目前,即使是超薄的液晶电视机在壁挂后与墙壁的间隙仍然较大,从而使得液晶电视机的超薄效果大打折扣。此外,液晶电视机的背面也容易积灰,清理起来十分不便。
发明内容
根据本公开实施例,提供了一种显示装置,包括:
边框,包括边框本体以及从所述边框本体内壁延伸出的第一凸起;以及
平面背壳,固定于所述边框本体的内侧以及所述第一凸起远离所述出光面的一侧。

如图1所示,为相关技术一种液晶电视机的侧视图。从图中可以看出,液晶电视机01的背部具有一凸出部分011。该凸出部分011导致液晶电视机01在壁挂后与墙 壁的间隙较大,不但影响安装效果,而且易导致液晶电视机01背面积灰。
为解决上述技术问题,本公开实施例提供了一种尤其适用于壁挂安装的显示装置。
在本公开中,对于在使用状态屏幕与水平面垂直或几乎垂直的显示装置,定义其显示图像的一面为出光面,定义其(或其部件)更加靠近地面的一侧为“地侧”,更加远离地面的一侧为“天侧”,位于观看者左手边的一侧为“左侧”,位于观看者右手边的一侧为“左侧”。
如图2a和图3所示,本公开一个实施例的显示装置,包括:边框1和平面背壳2,其中,边框1包括边框本体101以及从边框本体101内壁延伸出的第一凸起102;平面背壳2固定于边框本体101的内侧以及第一凸起102远离出光面3的一侧。
其中,边框1可以采用金属边框,如铝型材边框。平面背壳2可以采用钢化玻璃背板或者不锈钢背板。如图2a所示,在一个实施例中,边框1包括天侧边部1a、地侧支撑架部1b、左侧边部1c和右侧边部1d,并且,天侧边部1a与左侧边部1c和右侧边部1d可拆卸连接,例如通过螺钉连接,地侧支撑架部1b与左侧边部1c和右侧边部1d可拆卸连接,例如通过螺钉连接。如此设计,便于金属边框的制作,且能够降低制作成本。
请继续参照图2a和图3所示,为实现基本的显示功能,除边框1和平面背壳2外,显示装置还包括了灯组15、反射片16、扩散板401、光学膜片402、液晶面板5以及前框17等部件。如图3所示,平面背壳2与边框1远离出光面3的一侧固定连接,前框17与边框1靠近出光面3的一侧固定连接,平面背壳2、边框1和前框17形成一容纳腔,对容纳于其内的灯组15、反射片16、扩散板401、光学膜片402和液晶面板5等起到支撑和空间定位的作用。
如图3所示,在平面背壳2、边框1和前框17形成的容纳腔中,灯组15、反射片16、扩散板401、光学膜片402、液晶面板5沿远离平面背壳2的方向依次放置,其中,光学膜片402可以为一张或叠置的多张。灯组15可以采用LED(Light Emitting Diode,发光二极管)灯组,如包括多个LED芯片151的LED灯条或LED灯板。反射片16在与LED芯片151相对的位置具有孔161。灯组15与反射片16组装后,LED芯片151穿过反射片16上开设的孔161,其发出的光线直接射向扩散板401。扩散板401对光线有光学扩散、均匀化的作用。经过扩散板401的光线再通过光学膜片402的增亮和雾化,可以达到更高的亮度和均一度,从而为液晶面板5提供更高质量的背光。
本公开实施例的显示装置,可以壁挂安装,也可以通过底座直接放置在台面上。由于背壳为平面形状并且嵌入在边框内侧,使得显示装置的外观更加纤薄。如图8所示,当采用壁挂安装方式时,显示装置100可以几乎与墙壁贴合,显示装置的背面也不易积灰,安装效果较佳。
在本公开实施例中,平面背壳与边框的固定方式不限。例如,平面背壳可以通过沉头螺钉与边框远离出光面的一侧固定连接。在图3所示的实施例中,第一凸起102呈板状,平面背壳2与第一凸起102远离出光面3的表面粘接。这样,可以减少在平面背壳2上的螺钉孔数量,从而使得显示装置的背面较为美观。
如图3和图4所示,在本公开的该实施例中,边框1还包括从边框本体101内壁延伸出的第二凸起103,第二凸起103包括第一台阶部1031和第二台阶部1032,第一台阶部1031比第二台阶部1032更加靠近边框本体101,且第一台阶部1031平行于出光面3的阶面比第二台阶部1032平行于出光面3的阶面更加靠近出光面3;显示装置的光学结构层4位于第二台阶部1032靠近出光面3的一侧且位于第一台阶部1031的内侧,显示装置的液晶面板5位于第一台阶部1031靠近出光面3的一侧且位于边框本体101的内侧。其中,光学结构层4包括沿远离平面背壳2的方向依次设置的扩散板401和至少一张光学膜片402,光学膜片402例如为棱镜片或扩散片。
液晶面板5通过第一台阶部1031、边框本体101和前框17在空间中定位。在组装液晶面板5之前,还需要对光学结构层4进行空间定位。请结合图4、图5和图6所示,第一台阶部1031靠近出光面3的一侧具有第一卡接插槽1033,第二台阶部1032靠近出光面3的一侧具有第二卡接插槽1034;显示装置还包括定位弹片6,定位弹片6包括第一卡接板部601、第二卡接板部602和连接板部603,第一卡接板部601与第一卡接插槽1033卡接,第二卡接板部602与第二卡接插槽1034卡接,且第二卡接板部602具有平行于出光面3延伸的条形插孔604;扩散板401和光学膜层402的边缘具有凸耳4011,凸耳4011插装于条形插孔604内。
