本发明涉及通信技术领域,具体涉及一种预配置授权CG状态的配置方法及相关设备。
背景技术
在Rel-15新空口(New Radio,NR)系统中,终端设备可激活或者释放高层信令半静态配置的预配置授权(Configured grant,CG),同时终端设备可上报CG的状态。而在Rel-16新空口(New Radio,NR)系统中,终端设备可并行激活或者释放多个或多组CG的状态,导致网络设备在接收到终端设备的上报信息后无法明确具体激活或者释放的CG。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种预配置授权CG状态的配置方法及相关设备,使得网络设备可根据终端设备的上报信息准确的确定出CG的状态。

可以看出,本申请实施例中,终端设备首先接收网络设备发送的第一下行控制信息DCI;其次终端设备根据第一DCI和/或终端设备上报的能力信息确定MAC CE的上报格式;最后终端设备通过确定的MAC CE的上报格式上报第一CG的状态。可见,终端设备根据下行控制信息和/或者能力信息确定出信息上报格式,统一了终端设备和网络设备对于信息上报格式的认定,使得网络设备可根据终端设备的上报信息准确的确定出CG的状态。

通常来说,传统的通信系统支持的连接数有限,也易于实现,然而,随着通信技术的发展,移动通信系统将不仅支持传统的通信,还将支持例如,设备到设备(Device to Device,D2D)通信,机器到机器(Machine to Machine,M2M)通信,机器类型通信(Machine Type Communication,MTC),以及车辆间(Vehicle to Vehicle,V2V)通信等,本申请实施例也可以应用于这些通信系统。
可选地,本申请实施例中的通信系统可以应用于载波聚合(Carrier Aggregation,CA)场景,也可以应用于双连接(Dual Connectivity,DC)场景,还可以应用于独立(Standalone,SA)布网场景。
本申请实施例对应用的频谱并不限定。例如,本申请实施例可以应用于授权频谱,也可以应用于免授权频谱。
请参见图1,图1是本申请实施例提供的一种通信系统构架示意图,通信系统包括网络设备和终端设备。如图1所示,网络设备可以与终端设备进行通信。该通信系统可以是5G通信系统(例如新空口(new radio,NR))、多种通信技术融合的通信系统(例如LTE技术和NR技术融合的通信系统)、或者后续演进通信系统。图1中所示的网络设备和终端设备的形态和数量仅用于举例,并不构成对本申请实施例的限定。
本申请中的终端设备是一种具有无线通信功能的设备,可以部署在陆地上,包括室内或室外、手持、可穿戴或车载;也可以部署在水面上(如轮船等);还可以部署在空中(例如飞机、气球、卫星上等)。该终端设备可以是手机(mobile phone)、平板电脑(pad)、带无线收发功能的电脑、虚拟现实(virtual reality,VR)终端设备、增强现实(augmented reality,AR)终端设备、工业控制(industrial control)中的无线终端、无人驾驶(self driving)中的无线终端、远程医疗(remote medical)中的无线终端、智能电网(smart grid)中的无线终端、智能家庭(smart home)中的无线终端等。终端设备也可以是具有无线通信功能的手持设备、车载设备、可穿戴设备、计算机设备或连接到无线调制解调器的其他处理设备等。在不同的网络中终端设备可以叫做不同的名称,例如:终端设备、接入终端、用户单元、用户站、移动站、移动台、远方站、远程终端、移动设备、用户终端、终端、无线通信设备、用户代理或用户装置、蜂窝电话、无绳电话、会话启动协议(session initiation protocol,SIP)电话、无线本地环路(wireless local loop,WLL)站、个人数字处理(personal digital assistant,PDA)、5G网络或未来演进网络中的终端设备等。
本申请中的网络设备是一种部署在无线接入网用以提供无线通信功能的设备。例如,网络设备可以是蜂窝网络中接入网侧的无线接入网(Radio Access Network,RAN)设备,所谓RAN设备即是一种将终端设备接入到无线网络的设备,包括但不限于:演进型节点B(evolved Node B,eNB)、无线网络控制器(radio network controller,RNC)、节点B(Node B,NB)、基站控制器(Base Station Controller,BSC)、基站收发台(Base Transceiver Station,BTS)、家庭基站(例如,Home evolved Node B,或Home Node B,HNB)、基带单元(Base Band Unit,BBU)、管理实体(Mobility Management Entity,MME);再例如,网络设备也可以是无线局域网(Wireless Local Area Network,WLAN)中的节点设备,例如接入控制器(access controller,AC),网关,或WIFI接入点(Access Point,AP);再例如,网络设备也可以是NR系统中的传输节点或收发点(transmission reception point,TRP或TP)等。
