在以上技术方案的基础上,优选的,根据该特征词从网络抓取对应的网络信息,还包括以下步骤,从抓取的网络信息中提取特征词,将提取的特征词与客户信息的特征词进行比较,当提取的特征词与客户信息的特征词相同时,判定该网络信息为客户信息;当提取的特征词与客户信息的特征词不同时,重新抓取网络信息。
更进一步优选的,所述基于风电竞价用户的数据采集装置包括:
获取模块,用于获取交易画面,识别并获取交易画面中的交易信息,所述交易信息包括:交易量价数值信息以及对应的客户信息;
抓取模块,用于设定数值阈值,根据该数值阈值对交易量价数值信息进行筛选,筛选出满足数值阈值的交易量价数值信息,并根据该交易量价数值信息对应的客户信息从网络抓取该客户的网络信息;
档案建立模块,用于根据客户的网络信息以及交易画面中的客户信息建立对应的客户信息文档。
第二方面,所述基于风电竞价用户的数据采集方法还包括一种设备,所述设备包括:存储器、处理器以及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的基于风电竞价用户的数据采集方法程序,所述基于风电竞价用户的数据采集方法程序配置为实现如上文所述的基于风电竞价用户的数据采集方法的步骤。
第三方面,所述基于风电竞价用户的数据采集方法还包括一种介质,所述介质为计算机介质,所述计算机介质上存储有基于风电竞价用户的数据采集方 法程序,所述基于风电竞价用户的数据采集方法程序被处理器执行时实现如上文所述的基于风电竞价用户的数据采集方法的步骤。
本发明的一种基于风电竞价用户的数据采集方法相对于现有技术具有以下有益效果:
(1)通过对交易界面进行截取,然后从截取的交易界面中提取客户信息以及数值信息,根据数值信息筛选出高电价用户的数值信息,并根据该数值信息找到对应的客户信息,通过这种方式,可以直接筛选出具有高价值的用户,避免了系统需要分析的数据过多,分析数据要占用大量资源的情况;
(2)通过网络爬虫技术对客户信息进行网络爬取,可以从网络中获取更多客户的信息,然后对客户信息进一步筛选,根据筛选后的客户信息建立客户信息文档,通过这种方式,可以获得较为全面的客户信息,用户可以通过文档对客户有一个直观的了解。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施方式,对本发明实施方式中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施方式仅仅是本发明一部分实施方式,而不是全部的实施方式。基于本发明中的实施方式,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施方式,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1所示,该设备可以包括:处理器1001,例如中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU),通信总线1002、用户接口1003,网络接口1004,存储器1005。其中,通信总线1002用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信。用户接口1003可以包括显示屏(Display)、输入单元比如键盘(Keyboard),可选用户接口1003还可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口。网络接口1004可选的可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口(如无线保真(WIreless-FIdelity,WI-FI)接口)。存储器1005可以是高速的随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)存储器,也可以是稳定的非易失性存储器(Non-Volatile Memory,NVM),例如磁盘存储器。存储器1005可选的还可以是独立于前述处理器1001的存储装置。