在本公开实施例中,每个定位弹片6与一个第一卡接插槽1033和一个第二卡接插槽1034卡接。如图6所示,扩散板401在边缘设计有四个凸耳4011,左右各两个而且呈不对称分布,这样可以防止组装时放反。光学膜层402的结构与扩散板401类似,并且其凸耳分布位置与扩散板401相一致。如图4所示,扩散板401和光学膜层402的位于同一位置的凸耳插装于一个定位弹片6的条形插孔内。如图3和图4所示,由于扩散板401和光学膜层402左右凸耳的不对称设计,左侧第一台阶部1031和第 二台阶部1031的截面不会看到第一卡接插槽1033和一个第二卡接插槽1034,而右侧第一台阶部1031和第二台阶部1031的截面可以看到第一卡接插槽1033和一个第二卡接插槽1034。
如图5所示,第一卡接板部601和第二卡接板部602相背离的一侧分别具有凸起的卡钩605,第一卡接插槽1033和第二卡接插槽1034内分别对应设置有卡钩槽,通过卡钩605和卡沟槽的配合实现定位弹片在边框上的安装。
在组装扩散板401之前,首先将定位弹片6与边框1组装,然后将扩散板401的凸耳4011插装于定位弹片6的条形插孔604内,将扩散板401置于第二台阶部1032的平行于出光面3的阶面上。之后,采用类似的方式组装光学膜片402。光学结构层4(即扩散板401和各个光学膜片402)组装完毕后,通过第一台阶部1031、第二台阶部1032和定位弹片6在空间中定位。
定位弹片6可以为金属定位弹片或塑料定位弹片。定位弹片6的数量和具体设置位置不限,可以根据显示装置的规格尺寸进行相应设计。例如,在一个实施例中,定位弹片为4个,其中2个定位弹片设置在边框的左侧边部,另外2个定位弹片设置在边框的右侧边部。
如图5所示,第一台阶部1031平行于出光面3的阶面具有用于容纳连接板部603的沉槽1021,沉槽1021的深度不小于连接板部603的厚度。这样,连接板部603不会凸出于第一台阶部1031的平行于出光面3的阶面,可以减少对液晶面板5造成的损伤。
如图2a和图2b所示,在本公开的一实施例中,边框1的地侧支撑架部1b在靠近出光面的一侧固定有逻辑电路板7(T-CON板)和源电路板8(SOURCE板)。其中,源电路板8与液晶面板5通过柔性电路板连接,并在组装后折向反射片16的背侧。在本公开实施例中,逻辑电路板7和源电路板8在垂直于出光面3的方向上至少部分重叠。这样,可以减少逻辑电路板7和源电路板8在地侧支撑架部1b上的占用面积,优化地侧支撑架部1b上电子元件的布局设计。
此外,地侧支撑架部1b在靠近出光面的一侧还固定有喇叭9和转接出线板10。喇叭9与逻辑电路板7、源电路板8和转接出线板10等电路板在垂直于出光面的方向上不重叠。喇叭9的数量可以为多个,可以相对显示装置的纵向中心轴线对称设置,从而提升出声效果。
在一个实施例中,地侧支撑架部1b的左右两端还固定有一对底座安装支架11。 该一对底座安装支架11具有开口朝向地侧的安装插口。该一对底座安装支架11隐藏于显示装置内部,不会影响到显示装置的壁挂安装效果。当显示装置不需要壁挂安装,而是希望通过底座直接放置在台面上时,将相匹配的的底座(图中未示出)插入一对底座安装支架11的安装插口即可。显示设备的使用者可以根据实际情况灵活选择显示装置的安装方式。
如图7所示,在本公开的一个实施例中,显示装置100还包括外接主机12,该外接主机12集成有主板121、至少一个操作按键122和至少一个接口123。通过将主板121、操作按键122和接口123置于一外接主机12中,可以简化显示装置主体的结构设计,使其厚度更小,外观更加纤薄。外接主机12可以通过线缆与显示装置主体有线连接,或者通过蓝牙等无线方式与显示装置主体无线连接。外接主机12可以放置在台面上,并且可以在一定范围内灵活移动,从而提高了使用的便利性。
如图8、图9和图10所示,在本公开的一个实施例中,显示装置100用于壁挂安装,显示装置还包括:用于与墙壁固定连接的壁挂板13,壁挂板13具有多个挂孔131;以及,固定于平面背壳远离出光面的一侧的多个挂接件14,多个挂接件14能够挂装于壁挂板13的对应位置的多个挂孔131中。
如图9和图10所示,挂接件14可以采用螺栓,挂孔131包括相联合的第一部分131a和第二部分131b,第一部分131a的孔径大于螺栓的螺帽141的直径,第二部分131b比第一部分131a更加靠近显示装置的地侧,第二部分131b的孔径大于螺栓的螺杆142的直径且小于螺栓的螺帽141的直径。
显示装置壁挂安装时,首先将壁挂板13通过膨胀螺栓固定于墙壁;然后,抬起显示装置,将显示装置背侧的各个用作挂接件14的螺栓插入挂孔131的第一部分131a;慢慢松手后,在重力作用下,螺栓落入挂孔131的第二部分131b,从而防止从挂孔131中脱出。该安装方式不但简便,而且可靠、安全。当需要将显示装置从墙壁上拆下时,将显示装置抬起,使螺栓进入挂孔131的第一部分131a,取出显示装置即可。
