一种游戏机、一种游戏系统及一种电子设备的运作方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种娱乐性电子设备,尤其涉及进行一滚轮游戏的一种游戏机、一种游戏系统及一种电子设备的运作方法。
背景技术
游戏系统为提供一游戏,以让玩家使用设置于游戏场所的游戏机,或设置于私人居家空间的电子设备来进行游戏,其管理成本低廉,可以适用于多种游戏如拉霸机、扑克牌游戏、骰宝与轮盘等,广受玩家与业者的欢迎。
传统游戏系统,为了吸引玩家进行投注,会有奖项,如彩金池的设计。一般作法为将玩家押注时的投注额,提拨一定额比例累积计入彩金池,让玩家有机会于游戏过程中获得彩金池内的彩金,玩家会被彩金池内不断增加的彩金所吸引而持续进行投注。
然而,现有拉霸机的奖项设计大多独立于滚轮游戏的游戏内容,换句话说,只要玩家下注让滚轮启动旋转,即有机会抽中奖项,玩家是否能抽中奖项与游戏内容无关。因此,在两者之间无充足连结的情况下,能够增加玩家在游戏过程感受到娱乐性的程度有限。再者,每次下注能抽中奖项的机率都是固定的,玩家继续投注的诱因也容易丧失。

本发明不仅在于让玩家能让抽中奖项的可能性与游戏内容发生连结,并提供让抽中奖项的机率有机会提升的机制,更是提供玩家自由选择奖项类别及提升抽中奖项机率的权利,以同时提升玩家游戏过程中的娱乐性,以及维持玩家继续投注的诱因。

据此,本发明揭露一种游戏机、一种游戏系统与一种电子设备的运作方法,由于一个或多个奖项关联于多个投注选项,或每一个投注选项分别关联一个或多个奖项,据此只要进一步让玩家于多个投注选项上进行投注选择,即有机会改变一个或多个奖项是否被启用或改变多个滚轮是否被启用,借以提供玩家自由选择奖项类别及提升抽中奖项机率的权利,同时可提升玩家游戏过程中的娱乐性,以及维持玩家继续投注的诱因。

另一方面,输入接口11可还包含可供玩家启动游戏的配置,例如可启动滚轮旋转的启动按键,启动按键可为实体按键,也可由结合于显示单元13或另一显示单元而形成触控显示器的触控面板来实现。如此一来,以触控显示器来实现启动按键为例来说,当玩家按下显示在触控显示器上的启动按键时,触控显示器会对应产生启动信号,使得控制单元14可通过侦测启动信号的发生来得知 玩家欲启动滚轮转动,即步骤S3。
因此,在步骤S3中,当控制单元14得知玩家选择的投注值后,又收到启动信号时,控制单元14可根据指令来控制游戏结果产生单元12产生一游戏结果,并产生对应游戏结果的一游戏画面121(如图3所示),然后由显示单元13来呈现。详细来说,滚轮游戏中可例如包含但不限于多个滚轮及多个游戏符号,至少部分的滚轮及游戏符号会被选择来构成游戏画面。

以奖项随机数码搭配加码机率为判断依据的范例来说,控制单元14依据投注信号对应的投注值以及一预设准则,计算产生对应的加码机率,并随机产生对应的一奖项随机数码。不同的投注信号会有对应的一加码机率和对应的一或多个奖项随机数码。加码机率与投注信号的投注值可例如为正相关,例如加码机率可随投注值等比例、指数性或其他关系增加,使得投注信号的投注值越高,其所对应的该加码机率也会越高。奖项随机数码的数量与投注信号的投注值的关系也可例如但不限于为正相关。然后,控制单元14依据加码机率与奖项随机数码而决定奖项151对应的一奖项触发条件是否满足。当加码机率越高时,奖项触发条件越容易满足。当玩家选择投注值越高,则越有机会抽中奖项151, 或者抽中更多奖项151,或两者皆是。假设加码机率为1%,表示玩家有百分之一的机会抽中,控制单元14随机产生的奖项随机数码可为1~100中的任一数值。在此示例中,又假设奖项触发条件为3,表示当奖项随机数码也是3时,玩家即抽中奖项151,相反的若奖项随机数码不是3时,表示玩家没有抽中奖项151。然而,本发明并不限于上述所列的范例。
以关于奖励累积额度的门槛值为判断依据的范例来说,控制单元14默认有一门槛值范围,并会在进行此回合游戏时从门槛值范围中根据一预设准则随机选择一数值作为此回合的门槛值。然后,根据当前奖励额度累积的值(例如奖项151的累积值)是否达到此门槛值来决定是否给予玩家奖项。
以关于游戏符号的符号种类为判断依据的范例来说,控制单元14可预定义其中一或多种游戏符号123作为特殊符号,例如但不限于钱币符号、星星符号、月亮符号、太阳符号、金元宝符号或前者的任一组合等。当游戏结果出现特殊符号时,控制单元14才会进一步判断玩家是否抽中奖项151。不同的特殊符号可例如但不限于对应不同的机率设定准则,或者对应相同的机率设定准则,或者对应相同的门槛值选取准则,或者对应不同的门槛值选取准则,或者前者的任一组合,使得控制单元14判断玩家是否抽中奖项151的方式可例如但不限于通过特殊符号对应的机率或门槛值并参考上述列举的范例来实现。
