背景技术
随着电子技术和显示技术的发展,电子终端在人们的日常生活中已经十分普及。电子终端的外观、结构是消费者选购时很重要的因素之一。以智能手机为例,采用全面屏已经成为一种行业趋势,且大屏、超薄也越来越受到人们的喜爱。对于全面屏的电子终端,通常壳体整体强度较低。
发明内容

本公开提供了一种电子终端,包括后壳、第一框体、第二框体、显示模组和盖板,其中,

本公开实施例电子终端的主体结构包括后壳、第一框体、第二框体、显示模组和盖板,其中,所述后壳和显示模组形成容置空间,所述第一框体和第二框体设置在所述容置空间内,所述盖板设置在所述显示模组远离所述后壳的表面;所述后壳包括背板和框边,所述框边上设置有开口;所述第一框体包括辅助框壁,所述辅助框壁与所述开口对应设置。

图1为本公开实施例后壳的结构示意图,示意了后壳后向的视图。如图1所示,后壳10的主体结构包括背板11和框边12,背板11为矩形板状,框边12呈矩形框体结构,框边12具有两对框壁,两对框壁分别设置在背板11的两对边缘上,背板11和框边12为一体式金属结构,矩形板状的背板11和矩形框体的框边12一起构成具有容置空间的地包天式壳体结构。其中,框边12的一个框壁上开设有开口13。如图1所示,本公开实施例中,框边12包括一对长框壁和一对短框壁,开口13开设在一个长框壁上,开口13的深度小于长框壁的高度,开口13的长度小于长框壁的长度。考虑到后壳采用地包天式金属壳体结构对天线信号有屏蔽作用,影响天线信号(如WIFI信号)的正常发送和接收,本公开实施例在后壳的框边上开设开口,由第一框体填充开口,利用非金属材料的第一框体不会屏蔽天线信号的特点,形成天线信号传输通道,增加了天线信号的接收面积,有效保证了天线信号的正常 发送和接收。由于开口由第一框体填充,在后壳开设开口的一侧,侧壁由开设开口的框边和填充在开口中的第一框体组成,在外观上仍是一个完整的侧壁,因而后壳仍是一个完整的壳体结构,在有效加强天线信号的前提下,保证了后壳外观的完整性。实际实施时,根据天线的设置数量、设置位置和通信要求,开口可以开设在一个长框壁和/或一个短框壁上,也可以开设在一对长框壁和/或一对短框壁上。
在一示例性的实施方式中,矩形板状的背板11的四个角部设置成圆滑的弧形,矩形框体的框边12的四个角部也设置成相应的弧形,以增加整体美感。此外,背板11上开设有至少一个通孔,用于暴露出摄像组件,框边12的一对短框壁上分别开设有多个通孔,用于分别暴露出电子终端相应的器件和功能按键。如图1所示,结合图9至图11,本公开实施例中,背板11上设置有用于暴露出摄像组件118的摄像孔a,框边12的一个短框壁上设置有用于暴露出第一喇叭组件110的第一喇叭孔b、用于暴露出按键组件108、109的第一按键孔c和第二按键孔d,框边12的另一个短框壁上设置有用于暴露出第二喇叭组件111的第二喇叭孔、用于暴露出USB接口组件的接口孔和用于暴露出麦克组件112的麦克孔。摄像孔、喇叭孔、接口孔、按键孔以及麦克孔的数量、位置以及尺寸,可以根据电子终端的功能以及相应组件的规格等来设置,相应通孔的功能仅仅是一种示例性说明,本公开实施例在此不做限定。
本公开实施例通过设置一体式金属地包天式壳体结构的后壳,最大限度地加强了电子终端的整体强度,提高了整机结构的可靠性。并且,通过在后壳的框边上设置开口,有效保证了天线信号的正常发送和接收,在加强天线信号的前提下,保证了后壳外观的完整性。
图2为本公开实施例第一框体的一个结构示意图,示意了第一框体后向(从后壳一侧观看第一框体)的视图,图3为本公开实施例第一框体的另一个结构示意图,示意了第一框体前向(从显示模组一侧观看第一框体)的视图。如图2和图3所示,第一框体20的主体结构包括第一框板21和第一框边22,第一框板21为矩形板状,第一框边22呈矩形框体结构,第一框边22设置在第一框板21的边缘,第一框板21和第一框边22为一体式非金属结构, 一起构成设置电子器件的设置空间。其中,第一框体20可以采用塑胶、树脂、陶瓷或其它高分子等不导电材料,通过注塑或者加工等工艺形成相应的隔断、安装孔和安装座等部件。本公开实施例中,第一框体20采用热压工艺固定在后壳10的容置空间内。通过采用热压工艺组装后壳10和第一框体20,可以降低后壳10的加工难度和成本,而且简化了组装工艺。通常,通过卡接、螺接等固定方式,需要后壳内设置相应的连接结构,且需要较高的加工精度才能实现与第一框体的配合,加工成本和难度较高,而且组装过程的对位、连接等过程工序多,组装时间长。本公开实施例通过采用热压工艺,后壳的容置空间内因而不需要设置连接结构,也不需太高加工精度,一次热压完成组装,降低了后壳的加工难度和加工成本,简化了组装工艺。并且,本公开实施例通过采用热压工艺组装后壳和第一框体,使后壳和第一框体紧密贴合,增加了第一框体的结构强度,提高了第一框体上电子器件的可靠性。
