Abstract

技术领域
本申请涉及移动通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种通信方法及装置。
背景技术
家庭接入(home access)等中继通信是未来通信的重要方向,因为较大比重的移动无线宽带(mobile broadband,MMB)通信和物联网(Internet of things,IoT)通信是发送在家庭或办公场景等中继通信场景中的。目前的新无线(new radio,NR)移动通信技术允许终端设备通过部署于家庭或办公等场景的接入设备,接入到移动通信基站,从而实现中继通信。
然而目前的中继通信不支持双连接方案,无法通过双连接方案提高中继通信中的通信可靠性和吞吐量。
发明内容
本申请提供一种通信方法及装置,用以在中继通信中引入双连接方案,以提高中继通信中的通信可靠性和吞吐量。
第一方面,本申请提供一种通信方法。该方法可由手机等终端装置或终端装置中的芯片执行。根据该方法,终端设备建立其与第一接入设备之间的第一通道,所述第一接入设备与第二接入设备连接(或者换句话说,第一接入设备与第二接入设备之间建立有信令和数据连接),所述第一通道承载于第一无线接口,所述第一无线接口的制式为第一制式。所述终端设备可接收所述第一接入设备在第二制式的标识。所述终端设备可根据第一接入设备在第二制式的标识,建立和所述第一接入设备之间的第二通道,所述第二通道承载于第二无线接口,所述第二无线接口的制式为第二制式,所述第一制式与所述第二制式不同。应理解,本申请中,通道可以是指数据连接,例如,通道可以是数据无线承载(data radio bearer,DRB)。
采用以上方法,可建立双连接架构,该双连接架构中,终端设备通过第一通道以及第二通道这两种网络制式不同的通道连接至第一接入设备,形成双连接架构,因此可提高第二接入设备与终端设备之间的通信可靠性以及吞吐量。
在一种可能的示例中,所述终端设备可接收所述第一接入设备广播的所述第一接入设备在所述第二制式的标识。
在另一种可能的示例中,所述终端设备可基于所述第一通道以及所述第一接入设备与所述第二接入设备之间的连接接收来自于第二接入设备的第一RRC消息,所述第一RRC 消息包括所述第一接入设备在所述第二制式的标识。
所述终端设备还可基于所述第一通道以及所述第一接入设备与所述第二接入设备之间的连接接收来自于所述第二接入设备的第二RRC消息,所述第二RRC消息中包含所述第二接入设备为所述终端设备分配的第一标识。以及,所述终端设备基于所述第二通道以及所述第一接入设备与所述第二接入设备之间的连接向所述第二接入设备发送第三RRC消息,所述第三RRC消息包含所述第一标识。从而第二接入设备可在接收终端设备通过第二通道以及第一接入设备发送的第一标识后,确定该终端设备与通过第一通道以及第一接入设备接入的终端设备是同一个终端设备。
所述终端设备还可接收第四RRC消息,所述第四RRC消息由所述第二接入设备发送,所述第四RRC消息包括所述第一通道的标识以及所述第二通道的标识。第四RRC消息所包括的第一通道的标识以及所述第二通道的标识可用于表示第一通道与第二通道之间的对应关系,从而终端设备可确定第一通道与第二通道之间的对应关系,后续终端设备可针对第一通道以及第二道采用相同的服务质量(quality of service,QoS)参数进行发送,以节省QoS参数的配置过程。
所述终端设备还可通过第一通道以及所述第一接入设备与所述第二接入设备之间的连接向所述第二接入设备发送所述第一制式的信息。以及,所述终端设备可通过第一通道以及所述第一接入设备与所述第二接入设备之间的连接向所述第二接入设备发送所述第二制式的信息。从而第二接入设备可根据终端设分别发送的第一制式的信息以及第二制式的信息,确定终端设备通过两条制式不同的通道连接至第一接入设备。
此外,所述终端设备可通过第一通道向所述第一接入设备发送RRC请求消息,所述RRC请求消息用于请求建立终端设备与所述第二接入设备之间建立的端到端的无线资源控制(radio resource control,RRC)连接。
第二方面,本申请提供一种通信方法,该通信方法可由第一接入设备实施。第一接入设备可用于提供中继连接,第一接入设备可包括家庭接入点(home access point,HAP)或其他中继设备,或包括中继设备中的芯片。
根据该方法,第一接入设备可发送第一接入设备在第二制式的标识,所述第一接入设备与第二接入设备连接。所述第一接入设备可建立与终端设备之间的第一通道,所述第一通道承载于第一无线接口,所述第一无线接口的制式为第一制式。所述第一接入设备可建立与所述终端设备之间的第二通道,所述第二通道是根据所述第一接入设备在所述第二制式的标识建立的,所述第二通道承载于第二无线接口,所述第二无线接口的制式为所述第二制式,所述第一制式与所述第二制式不同。

具体实施方式
为了使本申请的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本申请作进一步地详细描述。方法实施例中的具体操作方法也可以应用于装置实施例或系统实施例中。
本申请实施例提供的通信方法可应用于无线通信系统,该无线通信系统可以包括终端设备101、第一接入设备102以及第二接入设备103。
以上所示终端设备101可以是用户设备(user equipment,UE)、终端(terminal)、接入终端、终端单元、终端站、移动台(mobile station,MS)、远方站、远程终端、移动终端(mobile terminal)、无线通信设备或终端代理等。该终端设备101可具备无线收发功能,其能够与一个或多个通信系统的一个或多个网络设备进行通信(如无线通信),并接受网络设备提供的网络服务,这里的网络设备包括但不限于第一接入设备102以及第二接入设备103。
其中,终端设备101可以是蜂窝电话、无绳电话、会话启动协议(session initiation protocol,SIP)电话、无线本地环路(wireless local loop,WLL)站、个人数字处理(personal digital assistant,PDA)设备、具有无线通信功能的手持设备、计算设备或连接到无线调制解调器的其它处理设备、车载设备、可穿戴设备、未来5G网络中的终端装置或者未来演进的PLMN网络中的终端装置等。
另外,终端设备101可以部署在陆地上,包括室内或室外、手持或车载;终端设备101 也可以部署在水面上(如轮船等);终端设备101还可以部署在空中(例如飞机、气球和卫星上等)。所述终端设备101具体可以是手机(mobile phone)、平板电脑(pad)、带无线收发功能的电脑、虚拟现实(virtual reality,VR)终端、增强现实(augmented reality,AR)终端、工业控制(industrial control)中的无线终端、无人驾驶(self driving)中的无线终端、远程医疗(remote medical)中的无线终端、智能电网(smart grid)中的无线终端、运输安全(transportation safety)中的无线终端、智慧城市(smart city)中的无线终端、智慧家庭(smart home)中的无线终端等。终端设备101也可以是具有通信模块的通信芯片,也可以是具有通信功能的车辆,或者车载设备(如车载通信装置,车载通信芯片)等。
以上第一接入设备102可将终端设备101中继至第二接入设备103。示例性的,第一接入设备102可以是中继站点(或称中继设备),如家庭接入站点(home access point,HAP)。该第一接入设备102还可以是5G中的下一代基站(g nodeB,gNB)、长期演进(long term evolution,LTE)系统中的演进型节点B(evolved node B,eNB)、无线网络控制器(radio network controller,RNC)、无线云网络(cloudradio access network,C-RAN,或CRAN)系统下的无线控制器、基站控制器(base station controller,BSC)、家庭基站(例如,home evolved nodeB,或home node B,HNB)、基带单元(baseBand unit,BBU)、传输点(transmitting and receiving point,TRP)、发射点(transmitting point,TP)、无线接入点(radio access point,RAP)或移动交换中心等。第一接入设备102还可包括未来6G或更新的移动通信系统中的基站。第一接入设备102可以是可穿戴设备或车载设备。第一接入设备102也可以是具有通信模块的通信芯片。