以关于某种游戏符号的出现频率为判断依据的范例来说,控制单元14除了可预定义其中一或多种游戏符号作为特殊符号以外,还可进一步根据单一种特殊符号出现在此回合游戏结果中的数量,或根据所有特殊符号出现在此回合游戏结果中的数量,或根据前者的组合,来进一步判断玩家是否抽中奖项151。详细来说,控制单元14可默认或随机产生一数量门槛值,当特殊符号的数量达到数量门槛值时,控制单元14才会进一步判断玩家是否抽中奖项151和/或进一步提高玩家抽中奖项151的机率。控制单元14判断玩家是否抽中奖项151的方式可例如但不限于通过参考上述列举的范例来实现。此外,在本实施例中,部分或所有的奖项151关联于部分或所有的投注选项111。举例来说,当奖励单元15具有一个奖项151时,玩家可投注多个投注选项111中的任一个来启用奖项151,让奖项151处于可作为奖励奖项的状态。或者,当奖励单元15具有 一个奖项151时,玩家可投注多个投注选项111中一个或多个,使投注值大于对应的一门槛值,以启用奖项151。或者,当奖励单元15具有多个奖项151时,多个奖项151关联于多个投注选项111的方式,为让投注不同的投注选项111可使多个奖项151中不同的奖项151或不同数量的奖项151被启用。奖励单元15选取奖项151作为奖励奖项的范围,仅限于被启用的奖项151。
而所谓多个奖项151中不同的奖项151被启用,为选择多个奖项151中的指定或随机一个奖项151加以启用。而所谓多个奖项151中不同数量的奖项151被启用,若启用数量为n个,则由多个奖项151中,随机选取或指定n个奖项151加以启用。
最后游戏机10进行步骤S5,让玩家取得一赔付结果。具体来说,控制单元14会决定关于此回合游戏的赔付结果,而赔付给玩家的赔付结果的至少一部份将关联于奖励奖项、游戏结果和投注信号。也就是游戏机10赔付给玩家的赔付结果,为依据玩家是否获得奖励奖项、游戏结果中是否出现得分条件以及投注值大小而决定数值。而玩家取得赔付结果时,游戏机10的其中一实施方式,但并不以此为限,为让赔付结果累加计入投注值余额,并将累加后的余额呈现在显示单元13上,以让玩家可以重新进行步骤S2而开始新一回合的游戏。
此外,如图1与图10所示,本发明的滚轮游戏包含至少一特殊符号16,例如但不限于倍数符号、万用(Wild)符号、奖励游戏符号、奖励场次符号、点数(分数)符号、抽奖符号、其他可潜在地提升赔付结果的符号或其任一组合。在本实施例或其他实施例中,特殊符号16可以不同的方式于游戏结果中出现,例如在已旋转停止的一个或多个滚轮122上的一个或多个图案显示位置上跳出或翻出,或者通过滚动一个或多个滚轮122而停在一个或多个图案显示位置,或者利用一个或多个额外滚轮(或称加码滚轮)转出。或者,在同一个滚轮122的同一个图案显示位置上也可同时出现相互并排或重叠的特殊符号16及游戏符号123。或者,在两个相互重叠的滚轮上的两相对应的图案显示位置上可分别出现特殊符号16及游戏符号123,使得在视觉上特殊符号16重叠于游戏符号123(如图10所示)。或者,特殊符号16也可作为游戏符号123而呈现于滚轮122上。然而,本发明不限于此。
在此情况下,控制单元14可判断游戏结果中多个滚轮122或额外滚轮中是否出现特殊符号16。当滚轮122或额外滚轮中出现特殊符号16时,控制单元14可依据出现的特殊符号16调整赔付结果。举例来说,当出现一个倍数符号时,控制单元14可例如但不限于将倍数符号的倍数直接乘以出现在游戏结果中符合赢分条件的符号组合所对应赔付结果,或者将倍数符号的倍数经过累加之后,再乘以出现在游戏结果中符合赢分条件的符号组合所对应赔付结果,使最后赔付给玩家的赔付结果有机会获得提升的效果。在另一例子中,当出现一个万用符号时,控制单元14可例如但不限于将万用符号当作某些种类的游戏符号来使用,以增加游戏结果中符合赢分条件的符号组合数量,使最后赔付给玩家的赔付结果有机会获得提升的效果。在另一例子中,当出现符合一默认数量的奖励游戏符号时,控制单元14可例如但不限于提供玩家一奖励游戏,让玩家获得一个或多个免费游戏场次,使最后赔付给玩家的赔付结果有机会获得提升的效果。在另一例子中,当出现一个奖励场次符号时,控制单元14可例如但不限于给予玩家奖励场次符号的免费奖励场次,使最后赔付给玩家的赔付结果有机会获得提升的效果。在另一例子中,当出现一个点数符号时,控制单元14可例如但不限于将点数符号的数值与出现在游戏结果中符合赢分条件的符号组合所对应赔付结果相加,使最后赔付给玩家的赔付结果有机会获得提升的效果。在另一例子中,当出现一个抽奖符号时,控制单元14可例如但不限于执行抽奖程序,或额外进行一次,判断是否满足奖项触发条件,即上述关于随机产生奖项的程序,使最后赔付给玩家的赔付结果有机会获得提升的效果。然而,本发明并不限于上述所列举的实施范例。
通过上述列举随机决定是否给予玩家奖项的范例,使得游戏机10不仅可以通过将游戏内容关联于奖项151,使玩家在操作此游戏机10时能获得更多的娱乐感,也可以通过提供玩家不同的选项来实现自由选择的机制以及提高玩家对游戏内容的参与度和操控感,更是可以通过游戏机10随机给予玩家奖项的机制,让玩家对于奖项151有更多的期待感,甚至能获得更高的抽中奖项151的机率,进而达到维持玩家继续投注的诱因的目的。如此一来,游戏机10的使用率及产出率可大幅提升。不仅如此,通过随机产生游戏结果及随机给予玩家奖 项,还可提升游戏机10的公平性,以符合国际标准认证(例如国际博弈研究室(Gaming Laboratories International,GLI)的认证)的需求,提升游戏机10的价值。
以下将试列举不同的示范例来说明本发明如何实现玩家自由选择的机制,然而本发明并不以此为限。
