综上所述,为解决现有的面板灯在结构上的不足,本发明设计了一种设计合理、无需螺钉装配效果好的直下式面板灯。

为此,本发明设计了一种直下式面板灯,省去了导光板这个材料,改用透镜将光线打散,达到出光均匀的效果,也避免了传统侧方光面板灯的质量缺陷。
如图9所示,LED灯条11上设置有若干LED灯珠,LED灯珠上设置有透镜,该透镜用于将LED灯珠发出的光线打散并穿过扩散面板;具体为设置有7个平行等间距的LED灯条11,每个LED灯条11上设置有8个LED灯珠,LED灯珠上设置有透镜,透镜在工作的时候,将LED灯珠发出的光线打散并穿过扩散面板2,省去了导光板,使得直下式面板灯在使用过程中不会发黄变质,而且透镜将光线打散,使得出光均匀,照射效率高。
如图5所示,顶框3,通过四个边框31首尾相接构成,压条4和顶框3通过压槽311和卡槽44相互的配合,进行装配,具体的为倒钩凸起二43与倒钩凸起一313相互卡合,使得卡槽44卡入压槽311内,对比现有技术的拼接结构,本发明的压槽311和卡槽44的卡合方式组装简单,效率高。
如图10所示,在装配后,由于压条4的底边41一端向卡槽44方向倾斜,底边41的倾斜端与底盒1的压边12接触且压住压边12,由于卡槽44与压槽311的配合,实现了底盒1的固定。在工作过程中,由于底边41向卡槽方向倾斜有两个作用:1、实现了底盒1的固定,2、自由端倾斜的底边41使得在工作过程中,光线照射避免漏光,使用效果好。其中,在装配后,由于压边312的内侧设置有与压槽平行的抵条314,抵条314与扩散板2接触,而且压边312的自由端向压槽方向倾斜,进一步的使得固定效果好,而且能够避免光线照射时漏光,利于光线的发散。
作为进一步的改进,所述压条4上还设置有安装槽45,所述安装槽45上可拆卸的设置有锁紧机构5。锁紧机构5作为安全勾使用使得本直下式面板灯安装时,安全性提升。
作为进一步的改进,所述锁紧机构5包括底座52和卡勾51,所述卡勾51为L型,所述卡勾51与底座52相连且卡勾向远离底座的方向倾斜,所述底座与所述卡勾的夹角为a,满足数量关系:130°≤a≤150°。所述底座52的两端分别设置有卡臂一521和卡臂二522,所述卡臂一521向远离卡勾51的方向设置且垂直于底座52,所述卡臂一521的一端与底座52固定,所述卡臂一521的另一端设置有贴边5211,所述贴边5211与卡臂一521连接且平行于底座52。所述卡臂二522向远离卡勾51的方向设置且垂直于底座52,所述卡臂二522的一端与底座52固定,所述卡臂二522的另一端向外延伸为抵接面5221,所述抵接面5221的一端向下延伸且向底座52的内侧倾斜。
如图7和8所示,在具体安装的时,锁紧机构5通过卡臂一521和卡臂二522实现锁紧机构5与压条4的固定,压条4上设置有安装槽45,首先将卡臂一521放入安装槽45内,再将卡臂二522压入安装槽45内,由于所述卡臂二522的另一端向外延伸为抵接面5221,所述抵接面5221的一端向下延伸且向底座52的内侧倾斜。抵接面5221与压条4接触,抵接面5221的自由端与压边312接触,锁紧机构5与直下式面板灯之间的固定无需使用螺丝,装配简单。
作为进一步的改进,所述卡臂二522和所述卡臂一521的长度相等。
作为进一步的改进,所述压条4上可拆卸的设置有电源盒6。电源盒6的端部结 构与锁紧机构5的结构类似,装配简单,易于拆卸。更具体的,为了防止在电源盒在使用过程中产生开裂或者松动,电源盒6的两侧对称设有固定端61,固定端61上设有固定孔,在装配时,通过螺丝实现电源盒4和底盒1的固定,如此设置使用过程中不会开裂或者松动。
作为进一步的改进,所述压边12和底盒1之间设置有弧形槽13。弧形槽13的弧形面能够与扩散面板2接触,此时底边41与底盒1的压边12接触。上述结构能够使得光线照射时,避免漏光而且装配结构之间连接紧密,确保了安装的质量,使用效果好。
