一种通水气的铒激光牙科治疗仪手柄 技术领域
本发明涉及一种手柄结构,具体是一种通水气的铒激光牙科治疗仪手柄,属于医疗装置应用技术领域。
背景技术
激光作为牙科领域的新技术,已被人们密切关注。激光的光导纤维柔韧纤细、可随意进入牙周袋底和口腔内的任何领域。波长为1064nm的激光具有对人体组织穿透深度适中,产生的热量也适中的特点。利用小能量的激光可以有效地封闭口腔的毛细血管,还能使细菌蛋白质分解、变性,达到消肿、止血和杀菌的功效。作用于牙本质,可以杀死部分神经细胞,达到脱敏的效果。同时还可以用来清除龋齿洞和牙根管内的坏死组织和污物以便于填补。其能量在阈值范围内可随意可调,具有良好的生物学特性,在口腔病的治疗应用中具有独特的优越性,是目前口腔疾病治疗的一种新手段。口腔激光治疗仪属于三类医疗器械。
传统的牙科治疗仪手柄没有通水气,通水气的手柄安装水管和气管的位置也不能转动,也不便于医护人员的抓握,不利于病患处的治疗,且安装水管和气管的结构长度一定,不能根据治疗位置的不同调整,而激光在操作失误使会对口腔的其他部位产生损伤。因此,针对上述问题提出一种通水气的铒激光牙科治疗仪手柄。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种通水气的铒激光牙科治疗仪手柄。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的,包括把手、外杆和安装壳,所述外杆左侧安装有旋转头,所述旋转头内安装有水管和气管,所述水管和气管之间安装有激光管,所述外杆内腔安装有内杆,所述内杆内腔固接有伺 服电机,且所述内杆末端固接有L型固定杆一端,所述L型固定杆另一端固接有按压块,所述L型固定杆贯穿凹槽,所述凹槽开设在外杆底部;
所述外杆顶部固接有把手,所述把手底部卡合有卡条,且所述外杆右端固接有第一轴承,所述第一轴承末端安装有安装块,所述安装块内固接有两个套管。
优选的,所述L型固定杆与内杆靠近的一端安装有第二轴承,所述L型固定杆内腔安装有弹簧和竖杆,所述弹簧套接在竖杆外部。
优选的,所述凹槽两侧均开设有若干卡槽,所述卡槽上方设置有卡块,且所述卡块固接在L型固定杆两侧。
优选的,所述激光管顶部内壁卡合有挡板,所述挡板末端固接有卡条,所述卡条两侧安装有固定架,所述固定架顶部固接在激光管外壁底部,且所述卡条依次贯穿固定架和外杆底部侧壁。
优选的,所述水管和气管依次贯穿旋转头、内杆和外杆,且所述水管和气管末端固接有套管,且所述套管内设置有内螺纹。
优选的,所述激光管贯穿外杆和安装壳,所述安装壳上开设有通孔,所述通孔位于激光管两侧。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明结构设计合理,内杆内腔安装有伺服电机,可带动旋转头和外杆转动设定角度,水管和气管可依次对口腔进行清洁处理,外杆顶部固接有把手,便于医护人员治疗过程中抓握手柄,增加牙科治疗的安全性;
2、本发明结构设计紧凑,内杆末端安装有L型固定杆,按压按压块时竖杆移动,可将L型固定杆在凹槽内滑动,调整旋转头的长度,调整后松开按压块,卡块卡合在卡槽内限定L型固定杆的位置,移动卡条后,激光才会从激光管内输出到达病患处,增加了治疗病患处的针对性,减少激光对其他部位的损伤。

伺服电机7采用的是常州汉姆电机有限公司所售型号为HSSM34D210S86步进伺服电机闭环步进编码器电机混合伺服低压伺服可带刹车电机及其相关的配套电源和电路。
