如前所述,应用程序是服务方和用户方之间主要的交互渠道。这类交互方式需要双方登陆应用程序的账号才能进行,这就对交互场景带来了很多限制,无法覆盖某些特殊的交互需求。比如,服务方的设备需要安装应用程序,并维护应用系统的账号。而很多场景下,为用户方提供服务是非智能的机具设备,比如支付机具设备、ATM机等,这里服务设备不具备向用户推送信息能力。
在此背景下,本文件旨在提供一种更灵活、更轻便化的基于应用程序的信息投放方案,能够减少基于应用程序的信息投放限制。
图1是本说明书实施例信息投放方法的流程图。图1所示的方法可以由下文相对应的装置执行,包括以下步骤S102-步骤S108。
步骤S102,服务设备接收目标用户的身份认证信息。
在本说明书实施例中,服务设备可以是任何提供服务功能的设备,比如ATM、自助售卖机等。服务设备可以是机具设备,如支付机具。这里,机具设备不同于如手机、PAD等智能设备,不具有使用终端应用程序的能力。
目标用户的身份认证信息用于验证目标用户的身份,身份认证信息可以但不限于是目标用户的生物特征信息、手机号、身份证号、甚至是账号信息等,本说明书实施例对此不作具体限定。
当身份认证信息包含目标用户的生物特征信息时,服务设备可以具有采集目标用户生物特征信息的能力。比如服务设备具有指纹、人脸和虹膜等一种或多种生物特征的识别能力。
当身份认证信息包含目标用户的账号信息时,服务设备可以绑定有多个应用的访问接口,并向用户展示多个应用。用户可以在这些应用中选择一个注册过的目标应用,并向服务设备输入目标应用的账号信息。
步骤S104,服务设备将身份认证信息和目标投放内容发送至第一应用的业务服务器。
应理解,服务设备将身份认证信息和目标投放内容发送至第一应用的业务服务器,并不需要登录第一应用的账号,设置不需要服务设备安装第一应用。
本步骤中,服务设备可以基于预先存储的第一应用的业务服务器的IP地址,向第一应用的业务服务器发送超文本传输协议(HyperText Transfer Protocol,HTTP)请求,该HTTP请求携带有身份认证信息和目标投放内容息。
步骤S106,第一应用的业务服务器基于身份认证信息确定目标用户在第一应用中的目标账户。
具体地,若身份认证信息包含有目标用户的生物特征信息,则第一应用的业务服务器会记录目标用户的生物特征信息与目标账户关联关系,这个关联关系可以是目标用户通过账号设置确定的。比如,目标用户可以登录第一应用的目标账号,并绑定自己的生物特征信息。
若身份认证信息包含有目标用户的账号信息,则第一应用的业务服务器则可以基于账号信息,直接确定出目标用户在第一应用中注册目标账号。比如,目标用户可以在第一应用中注册有账号A、账号B和账号C,其中希望账号A接收投放内容,则可以向服务设备输入账号A的账号信息,在服务设备将账号A的账号信息发送给第一应用的业务服务器后,第一应用的业务服务器按照指示,只向账号A发送目标投放内容,而账号B和账号C不会收到来自服务设备的投放内容。
步骤S108,第一应用的业务服务器基于目标账户向目标用户推送目标投放内容。
应理解,目标投放内容是服务设备决定的,在不同场景下,目标投放内容是格式各样的,比如目标投放内容可以是服务设备的服务方向目标用户投放的权益(红包、优惠券等),或者目标投放内容可以是服务设备的服务方向目标用户投放的公告信息。
此外,目标投放内容也可以来源于第二应用,第二应用为相对于第一应用的独立应用程序,或嵌入在第一应用中的隶属应用程序。
为了方便目标用户在第一应用显示不同类型的投放内容,在本说明书实施例中,服务设备的服务方可以提前将设置好投放内容挂在至网络,并将投放内容的链接信息和目标用户的身份认证信息发送给第一应用的业务服务器。对应地,第一应用的业务服务器在确定目标账号后,直接将链接信息推送至该目标账号。目标用户在登录第一应用的目 标账号后,可以点击链接信息,从第一应用中访问链接信息所对应的投放内容。