在一范例中,多个投注选项111包含一必选投注选项1111与一个或多个任选投注选项1112。如图1、6、7所示,输入接口11提供多个任选投注选项1112供玩家进行操作投注。必选投注选项1111与这些任选投注选项1112分别对应于押分选项“18、+10、+10、+20与+30”。更详细而言,图6、图7所示的实施例中,必选投注选项1111可对应于押分选项“18”,而多个任选投注选项1112可对应于押分选项“+10”、押分选项“+10”、押分选项“+20”与押分选项“+30”。输入接口11会依据玩家选择的必选投注选项1111与任选投注选项1112各自的投注值而产生对应的一必选投注信号与多个任选投注信号,进而形成提供给控制单元14的投注信号。此外,多个投注选项111可还包含多个投注倍数“1X、2X、3X、5X、10X”(也就是另一种必选投注选项),使必选投注选项1111和(或)这些任选投注选项1112可进一步搭配其中一个投注倍数,使投注值获得加乘效果。
在另一范例中,必选投注选项1111及多个任选投注选项1112可还对应多个奖项151。更详细而言,可让奖励单元15的多个奖项151其中一个为一基础奖项,基础奖项对应必选投注选项1111,这些奖项151的其余者则分别对应多个任选投注选项1112。而于必选投注信号产生时,控制单元14通知奖励单元15启用基础奖项。也就是说,只要玩家有投注必选投注选项1111,即有可能让基础奖项作为奖励奖项。
在实际实施上,如图6与图7所示的实施例,必选投注选项1111为押分选项“18”,多个任选投注选项1112包含押分选项“+10”、押分选项“+10”、押分选项“+20”与押分选项“+30”。必选投注选项1111的押分选项“18”对应基础奖项,即Mini奖,而多个任选投注选项1112的押分选项“+10”、押分选项“+10”、押分选项“+20”与押分选项“+30”分别对应的奖项151为Minor奖、Major奖、Maxi奖与Grand奖。且投注选项111上还具有1X、2X、3X、 5X、10X等投注倍数可供选择,可直接乘以所选择的倍数来增加必选投注选项1111的投注值。如图6所示,玩家为投注必选投注选项1111并选择倍数“1X”(以粗框表示),因而其总押注点数(即押注值)为18(18*1)。
又请再参阅图7所示,于图7所示的图例中,玩家除了投注必选投注选项1111并选择投注倍数“1X”之外,玩家还投注两个任选投注选项1112(图7中以粗框表示),即押分选项“+10”与押分选项“+30”,其总押注点数为58(也就是(18+10+30)*1),在这个状况下,必选投注选项1111的押分选项“18”所对应的奖项151,即“Mini”奖会被启用;而且,任选投注选项1112的押分选项“+10”与押分选项“+30”对应的奖项151,即“Major”奖与“Grand”奖也会被启用。
实际上,如图2与图3所示,在输入接口11为结合于显示单元13上的情况下,玩家可利用点选屏幕的方式切换选取投注或关闭投注。本实施例或其他实施例的输入接口11可例如包含一第一输入接口11A与一第二输入接口11B。而多个投注选项111包含一第一必选投注选项、至少一个第一任选投注选项、一第二必选投注选项与至少一个第二任选投注选项。玩家可通过点选结合于显示单元13的第一输入接口11A,投注第一必选投注选项与至少一个第一任选投注选项。游戏机10的一操作平台101上设置有另一显示单元,使得玩家也可通过点选结合于显示单元的第二输入接口11B,投注第二必选投注选项与至少一个第二任选投注选项。于其他实施态样中,输入接口11可仅结合于显示单元13。或仅以小型触控屏幕的方式设置于操作平台101上。或另以按键的方式设置于操作平台101上。或是前述各种实施样态的任意组合。如图2所示为:输入接口11结合于显示单元13同时另以小型触控屏幕的方式设置于操作平台101上。此外,输入接口11也可结合于显示单元13,同时另以按键的方式设置于操作平台101上。
在另一范例中,请再参阅图8与图9所示,其为没有基础奖项的实施方式,其中多个奖项151仅与多个投注选项111中的多个任选投注选项1112一对一对应,而必选投注选项1111则不对应到任何奖项151。多个任选投注选项1112包含3个押分选项“+10”与2个押分选项“+20”,并分别对应的奖项151为Mini奖、Minor奖、Major奖、Maxi奖与Grand奖。如图8所示,玩家若仅投 注必选投注选项1111,由于其没有对应多个奖项151,因此不会启用任何奖项151。又如图9所示,若玩家除了投注必选投注选项1111之外,还投注三个任选投注选项1112(图9中以粗框表示),其总投注额为58,即押分选项“+10”、押分选项“+10”与押分选项“+20”,可以启用对应的三个奖项151(Mini奖、Major奖与Grand奖),让启用的奖项151(Mini奖、Major奖与Grand奖)呈现可能被触发而赢得的状态。
需说明的是,前述附图及说明是针对一个必选投注选项1111与多个任选投注选项1112。于其他实施态样中,也可仅有单一个必选投注选项与单一个任选投注选项,且单一个任选投注选项对应于单一个奖项。实施细节可参考上述相关实施态样的说明,于此便不再赘述。
在另一范例中,请再参阅图10所示,其为本发明应用于“投注路数(WAY)”的画面示意图。多个滚轮122包含第一路滚轮122A、第二路滚轮122B与第三路滚轮122C,并分别对应奖项151(JP1、JP2与JP3)。其中,必选投注选项1111(押分选项“8”)对应奖项151(JP1)与第一路滚轮122A,任选投注选项1112(押分选项“+10”)对应奖项151(JP2)与第二路滚轮122B,任选投注选项1112(押分选项“+20”)对应奖项151(JP3)与第三路滚轮122C。第二路滚轮122B的上方可以直接设置奖项151(JP2),并第二路滚轮122B可以连同奖项151(JP2)加上特殊的视觉效果,如附图为以整体的黑框表示。同理第一路滚轮122A与第三路滚轮122C,也可比照办理。于其他实施态样中,也可在玩家所选的任选投注选项1112对应到的滚轮122,用不同底色、增加动画等方式突出显示。
