Description

一种食品处理装置 技术领域
本发明涉及生活电器技术领域,尤其涉及一种食品处理装置。
背景技术
厨师机是一种多功能的家用食品处理装置,目前市面上的厨师机一般具备和面、搅拌、打发蛋清、绞肉及压面等功能,由于其功能丰富,能协助用户制作各种各样的食品,因此得到人们的喜爱。
厨师机一般包括壳体和设置在壳体上的杯体,杯体的开口上设置有杯盖,杯体的开口以及杯盖上分别设置有相互配合的螺纹,厨师机在进行工作前,操作者可以将杯盖旋拧于杯体上,以防止杯体中的食品从杯体的开口喷溅出,避免对操作者的人身安全造成威胁。
但是操作者手动实现杯盖与杯体的锁定,使厨师机的锁定和解锁效率低,锁定和解锁的自动化程度低。此外,厨师机的各部分结构紧凑,杯体与壳体之间的间隙较小,不方便操作者手动将杯盖旋拧于杯体上,厨师机的锁定以及解锁效率低。
为了解决上述问题,现有的一些厨师机包括壳体、杯体、杯盖、锁定组件以及驱动组件,驱动组件能驱动锁定组件实现杯体与杯盖的锁定和解锁。但是,锁定组件的锁定部始终位于壳体的外部,当壳体上未放置杯体时,由于没有杯体的遮挡,操作者在搬运或者清理厨师机时会将力作用在锁定组件的锁定部上,锁定部容易发生折断,导致厨师机后续无法正常使用。此外,锁定组件长期与外界环境接触,容易堆积灰尘或者油渍,影响锁定组件的使用精度。另外,锁定组件设置在壳体的外部,使厨师机的外形结构不美观。
基于此,亟待发明一种厨师机,能够解决现有厨师机的锁定和解锁效率低的问题,能解决锁定组件容易折断的问题,还能解决锁定组件精度低且不美观 的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种食品处理装置,结构简单,用最少的零件实现杯体和杯盖之间较高的锁定效率和解锁效率,还能保证锁定组件不易被折断,还能提高锁定组件的锁定精度,且外形简单美观。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种食品处理装置,包括壳体和设置在所述壳体上的杯体,所述杯体的开口处设置有杯盖,所述食品处理装置还包括:
锁定组件,设置在所述壳体上;以及
驱动组件,被配置为驱动所述锁定组件相对所述壳体运动,使所述锁定组件的自由端在伸出所述壳体外的锁定位置以及伸入所述壳体内的解锁位置间切换。
作为优选,所述锁定组件设置在所述壳体的内部,所述锁定组件包括:
连接部,与所述驱动组件相连接;
本体,呈弧形设置,所述本体的一端与所述连接部相连接,所述本体的中部与所述壳体转动连接,所述驱动组件和所述本体分布在所述杯体的外周;以及
夹持部,与所述本体的另一端相连接,所述夹持部与所述本体形成抵压结构,所述抵压结构能将所述杯盖抵压在所述杯体上。
作为优选,所述锁定组件还包括转轴,所述本体通过所述转轴与所述壳体转动连接,所述本体与所述壳体间隔设置。

实施例一
很多食品处理装置包括杯体和杯盖,且需要在使用前将杯体和杯盖锁定,从而可以避免杯体中的食品从杯体的开口喷溅出,以防止对操作者的人身安全造成威胁,此类家用电器包括厨师机、破壁机、榨汁机、搅拌机、原汁机、豆浆机等,下面主要以厨师机为例进行具体描述。
如图1所示,本实施例提供的厨师机100包括壳体1和设置在壳体1上的杯体2,杯体2的开口处设置有杯盖3,杯盖3盖在杯体2的开口后,需要将杯 盖3与杯体2锁定,杯体2中的搅拌组件再对杯体2中食物进行处理,方可避免食物从杯体2中喷溅出。如图1~图3所示,厨师机100还包括锁定组件4和驱动组件5,锁定组件4设置在壳体1上,驱动组件5能驱动锁定组件4相对壳体1运动,使锁定组件4的自由端在伸出壳体1外的锁定位置以及伸入壳体1内的解锁位置间切换,当锁定组件4处于如图1所示的锁定位置时,锁定组件4能将杯盖3锁定在杯体2上,当锁定组件4处于如图4所示的解锁位置时,操作者能将杯盖3从杯体2上分离。本实施例通过结构简单的厨师机100,用最少的零件实现杯体2和杯盖3之间较高的锁定效率和解锁效率。当锁定组件4处于解锁位置时,即便壳体1上未放置杯体2,由于锁定组件4的自由端伸入壳体1内,操作者在搬运或者清理厨师机100时也不会将力作用在锁定组件4上,可以避免锁定组件4发生折断,保证厨师机100后续的正常使用。此外,当锁定组件4处于解锁位置时,锁定组件4位于壳体1内,可以避免灰尘或油渍堆积在锁定组件4上,能提高锁定组件4的锁定精度。另外,当锁定组件4处于解锁位置时,锁定组件4位于壳体1内,还能保证厨师机100的外形更简单、美观。