基于图1所示的方法可以知道,本说明书实施例的方案中,如果服务设备需要基于第一应用向目标用户投放信息,可以获取目标用户的身份认证信息,并以免登陆的方式,将投放信息和身份认证信息发送给第一应用的业务服务器,由业务服务器基于身份认证信息匹配出目标用户在第一应用注册的目标账户,并将投放信息转发至目标账号。显然整个投放过程中,服务设备不需要登录第一应用,甚至不需要安装第一应用,因此本说明书实施例的方案可以在非智能的机具设备上实现,从而极大程度过长了服务设备投放应用信息的场景。同时对于服务方来讲,也无需在服务设备上维护每个应用程序的账号,可有效减小运营成本。
下面对本说明书实施例的信息投放方法进行详细介绍。
本说明书实施例的信息投放方法旨在服务方不关联应用账号的前提下,就能直接将应用信息投放给用户。一方面,对于服务方的服务设备要求会大幅减小。另一方面,服务方也无需在服务设备上维护各个应用程序的账号信息。这意味着,信息投放场景更加广泛,比如服务方可以通过非智能的机具设备,向用户投放任何应用的信息,甚至是向用户投放跨应用、跨平台的信息。
为更深刻理解本说明书实施例的信息投放方法的扩展作用,下面以实际的应用场景进行示例介绍。
在应用场景中,服务设备具体为商家的支付机具设备。为了提高用户对商家粘性,商家可以对消费的用户投放一定的权益(如优惠券、红包等),以激励用户进行二次消费。
假设商家期望向用户推广使用某个购物应用购买产品,则可以先在这个购物应用设置投放权益。在权益设置完成后,上将加从购物应用领取投放权益的链接存储在支付机具上。
假设目标用户到商家的实体店进行消费,在消费过程中,目标用户选择某一支付应用向支付机具设备发起指纹支付请求,支付机具设备采集目标用户的指纹信息,并进行支付认证。在支付成功后,支付机具设备将采集到的用户的指纹信息和投放在购物应用的权益链接通过HTTP请求发送给这个支付应用的业务服务器。
支付应用的业务服务器在接受到HTTP请求后,基于其中携带的指纹信息,来对目 标用户的账号进行匹配。应理解,在本应用场景中,目标用户是基于指纹信息进行支付的,因此支付应用的业务服务器必然会存储有目标用户的指纹信息与目标用户账号之间的关联关系,也就是说,支付应用的业务服务器能力通过用户的指纹信息确定出目标用户注册的账号。在确定目标用户注册的账号后,支付应用的业务服务器将HTTP请求中所携带的购物应用上的权益链接推送至目标用户的账号。
目标用户在通过个人设备登录支付应用后,即可点击这个权益投放链接,以领取商家在购物应用上投放的权益。后续如果目标用户使用支付应用在购物应用上消费商家提供的产品则可以销售权益带来的优惠。
显然,在本应用场景中,商家通过智能程度较低的支付机具设备,可以将在购物应用上所设置权益投放给用户的支付应用上,从而实现了夸平台、夸应用的信息投放。
以上是对本说明书实施例的方法的介绍。应理解,在不脱离本文上述原理基础之上,还可以进行适当的变化,这些变化也应视为本说明书实施例的保护范围。

可选地,发送模块320在执行时,具体基于预先存储的第一应用的业务服务器的IP地址,向所述第一应用的业务服务器发送超文本传输协议请求,所述超文本传输协议请求携带有所述身份认证信息和目标投放内容息。
可选地,所述第一应用为支付应用,所述服务设备为支持所述第一应用的支付机具设备,所述目标用户的身份信息是所述服务设备基于所述目标用户发起的第一应用的支 付操作请求,对所述目标用户进行身份认证所获得的。

图6是本说明书的一个实施例电子设备的结构示意图。请参考图6,在硬件层面,该电子设备包括处理器,可选地还包括内部总线、网络接口、存储器。其中,存储器可能包含内存,例如高速随机存取存储器(Random-Access Memory,RAM),也可能还包括非易失性存储器(non-volatile memory),例如至少1个磁盘存储器等。当然,该电子设备还可能包括其他业务所需要的硬件。

    所述第一应用的业务服务器基于所述目标账户向所述目标用户推送所述目标投放内容。

    服务设备基于预先存储的第一应用的业务服务器的IP地址,向所述第一应用的业务服务器发送超文本传输协议请求,所述超文本传输协议请求携带有所述身份认证信息和目标投放内容息。
  7. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的方法,
    所述第一应用为支付应用,所述服务设备为支持所述第一应用的支付机具设备,所述目标用户的身份信息是所述服务设备基于所述目标用户发起的第一应用的支付操作请求,对所述目标用户进行身份认证所获得的。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,
