La présente invention concerne un fond de teint vibrant ayant une structure modulaire et, plus spécifiquement, un fond de teint vibrant ayant une structure modulaire, qui configure, sous la forme de modules indépendants les uns des autres, un module de houppette pour appliquer un produit cosmétique sur la peau, un module de distribution de vibration pour distribuer, au module de houppette, une vibration pour augmenter un tapotement et un effet d'application, et un module de cartouche de fond de teint pour fournir une formulation de fond de teint au module de houppette, et qui configure le fond de teint vibrant au moyen d'une structure de couplage des modules indépendants, et qui, ainsi, a une facilité d'utilisation et de maintenance efficacement améliorée pour un dispositif de fond de teint vibrant, puisqu'un module particulier peut être remplacé de manière sélective et facile dans diverses situations problématiques, telles que lorsqu'une houppette est endommagée pendant l'utilisation du fond de teint vibrant, le contenu de fond de teint est épuisé, ou un tube de transport est obstrué.
