Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种保护电源插口避免意外触电的安全门结构。
电源插口若是裸露,当有儿童以导电物体捅插时,容易发生意外触电,导致人身伤害或财产损失。
为此,现有电源插口均设有安全门结构,典型的有如CN201010297882.4发明专利提供的一种支撑滑动式安全门,其对应每一对插孔的内侧设有一个滑块,所述的滑块内侧设有一个凸出该侧表面的V形支撑轴,通过该V形支撑轴在一盖板上作往复滑动,使滑块能够遮挡插孔或者避让开所述插孔,起到安全作用。
然而,由于V形支撑轴凸出于滑块表面,还要在滑块内侧设置盖板,盖板由于受力原因也不能太薄,导致整个安全门结构过厚,存在占用空间过大的问题。
发明内容
鉴于上述情况,本发明提供一种薄型安全门,降低安全门结构的整体厚度。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种薄型安全门,包括挡板、支架与弹性部件,所述挡板具有倾斜方向相同并且分前后间隔布置的前斜面与后斜面,前斜面的低端无阻挡,后斜面的低端为开放状;所述支架具有分前后间隔布置的前穿孔以及后穿孔,分别与所述前斜面以及后斜面的位置对应;其特征在于:
所述挡板在前斜面与后斜面之间的位置分左右布置有一对滑块;
所述支架的左右两侧布置有一对滑道;
所述挡板跨置于所述支架上,滑块与滑道相接,使挡板能够相对支架滑动,同时,滑块与滑道的接触位置还构成一对支点,使挡板能够在支架上作跷跷板式运动;
所述弹性部件与所述挡板抵接,使所述挡板的滑块位于所述滑道上时受到往高处复位的弹力。
所述的薄型安全门,其中:所述滑块的底面的倾斜方向与前斜面的倾斜方向相反。
所述的薄型安全门,其中:在挡板的前端向下延伸有挡钩,支架的前端设 有挡墙,挡钩受前斜面下沉的带动能够与支架的挡墙干涉,使挡板无法向后移动。
所述的薄型安全门,其中:在挡板的后端布置有一对支撑翼,支架的后端设有一对挡槽,支撑翼受前斜面下沉的带动能够与支架的挡槽干涉,使挡板无法向后移动。
所述的薄型安全门,其中:在所述挡槽的后方还延伸有辅助滑道,所述支撑翼能够在辅助滑道中滑动,使挡板相对支架平稳滑动。
本发明的优点是:相比于现有技术更薄,不占用高度空间,增加安全门的安装适用性。

以下将参照附图以示例性而非限制性的方式详细描述本发明的一些具体实施例。附图中相同的附图标记标示了相同或类似的部件或部分。本领域技术人员应该理解,这些附图未必是按真实比例绘制的。
如图1、图2所示,分别是本发明提供的薄型安全门的分解结构示意图与组合结构示意图,其包括挡板8与支架9,其中:
所述挡板8具有倾斜方向相同并且分前后间隔布置的前斜面81与后斜面82,前斜面81的低端无阻挡,后斜面82的低端为开放状,可供插头上的正负极插片顺利穿过;所述挡板8的左右两侧位于前斜面81与后斜面82之间的位置布置有滑块83,滑块83的底面优选为倾斜方向与前斜面81以及后斜面82相反的倾斜面;
所述支架9具有分前后间隔布置的前穿孔91以及后穿孔92,分别与所述前斜面81以及后斜面82的位置对应;所述支架9的左右两侧分前后间隔布置有 倾斜方向与前斜面81以及后斜面82相反的滑道93;
所述挡板8凭借两侧的滑块83跨置于所述支架9上,滑块83与滑道93相接,使挡板8能够相对支架9滑动,同时,滑块83与滑道93的接触位置还构成一对支点,使挡板8能够在支架9上作跷跷板式运动;
