所述止转机构包括由固定板221顶面凹设的滑槽2212和活动球2211,所述活动球2211能沿滑槽活动地连接在滑槽2212内,所述活动球至少部分伸出滑槽的槽口;所述转筒411下端固设有轨道板413,所述轨道板413底面凹设有适配活动球的配合槽,所述配合槽包括内圈轨道4131、外圈轨道4132和止转位4133,所述止转位4133介于内圈轨道4131和外圈轨道4132之间,所述止转位4133和外圈轨道4132之间设有第一连通槽4134,所述止转位4133和内圈轨道4132之间设第二连通槽4135,所述内圈轨道和外圈轨道之间设第三连通槽4136。所述滑槽2212相对转动部件41的轴线沿径向布置。所述内圈轨道4131包括绕转筒411轴线的内圆环槽,所述第三连通槽4136直线布置且沿内圆环槽的切线方向设置。所述外圈轨道4132至止转位4133的转向及止转位4133至内圈轨道的转向相反。所述外圈轨道4132包括一绕转筒轴线布置的外弧槽41321和一连通外弧槽两端的第四连通槽41322,所述第一连通槽接通在外弧槽第一端,所述第三连通槽接通外弧槽,所述第四连通槽和外弧槽第一端的连接处构成拐点。所述外弧槽41321第一端至第四连通槽末端深度由浅至深布置;所述内圈轨道4131至第三连通槽深度由浅至深布置;所述第一连通槽深度浅于第二连通槽,第二连通槽深度浅于内圆环槽。
通过该配合槽、球体、滑槽的配合以实现:(1)、出管操纵:用手拉住水管(或水管的第一端管口可设小球头或小接头,则拉住小球头或小接头也可)向外拉动→转动部件带着球体沿外圈轨道正转运行(弹性部件压缩,储蓄弹力)→停止拉管且松开手(弹性部件释放弹力),使转动部件沿外圈轨道逆转→转动部件带着球体沿第一连通槽进入止转位,球体静止,球体卡住转动部件,使转动部件静止,使水管保 持在该位置;(2)、收管操纵:用手轻拉一下水管,转动部件转动带着球体沿第二连通槽进入内圈轨道→松开手,则转动部件在弹性部件弹力作用下沿内圈轨道正转,以将水管收回。(3)、收管途中若想停止,需要向外拉动水管→转动部件带着球体在内圈轨道逆转,沿第三连通槽进入外圈轨道重复出管操纵(1)。本实施例之中,采用自动收管,用力拉一下水管,然后放手,水管将会被回收卷绕,以收入置放空间内。最好:该滑槽相对转动部件的轴线沿径向布置,以增加控制放管、收管的可靠性;该第三连通槽直线布置且沿内圆环槽的切线方向设置,以提高球体沿第三连通槽进入外圈轨道的可靠性;该第四连通槽和外弧槽第一端的连接处构成拐点,以使停止拉管后,球体能沿第一连通槽进入止转位。该外弧槽第一端至第四连通槽末端深度由浅至深布置;该外圈轨道至第三连通槽深度由浅至深布置;该第一连通槽深度浅于第二连通槽,第二连通槽深度浅于内圆环槽,增加控制放管、收管的可靠性。
本实施例之中,所述活动盖26下端部过转轴能转动连接在杯座24,所述活动盖26上部背面固设凸柱261,所述凸柱261末端凸设有头部262,所述凸柱261、头部262和杯座24间配合设门扣机构6。所述门扣机构6包括一固设在安装空间内的固盒61、一活动装设在滑块62、一装设在固盒内且顶抵滑块62的第三弹性体63和扣件64,所述滑块顶抵扣件64,通过所述扣件64扣接头部以实现锁紧,再次按压则带动滑块向内滑动带动扣件64滑动以松释扣件64对头部的锁紧。利用自动门扣按压弹射的原理,锁闭状态按压后弹开,开启状态按进去锁闭,结构简单,操作方便。
本实施例之中,还包括无线充电机构,所述无线充电机构包括充电接口、感应充电发射线圈71、感应充电接收线圈71和冲牙电池,所述感应充电接收线圈和冲牙电池电接且设在冲牙器主体内,所述充电接口和感应充电发射线圈电接且装设在杯子内,将冲牙器主体收纳在杯子内时即可实现充电,方便为冲牙器主体充电,所述充电接口如为USB接口,则可通过数据线73充电。所述冲牙部件11,如包括本体111和底盖112,所述底盖112盖接在本体111底开口以使二者其内形成装配腔,所述装配腔内设有活塞缸体、马达、固定座、冲牙电路板、连杆、活塞、进水接头、齿轮、电池等。
实施例二