在实施中,第一接入设备102可支持一种或多种网络制式(RAT),一种或多种网络制式例如,通过NR通用用户和网络的空口(universal user to network interface,Uu空口)进行的通信(以下简称为NR Uu制式)、NR侧链路(sidelink,SL)进行的通信(以下简称为NR SL制式)、无线保真技术(wifi)(以下简称为wifi制式)、通过LTE Uu空口进行的通信(以下简称为LTE Uu制式)或者通过LTE SL进行的通信(以下简称为LTE SL制式)等。
第二接入设备103为移动通信网络的一个接入站点,可用于提供移动通信网络的接入。其中,该移动通信网络可以是4G移动网络、5G移动网络或未来更新的移动网络。第二接入设备103可以是接入网设备(或称接入网站点)。其中,接入网设备是指有提供网络接入功能的设备,如无线接入网(radio access network,RAN)基站等等。第二接入设备103具体可包括基站,或包括基站以及用于控制基站的无线资源管理设备等,其中基站可以是5G网络中的基站、未来演进的PLMN网络中的基站或者NR基站等。该第二接入设备103还可包括中继站(中继设备)、传输点、发射点或者无线接入点等等。第二接入设备103可以是可穿戴设备或车载设备。第二接入设备103也可以是具有通信模块的通信芯片。
示例性的,终端设备101、第一接入设备102以及第二接入设备103构成双连接结构,以提高终端设备101的通信可靠性和吞吐量。
在一种具体的示例中,本申请实施例提供的无线通信系统可包括图1所示架构。如图1所示,终端设备101可通过第一接入设备102接入第二接入设备103,第一接入设备102可接入第二接入设备103(或者换句话说,第一接入设备可与第二接入设备之间建立有信令和数据连接),第二接入设备103接入移动接入网络。其中,该中通道路包括至少两条网络制式(或称制式)不同的通道,因此形成双连接架构。在本申请中,通道是指数据连 接,例如,通道可以是数据无线承载(data radio bearer,DRB)。
下面,结合流程图介绍本申请实施例提供的通信方法,所述通信方法可用于形成如图1所示的双连接架构。该双连接架构中,终端设备101通过第一通道以及第二通道这两种网络制式不同的通道连接至第一接入设备102,并通过第一接入设备102建立终端设备101与第二接入设备103之间的无线资源控制(radio resource control,RRC),形成双连接架构,因此可提高终端设备101的通信可靠性以及吞吐量。
如图2所示,本申请实施例提供的一种通信方法可包括以下步骤:
S101:建立终端设备101与第一接入设备102之间的第一通道,所述第一接入设备102与第二接入设备103连接,所述第一通道承载于第一无线接口,所述第一无线接口的制式为第一制式,其中,第一接入设备102与第二接入设备103之间连接。
S102:终端设备101接收所述第一接入设备102在第二制式的标识,所述第一制式与所述第二制式不同。
示例性的,第一制式与第二制式可分别为NR SL制式、wifi制式或者LTE SL制式中的一种,且第一制式与第二制式为不同的网络制式。具体的,第一制式可以是wifi制式,第二制式可以是NR SL制式。
在S102的实施中,终端设备101可接收第一接入设备102发送的所述第一接入设备102在第二制式的标识。示例性的,第一接入设备102可在第一制式广播消息中包含第一接入设备102在第二制式的标识,或者第一接入设备102可向终端设备101直接发送第一接入设备102在第二制式的标识。具体的,以上第一接入设备102在第二制式的标识可以包含在第一接入设备102向终端设备101发送的消息或数据的介质访问控制(media access control,MAC)层协议头、无线链路层控制(radio link control,RLC)层协议头或物理(physical,PHY)层协议头中。
或者,终端设备101可接收第二接入设备103发送的所述第一接入设备102在第二制式的标识。例如,所述第一接入设备102在第二制式的标识可包含在第二接入设备103向终端设备101发送的RRC消息(以下可称为第一RRC消息)中。
S103:终端设备101根据所述第一接入设备102在第二制式的标识,建立和所述第一接入设备102之间的第二通道,所述第二通道承载于第二无线接口,所述第二无线接口的制式为第二制式。
具体地,以第二制式是wifi制式为例,终端设备101可以通过wifi方式收听到第一接入设备102广播的其在第二制式的标识。当终端设备101判断接收到的第一接入设备在wifi制式的标识和自己保存的所述第一接入设备102在wifi制式的标识一致时,所述终端设备101申请和第一接入设备102建立连接,即建立和所述第一接入设备102之间的第二通道。或者所述终端设备通过wifi方式主动发起询问,询问消息中包含所述第一接入设备102在第二制式的标识,当收到所述第一接入设备102的答复消息后,所述终端设备101可以请求和第一接入设备102建立连接。
在本申请的实施中,终端设备101可通过第一接入设备102向第二接入设备103发送RRC请求消息,以请求建立终端设备与第二接入设备之间的端到端的RRC连接。示例性的,可在S101之后,由终端设备101发送该RRC请求消息。
例如,上述RRC请求消息可以是RRC建立请求(RRC setup request),RRC恢复请求(RRC resume request)或者RRC重建立请求(RRC restablishment request)。具体的,RRC 请求消息可作为终端设备101与第一接入设备102之间第一制式的负载(payload)进行传输。如图3所示,终端设备101在发送RRC请求消息时,可在RRC请求消息外封装第一制式的协议规定的分组数据汇聚(packet data convergence protocol,PDCP)协议层、RLC、MAC协议层或者physical,PHY协议层中的部分或全部协议层。
其中,PDCP协议层为终端设备101和第二接入设备103之间端到端的协议层。另外,若RRC请求消息为终端设备101上行发送的首个RRC消息,例如RRC建立请求,其在公共控制信道(common control channel,CCCH)上传输,此时PDCP实体尚未建立,则可不封装PDCP协议层。对于后续终端设备101和第二接入设备103之间建立了RRC连接,则RRC请求消息传输时有对应的PDCP实体,则可封装PDCP协议层。例如信令资源承载(signalling radio bearer,SRB)1和SRB2分别有自己对应的PDCP实体。将终端设备封装后的RRC消息称为第一消息。其中PDCP协议层为终端设备和第二接入网设备端到端的协议层,即LTE Uu或NR Uu协议规定的PDCP协议层。而RLC协议层、MAC协议层以及PHY协议层为终端设备和第一接入设备端到端的协议层,即第一制式(例如LTE SL,NR SL或wifi)协议规定的RLC/MAC/PHY协议层。第一接入设备收到后,解析并去除所述第一制式对应的RLC/MAC/PHY协议层,将处理后的第一消息再封装上RLC协议层、MAC协议层以及PHY协议层,其中RLC/MAC/PHY协议层为第一接入设备和第二接入设备之间端到端的协议层,为LTE Uu或NR Uu协议规定的RLC/MAC/PHY协议层。将第一接入设备处理后的RRC请求消息通过LTE Uu或NR Uu发送给第二接入设备,第二接入设备接收后,首先解析并去除第一接入设备和第二接入设备之间的RLC、MAC以及PHY协议层,接着解析并去除终端设备和第二接入设备之间的所述PDCP协议层,最终获取到终端设备发送给第二接入设备的RRC请求消息。