本直下式面板灯结构设计合理,通过底盒1内侧面嵌设灯条11,同时安装扩散板2便于光线均匀发散,提升照射效果;卡槽与压槽的设置使得倒钩凸起二43与倒钩凸起一313相互卡合,保证了扩散板2与顶框3、压条4之间连接紧密,确保整体安装质量,使用效果好。本直下式面板灯的装配结构无需使用螺栓,对比现有技术的装配结构,装配效率提升,免去了打螺丝的工序,锁紧机构5直接可以卡入安装槽内,达到快速装配,连接稳固。
本文中所描述的仅为本发明的优选实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此。本发明所属领域的技术人员对所描述的具体实施例进行的修改或补充或采用类似的方式替换,均应涵盖于本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种直下式面板灯,其特征在于,包括:
    底盒(1),呈矩形设置,所述底盒(1)的侧边向外延伸形成压边(12),所述底盒(1)的底部内侧面设置有若干平行设置的LED灯条(11),所述LED灯条(11)上设置有若干LED灯珠,所述LED灯珠上设置有透镜,该透镜用于将LED灯珠发出的光线打散并穿过扩散面板;
    顶框(3),通过四个边框(31)首尾相接构成,所述边框包括压槽(311)和压边(312),所述压槽(311)的内壁对称设置有倒勾凸起一(313),所述压槽设置于压边上,所述压边(312)的自由端向压槽方向倾斜,所述压边(312)的内侧设置有与压槽平行的抵条(314);
    压条(4),包括底边(41)、侧边(42)和倒勾凸起二(43),所述侧边互相平行设置且垂直设置于底边构成卡槽(44),该卡槽(44)与压槽对应,所述倒勾凸起二设置于侧边的自由端外壁上,所述倒勾凸起二(43)与倒勾凸起一卡合,压条(4)与顶框(3)进行固定,所述底边的一端向卡槽方向倾斜;
    扩散面板(2),固设在所述底盒(1)远离LED灯条的一侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种直下式面板灯,其特征在于,所述压条(4)上还设置有安装槽(45),所述安装槽(45)上可拆卸的设置有锁紧机构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种直下式面板灯,其特征在于,所述锁紧机构(5)包括底座(52)和卡勾(51),所述卡勾(51)为L型,所述卡勾(51)与底座(52)相连且卡勾向远离底座的方向倾斜,所述底座与所述卡勾的夹角为a,满足数量关系:130°≤a≤150°。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种直下式面板灯,其特征在于,所述底座(52)的两端分别设置有卡臂一(521)和卡臂二(522),所述 卡臂一(521)向远离卡勾(51)的方向设置且垂直于底座(52),所述卡臂一(521)的一端与底座(52)固定,所述卡臂一(521)的另一端设置有贴边(5211),所述贴边(5211与卡臂一(521)连接且平行于底座(52)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种直下式面板灯,其特征在于,所述卡臂二522)向远离卡勾(51)的方向设置且垂直于底座(52),所述卡臂二(522)的一端与底座(52)固定,所述卡臂二(522)的另一端向外延伸为抵接面(5221),所述抵接面(5221)的一端向下延伸且向底座(52)的内侧倾斜。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种直下式面板灯,其特征在于,所述卡臂二(522)和所述卡臂一(521)的长度相等。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的一种直下式面板灯,其特征在于,所述压条(4)上可拆卸的设置有电源盒(6)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种直下式面板灯,其特征在于,所述压边(12)和底盒(1)之间设置有弧形槽(13)。
