本发明一种带有杀菌消毒功能的新型医疗机械清洗结构,包括结构主体, 所述结构主体内部上侧设有密封板,所述密封板上端为储水箱,所述储水箱上端安装有第一旋转电机,所述第一旋转电机下端连接有第一转轴,所述第一转轴下端四周设有搅拌桨叶,所述储水箱两端内壁一侧均安装有安装板,所述安装板上端安装有水泵,所述水泵一端均连接有抽水管,所述抽水管一端连接有喷水器,每个所述喷水器内侧均设有喷水口,所述第一旋转电机一侧设有入水口,所述第一旋转电机另一侧设有入药口,所述密封板下端垂直连接有电动伸缩杆,所述电动伸缩杆下端连接有安装件,所述安装件中部两端均连接有紫外灭菌灯,所述结构主体内部底端设有第二旋转电机,所述第二旋转电机上端连接有第二转轴,所述第二转轴上端固定连接有转盘,所述转盘两侧上端均设有若干清洗架,所述清洗架外侧均设有转动板,每个所述转动板外侧均设有开关锁扣,所述转盘上端设有交叉设置的导流板,该导流板两侧均连通设有导流管,所述结构主体下端连通设有出水口,该出水口上安装有电磁阀,所述结构主体外侧还设有智能控制器,该智能控制器以MCU单片机为控制单元。

优选的是,所述入水口和入药口均置于储水箱上端且和储水箱连通。

使用该种带有杀菌消毒功能的新型医疗机械清洗结构,首先将清洗水通过入水口加入至储水箱内,清洗药剂通过入药口加入至储水箱内,设置的入水口 和入药口实现清洗水和清洗消毒药剂的分别添加功能,添加后的水药混合物经过搅拌桨叶的充分搅拌,使其清洗效果更佳,再通过智能控制器打开第一旋转电机使其开始工作,第一转轴在第一旋转电机的带动下也开始工作,此时搅拌桨叶实现对储水箱内的水药混合物的搅拌混合作用,混合完毕后将其储存于储水箱内,打开开关锁扣,将小型医疗机械放置于清洗架内,关闭开关锁扣,通过智能控制器打开水泵并设定其工作时间,储水箱内的水通过喷水口喷出,至清洗架一侧喷入其内部,清洗一段时间后,通过智能控制器打开第二旋转电机,在第二旋转电机的带动下,第二转轴进行缓慢旋转,清洗架随之缓慢旋转,随着清洗架的旋转和喷水口的清洗液的喷出,医疗机械进行充分清洗,转盘两侧上端均设有若干清洗架,清洗架外侧均设有转动板,每个转动板外侧均设有开关锁扣,通过第二旋转电机的工作,实现第二转轴的旋转,进而带动转盘的旋转,使得清洗架在旋转的过程中更加利于其洁净,类似于洗衣机的功能,且开关锁扣利于对小型医疗机械进行拿取和固定,清洗完毕后,关闭水泵,通过智能控制器调节电动伸缩杆的长度,使得紫外灭菌灯逐渐经过清洗架内侧,对清洗架内的医疗机械进行杀菌消毒,并充分烘干,通过智能控制器实现电动伸缩杆的长度调节,进而使得紫外灭菌灯处于清洗架内侧位置,利于其对清洗后的小型医疗机械进行消毒杀菌,避免交叉感染,此外,紫外灭菌灯还具有加热烘干的功能,安装件为工型结构,是为了避免喷水口喷出的水溅到紫外灭菌灯上,最终打开开关锁扣对其进行取用,再智能控制器打开电磁阀,通过导流板、导流管的导流作用,清洗后的水被导流至结构主体下端,最后通过出水口收集,收集后的水进行后续处理。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明将清洗水通过入水口加入至储水箱内,清洗药剂通过入药口加入至储水箱内,设置的入水口和入药口实现清洗水和清洗消毒药剂的分别添加功能,添加后的水药混合物经过搅拌桨叶的充分搅拌,使其清洗效果更佳,再通过智能控制器打开第一旋转电机使其开始工作,第一转轴在第一旋转电机的 带动下也开始工作,此时搅拌桨叶实现对储水箱内的水药混合物的搅拌混合作用。安装有第一旋转电机,第一旋转电机下端连接有第一转轴,第一转轴下端四周设有搅拌桨叶,该结构实现储水箱内的物品的搅拌功能,且设置的入水口和入药口实现清洗水和清洗消毒药剂的分别添加功能,添加后的水药混合物经过搅拌桨叶的充分搅拌,使其清洗效果更佳。