非授权频谱是国家和地区划分的可用于无线电设备通信的频谱,该频谱通常被认为是共享频谱,即不同通信系统中的通信设备只要满足国家或地区在该频谱上设置的法规要求,就可以使用该频谱,不需要向政府申请专有的频谱授权。
为了让使用非授权频谱进行无线通信的各个通信系统在该频谱上能够友好共存,一些国家或地区规定了使用非授权频谱必须满足的法规要求。例如,通信设备遵循“先听后说(LBT)”原则,即通信设备在非授权频谱的信道上进行信号发送前,需要先进行信道侦听,只有当信道侦听结果为信道空闲时,该通信设备才能进行信号发送;如果通信设备在非授权频谱的信道上的信道侦听结果为信道忙,该通信设备不能进行信号发送。为了保证公平性,在一次传输中,通信设备使用非授权频谱的信道进行信号传输的时长不能超过最大信道占用时间(Maximum Channel Occupancy Time,MCOT)。
在Rel-15新空口(New Radio,NR)系统中,网络设备向终端设备发送一个用于激活/去激活第一CG的下行控制信息DCI之后,终端设备向网络设备上报第一CG的媒体接入控制单元确认信息Confirmation MAC CE后,网络设备再向终端设备发送用于激活/去激活第二CG的DCI。
在Rel-16新空口(New Radio,NR)系统中,由于放松了限制条件,网络设备可同时发送用于指示多个CG的DCI,在终端设备向网络设备上报CG的Confirmation MAC CE时,由于Confirmation MAC CE不能指示是哪一个CG的状态,因此会造成网络设备无法确定具体那一个CG的状态被终端设备确认了。
针对上述问题,本申请实施例提供一种预配置授权CG状态的配置方法,下面结合附图进行详细描述。
请参见图2,图2为本申请实施例提供的一种预配置授权CG状态的配置方法的流程示意图,包括以下内容中的至少部分内容:
步骤201:终端设备接收网络设备发送的第一下行控制信息DCI;
步骤202:所述终端设备根据所述第一DCI和/或所述终端设备上报的能力信息确定MAC CE的上报格式;
步骤203:所述终端设备通过确定的所述MAC CE的上报格式上报所述第一CG的状态。
可以看出,本申请实施例中,终端设备首先接收网络设备发送的第一下行控制信息DCI;其次终端设备根据第一DCI和/或终端设备上报的能力信息确定MAC CE的上报格式;最后终端设备通过确定的MAC CE的上报格式上报第一CG的状态。可见,终端设备根据下行控制信息和/或能力信息确定出信息上报格式,统一了终端设备和网络设备对于信息上报格式的认定,使得网络设备可根据终端设备的上报信息准确的确定出CG的状态。
其中,下行控制信息(Downlink Control Information,DCI)用于指示激活或者去激活第一CG。
其中,第一CG可以指单独一个CG,也可以指一组CG(如CG state或state)。第一CG的状态可以是激活或者去激活,去激活及等同于释放。
其中能力信息可以包括以下信息:终端设备支持的MAC CE的上报格式;终端设备选择的MAC CE的上报格式;终端设备所支持的5G新空口标准或版本。
在本申请的一实现方式中,所述第一DCI至少包括:所述网络设备根据所述能力信息确定的第一调度信息,其中,所述第一调度信息用于指示第一配置授权CG,所述第一CG至少包括:CG资源和/或CG资源的激活或去激活。
其中,第一调度信息还可以包括:网络设备指示的MAC CE的上报格式。

    终端设备接收网络设备发送的第一下行控制信息DCI;
    所述终端设备根据所述第一DCI和/或所述终端设备上报的能力信息确定MAC CE的上报格式;
    所述终端设备通过确定的所述MAC CE的上报格式上报所述第一CG的状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一DCI至少包括:所述网络设备根据所述能力信息确定的第一调度信息,其中,所述第一调度信息用于指示第一配置授权CG,所述第一CG至少包括:CG资源和/或CG资源的激活或去激活。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述终端设备接收网络设备发送的第一DCI之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述终端设备向所述网络设备发送所述能力信息,其中,所述能力信息用于指示所述终端设备支持的MAC CE的上报格式,所述终端设备选择的MAC CE的上报格式,所述终端设备的版本,所述终端设备的上报能力。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端设备向所述网络设备发送所述能力信息,包括以下其中之一:
    在所述终端设备接入至所述网络设备对应的网络时,所述终端设备向所述网络设备发送所述能力信息;
    在所述终端设备由所述网络设备切换至目标网络设备时,所述终端设备向所述网络设备发送所述能力信息;
    在所述终端设备获取到所述网络设备的能力信息请求消息时,所述终端设备向所述网络设备能力信息。

    所述第一DCI对应的指示方式包括以下其中之一:joint-DCI,separate DCI;
    所述指定时间为所述终端设备收到第一调度信息后的预设时间,其中,所述预设时间至少包括通过如下确定方式:
    所述终端设备使用预定义的时间;
    所述终端设备使用所述网络设备在所述第一DCI中指示的时间;
    所述终端设备使用所述网络设备通过信令配置的时间;
    所述终端设备确定的时间。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端设备通过确定的所述MAC CE格式上报所述第一CG的状态,包括:
    在确定所述终端设备支持Rel-16 confirmation MAC CE格式的情况下,所述终端设备通过Rel-16 confirmation MAC CE格式上报所述第一CG的状态。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端设备通过确定的所述MAC CE格式上报所述第一CG的状态,包括:
    在确定所述终端设备支持Rel-16 confirmation MAC CE格式,以及获取到joint-DCI指示的CG状态为激活或者去激活的情况下,所述终端设备通过Rel-16 confirmation MAC CE格式上报所述第一CG的状态。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端设备通过确定的所述MAC CE格式上报所述第一CG的状态,包括:
    在确定所述终端设备支持Rel-16 confirmation MAC CE格式,以及获取到separate DCI指示的CG状态为激活或者去激活的情况下,所述终端设备通过Rel-16 confirmation MAC CE格式上报所述第一CG的状态。

    在确定所述终端设备支持Rel-16 confirmation MAC CE格式,获取到separate DCI指示的CG状态为激活或者去激活,以及所述终端设备在所述指定时间内获取到第二DCI的情况下,所述终端设备通过Rel-16 confirmation MAC CE格式上报所述第一CG,其中,所述第二DCI包括:所述网络设备确定的第二调度信息,其中,所述第二调度信息用于指示第二CG的激活或者去激活,所述第一CG与所述第二CG不同。
  13. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端设备通过确定的所述MAC CE格式上报所述第一CG的状态,包括:
    在确定所述终端设备支持Rel-16 confirmation MAC CE格式,以及获取到separate DCI指示的CG状态为去激活的情况下,所述终端设备通过Rel-15 confirmation MAC CE格式上报所述第一CG。
  14. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端设备通过确定的所述MAC CE格式上报所述第一CG的状态,包括:
    在确定所述终端设备支持Rel-15 confirmation MAC CE格式,以及获取到separate DCI指示的CG状态为去激活或激活的情况下,所述终端设备通过Rel-15 confirmation MAC CE格式上报所述第一CG的状态。
  15. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端设备通过确定的所述MAC CE格式上报所述第一CG的状态,包括:

    在确定所述终端设备支持Rel-16 confirmation MAC CE格式,获取到separate DCI指示的CG状态为激活或者去激活,以及所述网络设备指示的MAC CE的上报格式为Rel-15confirmation MAC CE格式的情况下,所述终端设备通过Rel-15 confirmation MAC CE格式上报所述第一CG的状态。

