长期以来,人们开香槟等起泡酒时采用手动拔出瓶塞的方式打开酒瓶,但手动拔出起泡酒瓶塞存在一定的弊端,因为起泡酒酒体内含有大量气体,手动开瓶时瓶塞会被崩出,可能崩伤人或崩坏周围的物品,存在一定的安全隐患,而且酒体也会洒出,浪费酒或污染周边环境。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种起泡酒开瓶器及打开瓶塞的方法,本发明包括壳体、动力机构、开瓶套和螺旋钩,所述螺旋钩的一端与动力机构连接,螺旋钩的另一端在开瓶套内腔内并且悬空,所述开瓶套内壁设有防滑机构,所述动力机构可以驱动螺旋钩旋转,在开瓶时,所述开瓶套内壁的防滑机构卡住起泡酒瓶塞,所述动力机构驱动所述螺旋钩旋转刺穿瓶塞,在螺旋钩旋转力与开瓶套的共同作用下拔出瓶塞。
防滑机构为设置在开瓶套内壁上的若干凸筋,凸筋用于卡住瓶塞,防止瓶塞在螺旋钩的旋转带动下而跟着转动。
在开瓶套的内腔设置有一弹性机构,螺旋钩穿过该弹性机构中心位置,弹性机构可以沿着开瓶套内壁的凸筋上下滑动。
弹性机构包括触动开关和复位弹簧,螺旋钩穿过触动开关中心位置, 触动开关通过复位弹簧沿着凸筋在开瓶套内腔上下滑动。
动力机构包括开关组件、电机和减速箱,开关组件用于控制电机旋转,电机与减速箱连接,减速箱与螺旋钩连接,电机通过减速箱为螺旋钩提供旋转驱动力。
开关组件包括开塞键和退塞键,开塞键启动电机带动螺旋钩逆时针旋转刺入瓶塞,瓶塞此时相对螺旋钩向上运动,从而使瓶塞被拔开,退塞键用于启动电机带动螺旋钩顺时针旋转将瓶塞退出壳体外。

一种打开起泡酒瓶塞的方法,包括用人手拆开套住起泡酒瓶塞的铁丝这一步骤,还包括如下步骤:
第一步,将权利要求1至7任何一条权利要求所述的起泡酒开瓶器的开瓶套套设于外露的瓶塞上,开瓶套内壁的防滑机构卡住瓶塞。
第二步,启动动力机构,并由动力机构驱动螺旋钩旋转,并使得螺旋钩刺穿起泡酒瓶塞,在螺旋钩旋转力与开瓶套的共同作用下拔出瓶塞

防滑机构用于卡住瓶塞81,防止瓶塞81在螺旋钩4的旋转带动下而跟 着转动,使得瓶塞81在螺旋钩4的旋转过程中保持直线运动而被拔出,在将瓶塞81退出壳体时,防滑机构同样可以卡住瓶塞81,使瓶塞81保持直线运动被退出壳体1。
进一步地,防滑机构为在开瓶套3内壁上设置的若干凸筋31,优选地,凸筋31设置为三条,凸筋31用于卡住瓶塞81,防止瓶塞81在螺旋钩4的旋转带动下而跟着转动。