它与实施例一不同之处在于:请查阅图16至图19,所述活动盖26和阀芯31之间设有传动机构,通过传动机构使活动盖26相对杯子2的开关和阀芯31的活动 相配合,使活动盖26处于打开状态时阀芯31活动至通位置,活动盖26处于关闭状态时阀芯31活动至断位置。本实施例之中,将活动盖的打开和关闭和通断阀的接通和关闭结合在一起,利用活动盖的打开和关闭控制通断阀的接通和关闭,操作方便,结构紧凑,控制稳定性高。所述传动机构包括推杆35和顶抵推杆35的第二弹性体36,所述活动盖26和推杆35传动连接以使活动盖26打开时能推动推杆35滑动且压缩第二弹性体蓄能,活动盖关闭时第二弹性体蓄能释放以推动推杆复位;所述推杆35上设有配合面351,所述配合面351包括第一平面、斜面3511和第二平面,所述配合面顶抵阀芯31底面,使斜面配合阀芯31时能通过推杆35滑动推动阀芯活动。
杯子冲牙器还包括固装在安装空间22内的安装座28,所述转动部件41转动连接在安装座28;所述安装座28具有接通安装孔251下端口的腔体,所述腔体包括上下布置的通道281和水平布置的盲道282,所述通道和盲道垂直相交布置,所述通道上端口和安装孔下端口接通,所述收管机构的出水盖43的上接头431能转动插入通道下端口,所述上接头431外周和通道内周密封设置,则杯腔的水流经安装孔251、通道281、上接头431、下接头432、水管以为冲牙器主体1供水。所述盲道282开口朝向侧开口,所述推杆滑动连接在盲道282,而且,所述推杆设有密封圈,所述密封圈密封盲道的端口。所述安装座不仅起到连接推杆、收管机构的作用而且还起到接通水路的作用,结构紧凑。
所述活动盖26上部背面凸设有凸起部263,所述凸起部263通过转轴转动连接在杯座24,所述活动盖26顶端构成能顶抵推杆35的顶抵部,结构简单,用力省。
所述活动盖26打开时,所述顶抵部顶抵推杆35末端面使推杆朝内滑动,此时阀芯作用在第一平面上,当转动到一定角度后,推杆的斜面作用在阀芯底面,此时继续打开活动盖则在推杆斜面的作用下,阀芯向上滑动至通位置,阀芯运动至第二平面上,第二弹性体蓄能;关闭活动盖时,活动盖之顶抵部对推杆的顶抵逐渐解除,第二弹性体释能以推动推杆复位,在推杆限制的解除后,阀芯在第一弹性体弹力作用下复位。采用推杆的导向面将活动盖的转动和关闭带动阀芯活动以控制通断,结构简单,稳定可靠。
所述活动盖26正面设有把手,抓住把手后可以拉开,按下了关闭。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的 范围内。
工业实用性
本发明杯子冲牙器包括冲牙器主体、水管、杯子和通断阀,通断阀关闭时杯子可作为杯子使用,且,杯子杯腔能用于收纳冲牙器主体,将冲牙器和杯子自身功能巧妙结合在一起。

Claims (21)

  1. 杯子冲牙器,包括冲牙器主体和能弯曲的水管;所述水管第一端和冲牙器主体能装拆连接且处装接状态时冲牙器主体和水管相接通;其特征在于:还包括杯子和通断阀,所述杯子设有杯腔和能供水管收纳于内的安装空间,所述通断阀设于水管第二端和杯腔之间,所述通断阀接通时杯腔构成为冲牙器主体供水的水箱,所述杯腔还能构成用于收纳冲牙器主体的收纳腔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的杯子冲牙器,其特征在于:所述安装空间具有位于杯子之杯壁上的侧开口,所述杯子上还活动连接有能封闭侧开口的活动盖。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的杯子冲牙器,其特征在于:所述杯子设有间隔部,所述安装空间和杯腔通过间隔部密封隔离。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的杯子冲牙器,其特征在于:所述杯子具有杯体和杯座,所述杯体和杯座上下固接在一起,所述杯体内形成有上述的杯腔,所述杯座内设有上述的安装空间,所述固接处形成有上述间隔部。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的杯子冲牙器,其特征在于:还包括装设在安装空间内的收管机构,所述收管机构包括转动部件,所述转动部件至少能相对安装空间转动,所述水管缠绕在转动部件,所述水管第二端和转动部件相对固定设置。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的杯子冲牙器,其特征在于:所述间隔部设有贯穿的安装孔,所述水管第二端位于安装空间内且水管第二端和安装孔下端口能相接通,所述通断阀和安装孔配合以控制安装孔通断。