以上RLC协议层、MAC协议层以及PHY协议层为终端设备101和第一接入设备102之间的第一制式端到端协议栈。当第一制式为SL制式的情况,RLC协议层、MAC协议层以及PHY协议层均可能存在。对于wifi制式的情况,终端设备101和第一接入设备102之间不存在RLC协议层,则可不封装RLC协议层。
具体来说,终端设备101在向第一接入设备102发送RRC请求消息时可指示负载为一个RRC消息,则第一接入设备102在解析出RRC请求消息后可将RRC请求消息作为负载放在第一接入设备102和第二接入设备103之间的空口进行传输。如图3所示,封装RRC请求消息的适配层(adaptation layer)协议层、PDCP协议层、RLC协议层、MAC协议层以及PHY协议层均为第一接入设备102和第二接入设备103之间端到端的协议栈。
在一种具体的示例中,第一接入设备102可向第二接入设备103指示该第一制式,以指示终端设备101通过第一制式接入第一接入设备102。示例性的,第一接入设备102可在RRC请求消息的适配层中增加第一制式的信息,第一制式的信息可用于指示终端设备101通过第一制式接入第一接入设备102。该第一制式的信息可包括终端设备101在第一制式下的标识和/或第一通道对应的第一无线接口的信息(如用于指示第一制式为wifi制式、SL制式或者LTE/NR SL制式的信息)。其中,终端设备101在第一制式下的标识,例如,终端设备101的SL通信的层2(layer-2,L2)标识(SL UE L2 ID)、终端设备101通过wifi网络通信的媒体访问控制(media access control,MAC)地址等,可用于表示终端设备101通过第一制式连接至第一接入设备102。
例如图3所示,在接收RRC请求消息后,第二接入设备103可通过第一接入设备102 向终端设备101返回其为终端设备101分配的第一标识,该第一标识可以是小区无线网络临时标识(cell radio network temporary identifier,C-RNTI)。该第一标识可承载于第二RRC消息,例如RRC建立(RRC setup)消息、RRC回复(RRC resume)消息或者RRC重建立(RRC restablishment)消息。当第一接入设备102在RRC请求消息的适配层或RLC或MAC或PHY层中封装了终端设备101在第一制式下的标识时,第二接入设备103可获得第一标识与终端设备101在第一制式下的标识的对应关系。以上第二RRC消息可用于表示终端设备101与第二接入设备103之间的RRC连接建立完成。
此外,在S104之后,终端设备101可通过第二通道向第一接入设备102发送第三RRC消息,第一接入设备102可在向第二接入设备103转发第三RRC消息时,在第三RRC消息的适配层封装终端设备101在第二制式下的标识和/或第二通道对应的第二无线接口的信息(或称第二制式的信息),以指示终端设备101通过第二制式连接至第一接入设备102。其中,第一无线接口的信息以及第二无线接口的信息用于确定第一无线接口的制式与第二无线接口的制式不同。终端设备发送的所述第三RRC消息中可以包含第二接入设备103分配的第一标识。从而第二接入设备103可确定终端设备101通过两种不同的制式连接至第一接入设备102,即可以确定终端设备101的第一标识、终端设备101在第一制式下的标识以及终端设备101在第二制式下的标识三者之间的映射关系。
在另一种具体的示例中,可由终端设备101向第二接入设备103指示该第一制式,以指示终端设备101通过第一制式接入第一接入设备102,另外,在S103之后,可由终端设备101向第二接入设备103指示第二制式,以表示终端设备101通过第二制式接入第二接入设备103。具体的,终端设备101可在发送RRC请求消息时,携带第一通道对应的第一无线接口的信息,以及,在发送第三RRC消息时,携带第二通道对应的第二无线接口的信息,第一接入设备102可分别将RRC请求消息和第三RRC消息发送至第二接入设备103,第二接入设备103分别接收第一无线接口的信息以及RRC请求消息以及接收第二无线接口的信息以及第三RRC消息,从而根据第一无线接口的信息以及第二无线接口的信息获知第一无线接口的制式与所述第二无线接口的制式不同。
在S102的一种示例中,终端设备101可接收来自于第二接入设备103的所述第一接入设备102在第二制式的标识。具体的,若第二制式为wifi制式,以上第一接入设备102在第二制式的标识可包括服务集标识(service set identifier,SSID)、基本服务集标识(basic service set identifier,BSSID)或者均匀扩展服务集标识(homogenous extended service set identifier,HESSID)中的任意一个或多个。其中,BSSID即wifi网络的MAC地址。若第二制式为SL制式,如NR SL或LTESL,第一接入设备102在第二制式的标识可包括第一接入设备102的层2(layer-2,L2)标识,如SL L2 ID;若第二制式为SL制式,第一接入设备102在第二制式的标识可包括站点标识(station ID)。
另外,第一接入设备102还可通过第一制式广播第一接入设备102支持通过第二制式进行通信的指示信息和/或第一接入设备102在第二制式工作的频率信息,以便终端设备101进行接入。具体的,若第二制式为wifi制式,第一接入设备102支持通过第二制式进行通信的指示信息可包括wifi支持(wifi-supported)信息;第一接入设备102在第二制式工作的频率信息例如第一接入设备102在第二制式工作的频点和/或信道信息。若第二制式为SL制式,第一接入设备102支持通过第二制式进行通信的指示信息可包括LTE SL支持(LTE-SL-supported)信息,NR SL支持(NR-SL-supported)信息或者SL支持(SL supported) 信息;第一接入设备102在第二制式工作的频率信息例如第一接入设备102在SL工作的频点、发送资源池或者接收资源池等信息中的至少一种信息。
应理解,当第一接入设备102在第二制式的标识来自于该第一接入设备102时,本申请并不限制以上S102的执行时序,该S102的执行也可以在S101之前。
如图4所示,若第一接入设备102在第二制式的标识来自于第一接入设备102,本申请实施例提供的一种通信方法可包括以下步骤:
S201:终端设备101在第一制式下建立与第一接入设备102之间的第一通道,所述第一通道承载于第一无线接口,所述第一无线接口的制式为第一制式。
S202:终端设备101通过第一通道向第一接入设备102发送RRC请求消息,RRC请求消息用于请求建立终端设备101与第二接入设备103之间的端到端的RRC连接。
相应地,第一接入设备102接收终端设备101通过第一通道发送的RRC请求消息。
S203:第一接入设备102向第二接入设备103发送RRC请求消息,并通知第二接入设备所述终端设备101在第一制式下的标识和/或第一通道对应的第一无线接口的信息。
S204:第二接入设备103接收RRC请求消息,同时获得终端设备101在第一制式下的标识和/或第一通道对应的第一无线接口的信息。
S205:第二接入设备103通过第一接入设备102,向终端设备101发送第二RRC消息,第二RRC消息中携带第二接入设备103为终端设备101分配的第一标识,如C-RNTI。
相应地,终端设备101接收第二RRC消息,获得第二接入设备103为终端设备101分配的第一标识。
S206:终端设备101接收第一接入设备102在第二制式的标识。示例性的,该第一接入设备102在第二制式的标识来自于第一接入设备102,例如,可以是第一接入设备102广播的。
应理解,S206的时序可以在S205之前,例如,在S201之前。
S207:终端设备101根据第一接入设备102在第二制式的标识,建立和所述第一接入设备102之间的第二通道,所述第二通道承载于第二无线接口,所述第二无线接口的制式为第二制式。
S208:终端设备101通过第二通道向第一接入设备102发送第三RRC消息,该第三RRC消息中携带第二接入设备103为终端设备101分配的第一标识。