玩家若欲取得奖项151(JP2)与奖项151(JP3),则必须投注任选投注选项1112(投注+10)与任选投注选项1112(投注+20)。因而当奖项151(JP2)与奖项151(JP3)累计到相当可观的数值时,即可吸引玩家进行投注而增加投注额,以满足增加营业额的需求。然而,本发明并不限于上述关于滚轮数量、奖项数量、投注选项数量、滚轮与奖项的显示位置关系、滚轮与奖项的对应关系、投注选项与奖项的对应关系和加强视觉效果的方式的列举范例,本领域具有通常知识者可在不脱离本发明精神的情况下参考本说明书所记载内容而组合出更多或较佳的实施态样。
在另一范例中,如图1、10所示,不同的投注选项111可对应不同数量或类型的至少一特殊符号16。也就是玩家可以通过选择投注不同的投注选项111,而让多个滚轮122中可以呈现不同数量或类型的至少一特殊符号16,进而对应调整赔付结果。在此范例或其他范例中,当玩家选择投注数值较大的投注选项111时,才会启用具有较高价值(较高赔付值或具较高的调整效果)或更多的特殊符号16。关于特殊符号16的出现机率、出现种类与效果,并无一定的规矩。可以依据习惯、业者需求、当地玩家的喜好、法规规定等,自由调整。以下所述,仅为其中一种实施方式,但并不以此为限。
在另一范例中,如图11所示,其为本发明应用于“线数(LINE)”的画面示意图。画面中具有LINE 1、LINE 5、LINE 10、LINE 15、LINE 20,其中LINE 1为必选投注选项1111,LINE 5、LINE 10、LINE 15、LINE 20为任选投注选项1112并分别对应奖项151(JP1、JP2、JP3与JP4)。玩家若仅投注必选投注选项1111,由于其没有对应奖项151,故不会启用任何的奖项151。若玩家想要启用奖项151(JP3),则玩家必须投注任选投注选项1112(LINE 15),即可启用奖项151(JP3)。当玩家投注多个任选投注选项1112时,各个被投注的任选投注选项1112,会分别进行计算和触发判断,因此玩家在投注多个任选投注选项1112的情况下,可能同时赢得其中几个奖项151。然而,本发明不限于上述关于投注选项与奖项的对应关系的范例。
请再参阅图1与图12所示,多个奖项151关联于多个投注选项111的另一实施方式,也可让游戏结果对应投注信号,详细作法为投注不同的投注选项111对应多个滚轮122中不同数量的滚轮122或不同的滚轮122。所谓启用多个滚轮122中不同数量的滚轮122可例如但不限于是,若启用数量为n个,则由多个滚轮122中,指定或随机选取n个滚轮122加以启用。而所谓启用多个滚轮122中不同的滚轮122可例如但不限于是指定或随机选择多个滚轮122中的一个滚轮122加以启用。
当启用越多的滚轮122时,游戏结果可例如基于滚轮122的启用数量改变而改变。或者,当滚轮122的启用数量增加时,控制单元14有更多次的机会或更高的机率决定是否让多个奖项151作为奖励奖项,因而多个投注选项111即 关联于奖项的抽中机率。
而实际做法如图12所示,投注选项111可以分为押分选项“8、18、38、68与88”(或称第一必选投注选项)与投注倍数“1X、2X、3X、6X、10X”(或称第二必选投注选项)。当玩家投注押分选项“8”并选择投注倍数“1X”时,启用1组滚轮122(以粗框表示)。请参阅图13所示,当玩家投注押分选项“18”并选择投注倍数“1X”时,启用2组滚轮122(以粗框表示)。同理,玩家可以选择押分选项“38”、“68”与“88”而对应启用3组滚轮122、4组滚轮122与5组滚轮122。在实务上,例如,但不限于,当启用一组滚轮122时,玩家可选择5组滚轮122中的任一个。当启用两组滚轮122时,玩家可选择5组滚轮122中的任两个。依此类推,玩家可自由选择要启用哪一个滚轮122。
在另一范例中,游戏机10不仅具备启用滚轮的机制,滚轮游戏同样可以还包含至少一特殊符号16。特殊符号16的种类及出现方式可参考上述的实施态样,特殊符号16的种类、数量与投注选项的对应关系也可参考上述的实施态样。而特殊符号16的出现规则可关联于投注选项。具体来说,特殊符号16可能只会出现于已经启用的滚轮122上,或者只有出现在已启用的滚轮122上的特殊符号16才会列入是否抽中奖励或是否调整赔付结果的考虑因素之一,因此可增加玩家投注的诱因。
