本发明为文件建立文件名和标签与文件的FCB的对应关系,使得通过文件名和/或标签能够快速检索到文件,不再需要对多级目录结构进行索引,实现文件扁平化管理和存储,提高了文件检索及寻址的效率。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例公开了一种文件系统,应用于无目录结构的文件库,参见图1所示,该系统包括:
文件名对应模块1,用于建立文件名与文件的FCB的对应关系。
具体的,为了统一管理文件,实现文件的扁平化管理,取消传统的利用目录的方法管理文件,本发明实施例可以设置文件库,在文件库中存储文件时不再有文件存储目录概念,实现了文件的扁平化存储。
具体的,文件的FCB用于存放文件的属性信息,以便于区分不同的文件,不同的文件的FCB不同,相同FCB的文件为同一文件,FCB中记载了文件的实际存储位置,查找到文件的FCB便可以打开文件,因此,可以建立文件名和标签与文件的FCB的对应关系,当然对应关系包括间接对应关系和直接对应关系。
具体的,建立文件名与文件的FCB的对应关系的过程可以包括通过接收用户或其它应用程序通过相应的输入接口输入的文件新建指令,新建相应的文件和文件的FCB,利用文件新建指令中包括的文件名为新建的文件命名,完成对文件的建立,同时建立文件名与文件的FCB的对应关系。
具体的,当应用在文件库中时,可能存在已建立的不在文件库中的文件,此时可以根据用户输入的文件移动指令,接收已建立的非文件库中的文件,获取文件的文件名,建立文件名与文件的FCB的对应关系,之后便可以利用本发明实施例中的各模块的功能建立各种对应关系,实现利用标签检索等功能。
标签分配模块2,用于根据标签分配指令,建立预先存储有标签的标签库中与标签分配指令对应的标签与标签分配指令对应的文件的FCB的对应关系。
具体的,为满足用户对于文件的个性化需求,同时为了进一步提高对文件索引的效率,允许用户为文件分配标签,根据标签分配指令中所指出的标签和需要分配标签的文件,从标签库中调取标签分配至文件,建立文件的FCB与标签的对应关系,完成文件的标签分配。
其中,标签可以预先存储至标签库中,标签库中的标签可以为用户预先存储的,当用户想要分配的标签不在标签库中时,可以添加新的标签至标签库中,文件名其本质也是一种标签,在实际应用中,文件名也可以以标签的形式存储在标签库中。
具体的,为了使用户便于查找到文件,将与文件具有关联的文件名和 标签均建立与文件的FCB的对应关系,使用户可以通过文件名和/或标签查找到文件,当然对应关系可以是直接的对应关系,例如,文件名直接对应文件的FCB,可以通过文件名直接查找到文件,对应关系也可以是间接关系,例如,文件名与文件的FCB直接对应,标签与文件名对应,利用标签搜索,首先查找到与标签对应的文件名,再利用文件名与文件的FCB的对应关系,查找到相应的文件,实现利用标签查找到文件的过程。
需要说明的是,无标签的文件标签位为空,其也可以作为一种属性,用来标记无标签的文件,也可以通过与无标签属性相对应的检索指令查找无标签的文件。
检索模块3,用于接收检索指令,利用文件名和/或标签与文件的对应关系和检索指令,查找到与检索指令对应的目标文件,并打开和/或显示目标文件。
具体的,检索文件时,通过输入检索指令,不再通过目录查找文件,检索模块3利用检索指令再利用文件名和/或标签与文件的FCB的对应关系,检索与检索指令对应的目标文件,检索到后,将目标文件打开和/或显示给用户,其中,检索指令包括目标文件的文件名和/或标签,检索指令可以为与目标文件具有对应关系的文件名和/或标签的任意组合,配合与文件的对应关系,可以快速查找到相应的目标文件。
其中,根据实际检索情况,用户可输入不显示文件而直接在后台检索后直接打开文件的检索指令,因此,查找到与检索指令对应的目标文件后,可以直接打开文件,不一定需要将文件呈现到显示设备上;当然,打开的同时文件库也可以显示出文件,这样当用户关闭文件后可以看到目标文件,显示目标文件的相关标签等对应的信息;当然检索也可以仅是显示,显示后再接收用户打开指令,开启目标文件。