相应地,第一接入设备102接收终端设备101通过第二通道发送的第三RRC消息。
S209:第一接入设备102向第二接入设备103发送所述第三RRC消息,并通知第二接入设备102终端设备101在第二制式下的标识和/或第二通道对应的第二无线接口的信息。
S210:第二接入设备103接收第三RRC消息,获得第二接入设备103为终端设备101分配的第一标识、终端设备101在第二制式下的标识和/或第二通道对应的第二无线接口的信息的对应关系,确定终端设备101通过第一通道以及第二通道连接至第一接入设备102。
在S102的另一种示例中,终端设备101可接收来自于第二接入设备103的所述第一接入设备102在第二制式的标识。所述第一接入设备102在第二制式的标识的设置方式可参见上述介绍。
示例性的,第一接入设备102可向第二接入设备103发送第一接入设备102支持的制式以及第一接入设备102在其支持的制式下的标识。例如,第一接入设备102支持第一制式以及第二制式,则第一接入设备102可发送第一接入设备102在第一制式的标识以及第 一接入设备102在第二制式的标识,所述第一接入设备在第一制式的标识和第一接入设备在第二制式的标识之间存在对应关系。例如,第一接入设备102为HAP,HAP向第二接入设备103上报的内容可以包括第一制式的信息(如用于指示wifi制式或LTE/NR SL制式的信息)和HAP在第一制式下的标识,以及第二制式信息和HAP在第二制式下的标识,例如:wifi,HAP wifi ID以及SL,HAP SL ID。此外,还可以将SL划分为LTE SL或NR SL,则HAP SL ID可替换为HAP LTE SL ID或HAP NR SL ID。或者HAP可向第二接入设备103上报HAP在第一制式的标识以及HAP在第二制式的标识,例如HAP上报的内容为HAP wifi ID以及HAP SL ID,其中,HAP wifi ID的标识名称表示其为wifi制式下的标识,HAP SL ID的标识名称表示其为SL制式下的标识。从而第二接入设备103直接从标识名称就可以识别HAP分别在不同制式下的标识。
另外,当第一接入设备102支持与终端设备101进行通信的网络制式的数量大于3个(如,NR SL、LTE SL、wifi或者未来更多的网络制式),第一接入设备102还可向第二接入设备103发送第一接入设备102在这3个或3个以上网络制式下分别的标识。具体方式可参照以上示例,在此不再进行具体展开。
该示例中,假设第一接入设备102首先作为终端设备接入第二接入设备103,第二接入设备103为第一接入设备102分配空口标识C-RNTI。接着第一接入设备102向第二接入设备103上报其在第二制式下的标识,例如上报第二制式以及其在第二制式下的标识,如LTE-SL-supported信息,HAPLTE SL ID等。除此之外,第一接入设备102还可以上报其在第一制式下的标识,例如上报第一制式以及其在第一制式下的标识,例如wifi–supported信息,HAP wifi ID等。从而第二接入设备103获取了第一接入设备102的C-RNTI和第一接入设备102在第二制式下的标识的对应关系,或者,第二接入设备103获取了第一接入设备102的C-RNTI、第一接入设备102在第一制式下的标识以及第一接入设备102在第二制式下的标识三者之间的对应关系。后续当第一接入设备102转发来自终端设备101的RRC请求消息时,第二接入设备103可识别第一接入设备的C-RNTI,例如第二接入设备103根据之前为第一接入设备102分配的时频资源识别对应的C-RNTI。从而第二接入设备103可根据所述C-RNTI以及第一接入设备102的C-RNTI和第一接入设备102在第二制式下的标识的对应关系(或者第一接入设备102的C-RNTI、第一接入设备102在第一制式下的标识以及第一接入设备102在第二制式下的标识三者之间的对应关系)确定第一接入设备102在第二制式下的标识。此后,第二接入设备103可向终端设备101发送第一接入设备102在第二制式的标识,该第一接入设备102在第二制式的标识可承载于第一RRC消息,例如第一RRC消息为RRC重配置消息。
另外在该示例中,第二接入设备103在向终端设备101发送第一接入设备102在第二制式的标识以外,还可配置并向终端设备101发送终端设备101在第二制式的标识,第二接入设备103保存终端设备101的第一标识以及终端设备101在第二制式的标识的对应关系,该对应关系可用于判断通过多个通道传输的不同RRC消息是否来自于同一个终端设备101。
比如,终端设备101此后可向第一接入设备102发送终端设备101在第二制式的标识,当终端设备101通过第二通道向第二接入设备103发送第三RRC消息时,第一接入设备102可在第三RRC消息的适配层中携带终端设备101在第二制式的标识,第二接入设备103在解析适配层后,若确定解析得到的标识与自身存储的终端设备101的第一标识对应 的终端设备101在第二制式的标识一致,则第二接入设备103可确定该第一标识以及第三RRC消息的适配层中携带的标识均属于相同的终端设备101,因此可获知第一通道以及第二通道均连接至终端设备101。
再比如,终端设备101可在通过第二通道向第二接入设备103发送的第三RRC消息中携带终端设备101在第二制式的标识,第二接入设备103在接收第三RRC消息后,若根据以上对应关系确定终端设备101在第二制式的标识与自身存储的终端设备101的第一标识对应的终端设备101在第二制式的标识一致,则可获知第一通道以及第二通道均连接至终端设备101。
如图5所示,若第一接入设备102在第二制式的标识来自于第二接入设备103,本申请实施例提供的一种通信方法可包括以下步骤:
S301:第一接入设备102向第二接入设备103发送第一接入设备102在第一制式的标识以及第一接入设备102在第二制式的标识,所述第一接入设备在第一制式的标识和所述第一接入设备在第二制式的标识存在对应关系。

此外,可由第二接入设备103配置选择条件,由终端设备103根据选择条件从第一通道和第二通道中进行选择。示例性的,第二接入设备103可通过第一接入设备102向终端设备101发送第一通道对应的信号强度门限以及第二通道对应的信号强度门限。当第一通道的信号强度小于第一通道对应的信号强度门限时,终端设备101会选择第二通道进行上行发送;和/或,当第二通道的信号强度小于第二通道对应的信号强度门限时,终端设备101会选择第一通道进行上行发送。或者当第一通道的信号强度大于第一通道对应的信号强度门限时,终端设备101会选择第一通道进行上行发送;当第二通道的信号强度大于第二通道对应的信号强度门限时,终端设备101会选择第二通道进行上行发送。当上述两个条件都满足时,终端设备101可以任意选择一个通道进行上行发送,或者同时通过两个通道进行上行发送。例如终端设备101可以将数据包1通过第一通道发送,将数据包2通过第二通道发送。或者终端设备101可以将数据包进行复制后,一份通过第一通道发送,另一份通过第二通道发送。
在通过图1所示架构由第二接入设备103向终端设备101进行下行发送时,可由第二接入设备103或第一接入设备102决定通过第一通道还是第二通道进行下行发送。
