,所述当所述确认特征信息与预先存储的点头确认信息以及确认生物特征信息相匹配时,判定所述物品信息的确认通过的步骤之前,还包括:获取自定义指令,根据所述自定义指令提示所述对象执行特定的点头动作;获取并存储所述对象执行所述特定的点头动作时的点头确认信息以及确认生物特征信息。
其中,自定义指令指的触发动作自定义过程的指令。该指令可以是对象通过设置于特定区域(无人超市或者用户终端等)的动作自定义按键进行触发。同时该过程可以在对象进行注册认证阶段或者注册认证之后的其他阶段进行。
对于某些特殊的对象(例如:年长者、动作不灵便者等),由于受健康问题的困扰,他们做点头动作可能会受到限制,因此可以允许这些对象自定义其中的特定动作。本实施例根据用户自定义的点头动作来确定点头确认信息和确认生物特征信息,用户能根据自身情况、习惯等自己定义点头的姿态、幅度、频率等。充分考虑到了对象的不同需求,对不同对象进行个性化处理,能有效扩大所针对对象的范围。
在一个实施例中,所述当所述确认特征信息与预先存储的确认信息相匹配时,判定为所述物品信息的确认通过的步骤之前,还包括:获取自定义指令,根据所述自定义指令提示所述对象执行特定的摆手动作;获取并存储所述对象执行所述特定的摆手动作时的摆手确认信息以及确认生物特征信息。
在一个实施例中,对象可以根据系统预设的点头、摆手动作调整动作的幅度、频率等。还能重新设置新的动作,即可以设置点头、摆手动作之外的其他动作作为自定义动作。同时,验证动作也可以自定义。
进一步地,对象进行动作自定义可以通过连接视讯侦测系统的终端来进行。也可以通过 设置在特定区域的摄像装置等来进行。当摄像装置固定设置在特定区域,且由于身高等原因对象位于摄像装置的最优扫描区域之外时,可以通过调整摄像装置角度的方式捕捉对象的动作信息。
在一个实施例中,对象在进行物品选择之前,可以经过注册认证(获取对象的认证信息,以便候选身份认证)和身份认证(根据注册认证过程中的信息确定对应的对象是否为已认证对象)的过程。注册认证通过以后,根据认证特征信息进行认证(该认证可以认为是身份认证),若经过身份认证确定对应的对象为已认证对象,则允许该对象进行物品选择和信息确认。当然,在信息确认的方法实现过程中也可以不对对象进行身份认证和注册认证的过程。
需要说明的是,在本发明实施例中,有注册认证或身份认证说明的,指的是所说明的认证方式。对于未说明的“认证”,指的是身份认证。
其中,认证特征信息指的是用于对对象进行认证的特征信息,这些认证特征信息可以是对象的生物特征信息、身体特征信息、二维码信息等唯一性信息。
在一个实施例中,所述获取对象做出验证动作时的验证特征信息的步骤之前,还包括:获取所述对象的认证特征信息,根据所述认证特征信息对所述对象进行身份认证。
另外,对对象进行认证可以是确定对应的认证特征信息是否合法,若合法,则判定对应的对象通过认证;也可以判断是否存储有对应的认证特征信息,若存储有,则判定对应的对象通过认证。以在无人超市购物为例,为区分不同对象,需要在对象离开无人超市或进行商品结算之前对对象进行认证,未通过认证的对象就不确定为本次购物的结算者。通过认证的对象是已认证或者满足相应认证条件的对象,不满足认证条件的对象不是所要针对的对象,因此本步骤将认证未通过的对象进行过滤。
本实施例是对对象进行身份认证的过程,根据认证特征信息对对象进行认证,能过滤认证未通过的对象,提高物品信息确认过程的效率。
在一个实施例中,所述根据所述认证特征信息对所述对象进行身份认证的步骤,包括:将所述认证特征信息与预先存储的候选认证特征信息进行比对,判断是否存在与所述认证特征信息相匹配的候选认证特征信息;若存在,则判定所述对象通过身份认证。
本实施例将认证特征信息与候选认证特征信息进行比对,判断是否存在与认证特征信息相匹配的候选认证特征信息。若存在,则说明对应的对象是经过认证的;若不存在,则说明对应的对象并未经过认证。对象的认证过程简单准确。
在一个实施例中,将所述认证特征信息与预先存储的候选认证特征信息进行比对的步骤 之前,还包括:获取对象的生物特征信息,将该生物特征信息作为候选认证特征信息进行存储;或,提示该对象执行特定动作,获取该对象执行特定动作过程中的动作特征信息,将该动作特征信息作为候选认证特征信息进行存储。
