所述切换体3包括驱动件31、分水件32及弹性件33;本申请一按钮31作为驱动举例说明,所述分水件32则为一密封活塞,所述分水件32设置于进水路11与两出水路12、13之间,且受按钮31带动以切换封堵任一出水路12、13,所述弹性件33作用于花洒本体1与分水件32之间,当切换至正常花洒面盖2出水时,弹性件33未受压,通过弹力将密封活塞32顶起,水流从花洒面盖2方向流出;当需切换喷枪水时,按压按钮31,使其带动密封活塞32向花洒面盖2方向运动并封堵花洒面盖2出水的水路12,同时弹性件33受压变形,水流即流入喷枪水水路13,松开按钮31,弹性件33回弹又关闭喷枪水水路13;
在喷枪水的出水路13中,还包括以下结构:
如图2-3所示,一移动过水体4,其通过一与之联动的盖体隐藏于喷枪水的出水路13内,在水压驱动下沿该出水路13的初始位置A移动至进水位置B;
在初始位置A与进水位置B之间由移动过水体4外壁与该出水路13内壁配合形成过水间隙C,并在进水位置B由移动过水体4的外壁与该出水路13内壁配合形成过水腔D;所述移动过水体4的周壁设有入水口40,所述入水口40通过过水腔D或过水间隙C与进水路11连通;
其中,所述移动过水体4包括过水主体41及出水嘴42,二者可拆卸的固定连接;所述复位件6的两端分别作用于过水主体41及花洒本体1;
为了实现装配简便及密封效果更佳,还设置一封水架5,所述封水架5固定于花洒本体1,所述复位件6一端作用于封水架5,另一端作用于花洒本体1;
所述盖体7,其铰接于花洒本体1,且通过开合结构8驱使该盖体7相对于花洒本体1开启或闭合;
这里的开合结构8包括开盖部分81及合盖部分82;
所述开盖部分81包括抵推部811及受压面812;所述抵推部811设置于移动过水体4的出水嘴端部420;受压面812成型于所述盖体7的背面;其中,所述移动过水体4沿出水方向位移,其上抵推部811顶抵所述受压面812,以使所述盖体7相对花洒本体1翻开;
所述合盖部分82包括凸起部821及被动部822;所述凸起部821设于移动过水体4外周;所述被动部822成形于盖体7;其中,所述移动过水体4受复位件6驱动向初始位置A位移,其上凸起部821与被动部822配合,带动所述盖体7盖合于花洒本体1以隐藏所述移动过水体4;
所述盖体7上设有一让位部71,该让位部71供所述凸起部821置放,且所述被动部822设置于让位部71。
具体的工作原理:
花洒面盖2出水部分上述对切换体3描述时已经说明(如图5所示);如图1-4、6所示,当按钮31按压后切换至喷枪水水路13时,为了防止高压水流瞬间喷设,水流先进入到喷枪水水路13中,先冲击移动过水体4上且面对进水路11的进水方向的承压部43,从而推动所述移动过水体4向出水方向位移(该承压部43的承压面积大于过水间隙C的过水面积至少2倍,以保证在低压状态下也能够正常推动移动过水体4,保证喷枪水功能能够正常使用,不易失效);此时的移动过水体4通过水流的水压力克服复位件6的加载能够从其初始位置A运动至过水腔D停靠,水流也从原来的过水间隙C经过的细小水流变为从过水腔D经过的大水流(即,随着移动过水体4与初始位置A的距离增大并位于过水腔D处,进入到入水口40的水流增大;随着移动过水体4越靠近初始位置A,进入到入水口40的水流减小),再从移动过水体4的周壁上的入水口40进入,最后在从出水口处喷设出形成喷枪出水;在上述运动过程中,移动过水体4向出水方向运动,同时挤压复位件6,这里的复位件6可以是弹簧或者其他能够带动移动过水体4从过水腔D位置移动初始位置A的任意结构或部件;此外,还同时联动盖体7开启,具体为:在移动过程中,移动过水体4出水嘴端部420处的抵推部811推动盖体7的受压面812,盖体7由于铰接在花洒本体1上,其以铰接轴为支点,受推后开启所述盖体7,以使所述 盖体7相对应花洒本体1翻开并喷设喷枪水;