在一种可能的示例中,可由第二接入设备103决定下行发送采用的通道,例如,第一种可能的方法为:第二接入设备103可在每个数据包中携带指示信息,用于指示向终端设备101传输所采用的通道。具体的,该指示信息可包括第一通道的标识或第一无线接口的信息(如第一制式的信息)以指示通过第一通道向终端设备101发送该数据包;或者,该指示信息可包括第二通道的标识或第二无线接口的信息(如第二制式的信息)以指示通过第一通道向终端设备101发送该数据包。或者第二种可能的方法为:第二接入设备103可在某个数据包中携带第一指示,用于指示向终端设备101传输所采用的通道(例如指示第一通道,或指示第一通道的制式)。之后第二接入设备103可能在某一个数据包中携带第二指示,第二指示不同于第一指示,例如第二指示用于指示第二通道或指示第二通道的制式。那么第一接入网设备在收到第一指示和第二指示期间,收到的来自第二接入设备103的数据包都通过第一通道发往终端设备101。第一接入网设备在收到第二指示后,收到的来自第二接入设备103的数据包都通过第二通道发往终端设备101,直到收到第三指示再改变通道。或者第三种可能的方法为:第二接入设备103可以通过RRC消息指示第一接入设备102,第二接入设备103和第一接入设备102之间的哪个DRB(DRB ID)的数据通过第一接入设备102和终端设备101之间的哪个通道(通道标识或者制式信息,通道标识)传输,例如RRC消息中可以包含DRB ID以及wifi指示,即告知第一接入设备102来自于DRB ID的数据通过wifi制式的通道发送给终端设备。或者RRC消息中可以包含DRB ID以及通道标识,例如假设通道标识0表示第一通道为wifi制式,通道标识1表示第二通道为LTE SL制式等。例如第二接入设备103先在RRC消息(为简便说明,该RRC消息可称为第一条RRC消息)中指示第一设备102通过第一通道进行下行数据发送,以及第二 接入设备103后在RRC消息(为简便说明,该RRC消息可称为第二条RRC消息)中指示第一设备102通过第二通道进行下行数据发送,则接收端设备在接收到这第一条RRC消息之后和接收到第二条RRC消息之前接收的来自于第二接入设备103的下行数据包均通过第一通道发送给终端设备101,在收到第二条RRC消息后,来自于第二接入设备103的下行数据包通过第二通道发送给终端设备101。
在另一种可能的示例中,对于配置有PDCP复制(PDCP duplication)的情形,第二接入设备103可在向第一接入设备102发送用于指示PDCP duplication开始(start)的指示信息,第一接入设备102可在收到该指示信息后执行下行数据包的复制,并通过第一通道以及第二通道分别发送复制的数据包。第二接入设备103还可向第一接入设备102发送用于指示PDCP duplication停止(stop)的指示信息,则第一接入设备102不再通过第一通道以及第二通道分别发送复制的数据包。此时,第二接入设备103可以参照前面介绍的三种可能的方法中的任意方法指示第一接入设备102向终端设备101传输该数据包所采用的通道。
此外,也可由第一接入设备102根据第一通道和第二通道的空口情况,决定通过第一通道还是第二通道进行下行发送。
另外,本申请实施例提供的无线通信系统还可包括图6所示架构。如图6所示,终端设备101可通过第一接入设备102接入第二接入设备103,以及,终端设备101可接入第二接入设备103,其中,第二接入设备103接入移动接入网络。从而终端设备101可通过经由第一接入设备102的通道以及非经由第一接入设备102的通道接入第二接入设备103,因此构成双连接架构。
下面,结合图7所示流程介绍本申请实施例提供的另一种通信方法,所述通信方法可用于形成如图6所示的双连接架构。
如图7所示,本申请实施例提供的一种通信方法可包括以下步骤:
S401:终端设备101建立与第一接入设备102之间的第三通道,所述第一接入设备102与第二接入设备103连接,所述第三通道承载于第三无线接口。其中,第三无线接口的制式可以是wifi制式或SL制式。
S402:终端设备101建立和所述第二接入设备103之间的第四通道,所述第四通道承载于第四无线接口。其中,第四无线接口的制式可以是NR Uu制式或LTE Uu制式。
采用以上方法,可建立如图6所示的双连接架构,提高了终端设备101的通信可靠性以及吞吐量。
在该示例的实施中,终端设备101还可通过第三通道向第一接入设备102发送RRC连接建立请求,并由第一接入设备102向第二接入设备103发送RRC连接建立请求,该RRC连接建立请求用于请求建立终端设备101与所述第二接入设备103之间的端到端的RRC连接。该RRC连接建立请求可以是RRC消息,例如,RRC建立请求,RRC恢复请求或者RRC重建立请求。该示例中请求建立RRC连接的方式可参照本申请中结合图1架构介绍建立终端设备与第二接入设备之间的RRC连接时的介绍。以上建立RRC连接的步骤可在S401与S402之间执行。
第二接入设备103可根据以下方式,获知通过第三通道以及第一接入设备102与第二接入设备103之间连接接入的终端设备,与通过第四通道接入的终端设备均为终端设备101:
方式一:
第二接入设备103在接收与请求建立RRC连接的RRC连接建立请求后,通过第一接 入设备102向终端设备101返回第五RRC消息(RRC建立反馈消息),如RRC建立消息、RRC回复消息或者RRC重建立消息。其中,该第五RRC消息中包括第二接入设备103为终端设备101分配的第二标识,例如C-RNTI。
此后,终端设备101可在建立S403所述的第四通道的过程中,向第二接入设备103发送该第二标识,从而令第二接入设备103获知通过第三通道以及第一接入设备102与第二接入设备103之间的连接接入的终端设备,与通过第四通道接入的终端设备均为终端设备101。示例性的,在S403的实施中,终端设备101可通过第四通道向第二接入设备103发送第六RRC消息,该第六RRC消息中可携带该第二标识。从而令第二接入设备103获知通过第四通道接入的终端设备与通过第三通道以及第一接入设备102与第二接入设备103之间的连接接入的终端设备均为同一个终端设备101。
方式二:
第二接入设备103在接收所述请求建立RRC连接的RRC连接建立请求后,为终端设备101分配特定的随机接入(RACH)的配置信息,并通过后续的RRC消息(该RRC消息可称为第七RRC消息)向终端设备101发送该配置信息。所述配置信息用于指示特定的RACH资源,例如RACH特定的dedicated preamble,或者随机接入的时频位置信息。
当终端设备101使用该特定的RACH资源请求接入第二接入设备103(即请求建立所述第四通道)时,第二接入设备103即可识别通过第三通道以及第一接入设备102与第二接入设备103之间的连接接入的终端设备,与通过第四通道接入的终端设备均为终端设备101。
在根据以上方法一和/或方法二识别通过第三通道以及第一接入设备102与第二接入设备103之间的连接接入的终端设备,与通过第四通道接入的终端设备均为终端设备101之后,第二接入设备103可存储第三通道以及第四通道之间的对应关系,例如,存储第三通道的标识以及第四通道的标识之间的对应关系。
示例性的,第二接入设备103可通过信令(例如第八RRC消息)向终端设备101指示第三通道以及第四通道之间的对应关系,从而令终端设备101选择向第二接入设备103进行上行发送和所采用的路径。例如,在第八RRC消息中携带第三通道的标识以及第四通道的标识,第三通道标识比如wifi AC或者SL LCID,第四通道的标识比如DRB ID或LCID。可选地,在第八RRC消息中可以携带QoS flow标识、第三通道的标识以及第四通道的标识,以表示上述三者存在对应关系。从而令终端设备101知道将具有某个QoS flow的上行数据包送往QoS flow对应的第三通道或第四通道发送。至于上行数据包具体通过第三通道或第四通道中的哪个通道发送,可以参考前面实施例中介绍的方法确定。
下面,结合图8所示流程介绍本申请实施例提供的另一种通信方法,所述通信方法可用于形成如图6所示的双连接架构。
如图8所示,本申请实施例提供的一种通信方法可包括以下步骤:
S501:建立终端设备101与第二接入设备103之间的第五通道,第五通道承载在第五无线接口,所述第二接入设备103与第一接入设备102连接。
其中,第五无线接口的制式可以是NR Uu或LTE Uu制式。
S502:终端设备101建立与所述第一接入设备102之间的第六通道,所述第六通道承载在第六无线接口。所述第一接入设备102和第二接入设备103连接,终端设备101可以通过所述第一接入设备102和第二接入设备103通信。
其中,第六无线接口的制式可以是wifi制式或SL制式。
采用以上方法,可建立如图6所示的双连接架构,提高了终端设备101的通信可靠性以及吞吐量。
示例性的,在S501之后,终端设备101可通过第五通道建立终端设备101与第二接入设备103之间的端到端的RRC连接。具体的,可由终端设备101通过第五通道向第二接入设备103发送RRC请求消息,用于请求建立终端设备101与第二接入设备103之间的端到端的RRC连接。