如图2和图3所示,第一框体20还设置有辅助框壁23。辅助框壁23设置在一个第一框边22远离设置空间的外侧的侧壁上,与后壳10的开口13的位置相对应,辅助框壁23的长度和宽度与开口13的长度和宽度相同。当第一框体20固定在后壳10的容置空间后,辅助框壁23正好填充后壳10的开口13,开口13所在的框边12和辅助框壁23一起形成完整的侧壁。此外,第一框体20还设置有第一卡合部,第一卡合部包括多个卡块24,卡块24均设置在第一框边22朝向设置空间的内侧侧壁上,多个卡块24间隔设置,用于卡接第二框体。其中,辅助框壁23和卡块24可以与第一框板21和第一框边22为一体结构,通过注塑等工艺同时形成。
如图2和图3所示,结合图9至图11,第一框板21上开设有多个安装孔。多个安装孔可以是:用于固定第一电路板的安装孔e、用于固定第二电路板的安装孔f、用于固定电池组件117的安装孔g、用于固定摄像组件118的安装孔h等。其中,第一电路板可以是第一喇叭组件110的电路板,第二电路板可以是第二喇叭组件111的电路板。此外,与后壳10上暴露出喇叭组件、接口组件、按键组件等的多个通孔相对应位置,第一框边22上还可开设有固定第一喇叭组件110、按键组件108、109、第二喇叭组件111、USB接口和麦克组件112的多个安装孔等。此外,第一框板21上还开设有多个螺接 孔,用于固定接口组件121、天线组件122、主板组件123等。其中,天线组件122设置在主板组件123上,天线组件122设置在主板组件123邻近后壳的开口的一侧。多个安装孔的数量、位置以及尺寸,可以根据电子终端相应电子组件的规格来设置,固定方式可以是焊接、卡接、粘结或螺接等方式,本公开实施例在此不做限定。
图4为本公开实施例第二框体的一个结构示意图,示意了第二框体后向(从第一框体一侧观看第二框体)的视图,图5为本公开实施例第二框体的另一个结构示意图,示意了第二框体前向(从显示模组一侧观看第二框体)的视图。如图4和图5所示,第二框体30的主体结构为非金属材料制成的矩形支撑体31,支撑体31位于第一框体20和显示模组之间,支撑部31被配置为支撑显示模组。支撑体31朝向第一框体20一侧的表面设置有连接部32,支撑体31朝向显示模组一侧的表面设置有外延部33。第二框体30可以采用塑胶、树脂、陶瓷或其它高分子等不导电材料,通过注塑或加工等工艺形成的一体结构。
在一示例性的实施方式中,连接部32设置在支撑体31朝向第一框体20的一侧,为沿支撑体31边缘延伸的条形,连接部32的平面垂直于支撑体31的平面,连接部32的宽度方向沿垂直于支撑体31平面的方向延伸,连接部32的长度方向沿支撑体31的边缘方向延伸。连接部32上设置有第二卡合部,第二卡合部包括多个卡槽34,多个卡槽34间隔设置,分别与第一框边22上的多个卡块24的位置相对应,卡槽34的长度和宽度与卡块24的长度和宽度相适应。第一框体20和第二框体30通过第一卡合部和第二卡合部卡合连接。在安装第二框体30时,第二框体30上连接部32的多个卡槽34卡设在第一框体20的多个卡块24上,第二框体30的支撑体31紧密贴合第一框体20的第一框板21,将第二框体30和第一框体20连接成一体,提高第二框体30和第一框体20的连接可靠性和整体结构强度。
