一种机床铸件生产用冷却装置 技术领域
本发明涉及冷却装置领域,特别涉及一种机床铸件生产用冷却装置。
背景技术
机床铸件在铸造成型后温度特别高,如果不对其进行冷却就不方便进行搬运和储存,通常通过水冷和风冷对机床铸件进行冷却,机床铸件生产用冷却装置是一种对机床铸件进行冷却的常用装置,机床铸件生产用冷却装置普遍存在于机床铸件的加工生产当中;现有的机床铸件生产用冷却装置在使用时不方便将铸件推送到冷却台上,不能够在铸件冷却时起到夹紧的作用。
技术问题
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种机床铸件生产用冷却装置,可以有效解决背景技术中不方便将铸件推送到冷却台上和不能够在铸件冷却时起到夹紧的作用的问题。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种机床铸件生产用冷却装置,包括冷却台,所述冷却台的下表面靠近两侧位置均固定安装有支撑垫,且冷却台的上表面靠近两侧边缘位置均固定安装有支撑架,所述支撑架的顶端支撑有支撑板,所述支撑板的上表面固定安装有储水箱,所以储水箱的内部设有水泵,所述水泵的输出端连接有输送管,所述输送管的一端延伸至储水箱的外部,且输送管的一端连接有喷洒头,所述支撑架的外侧固定安装有支撑台,所述支撑台的上表面固定安装有冷风机,所述冷风机的输出端连接有冷风管,所述冷却台的两侧外表面均连接有辅助支撑装置,所述辅助支撑装置由支撑座、固定槽口、连接轴、输送滚筒和防滑垫组成,所述冷却台的上表面连接有夹紧装置,所述夹紧装置由固定座、螺纹杆、调节旋钮、夹紧块、衔接头和螺纹槽组成。
优选的,所述支撑座固定安装在冷却台的两侧外表面,所述固定槽口开设在支撑座的上表面,所述连接轴设置于固定槽口的内部,所述输送滚筒套设在连接轴的外表面,所述防滑垫套设在输送滚筒的外表面。
优选的,所述输送滚筒通过连接轴与支撑座活动连接。
优选的,所述固定座固定安装在冷却台的上表面,所述螺纹杆贯穿于固定座的内部,所述调节旋钮固定于螺纹杆的一端,所述夹紧块位于螺纹杆的另一端,所述衔接头固定安装在夹紧块的外表面,且衔接头套设在螺纹杆的端头位置,所述螺纹槽开设于固定座的内部。

与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:该机床铸件生产用冷却装置,通过设置的辅助支撑装置,能够在铸件推上冷却台时更加省力,从而能够方便将铸件推送到冷却台上,通过设置的夹紧装置,能够在铸件冷却时起到夹紧的作用,从而能够提高铸件放置的稳定性。

需要说明的是,本发明为一种机床铸件生产用冷却装置,在使用时,冷却台1、支撑架3和支撑板4构成了整个机床铸件生产用冷却装置的主体部分,将机床铸件通过支撑座1201推送到冷却台1上,输送滚筒1204通过连接轴1203与支撑座1201相对活动,能够在机床铸件推上冷却台1时更加省力,从而能够方便将铸件推送到冷却台1上,防滑垫1205能够增加接触面的摩擦力,起到防滑的作用,转动调节旋钮1303,螺纹杆1302与螺纹槽1306相互啮合,夹紧块1304通过衔接头1305和螺纹杆1302与固定座1301相对活动,能够在铸件冷却时起到夹紧的作用,从而能够提高铸件放置的稳定性,起到冷风机10,冷风机10通过冷风管11向机床铸件吹送冷风,水泵6将储水箱5内的冷水通过输送管7和喷洒头8向机床铸件喷洒冷水,风冷和水冷共同作用对机床铸件进行冷却。
