本申请要求于2019年10月22日提交中国专利局、申请号为CN201921778803.4、申请名称为“一种电子烟烟管和电子烟”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请实施例涉及香烟技术领域,具体涉及一种电子烟烟管和电子烟。
背景技术
电子烟是一种模仿卷烟的电子产品,有着与卷烟一样的烟雾、味道和感觉。它是通过雾化等手段将尼古丁等变成蒸汽后让用户吸食的一种产品。
现有的电子烟烟管,其外表各不相同。最初的设计从外型上完全是模仿普通卷烟的形状,后来逐渐有了一些变化,例如将烟管加长、将烟管设计成非圆柱形状等。虽然现有电子烟烟管在设计上有了进一步地改善,但是现有电子烟烟管不个性、时尚,也不具有提示周围人避免吸食二手烟的功能。
申请内容
为此,本申请实施例提供一种电子烟烟管和电子烟,以解决现有电子烟烟管不个性、时尚,也不具有提示周围人避免吸食二手烟的功能的 问题。
为了实现上述目的,本申请实施例提供如下技术方案:
根据本申请实施例的第一方面,一种电子烟烟管,其包括烟管本体、背板灯和电源模块,所述烟管本体为中空的壳体,所述背板灯设置于所述烟管本体的外侧面,所述电源模块设置于所述烟管本体的内部,所述电源模块与所述背板灯电连接。
进一步地,所述电子烟烟管还包括背景图,所述背景图设置于所述背板灯的外侧面,所述背景图的尺寸小于所述背板灯的尺寸。
进一步地,所述电子烟烟管还包括开关,所述开关与所述电源模块电连接。
进一步地,所述电子烟烟管还包括充电口,所述充电口设置于所述烟管本体外,所述电源模块为充电电池,所述电源模块与所述充电口电连接。
根据本申请实施例的第二方面,一种电子烟,其包括本申请实施例的第一方面所述的电子烟烟管。
本申请实施例具有如下优点:

实施例1
如图1和2所示,实施例1提供了一种电子烟烟管,其包括烟管本体1、背板灯2和电源模块3,烟管本体1为中空的壳体,背板灯2设置于烟管本体1的外侧面,电源模块3设置于烟管本体1的内部,电源模块3与背板灯2电连接。为了使电源模块3与背板灯2电连接,烟管本体1设有穿线孔,背板灯2与电源模块3连接的导线从穿线孔穿过,穿线孔隐藏在背板灯2的背后。电源模块3可以直接内置在烟管本体1内; 也可以在烟管本体1的侧部设计一个安装槽,将电源模块3装在安装槽内,安装槽的槽口设置一个可拆卸的盖板,第二种设计类似于鼠标或者遥控器的电池槽结构。
当使用者吸电子烟时,电源模块3为背板灯2供电,背板灯2亮,与现有的电子烟烟管相比,本实施例的烟管本体1在背板灯2的衬托下,更显得个性及时尚,同时亮起的背板灯2还能提示周围的人群,与吸烟者(吸电子烟者)保持一定的距离,避免二手烟的危害。
为了更加的彰显个性及具有时尚气息,在背板灯2的外侧面还设置有背景图4,背景图4的尺寸小于背板灯2的尺寸。背景图4可以采用粘贴的方式贴在背板灯2的外侧。
在本实施例中,电子烟烟管还包括开关5,开关5与电源模块3电连接,开关5用于控制电源模块3的电能输出,当开关5闭合时,电源模块3可向背板灯2、内置于烟管本体1内的雾化器(现有电子烟均设置有雾化器,是电子烟的核心装置之一)输出电能。
在本实施例中,电源模块3可以是普通电池,也可以是充电电池。当电源模块3为充电电池时,在烟管本体1上还设置了一个充电口6,例如USB充电口,电源模块3与充电口6电连接,以便通过外接电源为电源模块3充电。
开关5闭合状态下,为了使背板灯2在吸烟时自动亮起,不吸烟时背板灯2并不亮,可采用在烟管本体1的吸嘴或者吸口的位置设置一个电子气流传感器7,一吸气,电子气流传感器7就会使电路闭合。电子气流传感器7在现有的电子烟中是常规设计,用于控制雾化器中的加热丝8的电路,在本实施例中,电子气流传感器7不仅用于控制加热丝8的电路,还用于控制背板灯2的电路,例如背板灯2与加热丝8并联设计。随吸烟动作而自动闪亮的背板灯2,可以减少对电源模块3的电能消耗。
实施例2
实施例2提供了一种电子烟,其至少包括雾化器、烟弹以及实施例1 中提供的电子烟烟管。其中,雾化器与实施例1中的电源模块电连接,即雾化器与实施例1中背板灯共用电源模块。
当使用者吸电子烟时,电源模块为背板灯供电,背板灯亮,烟管本体在背板灯的衬托下,更显得个性及时尚,同时亮起的背板灯还能提示周围的人群,与吸烟者(吸电子烟者)保持一定的距离,避免二手烟的危害。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施例对本申请作了详尽的描述,但在本申请基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本申请精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本申请要求保护的范围。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟烟管,其特征在于,所述电子烟烟管还包括背景图,所述背景图设置于所述背板灯的外侧面,所述背景图的尺寸小于所述背板灯的尺寸。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟烟管,其特征在于,所述电子烟烟管还包括开关,所述开关与所述电源模块电连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟烟管,其特征在于,所述电子烟烟管还包括充电口,所述充电口设置于所述烟管本体外,所述电源模块为充电电池,所述电源模块与所述充电口电连接。
  5. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟包括权利要求1-4任意一项所述的电子烟烟管。