    网络设备根据终端设备的能力信息确定指定的MAC CE的上报格式以及配置授权CG资源的状态;
    所述网络设备向所述终端设备发送调度信息,其中,所述调度信息用于指示所述CG资源的状态;
    所述网络设备根据所述指定的MAC CE上报格式接收所述终端设备上报的所述CG资源的状态。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的方法,其特征在于,所述网络设备根据终端设备的能力信息确定指定的MAC CE的上报格式以及配置授权CG资源的激活状态之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述网络设备接收所述终端设备发送所述能力信息,其中,所述能力信息用于指示所述终端设备支持的MAC CE的上报格式,所述终端设备选择的MAC CE的上报格式,所述终端设备的版本,所述终端设备的上报能力。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的方法,其特征在于,所述网络设备接收所述终端设备发送所述能力信息,包括以下其中之一:
    在所述终端设备接入至所述网络设备对应的网络时,所述网络设备接收所述终端设备发送所述能力信息;
    在所述终端设备由初始网络设备切换至所述网络设备时,所述网络设备接收所述终端设备发送所述能力信息;
    在所述终端设备获取到所述网络设备的能力信息请求消息时,所述网络设备接收所述终端设备发送所述能力信息。
  24. 根据权利要求22-23任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述MAC CE的上报格式包括以下其中之一:Rel-16 confirmation MAC CE,Rel-15 confirmation MAC CE。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述调度信息对应的指示方式包括以下其中之一:joint-DCI,separate DCI。
  26. 根据权利要求22-25任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述网络设备确定所述终端设备支持的MAC CE的上报格式以及配置授权CG资源的状态之后,所述网络设备向所述终端设备发送调度信息之前,所述方法包括:
    所述网络设备在确定所述终端设备支持Rel-15 confirmation MAC CE格式的情况下,所述网络设备确定所述指定MAC CE的上报格式为Rel-15 confirmation MAC CE格式。
  27. 根据权利要求22-25任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述网络设备确定所述终端 设备支持的MAC CE的上报格式以及配置授权CG资源的状态之后,所述网络设备向所述终端设备发送调度信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述网络设备在确定所述终端设备支持Rel-16 confirmation MAC CE格式的情况下,所述网络设备确定所述指定MAC CE的上报格式为Rel-16 confirmation MAC CE格式。
  28. 根据权利要求25所述的方法,其特征在于,所述能力信息包括所述终端设备指示的MAC CE的上报格式,所述网络设备确定所述终端设备支持的MAC CE的上报格式以及配置授权CG资源的状态之后,所述网络设备向所述终端设备发送调度信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述网络设备在确定所述终端设备支持Rel-16 confirmation MAC CE格式的情况下,所述网络设备确定所述指定MAC CE的上报格式为所述终端设备指示的MAC CE的上报格式,所述终端设备指示的MAC CE的上报格式包括以下一种:Rel-15 confirmation MAC CE格式,Rel-16 confirmation MAC CE格式。
  29. 根据权利要求25所述的方法,其特征在于,所述能力信息包括所述终端设备指示的MAC CE的上报格式,所述网络设备确定所述终端设备支持的MAC CE的上报格式以及配置授权CG资源的状态之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述网络设备在确定所述终端设备支持Rel-15 confirmation MAC CE格式的情况下,所述网络设备确定所述调度信息对应的指示方式为separate DCI。