    所述目标投放内容包括以下至少一者:
    使用所述支付机具设备的商家所投放的营销权益
    使用所述支付机具设备的商家所投放的公告信息。
  9. 一种信息投放方法,包括:
    服务设备接收目标用户的身份认证信息;
    所述服务设备将身份认证信息和目标投放内容发送至第一应用的业务服务器,使得所述第一应用的业务服务器基于所述身份认证信息确定所述目标用户在所述第一应用中的目标账户,并基于所述目标账户向所述目标用户推送所述目标投放内容。
  10. 一种信息投放方法,包括:
    第一应用的业务服务器接收服务设备发送的身份认证信息和目标投放内容,所述身份认证信息是所述服务设备向目标用户获取得到的;
    所述第一应用的业务服务器基于所述身份认证信息确定目标用户在所述第一应用中的目标账户;
    所述第一应用的业务服务器基于所述目标账户向所述目标用户推送所述目标投放内容。
  11. 一种服务设备,包括:
    接收模块,接收目标用户的身份认证信息;
    发送模块,将身份认证信息和目标投放内容发送至第一应用的业务服务器,使得所述第一应用的业务服务器基于所述身份认证信息确定所述目标用户在所述第一应用中的目标账户,并基于所述目标账户向所述目标用户推送所述目标投放内容。
  12. 一种业务服务器,包括:
    接收模块,接收服务设备发送的身份认证信息和目标投放内容,所述身份认证信息是所述服务设备向目标用户获取得到的;
    确定模块,基于所述身份认证信息确定目标用户在所述第一应用中的目标账户;
    推送模块,基于所述目标账户向所述目标用户推送所述目标投放内容。
  13. 一种信息推送系统,包括服务设备和第一应用的业务服务器;其中,
    所述服务设备接收目标用户的身份认证信息,并将所述身份认证信息和目标投放内容发送至所述第一应用的业务服务器;
    所述第一应用的业务服务器基于所述身份认证信息确定所述目标用户在所述第一应用中的目标账户,并基于所述目标账户向所述目标用户推送所述目标投放内容。
  14. 一种电子设备,包括:处理器;以及被安排成存储计算机可执行指令的存储器,所述可执行指令在被执行时使所述处理器执行以下操作:
    接收目标用户的身份认证信息;
    将身份认证信息和目标投放内容发送至第一应用的业务服务器,使得所述第一应用的业务服务器基于所述身份认证信息确定所述目标用户在所述第一应用中的目标账户,并基于所述目标账户向所述目标用户推送所述目标投放内容。
  15. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储一个或多个程序,所述一个或多个程序当被包括多个应用程序的电子设备执行时,使得所述电子设备执行以下操作:
    接收目标用户的身份认证信息;
    将身份认证信息和目标投放内容发送至第一应用的业务服务器,使得所述第一应用的业务服务器基于所述身份认证信息确定所述目标用户在所述第一应用中的目标账户,并基于所述目标账户向所述目标用户推送所述目标投放内容。
  16. 一种电子设备,包括:处理器;以及被安排成存储计算机可执行指令的存储器,所述可执行指令在被执行时使所述处理器执行以下操作:
    接收服务设备发送的身份认证信息和目标投放内容,所述身份认证信息是所述服务设备向目标用户获取得到的;
    基于所述身份认证信息确定目标用户在所述第一应用中的目标账户;
    基于所述目标账户向所述目标用户推送所述目标投放内容。
  17. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储一个或多个程序,所述一个或多个程序当被包括多个应用程序的电子设备执行时,使得所述电子设备执行以下操作:
    接收服务设备发送的身份认证信息和目标投放内容,所述身份认证信息是所述服务设备向目标用户获取得到的;
    基于所述身份认证信息确定目标用户在所述第一应用中的目标账户;
    基于所述目标账户向所述目标用户推送所述目标投放内容。