在一个实施例中,所述判断是否存在与所述认证特征信息相匹配的候选认证特征信息的步骤之后,还包括:若不存在,显示注册请求信息;当接收到所述对象根据所述注册请求信息发送的注册确认信息时,获取所述对象的注册生物特征信息和/或编码信息,将所述注册生物特征信息和/或编码信息作为候选认证特征信息进行存储;将所述候选认证特征信息与对应的物品信息进行绑定。
其中,将候选认证特征信息与对应的物品信息进行绑定的过程可以是:确定对应对象所选择的物品,根据该物品为该对象生成对应的物品信息,建立该物品信息以及对应的候选认证特征信息之间的对应关系。当该对象再次选择物品时,根据该对应关系将新增物品的信息添加到对应的物品信息中即可。
其中,编码信息可以指对象编号、用户名、条形码、一维码、二维码等。
获取对象的编码信息的实现过程可以为:提示对象提供编码信息,对象通过外接接口输入对应的编码信息。也可以为:提示对象提供编码信息,对象展示移动终端上的二维码,系统扫描该二维码,获取对应的二维码信息。还可以为:接收到对象发送的注册确认信息后,自动为该对象生成唯一的编码信息并反馈给该对象。
本实施例在对象认证未通过时,根据对象的意愿确定是否进行注册认证。当未认证通过的对象愿意进行注册认证(发送注册确认信息)时,将未认证通过的对象的注册生物特征信息和/或编码信息作为候选认证特征信息。
在一个实施例中,接收到注册确认信息时,也可以提示对象执行特定(如点头等)的动作,根据对象执行特定动作过程中的动作特征信息和/或生物特征信息来确定候选认证特征信息。若候选认证特征信息中包含有动作特征信息,则在对对象进行认证的过程中可以要求对象执行特定动作。
在一个实施例中,根据所述认证特征信息对所述对象进行身份认证的步骤之后,还包括:存储对对象进行认证的认证结果;若该对象认证未通过,获取该对象的对象显示信息,显示所述对象显示信息。
例如,在对象通过认证时,可以显示“认证通过”等信息。当对象未通过认证时,可以显示该对象的对象显示信息,如“首次光临本店”等。
在一个实施例中,将所述认证特征信息与预先存储的候选认证特征信息进行比对的步骤,包括:认证特征信息与预先存储的候选生物特征信息进行比对。

在一个实施例中,如图6所示,提供一种信息确认方法,包括以下步骤:
S601、获取对象的认证特征信息,将所述认证特征信息与预先存储的候选认证特征信息进行比对,判断是否存在与所述认证特征信息相匹配的候选认证特征信息;若存在,则判定所述对象通过身份认证。
S602、获取通过认证的对象做出验证动作时的验证特征信息,将所述验证特征信息与预先存储的动作特征信息进行比对。
S603、当所述验证特征信息与预先存储的动作特征信息相匹配时,判定所述对象身份验证通过。
S604、获取对象所选择物品的物品信息并输出所述物品信息。
S605、接收所述对象做出特定动作的确认特征信息,当所述确认特征信息与预先存储的点头确认信息以及确认生物特征信息相匹配时,判定所述物品信息的确认通过。
本实施例,根据对象做出特定动作时的确认特征信息来判断物品信息的确认是否通过,若确认特征信息与预先存储的确认信息相匹配时判定物品信息的确认通过。不需要对象在终端上进行手动操作,能有效节约人力,提高信息确认过程的效率。
为了更好地理解上述方法,以下详细阐述一个本发明信息确认方法的应用实例。将摄像装置布置于无人超市中(通过视讯识别技术侦测对象从进入到离开无人超市整个过程中的行为特征、生物特征等),从视讯侦测系统的角度以对象为消费者为例进行叙述。当甲乙消费者进入该无人超市时,进行信息的确认,具体过程为:
1)视讯侦测系统接收正对无人超市大门的摄像装置所采集的甲乙的面部、身体特征等认证特征信息。
2)视讯侦测系统判断已存储的候选认证信息中是否存在与这些认证特征信息相匹配的候选认证特征信息。若存在与甲的认证特征信息相匹配的候选认证特征信息,则甲通过认证;若不存在与乙的特征信息相匹配的候选认证特征信息,则乙未通过认证。
3)视讯侦测系统存储甲乙的认证结果,根据认证结果对甲乙进行认证标识(甲标识为认证通过,乙标识为认证未通过),同时控制显示器同步显示甲乙的认证结果。
4)通过广播询问未认证的乙是否需要进行注册认证并请乙移步到无人超市门边的注册显示器前进行注册认证。当乙站在注册显示器时,提示乙左右移动头部,提取乙的面部特征等生物特征信息,并将该生物特征信息作为乙的候选认证特征信息,并为乙设置已注册标识,将该已注册标识和候选认证特征信息进行存储,通过注册显示器提示乙注册成功。