需要说明的是,目标文件不一定只有一个,利用检索指令当然可以精确的查找到唯一的目标文件,但也可以查找到多个满足检索指令的目标文件,例如,检索指令可以为标签“工程”,可以通过标签与文件的对应关系或利用标签与文件名的对应关系,先查找到相应的文件名,再利用文件名与文件的FCB的对应关系,查找到目标文件,检索到多个具有“工程”标 签的目标文件,如表1所示,检索指令可以包括标签“工程”和文件名“Cell2.c”,利用文件号和文件名缩小检索范围,精确检索目标,如表2所示,查找到标签为“工程”文件名为“Cell2.c”的目标文件。

可见,本发明实施例为文件建立文件名和标签与文件的FCB的对应关系,使得通过文件名和/或标签能够快速检索到文件,不再需要对多级目录结构进行索引,实现文件扁平化管理和存储,提高了文件检索及寻址的效率。
本发明实施例公开了一种具体的文件系统,相对于上一实施例,本实施例对技术方案作了进一步的说明和优化。具体的:
具体的,上述标签分配模块2,可以具体用于根据标签分配指令,建立标签库中与标签分配指令对应的标签与标签分配指令对应的文件的文件名的对应关系。
具体的,在文件与文件名建立第一对应关系后,不再将标签与文件的FCB建立对应关系,而是建立标签与文件名的第二对应关系,能够简化对应关系的复杂程度,有效利用前一次建立的对应关系。
具体的,标签分配模块2,还可以具体用于根据标签分配指令,建立预先存储有标签和标签号的标签库中与标签分配指令对应的标签的标签号 与标签分配指令对应的文件的文件名的对应关系;其中,每个标签对应有一个相应的标签号。
具体的,标签自身通常数据量大,例如,标签“工程”可能占用4个字节,而标签号可以为“1”仅占用一个字节,利用标签号代替标签建立与文件名的对应关系,从而间接建立标签号与文件的FCB的对应关系,实现利用标签号查找文件,能够减少数据量,提高检索速度。
本发明实施例还公开了一种文件系统,参见图2所示,在上一实施例的基础上,还可以包括:
具体的,为了进一步的加快检索,丰富检索方式,可以为包括多个标签的文件增设关联号,可以理解的是,文件通常包括多个标签,此时若要利用标签缩小检索文件范围,则检索指令中需要包括多个标签,输入繁琐,为此,可以增设关联号,一个关联号可以对应多个标签,此时仅需输入关联号便可以检索到相对应的具备多个标签的目标文件,进一步的加快检索速度,提高用户体验。
具体的,为此设置关联号生成模块4,用于生成关联号,建立标签号集与关联号的对应关系;
其中,标签号集包括文件的一个或多个标签;
检索模块3,还用于接收并根据检索指令,利用关联号、文件名和/或标签与文件的FCB的对应关系,打开和/或显示与检索指令对应的目标文件。
具体的,关联号可以视为标签的一种上级标签,根据实际应用需求还可以包括多级标签,形成标签树,例如,多个关联号还可以对应一种新的标签,从而作为关联号的上级标签;或者已有多个关联号的文件,还可以再设置与包括多个关联号的关联号集对应的关联号,每级标签都可以加快对文件的检索速度。
需要说明的是,关联号可以设置上位标签,标签同理,标签也可以形成多级关系,一个标签还可以有对应的子标签或父标签,形成多级标签、标签树,均可以根据实际应用需求进行设定。
可以理解的是,任一文件可以根据需要设置相应的关联号,关联号的生成没有具体的限定条件,其中,下面介绍一种具体的关联号生成方法,具体的:
关联号生成模块4,还可以包括标签数量判断单元41、关联号判断单元42和关联号生成单元43;其中,
标签数量判断单元41,用于判断文件的标签号数量是否满足数量要求。
具体的,在文件分配标签后,可以判断文件中已有的标签数量是否满足设置关联号的数量要求,若文件仅有少量标签,则无需设置关联号,若文件拥有大量标签,满足数量要求,则可以设置关联号。
关联号判断单元42,用于若标签数量判断单元41判定满足数量要求,则判断按照预设的标签选取规则从文件的多个标签号中选取的标签号集是否有对应的关联号。
具体的,当满足数量要求,可以按照预设的标签选取规则,选取文件的多个标签号,作为一个标签号集,准备为其设置关联号,当然,有可能该标签号集已经有对应关联号,此时,则无需再建立新的关联号,所以判断标签号集是否有对应的关联号。