本领域技术人员可以理解,图1中示出的结构并不构成对设备的限定,在实际应用中设备可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。
如图1所示,作为一种介质的存储器1005中可以包括操作系统、网络通信模块、用户接口模块以及基于风电竞价用户的数据采集方法程序。
在图1所示的设备中,网络接口1004主要用于建立设备与存储基于风电竞价用户的数据采集方法系统中所需的所有数据的服务器的通信连接;用户接口1003主要用于与用户进行数据交互;本发明基于风电竞价用户的数据采集方法设备中的处理器1001、存储器1005可以设置在基于风电竞价用户的数据采集方法设备中,所述基于风电竞价用户的数据采集方法设备通过处理器1001调用存储器1005中存储的基于风电竞价用户的数据采集方法程序,并执行本发明实施提供的基于风电竞价用户的数据采集方法。
结合图2,图2为本发明基于风电竞价用户的数据采集方法第一实施例的流程示意图。
本实施例中,所述基于风电竞价用户的数据采集方法包括以下步骤:
S10:获取交易画面,识别并获取交易画面中的交易信息,所述交易信息包括:交易量价数值信息以及对应的客户信息。
应当理解的是,因为无法从交易中心的后台直接获取客户数据,所以,只 能通过对客户交易界面进行文字提取来获取用户信息,本实施例中,从网上查找了一套模拟人工点击行为的程序,通过对交易软件点击顺序的设置,来自动获取交易界面,当出现交易界面时,系统会自动对交易界面进行截图,并将截取的图片放入存储库中,通过这种方式,避免了人工对软件进行操作,节省了人工成本,同时也提高了工作效率。
应当理解的是,在截取到交易画面之后,系统会对截取到的画面进行识别,并提取其中的信息,这些信息包括交易量价数值信息以及对应的客户信息,在提取到这些信息之后,系统会将交易量价数值信息与其对应的客户信息存放在一起,便于后续使用。
S20:设定数值阈值,将该数值阈值与交易量价数值信息进行比较,根据比较结果,筛选出满足待搜索的交易量价数值信息,并根据该交易量价数值信息对应的客户信息从网络抓取该客户的网络信息。
应当理解的是,系统会设定一个数值阈值,当从交易界面提取到交易量价数值信息时,系统会将提取到的交易量价数值信息与数值阈值进行比较,当交易量价数值信息大于数值阈值时,表示该当交易量价数值信息属于高电价用户的交易信息;当交易量价数值信息小于数值阈值时,重新选择交易量价数值信息,通过这种方式,可以直接筛选出高电价用户,并将这些用户提前进行标记,只对这些用户的信息进行分析,避免了系统需要对大量数据进行分析,浪费大量系统资源。
应当理解的是,系统会根据交易量价数值的不同来设定不同的标记等级,标记等级包括:一级、二级以及三级,标记等级的分级条件由用户设定,通过这些分级,可以方便用户对客户的价值有一个更加直观的体验,一级客户的价值最高。
应当理解的是,当系统中存在多个交易量价数值信息时,会将各交易量价数值信息两两进行比较,先是筛选出最大交易量价数值对应的客户信息,标记为优先分析对象。
应当理解的是,在找到交易量价数值信息对应的客户信息后,因为交易界 面的客户信息比较少,如果要建立客户信息档案,只依靠交易界面的客户信息明显是不够的,所以需要通过网络爬取获取对应的信息,系统会提取客户信息的特征词,所述特征词包括:姓名、年龄以及公司,然后系统会通过这些特征词查找对应的信息,并提取查找到的信息的特征词,通过将交易界面的客户信息的特征词与网络查找的客户信息的特征词进行比对,只有当特征词都相同时,表示网络查找的客户信息与交易界面的客户信息是相符的,可以通过网络查找的客户信息对交易界面的客户信息进行补充;当特征词不相同时,则重新进行网络信息的爬取。
应当理解的是,爬取是基于网络爬虫实现的,网络爬虫(又称为网页蜘蛛,网络机器人),是一种按照一定的规则,自动地抓取万维网信息的程序或者脚本,它根据既定的抓取目标,有选择的访问万维网上的网页与相关的链接,获取所需要的信息。
S30:根据客户的网络信息以及交易画面中的客户信息建立对应的客户信息文档。
应当理解的是,在对网络获取到的客户进行筛选之后,会将交易画面中的客户信息与网络获取的客户信息进行组合,通过网络获取的客户信息对交易画面中的客户信息进行补充,并依次建立一个客户信息文档,通过这个文档,用户可以很方便对客户各项信息进行查找与分析。