在一范例中,假设特殊符号16是一带有数值的抽奖符号,且对应不同投注信号的不同滚轮122上出现的数值可以不同。如图13,特殊符号16带有数值“18”。而如图14,特殊符号16带有数值“8”。在另一范例中,控制单元14可以例如但不限于还依据数值的大小而据以改变是否产生奖励奖项151的机率,通常来说,当玩家取得数值越大的特殊符号16时,数值越大,代表有更大机率产生奖励奖项151。在另一范例中,同样是带有数值的抽奖符号,特殊符号16可例如但不限于因应不同的投注信号而有不同的数值大小或数量,有机会提升赔付结果和中奖机率。例如但不限于,投注信号的投注值越高,抽奖符号带有的数值会越高,或者带有数值的抽奖符号的数量会越多。或者例如但不限于,带有数值的抽奖符号的数值是从一待选数值组合中随机挑选其中一个待选数值而来,当投注信号的投注值越高,可从待选数值组合中随机挑选的待选数 值的数量越多,或者可从待选数值组合中随机挑选的待选数值越大。如果投注信号是对应投注押分选项“8”及投注倍数“1X”时,即投注值为8,此时可从待选数值组合中随机挑选的待选数值可能只有“8”。如果投注信号是对应投注押分选项“38”及投注倍数“1X”时,即投注值为38,此时可从待选数值组合中随机挑选的待选数值可能增加为“8”、“18”和“38”。或者,只有在投注值需要高于一默认门槛值,特殊符号16才会因应不同的投注信号而有不同的数值大小或数量。然而,本发明并不限于上述所列举的范例,本领域具有通常知识者可在不偏离本发明精神的情况下将上述范例组合或延伸出更多或更佳的实施态样。
请参阅图15与图16所示,滚轮游戏还可以包含一个或多个加码符号17与一个或多个加码滚轮18,控制单元14还判断游戏结果中一个或多个加码滚轮18是否出现一个或多个加码符号17的至少其中一个加码符号17;以及依据出现于至少其中一个加码滚轮18上的至少其中一个加码符号17调整赔付结果。
如图15,加码滚轮18为与滚轮122重叠显示。举例来说,于图中,平常状态下是看不到加码滚轮18,只有在加码滚轮18滚动时,在视觉上可观察到多层重叠滚轮转动的效果,最后滚轮停止转动时才会让加码滚轮18覆盖或叠加于滚轮122。当一个或多个加码滚轮18呈现加码符号17时,为直接覆盖相同位置的游戏符号123或者位于该游戏符号123的周围。倘若加码符号17可以直接提供一加乘数值,而赔付结果则依据加乘数值直接调整。如图15所示,加乘数值为150%。
而如图16,为呈现另一种实施方式,于本实施方式中,多个加码滚轮18为一对一的对应设置于多个滚轮122的邻近处,如多个滚轮122的上方处。如此,可以清楚显示完整的游戏符号123与加乘数值(150%)。
又为了吸引玩家投注不同的投注选项111,不同的投注选项111为对应不同数量或不同的加码滚轮18或对应不同数量或类型的加码符号17,以通过不同加码滚轮18上会出现不同数量或类型的加码符号17设计,让玩家倾向对全部的投注选项111进行投注,借以增加投注值。再进一步来说,只有启用的加码滚轮18上才有机会出现加码符号17,或者在没有启用的加码滚轮18上一样 可以出现加码符号17,但唯有出现在启用的加码滚轮18上的加码符号17才会列入调整赔付结果的考虑因素之一。然而,本发明不以此上述范例为限。
此外,本发明的滚轮游戏还包含更多游戏符号123,也就是除了多个滚轮122显示的游戏符号123之外,还包含其他种类的游戏符号123。不同的游戏符号123分别具有数值不同的赔付值或不同的游戏效果。而不同的投注选项111分别关联多个游戏符号123中的至少一个。即不同的投注选项111会启用不同的游戏符号123。控制单元14还依据投注信号而启用或升级关联的至少一个游戏符号123。甚至,启用或升级的至少一个游戏符号123可例如但不限于仅出现于投注信号对应的至少一滚轮122。更详细而言,投注押分选项较小时,可启用较低赔付值的游戏符号123。而投注押分选项较大时,可启用相对较高赔付值的游戏符号123。举例来说,当不同游戏符号123的赔付值,由低而高排序如下:9、10、J、Q、K、A、菠萝、西瓜等。实施样态例如,但不限于下列所述:玩家于投注押分选项“8”时,会启用9、10、J、Q、K、A、菠萝、西瓜等。投注押分选项“18”时,仅启用10、J、Q、K、A、菠萝、西瓜等。投注押分选项“38”时,仅启用J、Q、K、A、菠萝、西瓜等。投注押分选项“68”时,仅启用K、A、菠萝、西瓜等。投注押分选项“88”时,仅启用菠萝、西瓜等。或者,选择押分选项“8”时某一个游戏符号123的赔付值为P,而选择押分选项“18”时同一个游戏符号的赔付值则变成P+,其中P+大于P,这就是所谓“升级”。
请再参阅图17所示,为本发明一实施方式的游戏系统功能方块图。游戏系统20包含一游戏结果产生单元21、一投注单元22、一奖励单元23以及一控制单元24。其中奖励单元23具有一个或多个奖项231。控制单元24连接游戏结果产生单元21、投注单元22与奖励单元23,控制单元24还连接至一玩家的一电子设备25。其中电子设备25包含一显示屏幕251和一输入接口252。控制单元24执行一滚轮游戏的多个指令而控制游戏系统20进行下列步骤:经由投注单元22于输入接口252提供多个投注选项;经由控制单元24接收输入接口252产生的一投注信号;经由游戏结果产生单元21随机产生一游戏结果并产生对应游戏结果的一游戏画面;传送游戏画面至显示屏幕251来显示;以及控制单元 24随机决定是否经由奖励单元23提供一给玩家的奖励奖项,使赔付给玩家的一赔付结果的至少一部份关联于奖励奖项、游戏结果和投注信号。在本实施例或其他实施例中,关于游戏系统20的内部元件的细节、运作及各种实施态样可参考游戏机10的相关实施态样,于此不再赘述。
类似本实施例的架构中,游戏系统20也可有线或无线连结多个电子设备25,以供多个玩家一起游玩而多人联机的游戏。电子设备25包含个人计算机、平板电脑、手机等任何可用于远程联机的电子设备。
请再参阅图18所示,本发明也可提供一游戏系统30,游戏系统30包含至少一个如前所述的游戏机10以及一控制器31。控制器31连接至少一个游戏机10,以管理至少一个游戏机10提供的信息。控制器31可对至少一游戏机10进行管理,形成中央系统管理的架构,例如会员管理系统、游戏场管理系统、奖项服务器或其他需要信息管理的应用等。