在一种可能的示例中,可由终端设备101根据第二接入设备103的指示,建立S502所示的第六通道。

第二接入设备103可根据以下方式,获知通过第五通道接入的终端设备与通过第六通道以及第一接入设备102与第二接入设备103之间的连接接入的终端设备均为终端设备101:

在S501中,终端设备101可通过第五通道向第二接入设备103发送RRC连接建立请求,以请求建立该RRC连接,该RRC连接建立请求可以是一个RRC消息,例如RRC建立请求,RRC恢复请求或者RRC重建立请求。在接收RRC连接建立请求后,第二接入设备103可通过第五通道向终端设备101返回第十RRC消息(RRC建立反馈消息),如RRC建消息、RRC回复消息或者RRC重建立消息。其中,第十RRC消息(RRC建立反馈消息)中包括第二接入设备103为终端设备101分配的第三标识,例如C-RNTI。

在根据以上方法识别通过第五通道接入的终端设备与通过第六通道以及第一接入设备102与第二接入设备103之间的连接接入的终端设备均为终端设备101之后,第二接入设备103可存储第五通道以及第六通道之间的对应关系,例如,存储第五通道的标识以及第六通道的标识之间的对应关系。

上述本申请提供的实施例中,从终端装置所实现的功能的角度对本申请实施例提供的方法及方法流程进行了介绍。为了实现上述本申请实施例提供的方法中的各功能,终端装置可以包括硬件结构和/或软件模块,以硬件结构、软件模块、或硬件结构加软件模块的形式来实现上述各功能。上述各功能中的某个功能以硬件结构、软件模块、还是硬件结构加软件模块的方式来执行,取决于技术方案的特定应用和设计约束条件。
如图9所示,本申请实施例提供的一种通信装置可以包括通信模块901以及处理模块902,以上通信模块901以及处理模块902之间可相互耦合。该通信装置900可用于执行以上方法实施例中由终端设备101执行的步骤,以建立如图1或如图6所示双连接架构。该通信模块901可用于支持通信装置900进行通信,通信模块901可具备无线通信功能,例如能够通过Uu、wifi、SL等无线通信方式与第一接入设备和/或第二接入设备进行通信。处理模块902可用于支持该通信装置900执行上述方法实施例中终端设备的处理动作,包括但不限于:生成由通信模块901发送的信息、消息,和/或,对通信模块901接收的信号进行解调解码等等。
在执行上述方法实施例中由终端装置执行的步骤时,以上通信模块901可用于执行以上方法中由终端设备执行的发送和/或接收的动作,如用于执行由终端设备向第一接入设备、第二接入设备发送信息、消息或信令的动作,或用于执行从第一接入设备、第二接入设备接收信息、消息或信令的动作。和/或,处理模块902可用于执行以上方法中由终端设备执行的处理动作,如用于控制通信模块901进行信息、消息或信令的接收和或发送,以及信息的存储等操作。
作为终端装置的通信装置还可包括如图10所示结构。便于理解和图示方便,图10中,以手机为例说明该通信装置1000的结构。如图10所示,通信装置1000可包括处理器1001、存储器1002以及收发器1003。
以上处理器1001可用于对通信协议以及通信数据进行处理,以及对第二终端装置进行控制,执行软件程序,处理软件程序的数据等。存储器1002可用于存储程序和数据,处理器1001可基于该程序执行本申请实施例中由第二终端装置执行的方法。
收发器1003可包括射频单元以及天线。其中,射频单元可用于基带信号与射频信号 的转换以及对射频信号的处理。天线可用于收发电磁波形式的射频信号。另外,也可仅将射频单元视为收发器1003,则此时通信装置1000可包括处理器1001、存储器1002、收发器1003以及天线。
另外,该通信装置1000还可包括输入输出装置1004,如触摸屏、显示屏或者键盘等可用于接收用户输入的数据以及对用户输出数据的组件。需要说明的是,有些种类的通信装置可以不具有输入输出装置。
应理解,以上通信模块901可具备收发器1003所示结构,即包括射频单元以及天线;或者,通信模块901可包括以上射频单元。以上处理模块902可包括处理器1001,或包括处理器1001以及储存器1002。
以上通信装置1000也可由芯片构成。例如,该芯片包含处理器1001。另外,该芯片还可包括存储器1002以及收发器1003,其中,存储器1002、收发器1003以及处理器1001三者中,任意两者之间可相互耦合。
在执行本申请实施例所示方法时,该收发器1003可用于执行上述通信模块901执行的步骤。以及,由处理器1001调用储存器1002中存储的程序,执行以上处理模块902所执行的步骤。
如图11所示,本申请实施例提供的一种通信装置可以包括通信模块1101以及处理模块1102,以上通信模块1101以及处理模块1102之间相互耦合。该通信装置1100可用于执行以上方法实施例中由第一接入设备执行的步骤,以建立如图1或如图6所示的双连接架构。该通信模块1101可用于支持通信装置1100进行通信,通信模块1101可具备有线和/或无线通信功能,例如能够通过等Uu、wifi、SL等无线通信方式与终端设备和/或第二接入设备等通信装置进行通信。处理模块1102可用于支持该通信装置1100执行上述方法实施例中终端设备的处理动作,包括但不限于:生成由通信模块1101发送的信息、消息,和/或,对通信模块1101接收的信号进行解调解码等等。
在执行上述方法实施例中由第一接入设备执行的步骤时,以上通信模块1101可用于执行以上方法中由第一接入设备执行的发送和/或接收的动作,如用于执行由第一接入设备向终端设备、第二接入设备发送信息、消息或信令的动作,或用于执行从终端设备、第二接入设备接收信息、消息或信令的动作。和/或,处理模块1102可用于执行以上方法中由第一接入设备执行的处理动作,如用于控制通信模块1101进行信息、消息或信令的接收和或发送,以及信息的存储等操作。
作为第一接入设备的通信装置还可具备如图12所示结构。如图12所示,通信装置1200包括至少一个处理器1201、存储器1202和收发器1203。其中,处理器1201与存储器1202和收发器1203耦合,本申请实施例中的耦合是指装置、硬件组件、单元或模块之间的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性,机械或其它的形式,用于装置、硬件组件、单元或模块之间的信息交互。
具体的,存储器1202可用于存储指令。
收发器1203可用于接收或发送无线信号。收发器1203可支持通信装置1200进行Uu、wifi或SL等通信方式。
处理器1201可用于调用存储器1202中存储的指令,使得通信装置1200执行本申请实施例提供的通信方法中由第一接入设备102执行的步骤。
通信装置1200还可包括输入输出装置1204,如触摸屏、显示屏或者键盘等可用于接 收用户输入的数据以配置第一接入设备。例如,用户可通过输入输出装置1204设置通信装置1200的名称、标识等信息。需要说明的是,有些种类的通信装置1200可以不具有输入输出装置。示例性的,输入输出装置1204可与处理器1201、存储器1202或者收发器1203中的一个或多个组件耦合。
通信装置1200还可包括通信接口1205,用于支持通信装置1200进行有线通信。例如,通信装置1200可通过通信接口1205接入光纤网络。
如图13所示,本申请实施例提供的一种通信装置可以包括通信模块1301以及处理模块1302,以上通信模块1301以及处理模块1302之间相互耦合。该通信装置1300可用于执行以上方法实施例中由第二接入设备执行的步骤,以建立如图1或如图6所示的双连接架构。该通信模块1301可用于支持通信装置1300进行通信,通信模块1301可具备有线和/或无线通信功能,例如能够通过等Uu、wifi、SL等无线通信方式与终端设备和/或第一接入设备等通信装置进行通信。处理模块1302可用于支持该通信装置1300执行上述方法实施例中终端设备的处理动作,包括但不限于:生成由通信模块1301发送的信息、消息,和/或,对通信模块1301接收的信号进行解调解码等等。
