La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique, comprenant du ticagrelor, la composition pharmaceutique étant fabriquée par utilisation d'un procédé de granulation par voie humide présentant des propriétés d'écoulement et de compressibilité améliorées ; la composition comprenant de la cellulose microcristalline, et du dioxyde de silicium conjointement dans la phase extragranulaire et du phosphate de calcium dibasique dans une phase intragranulaire ayant une plage de temps de lubrification optimisée comprise entre 6 et 12 minutes.