请再参阅图19所示,为另一游戏机40的功能方块图。游戏机40包含一点数单元41、一游戏结果产生单元42、一操作接口43、一彩金池单元44、一显示单元45、一赔付单元46与一控制单元47。其中点数单元41、游戏结果产生单元42、操作接口43、显示单元45、赔付单元46与控制单元47可以集合设置于游戏机40。
在此种架构下,可为多人联机彩金游戏或单机彩金游戏。多人联机彩金游戏由多个机台共同累积彩金值,而彩金池单元44则是独立于与游戏机40联机的彩金服务器400中。也就是如图19的实施例所示,彩金服务器400可供其他的游戏机台联机。
请再参阅图20所示。而若为单机彩金游戏则是仅由单一游戏机台累积彩金值。则彩金服务器400可以直接设置于游戏机40中,一实施例为设置于游戏机40的上方。
于本实施例中,操作接口43为本发明输入接口具体实施的其中一种方式,操作接口43供玩家进行操作对一必选投注选项431与一个或多个任选投注选项432进行投注。操作接口43并依据必选投注选项431与一个或多个任选投注选项432的投注额而产生对应的一必选投注信号与一个或多个任选投注信号,而 于图19中,为仅绘制一个任选投注选项432表示之。
于本实施例中,控制单元47还连接有点数单元41。点数单元41可例如但不限于为读取一实体对象(例如票券)与一帐户数据的任一者,依据实体对象或帐户数据内存的一点数而产生一点数信号。票券为纸本、票卡、磁卡、NFC、RFID或其他可以记载数据的媒体,甚或可由手机扫描条形码登入。而帐户数据可同时记载于前述票券或网络服务器的内存中。
控制单元47收到点数单元41产生的点数信号后,启用操作接口43供玩家进行操作,操作接口43依据玩家的操作,产生必选投注信号与任选投注信号,并修改点数信号以扣除用于投注的部分。
另点数单元41产生点数信号并传送至控制单元47后,控制单元47可以通知显示单元45显示对应点数信号的点数值,即显示投注值余额,实时拥有的点数。并依据必选投注信号与任选投注信号,于游戏画面上显示玩家的投注状况。
又彩金池单元44具有一数据库441。彩金池单元44为本发明奖励单元的具体实施的其中一种方式。数据库441储存多个彩金值,如Mini奖、Minor奖、Major奖、Maxi奖与Grand奖等。彩金值均自一起始值开始累积。
控制单元47通知彩金池单元44取得必选投注信号与任选投注信号的投注额后,让彩金池单元44提拨必选投注信号与任选投注信号的投注额的一定额比例作为一提拨值。通知彩金池单元44让数据库441累计提拨值而增加彩金值的数值。且数据库441为将提拨值以一分配比例增加已经启用的彩金值;或者,数据库441也可为将提拨值以一分配比例增加已经启用的彩金值与未被投注对应启用的彩金值。须说明的是,各个彩金值所接收到的分配比例可相同也可不同。当未被投注对应启用的彩金值仍会以提拨值的分配比例增加,而使未被启用的彩金值仍然可以被累积时。可促使正在玩的玩家改变心意,额外选取原先未选取的任选投注选项432,进行投注。或是吸引其他未游玩此游戏的玩家投注。
控制单元47取得必选投注信号与任选投注信号后,通知彩金池单元44启用对应的彩金值。该控制单元47通知该显示单元45显示已经启用的彩金值。
游戏结果产生单元42、彩金池单元44、显示单元45与控制单元47的实施 态样及运作细节可对应参考游戏机10中的游戏结果产生单元12、奖励单元15、显示单元13与控制单元14的相关说明,于此不再赘述。
而赔付单元46主要用以估算要赔付给玩家的赔付结果,且可独立于或结合至控制单元47。赔付单元46为依据游戏结果、必选投注信号、任选投注信号与被触发的彩金值,修改点数信号以增加赔付结果,而对玩家进行赔付。例如,当游戏结果产生单元42产生游戏结果后,倘若玩家在游戏结果中可赢得一基础点数,并且也触发至少一彩金值,则两者可同时分别、同时合并或一前一后呈现并赔付给玩家。
此滚轮游戏的滚轮排列的矩阵常见的一实施例为4×5矩阵,但并不以此为限,也可为3×3矩阵、4×5矩阵或是以三角形或菱形等其他形状排列的多个滚轮。
控制单元47于满足彩金触发条件时,控制单元47通知显示单元45显示被触发的彩金值,并通知彩金池单元44的数据库441重置被触发的彩金值至一预设的起始值。当取得前述实施例的特殊符号16越多时,彩金触发条件越容易满足。并且,当玩家选择投注越多个任选投注选项,则针对所对应的彩金值,皆有机会触发,进而提升中奖机会。而关于玩家可以拿到的彩金值的数值,其有多种方式,如下举出两种决定机制:1.彩金池单元44每间隔一固定时间就广播彩金值的数值给控制单元47,当彩金触发条件满足触发时,就取最近一次收到广播的彩金值派发给玩家。2.当彩金触发条件满足触发时,控制单元47向彩金池单元44要求取得目前全部彩金值或是被触发的彩金值的数值。触发彩金的其他方式可参考上述关于游戏机10的实施例中的做法。
在本实施例的架构下,也可让游戏结果产生单元42、彩金池单元44与控制单元47集合设置于一机台服务器,而点数单元41、操作接口43、显示单元45与赔付单元46则设置于子机上,子机可以具有多个,其利用机台服务器以中央系统管理的方式,可供多个玩家于分别于子机上游玩,可节省设置成本。