在执行上述方法实施例中由第一接入设备执行的步骤时,以上通信模块1301可用于执行以上方法中由第一接入设备执行的发送和/或接收的动作,如用于执行由第二接入设备向终端设备、第一接入设备发送信息、消息或信令的动作,或用于执行从终端设备、第一接入设备接收信息、消息或信令的动作。和/或,处理模块1302可用于执行以上方法中由第一接入设备执行的处理动作,如用于控制通信模块1301进行信息、消息或信令的接收和或发送,以及信息的存储等操作。
另外,当本实施例中的通信装置为第二接入设备时,以第二接入设备是基站为例,该通信装置可以具备如图14所示结构。其中,通信装置1400包括一个或多个远端射频单元(remote radio unit,RRU)1410和一个或多个基带单元(baseband unit,BBU)(也可称为数字单元,digital unit,DU)1420。所述RRU 1410可以称为通信模块,与图13中的通信模块1301对应,用于执行以上由通信模块1301执行的步骤。该RRU 1410还可以称为收发机、收发电路、或者收发器等等,其可以包括至少一个天线1411和射频单元1412。所述RRU 1410部分主要用于射频信号的收发以及射频信号与基带信号的转换,例如用于向第一接入设备和/或终端设备发送资源指示。所述BBU 1420部分主要用于进行基带处理,对基站进行控制等。所述RRU 1410与BBU 1420可以是物理上设置在一起,也可以物理上分离设置的,即分布式基站。
所述BBU 1420为基站的控制中心,也可以称为处理模块,可以与图13中的处理模块1302对应,用于执行以上由处理模块1302执行的步骤。BBU 1420还可用于完成基带处理功能,如信道编码,复用,调制,扩频等等。例如所述BBU 1420可以用于控制第二接入设备执行上述方法实施例中关于第二接入设备的操作流程,例如,生成下行RRC消息等。
在一个示例中,所述BBU 1420可以由一个或多个单板构成,多个单板可以共同支持单一接入制式的无线接入网(如LTE网),也可以分别支持不同接入制式的无线接入网(如LTE网,5G网或其他网)。所述BBU 1420还包括存储器1421和处理器1422。所述存储器1421用以存储必要的指令和数据。所述处理器1422用于控制第二接入设备进行必要的动作,例如用于控制通信装置执行上述方法实施例中由第二接入设备执行的操作流程。
示例性的,可由处理器1422执行以上由处理模块1302执行的步骤。所述存储器1421 和处理器1422可以服务于一个或多个单板。也就是说,可以每个单板上单独设置存储器和处理器。也可以是多个单板共用相同的存储器和处理器。此外每个单板上还可以设置有必要的电路。
基于与上述方法实施例相同构思,本申请实施例中还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该程序被处理器执行时,使该计算机执行上述方法实施例、方法实施例的任意一种可能的实现方式中由终端设备、第一接入设备或第二接入设备执行的操作。
基于与上述方法实施例相同构思,本申请还提供一种计算机程序产品,该计算机程序产品在被计算机调用执行时,可以使得计算机实现上述方法实施例、方法实施例的任意一种可能的实现方式中由终端设备、第一接入设备或第二接入设备执行的操作。
基于与上述方法实施例相同构思,本申请还提供一种芯片或芯片系统,该芯片可包括处理器。该芯片还可包括存储器(或存储模块)和/或收发器(或通信模块),或者,该芯片与存储器(或存储模块)和/或收发器(或通信模块)耦合,其中,收发器(或通信模块)可用于支持该芯片进行有线和/或无线通信,存储器(或存储模块)可用于存储程序,该处理器调用该程序可用于实现上述方法实施例、方法实施例的任意一种可能的实现方式中由终端设备、第一接入设备或第二接入设备执行的操作。该芯片系统可包括以上芯片,也可以包含上述芯片和其他分立器件,如存储器(或存储模块)和/或收发器(或通信模块)。
基于与上述方法实施例相同构思,本申请还提供一种通信系统,该通信系统可包括以上终端设备、第一接入设备和/或第二接入设备。该通信系统可用于实现上述方法实施例、方法实施例的任意一种可能的实现方式中由终端装置或者网络设备执行的操作。示例性的,该通信系统可具有如图1或图6所示结构。
本申请实施例是参照实施例所涉及的方法、装置、和计算机程序产品的流程图和/或方框图来描述的。应理解可由计算机程序指令实现流程图和/或方框图中的每一流程和/或方框、以及流程图和/或方框图中的流程和/或方框的结合。可提供这些计算机程序指令到通用计算机、专用计机、嵌入式处理机或其他可编程数据处理设备的处理器以产生一个机器,使得通过计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备的处理器执行的指令产生用于实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能的装置。
这些计算机程序指令也可存储在能引导计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备以特定方式工作的计算机可读存储器中,使得存储在该计算机可读存储器中的指令产生包括指令装置的制造品,该指令装置实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能。
这些计算机程序指令也可装载到计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备上,使得在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行一系列操作步骤以产生计算机实现的处理,从而在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行的指令提供用于实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能的步骤。

Claims (28)

  1. 一种通信方法,其特征在于,包括:
    终端设备建立所述终端设备与第一接入设备之间的第一通道,所述第一接入设备与第二接入设备连接,所述第一通道承载于第一无线接口,所述第一无线接口的制式为第一制式;
    所述终端设备接收所述第一接入设备在第二制式的标识;
    所述终端设备根据第一接入设备在第二制式的标识,建立和所述第一接入设备之间的第二通道,所述第二通道承载于第二无线接口,所述第二无线接口的制式为第二制式,所述第一制式与所述第二制式不同。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端设备接收所述第一接入设备在第二制式的标识,包括:
    所述终端设备接收所述第一接入设备广播的所述第一接入设备在所述第二制式的标识。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端设备接收所述第一接入设备在第二制式的标识,包括:
    所述终端设备基于所述第一通道以及所述第一接入设备与所述第二接入设备之间的连接接收来自于所述第二接入设备的第一无线资源控制RRC消息,所述第一RRC消息包括所述第一接入设备在所述第二制式的标识。
  4. 如权利要求1-3中任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述终端设备基于所述第一通道以及所述第一接入设备与所述第二接入设备之间的连接接收来自于所述第二接入设备的第二RRC消息,所述第二RRC消息中包含所述第二接入设备为所述终端设备分配的第一标识;
    所述终端设备基于所述第二通道以及所述第一接入设备与所述第二接入设备之间的连接向所述第二接入设备发送第三RRC消息,所述第三RRC消息包含所述第一标识。
  5. 如权利要求1-4中任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述终端设备基于所述第一通道以及所述第一接入设备与所述第二接入设备之间的连接接收来自于所述第二接入设备的第四RRC消息,所述第四RRC消息包括所述第一通道的标识以及所述第二通道的标识。
  6. 如权利要求1-5中任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述终端设备通过第一通道以及所述第一接入设备与所述第二接入设备之间的连接向所述第二接入设备发送所述第一制式的信息;