在一示例性的实施方式中,在支撑体31朝向显示模组的一侧,外延部33是在支撑体31边缘处形成的翻边结构,外延部33设置在支撑部31的边缘,被配置为隔离显示模组和后壳。图6为本公开实施例外延部的结构示意图。如图6所示,在支撑体31的端部,外延部33包括垂直于支撑体31平面 的竖直部331和平行于支撑体31平面的水平部332,竖直部331的第一端与支撑体31的端部连接,第二端沿垂直于第二框体30平面的方向向支撑体31的外侧(朝向显示模组的方向)延伸。水平部332的第一端与竖直部331的第二端连接,水平部332的第二端沿平行于第二框体30平面的方向向支撑体31的外侧(远离支撑体31的方向)延伸,在支撑体31的边缘形成外延结构。在支撑体31的端部,外延部33至少形成水平端面A1和竖直端面B1两个端面。在安装第二框体30时,支撑体31的端部顶设后壳10的框边12的内表面,水平端面A1(水平部332的下表面)压设后壳10的框边12的上端部。同时,竖直端面B1和支撑体31的上表面形成用于设置显示模组的承载空间。这样,第二框体30的外延部33设置在后壳10与显示模组之间,形成了后壳10与显示模组隔离的布局。此外,水平部332还具有第一侧面A2和第二侧面B2,第一侧面A2与后壳10的框边12的外表面平齐,第二侧面B2与竖直部331的第二端的外表面平齐,第一侧面A2通过一弧面与第二侧面B2连接。在一示例性的实施方式中,第一侧面A2和第二侧面B2即是外延部33具有第一侧面和第二侧面。在一示例性的实施方式中,第一侧面A2与第二侧面B2相互垂直。这样,水平部332(外延部33)的第一侧面A2与后壳10的框边12的外表面平齐,在外观上形成一个完整的侧壁,水平部332(外延部33)的第二侧面B2与显示模组的外表面平齐,在外观上形成一个完整的上表面。
本公开实施例通过第二框体形成外延结构,可以有效避免显示模组与金属材料的后壳直接接触,一方面可以提高可维修性,另一方面可以提高抗破损性。在一示例性的实施方式中,在维修时,由于显示模组与非金属材料的第二框体接触,可以利用非金属材料的变形快速拆除显示模组,既不会损坏显示模组,也不会损伤后壳。在电子终端整机跌落时,后壳所承受的冲击可以被非金属材料的第二框体最大限度地吸收,第二框体能够起到良好的缓冲作用,有效防止了显示模组的破损。
图7为本公开实施例显示模组的结构示意图,示意了显示模组后向(从第二框体一侧观看显示模组)的视图。如图7所示,显示模组(TLCM)40的主体结构包括叠设的触控组件(TP)41和显示组件(LCD module,LCM) 42,触控组件41设置在显示组件42远离后壳一侧的表面,驱动电路设置在显示模组42朝向后壳一侧的表面。本公开实施例中,触控面板41远离后壳一侧的表面设置有盖板,盖板远离后壳一侧的表面设置有偏光表面处理(AG)雾面膜,可以有效防止眩光,增强画面显示效果,并且具有抗污和防爆的效果。在一示例性的实施方式中,雾面膜可以采用光学胶(OCA)贴附工艺贴合在盖板的表面。本公开实施例显示模组可以采用相关技术成熟的触控显示屏,显示组件也可以是有机发光二极管(OLED),这里不再赘述。
图8为本公开实施例后壳、第一、第二框体和显示模组的固定示意图。如图8所示,第一框体20通过热压工艺固定在后壳10内,第一框体20的第一框板与后壳10的背板紧密贴合,第一框体20的第一框边22与后壳10的框边紧密贴合。第二框体30通过第一卡合部和第二卡合部以卡合方式固定在第一框体20上,在一示例性的实施方式中,第二框体30的外延部33压设在后壳10的顶部,第二框体30的卡槽34卡设在第一框体20的卡块24上。显示模组40通过粘结层50固定在第二框体30上,例如位于支撑体31和外延部33形成的承载空间内。这样,外延部33的外边缘与后壳10的框边的外表面平齐,在外观上为一个完整的侧壁,外延部33的上边缘与显示模组40的上表面平齐,在外观上为一个完整的表面,最终形成本公开实施例全面屏的电子终端。
图9为本公开实施例电子终端的组装示意图,图10为本公开实施例电子终端组装后的一个示意图,为打开后壳后的后视图,图11为本公开实施例电子终端组装后的另一个示意图,为打开后壳和第一框体后的后视图。如图9至图11所示,首先,通过相应制造工艺分别制备电子终端的各个部件,包括:一体式金属壳体结构的后壳10,第一框体20,电池组件117、接口组件121和按键组件108、109,天线组件122、主板组件123、麦克组件112和摄像组件118,矩形框体的第二框体30,带有第一喇叭组件110的第一电路板,带有第二喇叭组件111的第二电路板,以及显示模组40。然后,在第一框体20安装相应电子器件后,通过热压工艺将第一框体20固定在后壳10的容置空间内,第一框体20的辅助框壁正好填充后壳10的开口。