(2)本发明储水箱两端内壁一侧均安装有安装板,安装板上端安装有水泵,水泵一端均连接有抽水管,抽水管一端连接有喷水器,每个喷水器内侧均设有喷水口,喷水口位于清洗架一侧,清洗架两端均开设有若干通孔,以便于对清洗架内的小型医疗机械进行清洗,方便清洗均匀快捷,混合完毕后将其储存于储水箱内,打开开关锁扣,将小型医疗机械放置于清洗架内,关闭开关锁扣,通过智能控制器打开水泵并设定其工作时间,储水箱内的水通过喷水口喷出,至清洗架一侧喷入其内部,清洗一段时间后,通过智能控制器打开第二旋转电机,在第二旋转电机的带动下,第二转轴进行缓慢旋转,清洗架随之缓慢旋转,随着清洗架的旋转和喷水口的清洗液的喷出。
(3)本发明所述密封板下端垂直连接有电动伸缩杆,所述电动伸缩杆下端连接有安装件,所述安装件中部两端均连接有紫外灭菌灯,通过智能控制器实现电动伸缩杆的长度调节,进而使得紫外灭菌灯处于清洗架内侧位置,利于其对清洗后的小型医疗机械进行消毒杀菌,避免交叉感染,此外,紫外灭菌灯还具有加热烘干的功能,安装件为工型结构,避免喷水口喷出的水溅到紫外灭菌灯上。医疗机械进行充分清洗,转盘两侧上端均设有若干清洗架,清洗架外侧均设有转动板,每个转动板外侧均设有开关锁扣,通过第二旋转电机的工作,实现第二转轴的旋转,进而带动转盘的旋转,使得清洗架在旋转的过程中更加利于其洁净,类似于洗衣机的功能,且开关锁扣利于对小型医疗机械进行拿取和固定,清洗完毕后,关闭水泵,通过智能控制器调节电动伸缩杆的长度,使得紫外灭菌灯逐渐经过清洗架内侧,对清洗架内的医疗机械进行杀菌消毒,并充分烘干。
(4)本发明结构主体内部底端设有第二旋转电机,第二旋转电机上端连接有第二转轴,第二转轴上端固定连接有转盘,转盘两侧上端均设有若干清洗架,清洗架外侧均设有转动板,每个转动板外侧均设有开关锁扣,通过第二旋转电机的工作,实现第二转轴的旋转,进而带动转盘的旋转,使得清洗架在旋转的过程中更加利于其洁净,类似于洗衣机的功能,且开关锁扣利于对小型医疗机械进行拿取和固定。通过智能控制器实现电动伸缩杆的长度调节,进而使得紫外灭菌灯处于清洗架内侧位置,利于其对清洗后的小型医疗机械进行消毒杀菌,避免交叉感染,此外,紫外灭菌灯还具有加热烘干的功能,安装件为工型结构,是为了避免喷水口喷出的水溅到紫外灭菌灯上。
(5)本发明转盘上端设有交叉设置的导流板,该导流板两侧均连通设有导流管,结构主体下端连通设有出水口,该出水口上安装有电磁阀,通过导流板、导流管的导流作用,清洗后的水被导流至结构主体下端,最后通过出水口收集。打开开关锁扣对其进行取用,再智能控制器打开电磁阀,通过导流板、导流管的导流作用,清洗后的水被导流至结构主体下端,最后通过出水口收集,收集后的水进行后续处理。