5)通过视讯侦测技术实时监测甲的信息,确定甲所挑选的物品,根据其所挑选的物品确定物品信息,将该物品信息与甲进行绑定,生成对应的购物清单。并在甲购物的过程中,将甲新挑选的物品信息添加到购物清单中。
6)当甲物品挑选结束并准备对本次购物进行结算时,提示甲进行两点头动作,获取甲进行两点头动作时的验证特征信息,当验证特征信息与预先存储的动作特征信息相匹配时,判定甲身份验证通过。
7)获取甲的物品信息,显示对应的购物清单,提示甲判断该购物清单是否有误,若无误请甲进行两点头动作。若接收到甲执行两点头动作的确认特征信息时,当所述确认特征信息与预先存储的点头确认信息以及确认生物特征信息相匹配时,判定所述物品信息的确认通过。
8)根据确认通过的物品信息生成结算信息,提示甲完成结算过程。
本实施例,在确定某一对象为已认证对象之后,对已认证对象进行身份验证,获取通过身份验证的对象的物品信息,根据该对象做出特定动作时的确认特征信息来判断物品信息的确认是否通过,若确认特征信息与预先存储的确认信息相匹配时判定物品信息的确认通过。能有效节约人力,提高信息确认过程的效率。
需要说明的是,对于前述的各方法实施例,为了简便描述,将其都表述为一系列的动作组合,但是本领域技术人员应该知悉,本发明并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制,因为依据本发明,某些步骤可以采用其它顺序或者同时进行。

在一个实施例中,如图8所示,提供一种视讯侦测系统101,包括视讯处理模块、视讯侦测模块、身份信息审核模块、身份信息认证模块、身份信息绑定模块、视讯信息存储模块、行为信息审核模块、行为信息存储模块、行为信息定义模块、显示输出模块以及扩展功能模块。这些模块通过软件链路、硬件链路及通讯总线进行连接,以实现一种信息确认方法。
其中,视讯处理模块用于对视讯侦测模块所传输的动作行为信息、生物特征信息等进行处理(包括对象身份验证、物品信息确认、动作定义等),将分析后得到的数据传输给视讯存储模块进行存储。该视讯处理模块具有视频输出接口,该视频输出接口通过物理或无线连接的方式连接显示器、播放器或者音箱等。
视讯侦测模块用于对侦测范围内的图像、视频、文字、二维码、人脸等信息进行侦测。
视讯信息存储模块用于存储视讯处理模块中数据、用户身份、用户动作等动态静态信息(该视讯信息存储模块可以是非易失性存储器)。
身份信息审核模块用于对视讯处理器模块输出的信息进行分析,确定其中的新用户和/或老用户,并对所识别出的用户进行标识。
身份信息认证模块用于对未认证的用户进行认证,并将已认证的用户标识为已认证。
身份信息绑定模块用于将用户的特征信息与物品信息进行绑定。
显示输出模块用于实时将视讯识别结果、商品结算等信息通过显示器等进行输出(显示输出模块可以通过有线或无线的方式连接显示器等外部输出设备)。
行为信息审核模块用于对视讯侦测模块侦测的数据中动作行为与行为信息储存模块中的动作行为进行匹配性判断。
行为信息储存模块对行为信息审核模块的审核数据以及行为信息定义模块的数据进行储存(其中行为信息储存模块可以是与视讯侦测系统中的其他存储器相独立的储存器、储存空 间或存储地址)。
行为信息定义模块用于校正、更新、新增用户的行为动作,对自身习惯行为进行自定义,也可以根据用户对自定义动作信息的满意情况确认或更换自定义动作信息。
扩展功能模块用于对视讯侦测系统的功能进行扩展。

应当理解,本发明的各部分可以用硬件、软件、固件或它们的组合来实现。在上述实施方式中,多个步骤或方法可以用存储在存储器中且由合适的指令执行系统执行的软件或固件来实现。例如,如果用硬件来实现,和在另一实施方式中一样,可用本领域公知的下列技术中的任一项或他们的组合来实现:具有用于对数据信号实现逻辑功能的逻辑门电路的离散逻辑电路,具有合适的组合逻辑门电路的专用集成电路,可编程门阵列(PGA),现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)等。