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的杯子冲牙器,其特征在于:还包括固装在安装空间内的安装座,所述转动部件转动连接在安装座,所述安装座接通在安装孔下端口和水管第二端之间。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的杯子冲牙器,其特征在于:所述通断阀包括阀芯,所述活动盖和阀芯之间设有传动机构,通过传动机构使活动盖相对杯子的开关和阀芯的活动相配合。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的杯子冲牙器,其特征在于:所述杯子设有间隔部,所述安装空间和杯腔通过间隔部密封隔离;所述间隔部设有贯穿的安装孔,所述通断阀和安装孔配合以控制安装孔通断;所述通断阀还包括第一弹性体,所述阀芯能上 下活动连接在安装孔,所述阀芯设有密封部,所述第一弹性体连接阀芯以产生由通位置指向断位置的弹力,位于通位置的密封部密封安装孔。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的杯子冲牙器,其特征在于:所述传动机构包括推杆和顶抵推杆的第二弹性体,所述活动盖和推杆传动连接以使活动盖转动时能推动推杆滑动;所述推杆上设有配合面,所述配合面包括平面和连接平面的斜面,所述配合面顶抵阀芯,使斜面配合阀芯时能通过推杆滑动推动阀芯活动。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的杯子冲牙器,其特征在于:所述活动盖凸设有凸起部,所述凸起部转动连接在杯子,所述活动盖末端构成能顶抵推杆的顶抵部。
  12. 根据权利要求6所述的杯子冲牙器,其特征在于:还包括固装在安装空间内的安装座,所述安装座具有接通安装孔下端口的腔体,所述水管第二端能接通腔体。
  13. 根据权利要求8所述的杯子冲牙器,其特征在于:
    所述传动机构包括推杆和顶抵推杆的第二弹性体,所述活动盖和推杆传动连接以使活动盖转动时能推动推杆滑动;所述推杆上设有配合面,所述配合面包括平面和连接平面的斜面,所述配合面顶抵阀芯,使斜面配合阀芯时能通过推杆滑动推动阀芯活动;
    所述安装座的腔体包括通道和盲道,所述推杆滑动连接在盲道内,所述通道和盲道相交布置,所述通道上端口和安装孔下端口接通,所述水管第二端能接通该通道下端口,所述推杆设有密封圈,所述密封圈密封盲道的端口。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的杯子冲牙器,其特征在于:另配设遥控通断阀通断的控制器。
  15. 根据权利要求5所述的杯子冲牙器,其特征在于:所述收管机构还包括弹性部件,所述弹性部件连接转动部件和杯子以在转动部件正转时产生复位扭矩,通过复位扭矩带动转动部件反转实现收管。
  16. 根据权利要求5所述的杯子冲牙器,其特征在于:还包括止转机构,所述止转机构配合转动部件以能控制转动部件转动或止转。
  17. 根据权利要求5所述的杯子冲牙器,其特征在于:还包括止转机构,所述安装空间内固设有固定板,所述止转机构包括由固定板顶面凹设的滑槽和活动球,所述活动球能沿滑槽活动地连接在滑槽内,所述活动球至少部分伸出滑槽的槽口;所述转动部分包括转筒,所述转筒下端固设有轨道板,所述轨道板底面凹设有适配活动球的配合槽,所述配合槽包括内圈轨道、外圈轨道和止转位,所述止转位介于内 圈轨道和外圈轨道之间,所述止转位和外圈轨道之间设有第一连通槽,所述止转位和内圈轨道之间设第二连通槽,所述内圈轨道和外圈轨道之间设第三连通槽。
  18. 根据权利要求1所述的杯子冲牙器,其特征在于:还包括杯盖,所述杯盖能适配盖接在杯子之上以封闭杯腔。
  19. 根据权利要求1所述的杯子冲牙器,其特征在于:所述冲牙器主体包括冲牙部件和出水嘴,所述出水嘴能装拆连接在冲牙部件。
  20. 根据权利要求1所述的杯子冲牙器,其特征在于:还包括无线充电机构,所述无线充电机构包括充电接口、感应充电发射线圈、感应充电接收线圈和冲牙电池,所述感应充电接收线圈和冲牙电池电接且设在冲牙器主体内,所述充电接口和感应充电发射线圈电接且装设在杯子内。
  21. 根据权利要求2所述的杯子冲牙器,其特征在于:所述活动盖和杯子间设门扣机构。
