为了进一步提高轮式装置的承重能力,所述弧形部分的连接机构包括加强结构。
当连接机构采用齿结构时,加强结构具体布置如下:所述齿具有朝向所述轮体内部中空的凸起,所述凸起在所述轮体的周向方向上较所述齿部突出,一弧形部分第一端处的齿的凸起与另一弧形部分的第二端处的齿的凸起能够相互卡接。
当连接机构采用榫卯结构时,加强结构具体布置如下:所述弧形部分的端部处设有朝向所述轮体内部中空的多个凸起,所述凸起在所述轮体的周向方向上较所述端部表面突出,相连接的弧形部分的多个凸起能够相互卡接。为了进一步增强榫卯结构的承重能力,在相连接的弧形部分的多个凸起相互卡接后,凸起中在沿所述轮体的轴向上形成长孔,该长孔用于容置所述销。
为了使得瑜伽轮更加的美观,在设有加强结构的轮式装置还包括盒盖,所述盒盖用于盖住所述凸起。
一般的,所述轮体的横截面为圆环形或椭圆环形等。
为了使得轮式装置使用更加舒适,所述轮体的外侧设有垫体,所述垫体优选地套设于所述轮体的外侧;为了让轮式装置更加美观、垫体稳固贴合轮体,所述垫体具有包边;所述垫体外表面设有凸起,使得轮式装置具有按摩作用,并增加垫体与人体之间的摩擦力;所述垫体内表面设有凹陷,可以减少加工材料,同时当为套设垫体时,还可以增加垫体与轮体之间的摩擦力。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明的健身用轮式装置是可拆卸的,用户可将其拆卸后携带,减小携带占用的空间;商家可将其拆卸后包装,减少运输和储存的成本。垫体和轮体是独立的,使用时,将垫体套设在轮体上即可,若其中之一发生损坏,只需要更换其中一个;且用户还可根据自己的需求,购买多种颜色、类型的垫体进行更换,适用性广。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做详细的说明。在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明,但是本发明能够以很多不同于在此描述的其它方式来实施,本领域技术人员可以在不违背本发明内涵的情况下做类似改进,因此本发明不受下面公开的具体实施的限制。
如图2所示,是本发明第一实施例的健身用轮式装置的立体图。该轮式装置包括轮体1,轮体1为一空心柱体,该实施例中,轮体1的横截面为圆环形,即该轮体1为空心圆柱体形。
轮体1包括两个以上的弧形部分(可以为两个、三个、四个等),每个弧形部分具有第一端和第二端,每个弧形部分的第一端和第二端均设有连接机构。第一实施例中,轮体1由四个弧形部分组成,分别为弧形部分2、3、4、5。以弧形部分2、3为例,图3(a)为弧形部分2、3的分立立体图,弧形部分2具有第一端21和第二端22,弧形部分3具有第一端31和第二端32,弧形部分2的第一端21、第二端22和弧形部分3的第一端31、第二端32均设有连接机构,弧形部分2的第一端21处的连接机构23与弧形部分3的第二端32处的连接机构34 能够可拆卸地连接,弧形部分2与弧形部分3连接后的状态如图3(b)所示。弧形部分4、5的两端也具有类似的连接机构,将弧形部分2、3、4、5连接,组成完整的轮体1。
前述的连接机构可以是各种各样能够将两个弧形部分连接在一起的结构,优选地,连接机构能够实现两个弧形部分在外表面上的无缝连接,以增加使用者的舒适度以及结构强度等。在第一实施例中,连接机构具有齿结构,相连接的弧形部分的相应端部设有相互配合的齿。以弧形部分2、3为例,如图3(a)、3(b)所示,弧形部分2在其第一端21处具有连接机构23,连接机构23具有齿231,齿231包含齿部2311,类似地,弧形部分3在其第二端32处具有连接机构34,连接机构34具有齿341,齿341包含齿部3411;弧形部分2第一端21处的齿部2311与弧形部分3的第二端32处的齿部3411能够相互拼接,优选地,在齿部2311与齿部3411拼接后,拼接处形成的轮体外表面是无缝的;拼接后,为了保证轮式装置在使用过程中能够足够承压且弧形部分之间不会相互分离,齿231与齿341中在沿轮体1的轴向上形成长孔2312,轮式装置1还包括销,销用于插入长孔中,从而使轮式装置在承压过程中也能保持组装后的完整轮体不变。