本发明实施例的术语“包括”和“具有”以及它们任何变形,意图在于覆盖不排他的包含。例如包含了一系列步骤或(模块)单元的过程、方法、系统、产品或设备没有限定于已列出的步骤或单元,而是可选地还包括没有列出的步骤或单元,或可选地还包括对于这些过程、方法、产品或设备固有的其它步骤或单元。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,不能理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种信息确认方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    获取对象所选择物品的物品信息并输出所述物品信息;
    接收所述对象做出特定动作的确认特征信息;
    当所述确认特征信息与预先存储的确认信息相匹配时,判定为所述物品信息的确认通过。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的信息确认方法,其特征在于,所述获取对象所选择物品的物品信息并输出所述物品信息的步骤之前,还包括:
    获取对象做出验证动作时的验证特征信息;
    当所述验证特征信息与预先存储的验证信息相匹配时,判定所述对象身份验证通过。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的信息确认方法,其特征在于,所述确认信息包括:点头确认信息、确认生物特征信息;
    所述当所述确认特征信息与预先存储的确认信息相匹配时,判定为所述物品信息的确认通过的步骤之前,还包括:
    获取自定义指令,根据所述自定义指令提示所述对象执行特定的点头动作;
    获取并存储所述对象执行所述特定的点头动作时的点头确认信息以及确认生物特征信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的信息确认方法,其特征在于,所述确认信息包括:摆手确认信息、确认生物特征信息;
    所述当所述确认特征信息与预先存储的确认信息相匹配时,判定为所述物品信息的确认通过的步骤之前,还包括:
    获取自定义指令,根据所述自定义指令提示所述对象执行特定的摆手动作;
    获取并存储所述对象执行所述特定的摆手动作时的摆手确认信息以及确认生物特征信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的信息确认方法,其特征在于,所述获取对象所选择物品的物品信息并输出所述物品信息的步骤之前,还包括:
    获取所述对象的认证特征信息,根据所述认证特征信息对所述对象进行身份认证。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的信息确认方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述认证特征信息对所述对象进行身份认证的步骤,包括:
    将所述认证特征信息与预先存储的候选认证特征信息进行比对,判断是否存在与所述认证特征信息相匹配的候选认证特征信息;若存在,则判定所述对象通过身份认证。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的信息确认方法,其特征在于,所述判断是否存在与所述认证特征信息相匹配的候选认证特征信息的步骤之后,还包括:
    若不存在,显示注册请求信息;
    当接收到所述对象根据所述注册请求信息发送的注册确认信息时,获取所述对象的注册生物特征信息和/或编码信息,将所述注册生物特征信息和/或编码信息作为候选认证特征信息进行存储;
    将所述候选认证特征信息与对应的物品信息进行绑定。
  8. 一种信息确认装置,其特征在于,包括:
    物品信息获取模块,用于获取对象所选择物品的物品信息并输出所述物品信息;
    特征信息接收模块,用于接收所述对象做出特定动作的确认特征信息;
    以及,信息确认模块,用于当所述确认特征信息与预先存储的确认信息相匹配时,判定为所述物品信息的确认通过。
  9. 一种计算机设备,包括存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时实现权利要求1至7任一项所述的方法的步骤。
  10. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现权利要求1至7任一项所述的方法的步骤。