    所述终端设备通过第二通道以及所述第一接入设备与所述第二接入设备之间的连接向所述第二接入设备发送所述第二制式的信息。
  7. 如权利要求1-6中任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述终端设备通过第一通道向所述第一接入设备发送RRC请求消息,所述RRC请求消息用于请求建立所述终端设备与所述第二接入设备之间的端到端的RRC连接。
  8. 一种通信方法,其特征在于,包括:
    第一接入设备发送第一接入设备在第二制式的标识,所述第一接入设备与第二接入设备连接;
    所述第一接入设备建立所述第一接入设备与终端设备之间的第一通道,所述第一通道承载于第一无线接口,所述第一无线接口的制式为第一制式;
    所述第一接入设备建立所述第一接入设备与所述终端设备之间的第二通道,所述第二通道是根据所述第一接入设备在所述第二制式的标识建立的,所述第二通道承载于第二无线接口,所述第二无线接口的制式为所述第二制式,所述第一制式与所述第二制式不同。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,第一接入设备发送第一接入设备在第二制式的标识,包括:
    所述第一接入设备广播所述第一接入设备在所述第二制式的标识。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,第一接入设备发送第一接入设备在第二制式的标识,包括:
    所述第一接入设备向所述第二接入设备发送所述第一接入设备在所述第二制式的标识;
    所述第一接入设备从所述第二接入设备接收第一RRC消息,所述第一RRC消息包括所述第一接入设备在所述第二制式的标识;
    所述第一接入设备通过所述第一通道向所述终端设备发送所述第一RRC消息。
  11. 如权利要求8-10中任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一接入设备通过所述第一通道接收来自于所述终端设备的RRC请求消息,所述RRC请求消息用于请求建立所述终端设备与所述第二接入设备之间的端到端的RRC连接;
    所述第一接入设备向所述第二接入设备发送所述RRC请求消息。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一接入设备向所述第二接入设备发送第一制式的信息,所述第一制式的信息用于指示所述终端设备通过所述第一制式的所述第一通道接入所述第一接入设备。
  13. 如权利要求8-12中任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一接入设备从所述第二接入设备接收第二RRC消息,所述第二RRC消息中包含所述第二接入设备为所述终端设备分配的第一标识;
    所述第一接入设备通过所述第一通道向所述终端设备发送所述第二RRC消息;
    所述第一接入设备通过所述第二通道接收来自于所述终端设备的第三RRC消息,所述第三RRC消息包含所述第一标识;
    所述第一接入设备向所述第二接入设备发送所述第三RRC消息。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一接入设备向所述第二接入设备发送所述第二制式的信息,所述第二制式的信息用于指示所述终端设备通过所述第二制式的所述第二通道接入所述第一接入设备。
  15. 如权利要求8-14中任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一接入设备从所述第二接入设备接收所述第一通道的标识、所述第一通道的服务质量QoS参数、所述第二通道的标识、所述第二通道的QoS参数、所述第一接入设备与所述第二接入设备之间的通道的标识以及所述第一接入设备与所述第二接入设备之间的通道的QoS参数。
  16. 一种通信方法,其特征在于,包括:
    第二接入设备接收RRC请求消息,所述RRC请求消息用于请求建立所述终端设备与 所述第二接入设备之间的端到端的RRC连接,所述RRC消息由所述终端设备通过第一通道发送至第一接入设备,以及由所述第一接入设备发送至所述第二接入设备的;
    所述第二接入设备向所述第一接入设备发送第二RRC消息,所述第二RRC消息中包含所述第二接入设备为所述终端设备分配的第一标识,以使所述第一接入设备通过所述第一通道将所述第二RRC消息发送至所述终端设备,所述第一通道承载于第一无线接口,所述第一无线接口的制式为第一制式;
    所述第二接入设备接收由所述第一接入设备发送的第三RRC消息,所述第三RRC消息由所述终端设备通过第二通道发送至第一接入设备,所述第三RRC消息包括所述第一标识,所述第二通道承载于第二无线接口,所述第二无线接口的制式为所述第二制式,所述第一制式与所述第二制式不同。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述第二接入设备从所述第一接入设备接收所述第一接入设备在所述第二制式的标识;
    所述第二接入设备向所述终端设备发送第一RRC消息,所述第一RRC消息包括所述第一接入设备在所述第二制式的标识。
  18. 如权利要求16或17所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述第二接入设备从所述第一接入设备接收第一制式的信息,所述第一制式的信息用于指示所述终端设备通过所述第一制式的通道接入所述第一接入设备。
  19. 如权利要求16-18中任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述第二接入设备基于所述第二通道以及所述第一接入设备与所述第二接入设备之间的连接接收所述第二制式的信息,所述第二制式的信息用于指示所述终端设备通过所述第二制式接入所述第一接入设备。
  20. 如权利要求16-19中任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述第二接入设备向所述第一接入设备发送所述第一通道的标识、所述第一通道的服务质量QoS参数、所述第二通道的标识、所述第二通道的QoS参数、所述第一接入设备与所述第二接入设备之间的通道的标识以及所述第一接入设备与所述第二接入设备之间的通道的QoS参数。
  21. 如权利要求16-20中任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述第二接入设备向所述终端设备发送第四RRC消息,所述第四RRC消息包括所述第一通道的标识,以及所述第二通道的标识。
  22. 一种通信装置,其特征在于,包括处理器以及收发器;
    所述收发器用于支持所述通信装置进行通信;
    所述处理器用于执行指令,以通过所述收发器实现如权利要求1-7中任一所述的方法。
  23. 一种通信装置,其特征在于,包括处理器以及收发器;
    所述收发器用于支持所述通信装置进行通信;
    所述处理器用于执行指令,以通过所述收发器实现如权利要求8-15中任一所述的方法。
  24. 一种通信装置,其特征在于,包括处理器以及收发器;
    所述收发器用于支持所述通信装置进行通信;
    所述处理器用于执行指令,以通过所述收发器实现如权利要求16-21中任一所述的方法。
  25. 一种通信系统,其特征在于,包括如权利要求22-23中所述的通信装置。
  26. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质中存储有指令,当所述指令在计算机上被调用执行时,使得所述计算机执行如权利要求1-21中任一项所述的方法。
  27. 一种计算机程序产品,其特征在于,当所述计算机程序产品在计算机上运行时,使得所述计算机执行如权利要求1-21中任一项所述的方法。
  28. 一种电路,其特征在于,所述电路与存储器耦合,所述电路用于读取并执行所述存储器中存储的程序以执行如权利要求1-21中任一项所述的方法。