关于弧形部分连接后所形成的长孔,如图4(a)-(c)所示,可以是图4(a)中的通孔,也可以是图4(b)、(c)中的盲孔。为了增加美观度,并确保销保持在长孔中,轮式装置还可以包括堵头(未在图中示出),堵头用于封闭长孔在轮体表面的开口。
图3中,弧形部分2、3均为一端四齿,另一端三齿,同样地,弧形部分4、5也为一端四齿,另一端三齿,将一个弧形部分的四齿与另一个弧形部分的三齿连接,最终即能组成完整的轮体1;这种情况下,多个弧形部分的结构是相同的,因而便于加工。在另一种方式中,也可以将弧形部分的两端加工成齿数相同,例如,将两个弧形部分的两端均加工成四齿,而另两个弧形部分的两端均加工成三齿,同样能够连接成完整的轮体1,这种方式仅适用于弧形部分总数量为偶数的情况,且这种方式需要加工两种结构的弧形部分,成本会有所提升。此处以四齿及三齿进行举例,事实上齿的个数并不限于此。
如图5所示,是本发明第二实施例的健身用轮式装置的立体图。在该实施例中,连接机构具有榫卯结构,相连接的弧形部分的相应端部设有相互配合的榫头 和卯眼。以弧形部分2、3为例,如图6(a)-6(c)所示,弧形部分2在其第一端21处具有连接机构23,弧形部分3在其第二端32处具有连接机构34,连接机构23与连接机构34具有相互配合的榫头和卯眼,例如连接机构23具有榫头232,而连接机构34相应设置有卯眼343;也可以连接机构23具有榫头232和卯眼233,连接机构34相应设置有卯眼343和榫头342,如图6(d)-6(f)所示。弧形部分2的第一端21处的连接机构23与弧形部分3的第二端32处的连接机构34能够相互结合,优选地,在连接机构23与连接机构34相互结合后,结合处形成的轮体外表面是无缝的。结合后,为了保证轮式装置在使用过程中能够足够承压且弧形部分之间不会相互分离,弧形部分2与弧形部分3的结合处在沿轮体1的轴向上形成长孔234和/或长孔344:若仅有榫头232插入卯眼343,则形成长孔234;若仅有榫头342插入卯眼233,则形成长孔344;若同时有榫头232插入卯眼343及榫头342插入卯眼233,则形成长孔234和/或长孔344,设置一个长孔可以简化安装,而设置两个长孔将使结构更加稳固。轮式装置1还包括销,销用于插入长孔中,从而使轮式装置在承压过程中也能保持组装后的完整轮体不变。关于长孔的形态,与第一实施例中的长孔类似,不再赘述。
为了进一步加强组装后的轮体1的承重能力,各弧形部分的连接机构还包括加强结构。
如图7(a)所示,为第一实施例中的弧形部分增设加强结构的情况。以弧形部分2为例,如图7(b)所示,齿231具有朝向轮体1内部中空的凸起2313,凸起2313与齿部2311一一对应设置,凸起2313在轮体1的周向方向上较齿部2311突出。如图7(c)所示,弧形部分2第一端21处的齿231的凸起2313与弧形部分3的第二端32处的齿341的凸起3413能够相互卡接,且由于凸起2313在轮体1的周向方向上较齿部2311突出,凸起2313能够作用到弧形部分3的第二端32的内表面,同样地,凸起3413能够作用到弧形部分2的第一端21的内表面,凸起2313与凸起3413类似于在弧形部分2与弧形部分3的拼接处设置的加强筋,增强了拼接处的强度。优选地,齿部与凸起是一体成型的,这更有利于拼接处强度的提高;更进一步地,整个弧形部分是一体成型的。
如图8(a)所示,为第二实施例中的弧形部分增设加强结构的情况。以弧形部分2为例,如图8(b)所示,弧形部分2的第一端21的端部处设有朝向轮体1内 部中空的多个凸起235,凸起235在轮体1的周向方向上较端部表面211突出。如图8(a)所示,弧形部分3的第二端32的端部处相应设有朝向轮体1内部中空的多个凸起345,凸起235与凸起345能够相互卡接,且由于凸起235在轮体1的周向方向上较端部表面211突出,凸起235能够作用到弧形部分3的第二端32的内表面,同样地,凸起345能够作用到弧形部分2的第一端21的内表面,凸起235与凸起345类似于在弧形部分2与弧形部分3的结合处设置的加强筋,增强了结合处的强度。