为了实现杯盖3与杯体2较好的密封效果,如图2和图3所示,本实施例中的锁定组件4包括左锁杆41和右锁杆42,左锁杆41和右锁杆42共同将杯盖3抵压在杯体2上,有两个施力点,可以增大杯盖3与杯体2之间的锁紧力,保证杯盖3与杯体2较好的密封效果。
如图2和图3所示,锁定组件4设置在壳体1的内部。为了详细了解左锁杆41的具体结构,如图2所示,左锁杆41包括第一连接部413、第一本体412以及第一夹持部414,第一连接部413与驱动组件5的输出端相连接,驱动组件5位于杯体2的前侧,第一连接部413、第一本体412以及第一夹持部414依次相连接,第一本体412与壳体1相对转动,第一本体412呈弧形且围设在杯体2的左侧,第一夹持部414与第一本体412通过第一转轴411形成第一抵压结构,当驱动组件5做伸缩运动时,驱动组件5能驱动第一抵压结构将杯盖3抵压在 杯体2上。为了详细了解右锁杆42的具体结构,如图3所示,右锁杆42包括第二连接部423、第二本体422以及第二夹持部424,第二连接部423与驱动组件5相连接,第二连接部423、第二本体422以及第二夹持部424依次相连接,第二连接部423与驱动组件5的本体相连接,第二本体422与壳体1转动连接,第二本体422呈弧形且围设在杯体2的右侧,第二夹持部424与第二本体422通过第二转轴421形成第二抵压结构,当驱动组件5做伸缩运动时,驱动组件5能驱动第二抵压结构将杯盖3抵压在杯体2上。
上述左锁杆41和右锁杆42的特定的简单结构设计,能够将驱动组件5的伸缩运动转化为左锁杆41和右锁杆42的解锁和锁定动作,实现锁定组件4对杯盖3与杯体2的快速解锁和锁定动作。此外,由于左锁杆41和右锁杆42的特定结构设计,能够使得左锁杆41、右锁杆42以及驱动组件5均匀地分布在杯体2的外周,合理利用壳体1的内部空间,使得左锁杆41、右锁杆42以及驱动组件5在壳体1内的排布紧凑,占用空间较小,可有效减小厨师机100的体积。
此外,如图2和图3所示,第一本体412呈弧形且围设在杯体2的外周,第二本体422呈弧形且围设在杯体2的外周,使左锁杆41、右锁杆42与杯体2的排布紧凑,可有效节省厨师机100所占空间,使厨师机100结构小巧、便于携带。
若左锁杆41和右锁杆42均设置在杯体2的一侧,操作者在杯体2的另一侧对杯盖3施加较大的力,便能将杯盖3从杯体2上打开,无法保证厨师机100的安全使用。为了解决上述问题,如图4和图5所示,左锁杆41和右锁杆42对称分布在杯体2的中心线的两侧,可以使杯盖3与杯体2之间的锁紧力在周向方向的均匀分布,可避免操作者从杯体2的一侧对杯盖3施加力而将杯盖3打开,保证杯盖3与杯体2的紧密锁定,达到厨师机100的安全使用的效果。
当锁定组件4在锁定位置以及解锁位置之间切换时,如果锁定组件4与壳体1滑动连接,将会导致锁定组件4与壳体1的接触面积较大,锁定组件4与壳体1之间存在较大的磨损,大大降低锁定组件4以及壳体1的使用寿命。为 了解决上述问题,如图2所示,左锁杆41还包括第一转轴411,第一本体412通过第一转轴411与壳体1转动连接,第一本体412与壳体1间隔设置,由于左锁杆41仅第一转轴411与壳体1相接触,左锁杆41的其余部分均与壳体1间隔设置,所以当左锁杆41在锁定位置以及解锁位置之间切换时,左锁杆41与壳体1之间的摩擦较小,可以有效降低左锁杆41与壳体1的磨损,提高左锁杆41与壳体1的使用寿命,保证左锁杆41较顺滑的切换。