反之,松开按钮31后,密封活塞32封堵喷枪水路13,此时密封活塞32这端为静压,移动过水体4出水嘴端部420与大气连通,因此在复位件6的作用下,移动过水体4则从过水腔D位置向初始位置A移动,同时将残留在过水腔D至初始位置A的残留水被挤压,从过水间隙C处流入到移动过水体4的出水嘴端部420排出,这是一个缓慢的排水过程;与此同时,所述移动过水体4的凸起部821钩挂盖体7上的被动部822,带动其缓慢向花洒本体1闭合,由于盖体7上设置的让位部71,使得盖合过程具有一定延迟功能,这样使得喷枪水路的水具有更充分的时间排出,减少残留水,以便于下次按压时只需较轻的按压驱动力即可切换喷枪水路出水,否则管道内的残留水无法排出,所形成的静压力是下次驱动时消费者要去克服的,最终演变成呈现出按压太紧,太过用力按压后又高速喷设,这样的体验效果太差。

Claims (8)
- 一种水压驱动的喷枪花洒,该花洒包括:花洒本体,其内设有进水路、至少两个出水路及用于切换进水路与任一出水路连通的切换体;其特征在于:其中一出水路被构造为喷射喷枪水的出水路;还包括一移动过水体,其通过一与之联动的盖体隐藏于喷枪水的出水路内,且在水压驱动下沿该出水路的初始位置移动至进水位置;在初始位置与进水位置之间由移动过水体外壁与该出水路内壁配合形成过水间隙,并在进水位置由移动过水体的外壁与该出水路内壁配合形成过水腔;所述移动过水体的周壁设有入水口,所述入水口通过过水腔或过水间隙与进水路连通;所述移动过水体通过至少一个复位件被停靠在初始位置中,通过水压力克服复位件的加载能够从其初始位置运动至过水腔停靠;当水压减小时通过借助至少一个复位件回到初始位置,并联动所述盖体遮蔽该移动过水体。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种水压驱动的喷枪花洒,其特征在于:该移动过水体具有一承压部,该承压部面对进水路的进水方向设置,且该承压部的承压面积大于过水间隙的过水面积至少2倍。
- 如权利要求1或2所述的一种水压驱动的喷枪花洒,其特征在于:所述盖体铰接于花洒本体,且通过开合结构驱使该盖体相对于花洒本体开启或闭合。
- 如权利要求3所述的一种水压驱动的喷枪花洒,其特征在于:所述开合结构包括开盖部分及合盖部分;所述开盖部分包括抵推部及受压面;所述抵推部设置于移动过水体的出水嘴端部;受压面成型于所说盖体的背面;其中,所述移动过水体沿出水方向位移,其上抵推部顶抵所述受压面,以使所述盖体相对花洒本体翻开;所述合盖部分包括凸起部及被动部;所述凸起部设于移动过水体外周;所述被动部成形于盖体;其中,所述移动过水体受复位件驱动向初始位置位移,其上凸起部与被动部配合,带动所述盖体盖合于花洒本体以隐藏所述移动过水体。
- 如权利要求4所述的一种水压驱动的喷枪花洒,其特征在于:所述盖体上设有一让位部,该让位部供所述凸起部置放,且所述被动部设置于让位部。
- 如权利要求1或2所述的一种水压驱动的喷枪花洒,其特征在于:所述移动过水体包括过水主体及出水嘴,二者可拆卸的固定连接;所述复位件的两端分别作用于过水主体及花洒本体。
- 如权利要求6所述的一种水压驱动的喷枪花洒,其特征在于:还包括一封水架,所述封水架固定于花洒本体,所述复位件一端作用于封水架,另一端作用于花洒本体。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种水压驱动的喷枪花洒,其特征在于:所述切换体包括驱动件、分水件及弹性件;所述分水件设置于进水路与两出水路之间,且受驱动件带动以切换封堵任一出水水路;所述弹性件作用于花洒本体与分水件之间。