图8(b)中,榫头232与凸起235在轮体轴向上的位置大致是相对应的,图8(c)是图8(b)的左视图,从中可以明显看出榫头232与凸起235在轮体轴向上的位置关系;事实上,榫头232在轮体轴向上的位置与凸起235在轮体轴向上的位置是独立的,可以将两者的位置错开设置,如图8(d)所示,同样能够起到增加强度的效果。优选地,整个弧形部分是一体成型的,这更有利于结合处强度的提高。
为了进一步提高承重能力,并防止弧形部分之间分离,可以使得凸起卡接后,凸起中在沿轮体1的轴向上形成长孔,并在长孔中插入销,该设计与在齿中形成长孔或榫卯结合处形成长孔是类似的,不再赘述。
对于图7及图8中的结构,为了增加美观度,如图9所示,轮式装置还可包括盒盖7,盒盖7用于在凸起卡合后,将凸起盖住。
在上述实施例中,轮体的材质可以为PC(聚碳酸酯)、PP(聚丙烯)或ABS(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物),在确保轮式装置具有良好承重能力的情况下,保持相对较低的成本。弧形部分的数量不限于上述实施例中的四个,数量为两个以上即可;弧形部分数量为四时,轮体装置在承重、携带体积及装配便捷程度等方面均较优,为优选方案。另外,轮体的横截面可以为图2中的圆环形,也可以是椭圆环形等其他符合人体曲线的形状,一种可拆卸的异形轮体的端面如图10所示,构成该异形轮体的弧形部分与构成前述空心圆柱体形轮体的弧形部分的差别主要在于弧形部分中间段的弧度,两端连接机构的设计是类似的,不再赘述。
为了提高用户的使用舒适度,轮式装置的轮体1外侧设有垫体8,垫体8选用质地柔软的材料,例如硅胶、TPE(Thermoplastic Elastomer,热塑性弹性体)或EVA(乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物)等。垫体8的一种实施方式如图11所示,其为一个封闭的带状物,在轮体1组装完成后,可以将垫体8套设在轮体1上,垫体 8与轮体1组装完成后状态如图12所示。
为了让轮式装置更加美观、垫体8稳固贴合轮体1,如图13所示,垫体8设有包边81,包边81能够遮挡长孔在轮体1表面的开口,这种情况下可以省略盒盖7和/或堵头。
如图11所示,垫体8的外表面还可设有多个凸起82,使得轮式装置具有一定的按摩作用,同时增加轮式装置与人体之间的摩擦力;在垫体8的内表面,即垫体8与轮体1外表面接触的部分,设有若干个凹陷83,这不仅可以减少加工的原料,还可增加垫体8与轮体1之间的摩擦力,减少垫体8相对于轮体1的窜动。凸起82和凹陷83可以是任意形状的。
采用垫体8套设于轮体1上的方式,用户可以根据自己需求购买各种颜色、类型的垫体8,以便于更换及清洗。当然,如图14所示,垫体8也可做成长条状,在轮体1组装完成后,通过粘贴的方式将垫体8粘设于轮体1上。
本发明轮式装置的组装方式如下:
首先,将多个弧形部分通过连接机构连接成完整的轮体,具体地,将弧形部分两两相应端的连接机构结合在一起,形成前述的长孔,将多根销子插入多个长孔;若有堵头,则用堵头封住长孔,若有盒盖,则在各个连接处装上盒盖。
接着,将垫体套设或粘设于轮体上,即可使用。
若要拆卸轮式装置,则先取下垫体,然后打开盒盖(若有)、取下堵头(若有),接着使用配套的顶杆小工具或其他能够进入长孔的杆状物将销顶出,或者直接将销从长孔中倒出(此时,销的直径较长孔的直径较小),进而使各个弧形部分分离。
本发明的轮式装置用法多样,较为常规的使用方式是躺在轮式装置上,然后上下滚动按摩脊柱或者静静地躺着,即能抵消用户久坐带来的紧张和疲劳,并且可以更好地打开肩关节,伸展脊柱。
至此,本领域技术人员应认识到,虽然本文已详尽示出和描述了本发明的多个示例性实施例,但是,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的情况下,仍可根据本发明公开的内容直接确定或推导出符合本发明原理的许多其他变型或修改。因此,本发明的范围应被理解和认定为覆盖了所有这些其他变型或修改。
工业实用性