如图3所示,右锁杆42还包括第二转轴421,第二本体422通过第二转轴421与壳体1转动连接,第二本体422与壳体1间隔设置,右锁杆42仅第二转轴421与壳体1相接触,右锁杆42的其余部分均与壳体1间隔设置,当右锁杆42在锁定位置以及解锁位置之间切换时,右锁杆42与壳体1之间的摩擦较小,可以有效降低右锁杆42与壳体1的磨损,提高右锁杆42与壳体1的使用寿命,保证右锁杆42较顺滑的切换。当然,在其他实施例中,第一转轴411可以不设置在第一本体412上,第一转轴411可以设置在壳体1上且与第一本体412转动连接,第二转轴421可以不设置在第二本体422上,第二转轴421可以设置在壳体1上且与第二本体422转动连接。
如果左锁杆41仅一侧设置与壳体1转动连接的第一转轴411,左锁杆41未与壳体1连接的一侧在左锁杆41自身重力作用下坠,左锁杆41与壳体1的相对位置发生改变,左锁杆41在位置切换的过程中会与壳体1发生干涉,严重时左锁杆41还会撞击壳体1,使左锁杆41和壳体1发生破损。
为了解决上述问题,如图2所示,第一转轴411的一端伸出第一本体412的一侧,第一转轴411的另一端伸出第一本体412的另一侧,第一转轴411的两端分别与壳体1转动连接。由于左锁杆41的两侧均与壳体1转动连接,能够实现对左锁杆41较好的支撑效果,避免左锁杆41由于自身重力而导致的左锁杆41的一侧的下坠,保证左锁杆41与壳体1相对位置的正常切换,避免左锁杆41或壳体1发生破损。另外,如图3所示,右锁杆42的结构与左锁杆41的结构类似,也能达到上述效果。
如图4和图5所示,第一夹持部414和第二夹持部424均朝向杯体2的方向延伸,第一抵压结构和第二抵压结构的形状及尺寸与杯盖3的上端的形状及尺寸相匹配,当第一抵压结构和第二抵压结构抵压杯盖3时,第一抵压结构和第二抵压结构分别与杯盖3的接触面积较大,能够实现锁定组件4对杯盖3较大的压力,可以达到将杯盖3较紧密地锁定在杯体2上的效果,杯盖3不易从杯体2上脱落。具体而言,杯盖3的上端呈外凸折角形状,第一抵压结构和第二抵压结构分别与杯盖3相抵接的一侧呈与外凸折角形状相匹配的内凹的折角形状,折角形状简单,便于制作。在其他实施例中,还可以将杯盖3的上端设置为呈内凹的折角形状,第一抵压结构和第二抵压结构分别与杯盖3相抵接的一侧呈与内凹折角形状相匹配的外凸的折角形状,也能够达到上述效果。
为了提高左锁杆41和右锁杆42的加工效率以及安装效率,本实施例中第一转轴411和第一本体412通过注塑工艺一体成型,第二转轴421和第二本体422通过注塑工艺一体成型。
为了对锁定组件4和驱动组件5的具体连接关系进行说明,如图4和图5所示,驱动组件5为直线驱动机构,直线驱动机构的输出端与左锁杆41枢转连接,直线驱动机构的本体与右锁杆42枢转连接。当直线驱动机构工作时,直线驱动机构的输出端能带动左锁杆41相对壳体1转动,直线驱动机构的本体带动右锁杆42相对壳体1转动,从而实现锁定组件4在图4所示的解锁位置以及如图5所示的锁定位置切换,仅通过设置一个直线驱动机构便能实现左锁杆41和右锁杆42的同时运动,厨师机100的结构简单,且体积较小。具体而言,本实施例中的直线驱动机构包括主体和输出端,直线驱动机构为输出端相对于主体做直线运动的机构,直线驱动机构可以为直线电机、直线气缸或者丝杠螺母机构等。在其他实施例中,还可以是直线驱动机构的输出端与右锁杆42枢转连接,直线驱动机构的本体与左锁杆41枢转连接,也能够达到上述效果。
为了方便理解,结合图4和图5对直线驱动机构的工作过程进行说明。如图4所示,当直线驱动机构的输出端处于收缩状态时,第一夹持部414和第二 夹持部424均远离杯盖3,杯盖3与杯体2处于解锁位置。如图5所示,当直线驱动机构的输出端处于伸出状态时,第一本体412相对壳体1顺时针转动,第二本体422相对壳体1逆时针转动,从而实现第一夹持部414和第二夹持部424分别抵接在杯盖3上,以将杯盖3与杯体2的锁定。如图4和图5所示,第一夹持部414和第二夹持部424的自由端呈圆弧设置,当第一夹持部414和第二夹持部424抵接在杯盖3时,能够避免第一夹持部414和第二夹持部424对杯盖3造成压痕,防止第一夹持部414和第二夹持部424刮伤杯盖3,提高杯盖3的使用寿命。
