本实用新型涉及厨房环保设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于厨房的环保设备。
背景技术
目前,大多数家庭厨房用水都是未经过处理直接由下水道进行排放,厨房中的污水主要由剩饭剩菜的残渣和废弃的食用油组成,直接由下水道排放到河流中,不仅不环保,污染外界环境,而且很有可能造成排水管道堵塞,给人们的生活带来很多麻烦。现有的多数厨房环保设备,多数只能清理厨房污水中的杂质,不能使废弃的食物油与水分离,排出的水达不到排放标准,不符合现代环保意识。
为解决上述问题,本申请中提出一种用于厨房的环保设备。

(二)技术方案
本实用新型提供了一种用于厨房的环保设备,包括推油板、分流板、拉把、过滤箱、箱体、推拉杆和支撑板;
箱体设有进水口,箱体下端设有出水口、出油口和条形开口;条形开口位于出水口与出油口之间;
过滤箱设置在箱体的内部,且位于进水口的正下方;过滤箱底部及周面上均设有过滤孔;
支撑板设置在箱体内,且支撑板位于过滤箱的下方;支撑板上均匀设置多个出水孔,支撑板的上端面延其长度方向设置两个滑槽;推油板底部设有与滑槽匹配的滑块;推油板、支撑板和箱体的内壁之间形成用于放置吸油棉的空间;推拉杆的一端密封穿入箱体内并与推油板连接,推拉杆的另一端设有把手;
分流板滑动设置在箱体的底面,初始状态下,分流板密封出油口;拉把的一端穿过条形开口并连接分流板。

本实用新型中,将箱体的进水口与厨房的洗涤池出水口连接,厨房用水经过过滤箱,多数食物残渣经过过滤孔过滤,留在过滤箱中;带有油渍的废水由 过滤孔流到支撑板上的吸油棉上,用拉把将分流板推至出油口的一侧,此时出油口关闭,出水口打开,废水经过出水口排出,废水中的油留在吸油棉上;当吸油棉吸收充分的废水中的油后,用拉把将分流板推至出油口的一侧,此时出水口关闭,出油口打开,拉动推拉杆,推油板在推拉杆的拉动下,底部的滑块在支撑板的滑槽内运动,使吸油棉向出油口的一侧挤压,食用油从出油口排出,实现水油分离,再次将分流板推向出水口一侧,吸油棉重复吸油。

过滤箱10设置在箱体11的内部,且位于进水口13的正下方;过滤箱10底部及周面上均设有过滤孔12;
支撑板22设置在箱体11内,且支撑板22位于过滤箱10的下方;支撑板22上均匀设置多个出水孔17,支撑板22的上端面延其长度方向设置两个滑槽16;推油板4底部设有与滑槽16匹配的滑块18;推油板4、支撑板22和箱体11的内壁之间形成用于放置吸油棉20的空间;推拉杆19的一端密封穿入箱体11内并与推油板4连接,推拉杆19的另一端设有把手7;
分流板5滑动设置在箱体11的底面,初始状态下,分流板5密封出油口3;拉把6的一端穿过条形开口14并连接分流板5。
本实用新型中,将箱体11的进水口13与厨房的洗涤池出水口连接,厨房用水经过过滤箱10,多数食物残渣经过过滤孔12过滤,留在过滤箱10中;带有油渍的废水由过滤孔12流到支撑板22上的吸油棉19上,用拉把6将分流板5推至出油口3的一侧,此时出油口关闭,出水口2打开,废水经过出水口2排出,废水中的油留在吸油棉20上;当吸油棉20吸收充分的废水中的油后,用拉把6将分流板5推至出油口3的一侧,此时出水口2关闭,出油口3打开,拉动推拉杆19,推油板4在推拉杆19的拉动下,底部的滑块18在支撑板22的滑槽22内运动,使吸油棉20向出油口3的一侧挤压,食用油从出油口3排出,实现水油分离;再次将分流板4推向出水口2一侧,吸油棉20重复吸油。
在一个可选的实施例中,包括多个支撑座9;多个支撑座9设置在箱体11的内壁上,过滤箱10卡接多个支撑座9。
在一个可选的实施例中,包括提手21;提手21设置在过滤箱10上。
需要说明的是,当过滤箱10中的食物残渣积攒较多时,通过提手21将过滤箱10取出,对食物残渣进行处理,清洗后的过滤箱10放回箱体11内。
在一个可选的实施例中,拉把6上设有防滑纹;防滑纹增大手与拉把6的摩擦力,方便操作。

需要说明的是,设备使用过程中,减震上支架26在减震下支架25第一开口内滑动,减震弹簧27起到缓冲作用,保证箱体1受到的冲击力不会太大,增加设备的使用寿命;万向轮24方便对箱体11进行转移。