本发明的健身用轮式装置是可拆卸的,用户可将其拆卸后携带,减小携带占用的空间;商家可将其拆卸后包装,减少运输和储存的成本。垫体和轮体是独立的,使用时,将垫体套设在轮体上即可,若其中之一发生损坏,只需要更换其中一个;且用户还可根据自己的需求,购买多种颜色、类型的垫体进行更换,适用性广。因此,具有工业实用性。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种健身用的轮式装置,包括轮体,所述轮体为一空心柱体,其特征在于,所述轮体包括两个以上的弧形部分,每个所述弧形部分具有第一端和第二端,每个所述弧形部分的第一端和第二端均设有连接机构,一弧形部分的第一端连接机构与另一弧形部分的第二端连接机构能够可拆卸地连接;将所述弧形部分连接,组成完整的轮体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的轮式装置,其特征在于,所述连接机构具有齿结构,相连接的弧形部分的相应端部设有相互配合的齿,所述齿包含齿部,一弧形部分第一端处的齿部与另一弧形部分的第二端处的齿部能够相互拼接,在拼接后,所述齿中在沿所述轮体的轴向上形成长孔;所述轮式装置还包括多个销,所述销用于插入所述长孔中。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的轮式装置,其特征在于,所述连接机构具有榫卯结构,相连接的弧形部分的相应端部设有相互配合的榫头和卯眼,榫头与卯眼相互结合后,结合处在沿所述轮体的轴向上形成长孔;所述轮式装置还包括多个销,所述销用于插入所述长孔中。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的轮式装置,其特征在于,所述轮式装置还包括堵头,所述堵头用于封闭所述长孔在所述轮体表面的开口。
  5. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的轮式装置,其特征在于,所述弧形部分的连接机构包括加强结构。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的轮式装置,其特征在于,所述齿具有朝向所述轮体内部中空的凸起,所述凸起在所述轮体的周向方向上较所述齿部突出,一弧形部分第一端处的齿的凸起与另一弧形部分的第二端处的齿的凸起能够相互卡接。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的轮式装置,其特征在于,所述弧形部分的端部处设有朝向所述轮体内部中空的多个凸起,所述凸起在所述轮体的周向方向上较所述端部表面突出,相连接的弧形部分的多个凸起能够相互卡接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的轮式装置,其特征在于,相连接的弧形部分的多个凸起相互卡接后,凸起中在沿所述轮体的轴向上形成长孔,该长孔用于容置所述销。
  9. 根据权利要求6-8任一项所述的轮式装置,其特征在于,所述轮式装置还包括盒盖,所述盒盖用于盖住所述凸起。
  10. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的轮式装置,其特征在于,所述轮体的横截面为圆环形或椭圆环形。
  11. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的轮式装置,其特征在于,所述轮体的外侧设有垫体。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的轮式装置,其特征在于,所述垫体套设于所述轮体的外侧。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的轮式装置,其特征在于,所述垫体具有包边。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的轮式装置,其特征在于,所述垫体外表面设有凸起和/或所述垫体内表面设有凹陷。