一种带有杀菌消毒功能的新型医疗机械清洗结构,包括结构主体1,结构主体1内部上侧设有密封板2,密封板2上端为储水箱3,储水箱3上端安装有第一旋转电机7,第一旋转电机7下端连接有第一转轴8,第一转轴8下端四周设有搅拌桨叶9,储水箱3两端内壁一侧均安装有安装板12,安装板12上端安装有水泵13,水泵13一端均连接有抽水管14,抽水管14一端连接有喷水器15,每个喷水器15内侧均设有喷水口16,第一旋转电机7一侧设有入水口10,第一旋转电机7另一侧设有入药口11,密封板2下端垂直连接有电动伸缩杆4,电动伸缩杆4下端连接有安装件5,安装件5中部两端均连接有紫外灭菌灯6,结构主体1内部底端设有第二旋转电机17,第二旋转电机17上端连接有第二转轴18,第二转轴18上端固定连接有转盘19,转盘19两侧上端均设有若干清洗架22,清洗架22外侧均设有转动板,每个转动板外侧均设有开关锁扣23,转盘19上端设有交叉设置的导流板20,该导流板20两侧均连通设有导流管21,结构主体1下端连通设有出水口,该出水口上安装有电磁阀,结构主体1外侧还设有智能控制器24,该智能控制器24以MCU单片机为控制单元。
在上述实施例中,第一旋转电机7和第一转轴8为轴连接。
在上述实施例中,入水口10和入药口11均置于储水箱3上端且和储水箱3连通。
在上述实施例中,喷水器15置于结构主体1下端内部,且喷水器15位于清洗架22一侧。
在上述实施例中,安装件5为工型结构。
在上述实施例中,第二旋转电机17外侧套设有保护壳。
在上述实施例中,清洗架22两端均开设有若干通孔。
在上述实施例中,智能控制器24电性连接电动伸缩杆4、紫外灭菌灯6、第一旋转电机7、水泵13、第二旋转电机17和电磁阀。
具体原理:使用该种带有杀菌消毒功能的新型医疗机械清洗结构,首先将清洗水通过入水口10加入至储水箱3内,清洗药剂通过入药口11加入至储水箱3内,再通过智能控制器24打开第一旋转电机7使其开始工作,第一转轴8在第一旋转电机7的带动下也开始工作,此时搅拌桨叶9实现对储水箱3内的水药混合物的搅拌混合作用,混合完毕后将其储存于储水箱3内,打开开关锁扣23,将小型医疗机械放置于清洗架22内,关闭开关锁扣23,通过智能控制器24打开水泵13并设定其工作时间,储水箱3内的水通过喷水口喷出,至清洗架22一侧喷入其内部,清洗一段时间后,通过智能控制器24打开第二旋转电机17,在第二旋转电机17的带动下,第二转轴17进行缓慢旋转,清洗架22随之缓慢旋转,随着清洗架22的旋转和喷水口16的清洗液的喷出,医疗机械进行充分清洗,清洗完毕后,关闭水泵,通过智能控制器24调节电动伸缩杆4的长度,使得紫外灭菌灯6逐渐经过清洗架22内侧,对清洗架22内的医疗机械进行杀菌消毒,并充分烘干,最终打开开关锁扣23对其进行取用,再智能控制器24打开电磁阀,清洗后的清洗水通过出水口收集后进行后续处理。
本发明储水箱上端安装有第一旋转电机,第一旋转电机下端连接有第一转轴,第一转轴下端四周设有搅拌桨叶,该结构实现储水箱内的物品的搅拌功能,且设置的入水口和入药口实现清洗水和清洗消毒药剂的分别添加功能,添加后 的水药混合物经过搅拌桨叶的充分搅拌,使其清洗效果更佳。

本发明所述密封板下端垂直连接有电动伸缩杆,所述电动伸缩杆下端连接有安装件,所述安装件中部两端均连接有紫外灭菌灯,通过智能控制器实现电动伸缩杆的长度调节,进而使得紫外灭菌灯处于清洗架内侧位置,利于其对清洗后的小型医疗机械进行消毒杀菌,避免交叉感染,此外,紫外灭菌灯还具有加热烘干的功能,安装件为工型结构,避免喷水口喷出的水溅到紫外灭菌灯上。