在本公开上述各实施例中,显示装置的具体类型不限,例如可以为电视机或画屏等。显示装置可以壁挂安装或者通过底座直接放置在台面上,当采用壁挂安装方式时,显示装置可以几乎与墙壁贴合,背面也不易积灰,安装效果较佳。
至此,已经详细描述了本公开的各实施例。为了避免遮蔽本公开的构思,没有描述本领域所公知的一些细节。本领域技术人员根据上面的描述,完全可以明白如何实 施这里公开的技术方案。
虽然已经通过示例对本公开的一些特定实施例进行了详细说明,但是本领域的技术人员应该理解,以上示例仅是为了进行说明,而不是为了限制本公开的范围。本领域的技术人员应该理解,可在不脱离本公开的范围和精神的情况下,对以上实施例进行修改或者对部分技术特征进行等同替换。本公开的范围由所附权利要求来限定。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种显示装置,包括:
    边框,包括边框本体以及从所述边框本体内壁延伸出的第一凸起;以及
    平面背壳,固定于所述边框本体的内侧以及所述第一凸起远离所述出光面的一侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中:
    所述平面背壳与所述第一凸起远离所述出光面的表面粘接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中:
    所述边框还包括从所述边框本体内壁延伸出的第二凸起,所述第二凸起包括第一台阶部和第二台阶部,所述第一台阶部比所述第二台阶部更加靠近所述边框本体,且所述第一台阶部平行于所述出光面的阶面比所述第二台阶部平行于所述出光面的阶面更加靠近所述出光面;
    所述显示装置还包括:位于所述第二台阶部靠近所述出光面的一侧且位于所述第一台阶部内侧的光学结构层,以及,位于所述第一台阶部靠近所述出光面的一侧且位于所述边框本体内侧的的液晶面板。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的显示装置,其中:
    所述第一台阶部靠近所述出光面的一侧具有第一卡接插槽,所述第二台阶部靠近所述出光面的一侧具有第二卡接插槽;
    所述显示装置还包括定位弹片,所述定位弹片包括第一卡接板部、第二卡接板部和连接板部,所述第一卡接板部与所述第一卡接插槽卡接,所述第二卡接板部与所述第二卡接插槽卡接,且所述第二卡接板部具有平行于所述出光面延伸的条形插孔;
    所述光学结构层的边缘具有凸耳,所述凸耳插装于所述条形插孔内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的显示装置,其中:
    所述第一台阶部平行于所述出光面的阶面具有用于容纳所述连接板部的沉槽,所述沉槽的深度不小于所述连接板部的厚度。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中:
    所述边框包括天侧边部、地侧支撑架部、左侧边部和右侧边部,所述天侧边部与所述左侧边部和所述右侧边部分别可拆卸连接,所述地侧支撑架部与所述左侧边部和所述右侧边部分别可拆卸连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的显示装置,还包括:
    固定于所述地侧支撑架部靠近所述出光面的一侧的逻辑电路板和源电路板,所述逻辑电路板和所述源电路板在垂直于所述出光面的方向上至少部分重叠。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的显示装置,还包括:
    分别固定于所述地侧支撑架部左右两端的一对底座安装支架,所述一对底座安装支架具有开口朝向地侧的安装插口。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中:
    所述边框为金属边框,所述平面背壳为钢化玻璃背板。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,还包括:
    用于与墙壁固定连接的壁挂板,所述壁挂板具有多个挂孔;以及
    固定于所述平面背壳远离所述出光面的一侧的多个挂接件,所述多个挂接件能够挂装于所述壁挂板的对应位置的多个所述挂孔中。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的显示装置,其中:
    所述挂接件为螺栓;
    所述挂孔包括相联合的第一部分和第二部分,所述第一部分的孔径大于所述螺栓的螺帽直径,所述第二部分比所述第一部分更加靠近所述显示装置的地侧,所述第二部分的孔径大于所述螺栓的螺杆直径且小于所述螺栓的螺帽直径。
  12. 根据权利要求1-11任一项所述的显示装置,其中,所述显示装置包括电视机或画屏。