然后,在第一框体20上安装电池组件117、接口组件121、按键组件108、109、主板组件 123、麦克组件112和摄像组件118等,通过第二框体30的卡槽和第一框体20的卡块,将第二框体30固定在第一框体20上。在一示例性实施例中,由于第一框体20和第二框体30的四个角部均设置有连接柱,因而两者还可以通过螺钉连接,进一步提高连接可靠性。随后,在第二框体30上安装第一喇叭组件110和第二喇叭组件111等部件。最后,将显示模组40通过黏贴方式固定在第二框体30上,第二框体30的上边缘与显示模组40的上表面平齐,第二框体30的外边缘与后壳10的外表面平齐,将盖板60设置在显示模组40上,形成本公开实施例全面屏的电子终端。需要说明的是,本公开中所述的“前”、“后”、“上”、“下”等方位词,是针对电子终端水平放置时,后壳在下、显示模组在上的状态。
图12为本公开实施例电子终端的前视图,图13为本公开实施例电子终端的后视图,图14为本公开实施例电子终端的一个立体图,图15为本公开实施例电子终端的另一个立体图。如图12至图15所示,电子终端的前表面设置有前置摄像头105、红外和感光组件106和扬声器107,电子终端的侧表面设置有音量键108和电源键109等,电子终端后表面(背面)设置有后置摄像头104。
通过本公开实施例电子终端的结构及其组装过程可以看出,本公开实施例通过设置一体式金属壳体结构的后壳,最大限度地加强了电子终端的整体强度,提高了整机结构的可靠性。并且,通过在后壳开设开口,有效保证了天线信号的正常发送和接收。进一步地,通过第二框体的外延结构设计,有效避免了显示模组与后壳直接接触,提高了可维修性,提高了抗破损性。通过盖板表面设置AG雾面膜,防止了眩光,增强了画面显示效果,并具有抗污和防爆的效果。
本公开实施例所描述的电子终端可以包括诸如移动电话、智能电话、笔记本电脑、数字广播接收器、个人数字助理PDA、平板电脑PAP、便携式多媒体播放器PMP、导航装置、电子书阅读器、早教机和绘本机等。
基于前述实施例的技术构思,本公开实施例还提供了一种电子终端的组装方法,用于组装前述的电子终端。本公开实施例电子终端的组装方法包括:
将第一框体固定在后壳的容置空间内;所述第一框体的第一框板与所述后壳的背板贴合,所述第一框体的第一框边与所述后壳的框边贴合,所述第一框体上的辅助框壁设置在所述后壳的开口内。
在一示例性的实施方式中,将第一框体固定在后壳的容置空间内,包括:
采用热压工艺将第一框体固定在后壳的容置空间内。
在一示例性的实施方式中,还包括:
将第二框体固定在所述第一框体上;
将显示模组固定在所述第二框体上。
在一示例性的实施方式中,将第二框体固定在所述第一框体上,包括:
通过卡合方式将所述第二框体固定在所述第一框体上;所述第二框体上的多个卡槽卡接所述第一框体上的多个卡块,所述第二框体的外延部设置在所述后壳与显示模组之间。
在一示例性的实施方式中,将所述显示模组固定在所述第二框体上,包括:
通过黏贴方式将所述显示模组固定在所述第二框体上,将盖板设置在所述显示模组上,所述盖板的表面设置有偏光表面处理雾面膜。
有关本公开实施例电子终端的具体组装过程,已在前述实施例中详细花说明,这里不再赘述。
本公开实施例提供了一种电子终端的组装方法,通过设置一体式金属壳体结构的后壳,最大限度地加强了电子终端的整体强度,提高了整机结构的可靠性。并且,通过在后壳开设开口,有效保证了天线信号的正常发送和接收。通过采用热压工艺组装后壳和第一框体,不仅可以降低后壳的加工难度和成本,而且简化了组装工艺,并且增加了第一框体的结构强度,提高了第一框体上电子器件的可靠性。通过将第二框体的外延部设置在后壳与显示模组之间,一方面可以提高可维修性,另一方面可以提高抗破损性。通过在盖板的表面设置有偏光表面处理雾面膜,可以有效防止眩光,增强画面显示效果,并具有抗污和防爆的效果。
在本公开实施例的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中部”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本公开和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本公开的限制。