如图5所示,左锁杆41与直线驱动机构的枢转连接点到第一转轴411的转轴点的距离为第一距离L1,左锁杆41与杯盖3的抵接点到第一转轴411的转轴点的距离为第二距离L2,第一距离L1不小于第二距离L2。直线驱动机构仅需要提供较小的力,便能实现左锁杆41对杯盖3与杯体2施加的较大锁紧力,可以有效降低直线驱动机构的功率及能耗,降低厨师机100的使用成本。右锁杆42的结构与左锁杆41类似,在此不再进行赘述。
如图1和图6所示,壳体1上开设有放置杯体2的容纳腔11,容纳腔11的一侧设置有开口,杯体2上的握把21从开口伸出容纳腔11,操作者手持握把21便能轻松地使杯体2沿竖直方向移动,方便操作者将杯体2放入容纳腔11或者从容纳腔11中取出。此外,如图1所示,厨师机100在工作的过程中会产生震动,若厨师机100的震动幅度较大且开口较大,杯体2会从开口中震出,导致厨师机100无法正常使用,为了解决上述问题,如图1所示,开口的宽度小于杯体2的直径,较小的开口能够对杯体2起到阻挡作用,避免杯体2从壳体1中震出,保证厨师机100的正常使用。
此外,如图1和图6所示,容纳腔11的内壁111的形状和尺寸与杯体2的外壁的形状和尺寸相匹配,当操作者从容纳腔11的上口将杯体2放入容纳腔11时,由于容纳腔11的内壁111的形状和尺寸与杯体2的外壁的形状和尺寸相匹配,容纳腔11的内壁111对杯体2起到较好的导向作用,提高杯体2与壳体1 的安装效率以及安装精度。
如图6所示,壳体1上还开设有与容纳腔11相连通的底槽12,底槽12位于容纳腔12的底部,底槽12的形状及尺寸与杯体2的底部的形状及尺寸相同,能够提高壳体1与杯体2的定位效果,进一步防止杯体2与壳体1的分离,保证厨师机100的正常运行。
此外,厨师机100还包括位置检测组件,位置检测组件被配置当锁定组件4处于锁定位置时控制厨师机100工作。只有在锁定组件4处于锁定位置时,厨师机100才能对杯体2中的食物进行处理,可以避免杯体2中的食物从杯体2的开口飞溅出。具体而言,位置检测组件为位置传感器,锁定组件4处于锁定位置时,锁定组件4能够遮挡位置传感器发出的信号,位置传感器便能够识别到锁定组件4处于锁定位置。
此外,厨师机100还包括到位检测组件,到位检测组件被配置为当杯盖3安装于杯体2时控制直线驱动机构工作,也就是说,只有杯盖3安装在杯体2上且被锁定后厨师机100方能工作,可以避免杯体2中的食物从杯体2的开口飞溅出,进一步提高厨师机100的安全使用效果。具体而言,该到位检测组件为微动开关,当杯盖3安装到杯体2上后,微动开关闭合,从而实现杯盖3安装到杯体2动作的识别。本实施例中位置检测组件以及到位检测组件分别与其他零部件的连接关系以及控制方法为本领域比较常规的手法,本实施例不进行详细说明。
此外,如图6所示,壳体1上设置有显示屏6,由于现有的显示屏6沿竖直方向设置,由于光线的反射,操作者不易看清显示屏6显示的参数。为了解决上述问题,显示屏6位于第一平面上,第一平面位于水平面的上方且与水平面呈预设角度设置,能够减小光线反射对操作者视线的影响,方便操作者看清显示屏6上的参数,具体而言,本实施例中的预设角度为8°~60°,该预设角度能够使操作者获得最佳观测效果。
实施例二
本实施例公开的厨师机100与实施例一公开的厨师机100的结构基本相同,主要区别在于:驱动组件5为直线驱动机构,直线驱动机构的本体和直线驱动机构的输出端中的一个与锁定组件4枢转连接,另一个与壳体1转动连接。仅通过一个直线驱动机构便能够实现锁定组件4对杯盖3与杯体2的锁定,无需设置多个直线驱动机构,可以有效减小厨师机100的体积,使该厨师机100的结构更紧凑,方便携带。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种食品处理装置,包括壳体(1)和设置在所述壳体(1)上的杯体(2),所述杯体(2)的开口处设置有杯盖(3),其特征在于,所述食品处理装置还包括:
    锁定组件(4),设置在所述壳体(1)上;以及
    驱动组件(5),被配置为驱动所述锁定组件(4)相对所述壳体(1)运动,使所述锁定组件(4)的自由端在伸出所述壳体(1)外的锁定位置以及伸入所述壳体(1)内的解锁位置间切换。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的食品处理装置,其特征在于,所述锁定组件(4)设置在所述壳体(1)的内部,所述锁定组件(4)包括:
    连接部,与所述驱动组件(5)相连接;
    本体,呈弧形设置,所述本体的一端与所述连接部相连接,所述本体的中部与所述壳体(1)转动连接,所述驱动组件(5)和所述本体分布在所述杯体(2)的外周;以及
    夹持部,与所述本体的另一端相连接,所述夹持部与所述本体形成抵压结构,所述抵压结构能将所述杯盖(3)抵压在所述杯体(2)上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的食品处理装置,其特征在于,所述锁定组件(4)还包括转轴,所述本体通过所述转轴与所述壳体(1)转动连接,所述本体与所述壳体(1)间隔设置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的食品处理装置,其特征在于,所述转轴的一端伸出所述本体的一侧,所述转轴的另一端伸出所述本体的另一侧,所述转轴的两端分别与所述壳体(1)转动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的食品处理装置,其特征在于,所述夹持部朝向所述杯体(2)的方向延伸,所述抵压结构的形状及尺寸与所述杯盖(3)的上端的形状及尺寸相匹配。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的食品处理装置,其特征在于,所述驱动组件(5)为直线驱动机构,所述锁定组件(4)包括与所述壳体(1)转动连接的左锁杆(41)和右锁杆(42),所述直线驱动机构的本体和所述直线驱动机构的输出端中的一个与所述左锁杆(41)枢转连接,另一个与所述右锁杆(42)枢转连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的食品处理装置,其特征在于,所述左锁杆(41)和所述右锁杆(42)对称分布在所述杯体(2)的中心线的两侧。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的食品处理装置,其特征在于,所述驱动组件(5)为直线驱动机构,所述锁定组件(4)与所述外壳(1)转动连接,所述直线驱动机构的本体和所述直线驱动机构的输出端中的一个与所述锁定组件(4)枢转连接,另一个与所述壳体(1)转动连接。
  9. 根据权利要求6~8任一项所述的食品处理装置,其特征在于,所述锁定组件(4)与所述直线驱动机构的枢转连接点到所述锁定组件(4)相对所述壳体(1)旋转的转轴点的距离为第一距离(L1),所述锁定组件(4)与所述杯盖(3)的抵接点到所述转轴点的距离为第二距离(L2),所述第一距离(L1)不小于所述第二距离(L2)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的食品处理装置,其特征在于,所述壳体(1)上开设有放置所述杯体(2)的容纳腔(11),所述容纳腔(11)的一侧设置有开口,所述杯体(2)上的握把(21)从所述开口伸出所述容纳腔(11),所述开口的宽度小于所述杯体(2)的直径;
    作为优选,所述容纳腔(11)的内壁(111)的形状和尺寸与所述杯体(2)的外壁的形状和尺寸相匹配;
    作为优选,所述食品处理装置还包括位置检测组件,所述位置检测组件被配置为当所述锁定组件(4)处于锁定位置时控制所述食品处理装置工作。
