남성용 기능성 팬티
본 발명은 음경부와 음낭부를 분리시킴으로써 쾌적한 착용환경을 제공함과 동시에 착용감을 개선한 남성용 기능성 팬티에 관한 것이다.
종래의 음경부와 음낭부를 분리시킨 남성용 기능성 팬티를 개선한 것으로서 출원인은 한국특허등록 제10-0916707호(등록일자: 2009.09.02.)에 개시된 발명을 제안한바 있다.
즉, 도 1 및 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 팬티의 전면부에 음경부재(120)와 음낭부재(130)를 별도로 재단하여 봉제하되 각기 만곡부(220, 240)와 절곡부(210, 230, 250)를 갖도록 함으로써 음경(A)과 음낭(B)을 분리 수용시켜 쾌적한 착용환경을 제공하고 성기능 장애를 예방할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
그러나, 이러한 남성용 기능성 팬티에 의하면 음경주머니(260)를 형성하기 위해서는 음경부재(120)의 직선과 곡선으로 이어지는 봉제선을 따라 봉제가 이루어져야 하므로 특히 제1 절곡부(210)를 형성하기 위한 봉제작업이 까다로웠으며, 이로 인해 음경주머니(260)의 모양이 제대로 잡히지 못하는 관계로 제품의 불량률이 높다는 문제가 있었다.

이에 더하여, 음경부 외측선과 음낭부 외측선이 연속적으로 오목한 원호 모양을 이루고, 이에 일치하도록 전면부 내측선을 오목한 원호 모양으로 이루어 서로 간 봉제함으로써 상기 음경부 상단선의 모양 및 봉제 방법을 통하여 음경부재와 음낭부재에 절곡부와 만곡부를 형성하게 하는 장력을 제공함으로써 음경주머니 및 음낭주머니의 형상을 잡아주는데 기여할 수 있다.
또한, 음낭부 상단선의 폭보다 좁은 음경부 하단선의 폭을 늘려 서로 일치시킨 상태로 상호간 봉제되도록 함으로써 음낭주머니의 신축성을 크게 늘려줄 수 있으므로 팽창과 수축을 반복하는 음낭을 수용하기에 적합하다.

본 발명의 실시예에 따른 남성용 기능성 팬티는 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이 패턴 단위로 분해될 수 있으며 이들 패턴, 즉 좌우 한 쌍의 음경부재(320), 좌우 한 쌍의 음낭부재(330), 좌우 한 쌍의 전면부재(310) 및 좌우 한 쌍의 후면부재(340) 의 조합으로 형태를 갖추게 된다.

    음경부 외측선과, 상기 음경부 외측선과 대면하여 내측으로 볼록한 원호 모양의 음경부 내측선과, 외측 하방향으로 경사지게 형성되는 음경부 상단선과, 내외간 좌우로 가로지르는 방향의 음경부 하단선을 갖는 좌우 한 쌍의 음경부재와;
    상기 음경부 외측선의 하단으로부터 연결되는 음낭부 외측선과, 상기 음낭부 외측선과 대면하여 내측으로 볼록한 원호 모양의 음낭부 내측선과, 상기 음경부 하단선과 봉제되는 음낭부 상단선을 갖는 좌우 한 쌍의 음낭부재와;
    상기 음경부 외측선과 상기 음낭부 외측선에 일치하여 형성되는 전면부 내측선을 따라 상기 음경부 외측선과 상기 음낭부 외측선이 나란히 봉제됨으로써 상기 음경부재 및 음낭부재와 결합하고, 상기 전면부 내측선의 상단으로부터 외측으로 연장되는 수평의 전면부 상단선을 갖는 좌우 한 쌍의 전면부재; 및
    상기 좌우 한 쌍의 음경부재의 각 음경부 상단선을 수평으로 회전시켜 상기 좌우 한 쌍의 전면부재의 각 전면부 상단선과 일직선을 이루도록 한 상태에서 상기 음경부 상단선과 상기 전면부 상단선을 따라 봉제되는 밴드부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 남성용 기능성 팬티.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 음경부 외측선은 오목한 원호 모양으로 이루어지고,
    상기 음낭부 외측선은 상기 음경부 외측선의 하단으로부터 연속적으로 연결되는 오목한 원호 모양으로 이루어지며,
    상기 전면부 내측선은 상기 음경부 외측선과 상기 음낭부 외측선에 일치하여 오목한 원호 모양으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 남성용 기능성 팬티.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 음경부 하단선의 폭은 상기 음낭부 상단선의 폭보다 좁게 이루어져
    상기 음경부 하단선의 폭을 상기 음낭부 상단선의 폭만큼 늘여 일치시킨 상태에서 상호간 봉제되는 것을 특징으로 하는 남성용 기능성 팬티.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 음경부재는
    상기 음경부 외측선과 음경부 내측선 간의 폭은 상기 음경부 외측선과 상기 음경부 내측선의 각 중심점 간의 폭이 가장 넓고 상단 및 하단으로 갈수록 점차 좁아지도록 형성되고,
    상기 음낭부재는
    상기 음낭부 외측선과 상기 음낭부 내측선 간의 폭은 상기 음낭부 외측선과 상기 음낭부 내측선의 각 중심점 간의 폭이 가장 넓고 상단 및 하단으로 갈수록 점차 좁아지도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 남성용 기능성 팬티.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 음경부재의 내측선은
    상단점과 하단점으로 갈수록 직선을 이루고 중심점에서 가장 작은 곡률반경의 곡선으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 남성용 기능성 팬티.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 음낭부재는 상하간 가로지르는 방향의 음낭부 하단선을 가지고,
    상기 전면부재는 상기 전면부 내측선의 하단으로부터 수직으로 연장되는 전면부 내측하단선을 가지며,
    상기 남성용 기능성 팬티는
    내측으로는 상기 전면부재와 봉제되고, 외측으로는 상기 음낭부 하단선과 상기 전면부 내측하단선이 나란히 봉제되는 후면부 외측하단선을 갖는 좌우 한 쌍의 후면부재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 남성용 기능성 팬티.