另,请参阅图21与图22所示,在本实施例的架构下,也可提供一游戏系统,并允许玩家的一电子设备410联机,以供玩家使用电子设备410进行滚轮游戏。电子设备410可为计算机、平板电脑、手机等任何可用于上网的电子设 备。电子设备410具有一显示屏幕4101与一操作单元4102。游戏系统形成于一服务器420内,服务器420具有通信单元4201。通信单元4201供服务器420与家用电子设备410作信号连接而互传通信数据。
游戏系统包含一点数单元41A、一游戏结果产生单元42A、一操作接口43A、一彩金池单元44A、一赔付单元46A与一控制单元47A。控制单元47A连接通信单元4201、点数单元41A、游戏结果产生单元42A、操作接口43A、彩金池单元44A与赔付单元46A。本实施例的运作模式大体相同或类似于前述实施例。电子设备410的操作单元4102可例如但不限于为结合于显示屏幕4101而构成触控屏幕,使玩家通过触控屏幕即可进行游戏操作。
首先,当玩家登入服务器420时,点数单元41A将取得关于玩家的点数信号(关于投注余额)并提交至控制单元47A,取得方式可参考上述实施例中关于点数单元41的说明。收到点数信号后,控制单元47A通知操作接口43A产生操作接口信号,并传递至电子设备410,让电子设备410的显示屏幕4101显示多个投注选项。借此,玩家可利用电子设备410的操作单元4102对多个投注选项进行投注。
接着,操作单元4102依据对这些投注选项的选择而产生对应的投注信号并回传至操作接口43A。操作接口43A依据回传的投注信号,修改点数信号以扣除用于投注的部分(即扣除投注值)。另一面,玩家也可通过操作接口43A启动游戏,此时操作接口43A会产生对应的启动信号并回传至控制单元47A。当控制单元47A取得投注信号与启动信号后,通知游戏结果产生单元42A产生游戏结果,并且随机决定是否要给予玩家至少一个彩金。若决定要给玩家一个彩金,则控制单元47A通知彩金池单元44A从数据库441给予玩家彩金。
最后,控制单元47A通知赔付单元46A,让赔付单元46A依据游戏结果、投注信号与是否给予彩金,产生赔付结果,以修改点数信号,而对玩家进行赔付。
其余相关细节可参考上述的实施例,于此不再赘述。
在本发明中,奖项的类别不限于上述所列举的类型,奖项的类别也可以是其他形式或类型的奖项,例如奖励游戏等。各个实施态样也可在不脱离本发明 精神的情况下进行组合或替换。
综上所述,本发明特点在于:
1.让一个或多个奖项分别对应多个投注选项。玩家可依自己偏好、下注习惯或是观察后认为最有可能拿到的奖项,选择对应的任选投注选项进行投注。让玩家没有被占便宜的感觉,而有效增加玩家额外投注的意愿。
2.让多个滚轮中不同数量的滚轮或不同的滚轮分别对应多个投注选项,让玩家可以选择要启用的滚轮,满足玩家自由选择的需求。
3.显示单元会显示已经启用的一个或多个奖项、一个或多个滚轮,可增加玩家进行投注的意愿。
4.通过特殊符号的设置,增加游戏的娱乐性、不确定性与刺激感。
5.适用于单机的游戏机,包含单机彩金与多人联机彩金。同时也适用于ONLINE的型式,玩家可使用家用电子设备进行,满足远距游玩的需求。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种游戏机,其特征在于,包含:
    一输入接口;
    一游戏结果产生单元;
    一显示单元;以及
    一控制单元,该控制单元连接该输入接口、该游戏结果产生单元与该显示单元,该控制单元选择性地还连接至一奖励单元,该奖励单元具有一个或多个奖项,该控制单元执行一滚轮游戏的多个指令而控制该游戏机进行下列步骤:
    经由该输入接口提供多个投注选项;
    经由该控制单元侦测由该输入接口产生的一投注信号,其中该投注信号关联于一玩家对该多个投注选项所做的选择,每一个该投注选项分别关联不同程度的一投注值;
    经由该游戏结果产生单元产生一游戏结果,并产生对应该游戏结果的一游戏画面,该游戏画面包含多个滚轮以及多个游戏符号,该多个游戏符号于该多个滚轮上呈矩阵排列;
    经由该显示单元呈现该游戏画面;以及
    当该控制单元连接该奖励单元时,该控制单元决定是否经由该奖励单元提供该一个或多个奖项中至少其中一个奖项作为一给该玩家的奖励奖项,使赔付给该玩家的一赔付结果的至少一部份关联于该奖励奖项、该游戏结果和该投注信号,其中该一个或多个奖项关联于该多个投注选项。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的游戏机,其特征在于,当该奖励单元具有该多个奖项时,投注不同的该投注选项使该多个奖项中不同的奖项或不同数量的奖项被启用,使被启用的该至少一个奖项中的至少其中一个奖项被提供作为该奖励奖项。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的游戏机,其特征在于,该游戏结果对应该投注信号。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的游戏机,其特征在于,投注不同的该投注选项对应该多个滚轮中不同数量的滚轮或不同的滚轮。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中的任一所述的游戏机,其特征在于,该滚轮游戏还 包含一个或多个特殊符号,该控制单元进一步控制该游戏机进行:
    判断该游戏结果中该多个滚轮中是否出现该一个或多个特殊符号;以及
