Description

一种柜台机用人体检测超声波传感器模组 技术领域
本实用新型属于超声波传感器领域,特别涉及一种柜台机用人体检测超声波传感器模组。
背景技术
随着信息技术的快速发展,柜台机作为一种便捷的人机交互平台,具有成本低、效率高、工作时间长等诸多优点,因而得到广泛的推广和使用。然而,在实际应用中,柜台机依然存在着占用大量资源的现象,例如在没有顾客使用的时段,柜台机长时间在线,就是对电力和网络资源的巨大浪费。
超声波传感器可以发出一种频率高于20KHz的声波,具有良好的精度和方向性,目前广泛应用于测距、人体识别等领域。将超声波传感器与柜台机结合,可以很方便的探测柜台机的使用情况,控制柜台机系统的开闭。
但是,由于超声波传感器的信号极其微弱,又容易受外界环境干扰,为了保证超声波传感器正常工作,需要设计一款抗干扰能力强、工作稳定的电路模组配合工作。
实用新型内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型提出一种超声波传感器模组,实现对柜台机特定区域人员有无的监控,并根据监控判断结果控制柜台机工作模式,达到节能目的。
本实用新型的技术方案是:
一种柜台机用人体检测超声波传感器模组,所述超声波传感器模组安装在柜台机正面,正对被测人体,包括MCU、驱动电路、放大电路和超声波探头;MCU、驱动电路和超声波探头依次连接,超声波探头还通过放大电路连接MCU,MCU还连接柜台机,控制柜台机的开启与关闭。
优选的,所述超声波传感器模组还包括线性电源,柜台机向模组提供12V直流电作为电源,线性电源将其转换为模组各部件的工作电压。
优选的,所述超声波传感器模组离地0.8-~1.2米。
优选的,所述MCU发送驱动信号至驱动电路,驱动电路激励超声波探头,向柜台机正面发射超声波,当超声波遇到柜台机前的人体时产生回波,并被探 头接收;探头接收回波信号后,将微弱的信号传输至放大电路,放大电路将其放大,发送给MCU;所述MCU通过发射、接收超声波的时间差,计算被测人体的距离,判断特定区域是否有人。
优选的,所述MCU如果判断特定区域有人,且在报警距离之内,则通过控制信号,控制柜台机系统开启。
优选的,所述MCU如果判断没有回波或回波时间超出设定值,则判断特定区域没有人,则通过控制信号关闭柜台机系统。
本实用新型的优点是:
本实用新型的超声波传感器模组,实现对柜台机特定区域人员有无的监控,并根据监控判断结果控制柜台机开启与开闭,达到节能目的,还能改善顾客的使用舒适度。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型的柜台机用人体检测超声波传感器模组,包括包括线性电源、MCU、驱动电路、放大电路和超声波探头;MCU、驱动电路和超声波探头依次连接,超声波探头还通过放大电路连接MCU,MCU还连接柜台机,控制柜台机的开启与关闭。所述超声波传感器模组还柜台机向模组提供12V直流电作为电源,线性电源将其转换为模组各部件的工作电压。
如图2所示,所述超声波传感器模组1安装在柜台机2正面,正对被测人体3,所述超声波传感器模组离地0.8-~1.2米。
具体工作时,所述MCU发送驱动信号至驱动电路,驱动电路激励超声波探头,向柜台机正面发射超声波,当超声波遇到柜台机前的人体时产生回波,并被探头接收;探头接收回波信号后,将微弱的信号传输至放大电路,放大电路将其放大,发送给MCU;所述MCU通过发射、接收超声波的时间差,计算被测人体的距离,判断特定区域是否有人。
所述MCU如果判断特定区域有人,且在报警距离之内,则通过控制信号,控制柜台机系统开启。
所述MCU如果判断没有回波或回波时间超出设定值,则判断特定区域没有人,则通过控制信号关闭柜台机系统。

  1. 一种柜台机用人体检测超声波传感器模组,其特征在于,所述超声波传感器模组安装在柜台机正面,正对被测人体,包括MCU、驱动电路、放大电路和超声波探头;MCU、驱动电路和超声波探头依次连接,超声波探头还通过放大电路连接MCU,MCU还连接柜台机,控制柜台机的开启与关闭。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的超声波传感器模组,其特征在于,所述超声波传感器模组还包括线性电源,柜台机向模组提供12V直流电作为电源,线性电源将其转换为模组各部件的工作电压。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的超声波传感器模组,其特征在于,所述超声波传感器模组离地0.8-~1.2米。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的超声波传感器模组,其特征在于,所述MCU发送驱动信号至驱动电路,驱动电路激励超声波探头,向柜台机正面发射超声波,当超声波遇到柜台机前的人体时产生回波,并被探头接收;探头接收回波信号后,将微弱的信号传输至放大电路,放大电路将其放大,发送给MCU;所述MCU通过发射、接收超声波的时间差,计算被测人体的距离,判断特定区域是否有人。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的超声波传感器模组,其特征在于,所述MCU如果判断特定区域有人,且在报警距离之内,则通过控制信号,控制柜台机系统开启。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的超声波传感器模组,其特征在于,所述MCU如果判断没有回波或回波时间超出设定值,则判断特定区域没有人,则通过控制信号关闭柜台机系统。