本发明结构主体内部底端设有第二旋转电机,第二旋转电机上端连接有第二转轴,第二转轴上端固定连接有转盘,转盘两侧上端均设有若干清洗架,清洗架外侧均设有转动板,每个转动板外侧均设有开关锁扣,通过第二旋转电机的工作,实现第二转轴的旋转,进而带动转盘的旋转,使得清洗架在旋转的过程中更加利于其洁净,类似于洗衣机的功能,且开关锁扣利于对小型医疗机械进行拿取和固定。
本发明转盘上端设有交叉设置的导流板,该导流板两侧均连通设有导流管,结构主体下端连通设有出水口,该出水口上安装有电磁阀,通过导流板、导流管的导流作用,清洗后的水被导流至结构主体下端,最后通过出水口收集。

  4. 根据权利要求1所述一种带有杀菌消毒功能的新型医疗机械清洗结构,其特征在于,所述喷水器(15)置于结构主体(1)下端内部,且所述喷水器(15)位于清洗架(22)一侧。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述一种带有杀菌消毒功能的新型医疗机械清洗结构,其特征在于,所述安装件(5)为工型结构。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述一种带有杀菌消毒功能的新型医疗机械清洗结构,其特征在于,所述第二旋转电机(17)外侧套设有保护壳。

    使用该种带有杀菌消毒功能的新型医疗机械清洗结构,首先将清洗水通过入水口(10)加入至储水箱(3)内,清洗药剂通过入药口(11)加入至储水箱(3)内,设置的入水口(10)和入药口(11)实现清洗水和清洗消毒药剂的分别添加功能,添加后的水药混合物经过搅拌桨叶的充分搅拌,使其清洗效果更佳,再通过智能控制器(24)打开第一旋转电机(7)使其开始工作,第一转轴(8)在第一旋转电机(7)的带动下也开始工作,此时搅拌桨叶(9)实现对储水箱(3)内的水药混合物的搅拌混合作用,混合完毕后将其储存于储水箱(3)内,打开开关锁扣(23),将小型医疗机械放置于清洗架(22)内,关闭开关锁扣(23),通过智能控制器(24)打开水泵(13)并设定其工作时间,储水箱(3)内的水通过喷水口喷出,至清洗架(22)一侧喷入其内部,清洗一段时间后,通过智能控制器(24)打开第二旋转电机(17), 在第二旋转电机(17)的带动下,第二转轴(17)进行缓慢旋转,清洗架(22)随之缓慢旋转,随着清洗架(22)的旋转和喷水口(16)的清洗液的喷出,医疗机械进行充分清洗,转盘两侧上端均设有若干清洗架(22),清洗架(22)外侧均设有转动板,每个转动板外侧均设有开关锁扣23,通过第二旋转电机17的工作,实现第二转轴(18)的旋转,进而带动转盘(19)的旋转,使得清洗架(22)在旋转的过程中更加利于其洁净,类似于洗衣机的功能,且开关锁扣利于对小型医疗机械进行拿取和固定,清洗完毕后,关闭水泵,通过智能控制器(24)调节电动伸缩杆(4)的长度,使得紫外灭菌灯(6)逐渐经过清洗架(22)内侧,对清洗架(22)内的医疗机械进行杀菌消毒,并充分烘干,通过智能控制器实现电动伸缩杆(4)的长度调节,进而使得紫外灭菌灯(6)处于清洗架(22)内侧位置,利于其对清洗后的小型医疗机械进行消毒杀菌,避免交叉感染,此外,紫外灭菌灯还具有加热烘干的功能,安装件(5)为工型结构,是为了避免喷水口喷出的水溅到紫外灭菌灯上,最终打开开关锁扣(23)对其进行取用,再智能控制器(24)打开电磁阀,通过导流板、导流管的导流作用,清洗后的水被导流至结构主体下端,最后通过出水口收集,收集后的水进行后续处理。