  30. 根据权利要求25所述的方法,其特征在于,所述能力信息包括所述终端设备指示的MAC CE的上报格式,所述网络设备确定所述终端设备支持的MAC CE的上报格式以及配置授权CG资源的状态之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述网络设备在确定所述终端设备支持Rel-16 confirmation MAC CE格式的情况下,所述网络设备确定所述调度信息对应的指示方式为separate DCI和/或joint-DCI。
  31. 根据权利要求24所述的方法,其特征在于,所述Rel-16 confirmation MAC CE包括特定比特,所述特定比特用于指示所述Rel-16 confirmation MAC CE对应的物理信道,所述物理信道包括:上行链路uplink,物物直连通道sidelink。
  32. 根据权利要求24所述的方法,其特征在于,所述Rel-15 confirmation MAC CE包括第一逻辑信道标识LCID,所述第一LCID用于支持所述Rel-15 confirmation MAC CE针对sidelink的反馈。
  33. 根据权利要求24所述的方法,其特征在于,所述Rel-16 confirmation MAC CE不包括用于指示所述Rel-16 confirmation MAC CE对应的物理信道的特定比特,所述Rel-16 confirmation MAC CE包括第二逻辑信道标识LCID,所述第二LCID用于支持所述Rel-16 confirmation MAC CE针对sidelink的反馈。
  34. 根据权利要求25所述的方法,其特征在于,所述能力信息包括所述终端设备指示的MAC CE的上报格式,所述网络设备确定所述终端设备支持的MAC CE的上报格式以及配置授权CG资源的状态之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述网络设备在确定所述终端设备支持Rel-16 confirmation MAC CE格式的情况下,即根据终端设备的能力,所述网络设备可选择执行以下调度方式至少之一;
    separate DCI调度,在所述网络设备在发送第一DCI之后,接收到所述第一DCI对应的confirmation MAC CE之后,再发送第二DCI;
    separate DCI调度,在所述网络设备在发送第一DCI之后,不需要等待接收到所述第一DCI对应的confirmation MAC CE,即可发送第二DCI;
    joint-release DCI调度,在所述网络设备发送第一DCI之后,不需要等待接收到所述第一DCI对应的confirmation MAC CE,即可发送第二DCI;
    joint-release DCI调度,在所述网络设备在发送第一DCI之后,等待接收到所述第一DCI 对应的confirmation MAC CE,再发送第二DCI。
  35. 一种预配置授权CG状态的配置装置,其特征在于,所述预配置授权CG状态的配置装置包括处理单元和通信单元,包括:
    所述处理单元,用于通过所述通信单元接收网络设备发送的第一下行控制信息DCI;以及用于根据所述第一DCI和/或所述终端设备上报的能力信息确定MAC CE的上报格式;以及用于通过确定的所述MAC CE的上报格式通过所述通信单元上报所述第一CG的状态。
  36. 一种预配置授权CG状态的配置装置,其特征在于,所述预配置授权CG状态的配置装置包括处理单元和通信单元,包括:
    所述处理单元单元,用于根据终端设备的能力信息,确定所述终端设备支持的MAC CE的上报格式以及配置授权CG资源的状态;以及用于通过所述通信单元向所述终端设备发送调度信息,其中,所述调度信息用于调度所述CG资源的状态;以及用于在指定MAC CE的上报格式上通过所述通信单元接收所述终端设备上报的所述CG资源的状态。
  37. 一种终端设备,其特征在于,包括存储器、通信接口,以及一个或多个程序,所述一个或多个程序被存储在所述存储器中,并且被配置由所述处理器执行,所述程序包括用于执行如权利要求1-20任一项所述的方法中的步骤的指令。
  38. 一种网络设备,其特征在于,包括存储器、通信接口,以及一个或多个程序,所述一个或多个程序被存储在所述存储器中,并且被配置由所述处理器执行,所述程序包括用于执行如权利要求21-34任一项所述的方法中的步骤的指令。
  39. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,存储用于电子数据交换的计算机程序,其中,所述计算机程序使得计算机执行如权利要求1-20任一项所述的方法。
  40. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,存储用于电子数据交换的计算机程序,其中,所述计算机程序使得计算机执行如权利要求21-34任一项所述的方法。