需要说明的是,以上仅为举例说明,并不对本申请的技术方案构成任何限定。
通过上述描述不难发现,本实施例通过获取交易画面,识别并获取交易画面中的交易信息,所述交易信息包括:交易量价数值信息以及对应的客户信息;设定数值阈值,将该数值阈值与交易量价数值信息进行比较,根据比较结果,筛选出满足待搜索的交易量价数值信息,并根据该交易量价数值信息对应的客户信息从网络抓取该客户的网络信息;根据客户的网络信息以及交易画面中的客户信息建立对应的客户信息文档。本发明通过对交易界面的画面进行截取并提取信息,根据信息来确定需要搜索的客户信息,最后将搜索到的客户信息与从截图界面提取到的信息组合在一起建立客户信息文档,通过这种方式,能够 建立客户模型,筛选出具有高价值的客户群,并对客户群进行分析。
此外,本发明实施例还提出一种基于风电竞价用户的数据采集装置。如图3所示,该基于风电竞价用户的数据采集装置包括:获取模块10、抓取模块20、档案建立模块30。
获取模块10,用于获取交易画面,识别并获取交易画面中的交易信息,所述交易信息包括:交易量价数值信息以及对应的客户信息;
抓取模块20,用于设定数值阈值,根据该数值阈值对交易量价数值信息进行筛选,筛选出满足数值阈值的交易量价数值信息,并根据该交易量价数值信息对应的客户信息从网络抓取该客户的网络信息;
档案建立模块30,用于根据客户的网络信息以及交易画面中的客户信息建立对应的客户信息文档。
此外,需要说明的是,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,并不对本发明的保护范围构成限定,在实际应用中,本领域的技术人员可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现本实施例方案的目的,此处不做限制。
另外,未在本实施例中详尽描述的技术细节,可参见本发明任意实施例所提供的基于风电竞价用户的数据采集方法,此处不再赘述。
此外,本发明实施例还提出一种介质,所述介质为计算机介质,所述计算机介质上存储有基于风电竞价用户的数据采集方法程序,所述基于风电竞价用户的数据采集方法程序被处理器执行时实现如下操作:
S1,获取交易画面,识别并获取交易画面中的交易信息,所述交易信息包括:交易量价数值信息以及对应的客户信息;
S2,设定数值阈值,将该数值阈值与交易量价数值信息进行比较,根据比较结果,筛选出满足待搜索的交易量价数值信息,并根据该交易量价数值信息对应的客户信息从网络抓取该客户的网络信息;
S3,根据客户的网络信息以及交易画面中的客户信息建立对应的客户信息 文档。
进一步地,所述基于风电竞价用户的数据采集方法程序被处理器执行时还实现如下操作:
截取交易画面,通过文字提取对交易画面中的交易信息,所述交易信息包括:交易量价数值信息以及对应的客户信息,交易量价数值信息与客户信息一一对应。
进一步地,所述基于风电竞价用户的数据采集方法程序被处理器执行时还实现如下操作:
设定数值阈值,将交易量价数值信息与数值阈值进行比较,当交易量价数值信息大于数值阈值时,将该交易量价数值信息作为待搜索信息进行存储;当交易量价数值信息小于数值阈值时,重新选择交易量价数值信息。
进一步地,所述基于风电竞价用户的数据采集方法程序被处理器执行时还实现如下操作:
将各交易量价数值信息两两进行比较,筛选出数值最大的交易量价数值信息,将该交易量价数值作为优先待搜索信息并对该交易量价数值信息对应的客户信息进行标记。
进一步地,所述基于风电竞价用户的数据采集方法程序被处理器执行时还实现如下操作:
根据交易量价数值的不同设定不同的标记等级,该标记等级包括:一级、二级以及三级,根据标记等级对交易量价数值进行分级,并对该交易量价数值对应的客户信息进行标记。
进一步地,所述基于风电竞价用户的数据采集方法程序被处理器执行时还实现如下操作:
根据交易量价数值信息获取对应的客户信息,从该客户信息中提取特征词,所述特征词包括:姓名、年龄以及公司,根据该特征词从网络抓取对应的网络信息。
进一步地,所述基于风电竞价用户的数据采集方法程序被处理器执行时还实现如下操作:
从抓取的网络信息中提取特征词,将提取的特征词与客户信息的特征词进行比较,当提取的特征词与客户信息的特征词相同时,判定该网络信息为客户信息;当提取的特征词与客户信息的特征词不同时,重新抓取网络信息。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种基于风电竞价用户的数据采集方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤;
    S1,获取交易画面,识别并获取交易画面中的交易信息,所述交易信息包括:交易量价数值信息以及对应的客户信息;
    S2,设定数值阈值,将该数值阈值与交易量价数值信息进行比较,根据比较结果,筛选出满足待搜索的交易量价数值信息,并根据该交易量价数值信息对应的客户信息从网络抓取该客户的网络信息;
    S3,根据客户的网络信息以及交易画面中的客户信息建立对应的客户信息文档。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的基于风电竞价用户的数据采集方法,其特征在于:步骤S1中,获取交易画面,识别并获取交易画面中的交易信息,所述交易信息包括:交易量价数值信息以及对应的客户信息,还包括以下步骤,截取交易画面,通过文字提取对交易画面中的交易信息,所述交易信息包括:交易量价数值信息以及对应的客户信息,交易量价数值信息与客户信息一一对应。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的基于风电竞价用户的数据采集方法,其特征在于:步骤S2中,设定数值阈值,将该数值阈值与交易量价数值信息进行比较,根据比较结果,筛选出满足待搜索的交易量价数值信息,还包括以下步骤,设定数值阈值,将交易量价数值信息与数值阈值进行比较,当交易量价数值信息大于数值阈值时,将该交易量价数值信息作为待搜索信息进行存储;当交易量价数值信息小于数值阈值时,重新选择交易量价数值信息。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的基于风电竞价用户的数据采集方法,其特征在于:当交易量价数值信息大于数值阈值时,将该交易量价数值信息作为待搜索信息进行存储,还包括以下步骤,将各交易量价数值信息两两进行比较,筛选出数值最大的交易量价数值信息,将该交易量价数值作为优先待搜索信息并对该交易量价数值信息对应的客户信息进行标记。

  7. 如权利要求6所述的基于风电竞价用户的数据采集方法,其特征在于:根据该特征词从网络抓取对应的网络信息,还包括以下步骤,从抓取的网络信息中提取特征词,将提取的特征词与客户信息的特征词进行比较,当提取的特征词与客户信息的特征词相同时,判定该网络信息为客户信息;当提取的特征词与客户信息的特征词不同时,重新抓取网络信息。
  8. 一种基于风电竞价用户的数据采集装置,其特征在于,所述基于风电竞价用户的数据采集装置包括:
    获取模块,用于获取交易画面,识别并获取交易画面中的交易信息,所述交易信息包括:交易量价数值信息以及对应的客户信息;
    抓取模块,用于设定数值阈值,根据该数值阈值对交易量价数值信息进行筛选,筛选出满足数值阈值的交易量价数值信息,并根据该交易量价数值信息对应的客户信息从网络抓取该客户的网络信息;
    档案建立模块,用于根据客户的网络信息以及交易画面中的客户信息建立对应的客户信息文档。
  9. 一种设备,其特征在于,所述设备包括:存储器、处理器以及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的基于风电竞价用户的数据采集方法程序,所述基于风电竞价用户的数据采集方法程序配置为实现如权利要求1至7任一项所述的基于风电竞价用户的数据采集方法的步骤。
  10. 一种介质,其特征在于,所述介质为计算机介质,所述计算机介质上存 储有基于风电竞价用户的数据采集方法程序,所述基于风电竞价用户的数据采集方法程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至7任一项所述的基于风电竞价用户的数据采集方法的步骤。