所述挡板8还与一弹性部件99(例如弹片)抵接,所述弹性部件99使所述挡板8的滑块83位于所述滑道93上时受到往高处复位的弹力。
结合图1-图4所示,所述安全门安装在顶盖3内,所述支架9在顶盖3内固定,挡板8跨置于所述支架9上而被限制位置,弹片固定在顶盖3内侧,并与所述挡板8的后端抵接,使挡板8具有往前移动的运动趋势;而顶盖3内设有挡壁34,用于限定所述挡板8的前极限位置;在滑道93低处设有向上凸起的挡臂931,一方面用于限定滑块83能够滑动到的最低位置,即限定所述挡板8的后极限位置,另一方面使支架9与顶盖3之间有足够的高度空间,以供挡板8在该高度空间内移动;
如图3所示,当小儿、儿童手持铁丝等导电物体捅插电源插口的前侧插孔时,由于仅前斜面81受压,此时挡板8发生跷跷板式运动,前斜面81下沉,而后斜面82上翘,由于在挡板8的前端向下延伸有挡钩85,支架9的前端设有挡墙95,挡钩85受前斜面81下沉的带动而与支架9的挡墙95干涉,使挡板8无法向后移动,以起到安全保护的作用;
如图4所示,当小儿、儿童手持铁丝等导电物体捅插电源插口的后侧插孔时,由于仅后斜面82受压,此时挡板8发生跷跷板式运动,后斜面82下沉,而前斜面81上翘,由于在挡板8的后端的两侧设有一对支撑翼96,在支架9的后端设有挡槽96,支撑翼84受前斜面81下沉的带动而与支架9的挡槽96干涉,使挡板8无法向后移动,以起到安全保护的作用。另外,在所述挡槽96的后方还延伸有辅助滑道94,所述支撑翼84能够在辅助滑道94中滑动,使挡板8相对支架9平稳滑动。
如图5所示,是安全门在正常插入插头时的动作示意图,由于前斜面81与后斜面82同时受到压力,跷跷板保持平衡,挡板8相对支架9发生滑动,使得插头穿过前穿孔91以及后穿孔92,完成取电工作。
以上说明对本发明而言只是说明性的,而非限制性的,本领域普通技术人员理解,在不脱离权利要求所限定的精神和范围的情况下,可作出许多修改、变化或等效,但都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (5)
- 一种薄型安全门,包括挡板、支架与弹性部件,所述挡板具有倾斜方向相同并且分前后间隔布置的前斜面与后斜面,前斜面的低端无阻挡,后斜面的低端为开放状;所述支架具有分前后间隔布置的前穿孔以及后穿孔,分别与所述前斜面以及后斜面的位置对应;其特征在于:所述挡板在前斜面与后斜面之间的位置分左右布置有一对滑块;所述支架的左右两侧布置有一对滑道;所述挡板跨置于所述支架上,滑块与滑道相接,使挡板能够相对支架滑动,同时,滑块与滑道的接触位置还构成一对支点,使挡板能够在支架上作跷跷板式运动;所述弹性部件与所述挡板抵接,使所述挡板的滑块位于所述滑道上时受到往高处复位的弹力。
- 根据权利要求1所述的薄型安全门,其特征在于:所述滑块的底面的倾斜方向与前斜面的倾斜方向相反。
- 根据权利要求1所述的薄型安全门,其特征在于:在挡板的前端向下延伸有挡钩,支架的前端设有挡墙,挡钩受前斜面下沉的带动能够与支架的挡墙干涉,使挡板无法向后移动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的薄型安全门,其特征在于:在挡板的后端布置有一对支撑翼,支架的后端设有一对挡槽,支撑翼受前斜面下沉的带动能够与支架的挡槽干涉,使挡板无法向后移动。
- 根据权利要求4所述的薄型安全门,其特征在于:在所述挡槽的后方还延伸有辅助滑道,所述支撑翼能够在辅助滑道中滑动,使挡板相对支架平稳滑动。