    当该多个滚轮中出现该一个或多个特殊符号时,依据出现于该多个滚轮上的该一个或多个特殊符号调整该赔付结果。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的游戏机,其特征在于,当该多个滚轮中出现该一个或多个特殊符号时,该控制单元还进行判断是否经由该奖励单元提供该奖励奖项。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的游戏机,其特征在于,该多个滚轮的其中一个滚轮的至少一位置上呈现该特殊符号及该游戏符号。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的游戏机,其特征在于,当该滚轮游戏包含该多个特殊符号时,不同的该投注选项对应不同数量或类型的该至少一特殊符号。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的游戏机,其特征在于,该滚轮游戏还包含至少一特殊符号,该控制单元还进行:
    判断于该游戏结果中对应该投注信号的该至少一个滚轮上是否出现该至少一特殊符号;以及
    依据出现于对应该投注信号的该至少一滚轮上的该特殊符号调整该赔付结果。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的游戏机,其特征在于,该至少一滚轮上的一位置上呈现该特殊符号及该游戏符号。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的游戏机,其特征在于,不同的该投注选项对应不同数量或类型的该特殊符号。
  12. 根据权利要求1-4中的任一所述的游戏机,其特征在于,该滚轮游戏还包含一个或多个加码符号与一个或多个加码滚轮,该控制单元还进行:
    判断该游戏结果中该一个或多个加码滚轮是否出现该一个或多个加码符号的至少其中一个加码符号;以及
    依据出现于该至少其中一个加码滚轮上的该至少其中一个加码符号调整该赔付结果。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的游戏机,其特征在于,不同的该投注选项对应不同数量或不同的该加码滚轮或对应不同数量或类型的该加码符号。
  14. 根据权利要求4所述的游戏机,其特征在于,该滚轮游戏还包含更多 游戏符号,不同的该投注选项分别关联该些游戏符号中的至少一个,该控制单元还依据该投注信号而启用或升级关联的该至少一个游戏符号,启用或升级的该至少一个游戏符号仅出现于该投注信号对应的该至少一滚轮。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的游戏机,其特征在于,该多个投注选项包含一必选投注选项与至少一任选投注选项。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的游戏机,其特征在于,该多个投注选项包含一第一必选投注选项、一第二必选投注选项。
  17. 一种游戏系统,其特征在于,包含:
    一游戏结果产生单元;
    一投注单元;
    一奖励单元,该奖励单元具有一个或多个奖项;以及
    一控制单元,该控制单元连接该游戏结果产生单元、该投注单元与该奖励单元,该控制单元还连接至一玩家的一电子设备,其中该电子设备包含一显示屏幕和一输入接口,该控制单元执行一滚轮游戏的多个指令而控制该游戏系统进行下列步骤::
    经由该投注单元于该输入接口提供多个投注选项,每一个该投注选项分别关联不同程度的一投注值及该一个或多个奖项;
    经由该控制单元接收该输入接口产生的一投注信号,该投注信号关联于该玩家从该多个投注选项中所做的选择;
    经由该游戏结果产生单元随机产生一游戏结果并产生对应该游戏结果的一游戏画面,该游戏画面包含多个滚轮及多个游戏符号,该多个游戏符号于该多个滚轮上呈数组排列;
    传送该游戏画面至该显示屏幕来显示;以及
    该控制单元决定是否经由该奖励单元随机提供该一个或多个奖项中至少其中一个奖项作为一给该玩家的奖励奖项,使赔付给该玩家的一赔付结果的至少一部份关联于该奖励奖项、该游戏结果和该投注信号。
  18. 一种游戏系统,其特征在于,包含:
    至少一个根据权利要求1所述的游戏机;以及
    一控制器,该控制器连接该至少一个游戏机,以管理该至少一个游戏机提供的信息。
  19. 一种电子设备的运作方法,该电子设备供一玩家进行一滚轮游戏,其特征在于,该运作方法包含:
    经由一输入接口提供多个投注选项,不同的该投注选项分别关联不同程度的一投注值,该电子设备包含一控制单元、该输入接口、一游戏结果产生单元与一显示单元;
    经由该控制单元侦测该输入接口是否产生一投注信号,该投注信号关联于该玩家由该多个投注选项中所做的选择;
    经由该游戏结果产生单元产生一游戏结果并产生对应该游戏结果的一游戏画面,该游戏画面具有多个滚轮与多个游戏符号,该多个游戏符号于该多个滚轮上呈数组排列;
    经由该显示单元呈现该游戏画面;以及
    当该控制单元连接一奖励单元时,决定是否经由该奖励单元提供一个或多个奖项中至少其中一个奖项作为一给该玩家的奖励奖项,使赔付给该玩家的一赔付结果的至少一部份关联于该奖励奖项、该游戏结果和该投注信号,其中该一个或多个奖项关联于该多个投注选项。
