Abstract

L'invention révèle un système, ainsi que des composants et leur utilisation qui permettent de diagnostiquer les facteurs biologiques à l'intérieur de la structure de bactéries, de spores bactériennes, de champignon, de levure, de virus, d'algues et de pollens au moyen d'un procédé à base d'acide nucléique comprenant un gel de diagnostic comprenant un tampon, des sels, des détergents, des micro/nanoparticules, des enzymes, des ensembles d'amorces, des molécules de dNTP, des ions, de la bétaïne, des molécules colorées ou fluorescentes de création de signal, des produits chimiques tampons et des constituants gélifiants, par une amplification, sans nécessiter aucune sorte de préparation d'échantillon associée aux échantillons prélevés dans l'air, et qui permet d'effectuer un avertissement précoce par un SMS, un courrier électronique et un appel audio en délivrant les résultats qu'il obtient.