其中,标签选取规则可以为两两标签设置标签号集,或整个文件的全部标签号设置为一个标签号集等,例如,文件库也包括“项目、工程、硬件、PCB设计和线路图”五个标签,标签选取规则可以两两标签为一组,分别得到包括“项目和工程”,“硬件和PCB设计”的两个标签号集,其中,“线路图”可以认为不够数量不再设置标签号集,也可以组成“PCB设计和线路图”标签号集,标签选取规则还可以为一个文件的全部标签号,得到包括“项目、工程、硬件、PCB设计和线路图”五个标签的标签号集,当然,也可以三个标签为一个标签号集等,在此不限定具体的标签选取规则。
关联号生成单元43,用于若关联号判断单元42判定标签号集无对应的关联号,则生成新的关联号,建立标签号集与关联号的对应关系。
具体的,若选取的标签号集还未建立对应的关联号,则新建关联号, 与标签号集对应,建立标签号集与关联号的对应关系,每个关联号对应有唯一的标签号集,以便可以利用关联号筛选目标文件,当然,如果未设置标签号,关联号同样可以对应标签集,如表3所示。

可以理解的是,关联号的表现形式不一定是数字或字母与数字组成的标号,也可以用文字进行命名来表示,例如,表3中的关联号c3也可以用文字“第三关联号”来表示。
进一步的,本发明实施例还公开了一种文件系统,参见图3所示,具体的:
具体的,为了进一步的提高对文件管理和区分的便捷程度,为此还设置有,文件号生成模块5,用于生成文件号,建立文件号与文件的FCB的对应关系。
具体的,由于文件名较大,利用文件名索引文件查找的数据量大,因此为了便于文件的索引,生成数据量更小的文件号,后续可以通过建立文件名和/或文件的FCB与文件号的对应关系,利用文件号索引文件,减少了索引数据量,同时,文件号相对于文件名更加简短,容易记忆,便于用户快速利用文件号查找,尤其是查找多个文件时,例如,文件库中预先存储有了十个针对同一个项目依次建立的文件,若利用文件名进行查找需要记住每个文件的文件名,对记忆要求过高,用户体验差,而若存在文件号,例如,十个文件中第一个建立的文件的文件号为5,由于文件为依次建立,所以文件号也是相连的,则通过文件号5至14便可以查找到这十个文件, 更加方便快捷。
具体的,综合上述多个实施例,最终能够得到如表4所示的文件的文件名、文件号、FCB、标签和关联号的对应关系,实现利用多种方式对文件的快速检索。

具体的,为了进一步的丰富标签和关联号的功能,可以为标签和/或关联号进一步的添加相应的属性,为此,设置属性设定模块,用于建立关联号和/或标签与预先设定的属性的对应关系,通过建立属性与关联号和/或标签的对应关系,可以丰富关联号和/或标签的功能,例如,属性可以为访问权限或优先级等。
进一步的,不同用户能够访问的文件不同,为此,可以为不同用户预先设置访问权限,例如,用户a,仅能够只读文件a,而不能改写文件a,而用户b可以读和改写文件a,访问权限的设置可以以标签和/或关联号的形式设置,为此,设置访问权限设定单元61,用于建立标签和/或关联号与预先设定的访问权限的对应关系,例如,文件a只能用户a访问,则为文件a分配标签注明“用户a”,该标签与预先设定的访问权限对应,因此, 文件a只能用户a访问,而其它用户不能访问,同理,关联号也可如此设置,具备访问权限属性的标签和关联号的表现形式不局限于上述的文字显示方式,可以根据用户所需进行设定。
具体的,为进一步提高用户检索体验,还可以设置优先级设定单元62;其中;
优先级设定单元62,用于设定关联号和/或标签的优先级;
检索模块3,还用于接收并根据检索指令,利用文件名和/或标签与文件的FCB的对应关系,查找到与检索指令对应的目标文件,并利用关联号和/或标签的优先级,按序显示目标文件。
具体的,当检索多个标签时,为了对众多的文件分类,可以预先为标签和/或关联号设置优先级,与优先级高的标签和/或关联号对应的文件优先显示,以便用户能够最先看见,与优先度低的标签和/或关联号对应的文件,则在具备优先级高的标签和/或关联号的文件后方显示,实现按照优先级分类,以供用户第一时间能够查找到对应的文件,使文件查找更加便利。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种文件系统,其特征在于,应用于无目录结构的文件库,包括:
    文件名对应模块,用于建立文件名与文件的FCB的对应关系;
    标签分配模块,用于根据标签分配指令,建立预先存储有标签的标签库中与所述标签分配指令对应的标签与所述标签添加指令对应的文件的FCB的对应关系;
    检索模块,用于接收并根据检索指令,利用文件名和/或标签与文件的FCB的对应关系,查找到与所述检索指令对应的目标文件,并打开和/或显示目标文件;
    其中,所述检索指令包括目标文件的文件名和/或标签。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的文件系统,其特征在于,所述标签分配模块,具体用于根据标签分配指令,建立所述标签库中与所述标签分配指令对应的标签与所述标签分配指令对应的文件的文件名的对应关系。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的文件系统,其特征在于,所述标签分配模块,具体用于根据标签分配指令,建立预先存储有标签和标签号的所述标签库中与所述标签分配指令对应的标签的标签号与所述标签分配指令对应的文件的文件名的对应关系;
    其中,每个标签对应有一个相应的标签号;
    所述检索模块,还用于接收并根据所述检索指令,利用标签号、文件名和/或标签与文件的FCB的对应关系,查找到与所述检索指令对应的目标文件,并打开和/或显示目标文件。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的文件系统,其特征在于,还包括:
    关联号生成模块,用于生成关联号,建立标签号集与关联号的对应关系;
    其中,所述标签号集包括文件的一个或多个标签;
    所述检索模块,还用于接收并根据所述检索指令,利用关联号、文件名和/或标签与文件的FCB的对应关系,打开和/或显示与所述检索指令对应的目标文件。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的文件系统,其特征在于,所述关联号生成模块,包括:
    标签数量判断单元,用于判断文件的标签号数量是否满足数量要求;
    关联号判断单元,用于若所述标签数量判断单元判定满足所述数量要求,则判断按照预设的标签选取规则从文件的多个标签号中选取的标签号集是否有对应的关联号;
    关联号生成单元,用于若所述关联号判断单元判定所述标签号集无对应的关联号,则生成新的关联号,建立所述标签号集与关联号的对应关系。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的文件系统,其特征在于,还包括:
    文件号生成模块,用于生成文件号,建立文件号与文件的FCB的对应关系;
    所述检索模块,还用于接收并根据所述检索指令,利用文件号、关联号、标签号、文件名和/或标签与文件的FCB的对应关系,查找到与所述检索指令对应的目标文件,并打开和/或显示目标文件。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的文件系统,其特征在于,所述文件号生成模块,具体用于生成文件号,建立文件号与文件的文件名的对应关系。
  8. 根据权利要求4至7任一项所述的文件管理系统,其特征在于,还包括:
    属性设定模块,用于建立关联号和/或标签与预先设定的属性的对应关系。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的文件管理系统,其特征在于,所述属性设定模块,包括:
    访问权限设定单元,用于建立关联号和/或标签与预先设定的访问权限的对应关系。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的文件管理系统,其特征在于,所述属性设定模块,包括:
    优先级设定单元,用于设定关联号和/或标签的优先级;
    所述检索模块,还用于接收并根据检索指令,利用文件名和/或标签与文件的FCB的对应关系,查找到与所述检索指令对应的目标文件,并利用关联号和/或标签的优先级,按序显示目标文件。