在本公开实施例的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本公开中的具体含义。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种电子终端,包括后壳、第一框体、第二框体、显示模组和盖板,其中,
    所述后壳和显示模组形成容置空间,所述第一框体和第二框体设置在所述容置空间内,所述盖板设置在所述显示模组远离所述后壳的表面;
    所述后壳包括背板和框边,所述框边设置有开口;
    所述第一框体包括辅助框壁,所述辅助框壁与所述开口对应设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子终端,其中,所述第一框体还包括第一框板和设置在所述第一框板边缘的第一框边,所述第一框板和第一框边形成设置电子器件的设置空间,所述辅助框壁设置在所述第一框边远离所述设置空间的外侧,并位于所述开口内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子终端,其中,所述辅助框壁、所述第一框体和第一框边为一体结构。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的电子终端,其中,所述电子器件包括主板组件和设置在所述主板组件上的天线组件,所述天线组件设置在所述主板组件邻近所述开口的一侧。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电子终端,其中,所述后壳的材料包括金属,所述背板和框边为一体结构,所述辅助框壁的材料包括塑胶,所述盖板的材料包括玻璃。
  6. 根据权利要求1~5中任一项所述的电子终端,其中,所述第二框体包括支撑部,所述支撑部位于所述第一框体和所述显示模组之间,所述支撑部被配置为支撑所述显示模组。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子终端,其中,所述第二框体还包括外延部,所述外延部设置在所述支撑部的边缘,所述外延部被配置为隔离所述显示模组和后壳。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子终端,其中,所述外延部具有第一侧面和第二侧面,所述第一侧面与所述后壳的框边的外表面平齐,所述第二侧面 与所述盖板的外表面平齐,所述第一侧面通过一弧面与所述第二侧面连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子终端,其中,所述第一侧面与第二侧面相互垂直。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的电子终端,其中,所述外延部包括垂直于第二框体平面的竖直部和平行于第二框体平面的水平部,所述竖直部的第一端与支撑部连接,所述竖直部的第二端沿垂直于第二框体平面的方向向支撑部的外侧延伸,所述水平部的第一端与竖直部的第二端连接,所述水平部的第二端沿平行于第二框体平面的方向向支撑部的外侧延伸。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电子终端,其中,所述竖直部与支撑部形成承载所述显示模组的承载空间,所述竖直部的第二端的外表面与所述显示模组的外表面平齐。
  12. 根据权利要求7所述的电子终端,其中,所述外延部的材料包括塑胶,所述支撑部和外延部为一体结构。
  13. 根据权利要求6所述的电子终端,其中,所述第一框体还包括第一卡合部,所述第二框体还包括第二卡合部,所述第一框体和所述第二框体通过所述第一卡合部和所述第二卡合部卡合连接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的电子终端,其中,所述第一卡合部包括多个卡块,所述多个卡块设置在所述第一框体的第一框边朝向容置空间的侧面;所述第二卡合部包括与所述多个卡块卡合的多个卡槽,所述第二框体的支撑部朝向所述第一框体的一侧设置有连接部,所述多个卡槽设置在所述连接部上。
  15. 根据权利要求1~14中任一项所述的电子终端,其中,所述盖板远离所述后壳的表面设置有防眩光膜。
