技术领域
本申请涉及手工具领域,尤其涉及一种多功能组合工具。
背景技术
在工程施工、建筑装修等工作领域,离不开各式各样的手工具如刮刀。刮刀,又名油灰刀,是油漆工、泥瓦工经常使用的手工具,可以刮、铲、涂、填,在建筑施工以及生活中广泛使用。现有的刮刀一般由刮板和与其固定连接的握把组成,刮板多为刚性材质,是刮刀的主要工作部分,而握把则是工作人员握持所用。目前的刮刀一般仅具有刮或铲的基本功能,当实际操作中遇到工作界面固定有螺钉等障碍物需要清除时,工作人员往往需要借助螺丝批头、刀片、撬棒等其他工具来完成清障或平整工作,这就要求工作人员需要将各式各样的手工具携带齐全,操作中也需要不时搜找不同工具,不仅给工具携带带来不便,也影响操作便利性、快捷性,进而影响工作效率。
因此,本领域的技术人员致力于开发一种能够将其他功能的工具组合在一起的多功能刮刀工具。
发明内容
有鉴于现有技术的上述缺陷,本申请的目的是通过改善现有刮刀结构实现刮刀的多功能性作用。
本申请提供一种组合工具,包括:第一工具件,第一工具件包括相互连接的工作部和握持部;以及第二工具件,第二工具件可拆卸地安装在第一工具件的握持部上。
在一些实施例中,可选的,握持部设置有工具槽,第二工具件可拆卸地置于工具槽中。
在一些实施例中,可选的,还包括:阻尼机构,以防止第二工具件与第一工具件意外脱离。
在一些实施例中,可选的,阻尼机构包括设置在工具槽的至少一个内壁上的突起,以使得在第二工具插入工具槽时能够被突起卡住。

以下参考说明书附图介绍本申请的多个优选实施例,使其技术内容更加清楚和便于理解。本申请可以通过许多不同形式的实施例来得以体现,本申请的保护范围并非仅限于文中提到的实施例。
在附图中,结构相同的部件以相同数字标号表示,各处结构或功能相似的组件以相似数字标号表示。附图所示的每一组件的尺寸和厚度是任意示出的,本申请并没有限定每个组件的尺寸和厚度。为了使图示更清晰,附图中有些地方适当夸大了部件的厚度。
本申请提供一种组合工具,包括第一工具件和第二工具件。第一工具件包括相互连接的工作部和握持部,握持部设置有工具槽,第二工具件可拆卸地置于工具槽中。进一步的,组织工具还可以包括阻尼机构,以防止第二工具件与第一工具件意外脱离。下面以刮刀作为第一工具件为例描述本申请的组合工具。
请参考图1,为本申请一实施例的一种多功能刮刀的结构示意图,本申请提供了一种多功能刮刀,该多功能刮刀包括刮板1和与所述刮板1固定连接的握把2,所述刮板1用于实现所述多功能刮刀的刮或铲功能,是所述多功能刮刀的主要工作部,一般为金属或陶瓷材料制成,例如,金属材料可以为铝合金、铝或钢材料;而所述握把2一般可分为木制、塑料制、陶瓷或钢制握把,与所述刮板1固定连接的所述握把2是所述多功能刮刀的手持部分,方便操作人员握持并使用。
与现有刮刀不同的是,本实施例提供的多功能刮刀还包括工具凹槽3和第二工具4,所述工具凹槽3设置于所述握把2上并与所述第二工具4的形状及大小相适配,所述第二工具4能够移动地插置于所述工具凹槽3内。
本实施例的工具凹槽3,是为了放置所述第二工具4而设置的,利用了所述握把2的空间,因此,所述工具凹槽3开设在所述握把2的本体上,所述工具凹槽3可以是与所述握把2一体成型的,也可以是后期在所述握把2上加工开具的,总之只要能够实现放置所述第二工具4同时不影响操作人员手持所述握把2的舒适性即可。
例如,如图1所示,所述工具凹槽3设置于所述握把2的中部,当然,本申请所设置所述工具凹槽3也可以设置在所述握把2的其他位置,如所述握把2的尾端,可以是沿着所述握把2的轴向设置,也可以沿着所述握把2的横向设置,设置的方式可以如前所述,在此不再赘述。
所述工具凹槽3的目的主要是放置所述第二工具4,因此其形状、大小、深度、开口宽度等尺寸需要与拟放置的所述第二工具4相适配,例如,所述第二工具4可以为一件十字螺丝批头,当然,也可以根据需要,放置适合于放置在所述握把2中的其他工具,如刀片、卷尺,或者其他形状的螺丝批头。
因此,通过在所述多功能刮刀的所述握把2上开具所述工具凹槽3并放置螺丝批头或刀片等第二工具4,可以使得油漆工等操作人员在工作时可以方便携带这些所述第二工具4并可以快速的拿取或存放,因此,所述第二工具4是可移动地插置在所述工具凹槽3内的,为实现这种可移动插置,可以利用所述第二工具4与所述工具凹槽3表面接触形成的摩擦力或卡件等非紧固方式,并要求所述工具凹槽3与所述第二工具4的大小及形状相适配。
当操作人员在进行所述多功能刮刀刮铲作业时,如需要螺丝批头或刀片等第二工具4,可以从所述握把2中取出所述第二工具4,待用完后再将所述第二工具4放置到所述握把2中的所述工具凹槽3中,既方便拿取使用,又不易丢失。
本申请提供的所述多功能刮刀中的第二工具4是可移动地插置于所述工具凹槽3中的,鉴于所述第二工具4和/或所述握把2多是由金属材料或塑料等制成,因此为了增大摩擦力,为使得放置在所述工具凹槽3中的所述第二工具4的相对稳定性具有一定的保障,本实施例还可以采取相应的防滑措施,例如,在所述工具凹槽3的至少一个内壁上设置阻尼机构,例如,所述阻尼机构可以位于所述工具凹槽3的底部,例如,所述阻尼机构可以为弹性卡件或磁性件或防滑硅胶涂层。
例如,所述弹性卡件位于所述工具凹槽3的底部或侧内壁。所述磁性件可以为磁钢,其中,所述磁钢也可以称为磁铁,所述磁性件位于所述工具凹槽3的底部。所述防滑硅胶涂层位于所述工具凹槽3的至少一个内壁,例如,所述防滑硅胶涂层位于所述工具凹槽3的底部表面、内侧周边表面或全部内侧表面,当然也可以是其他的防滑材料或防滑措施,这样可以进一步提升本申请提供的多功能刮刀的实用性和便利性。
在本申请的另一实施例中,放置在所述工具凹槽3内的所述第二工具4也可以是十字螺丝批头,也可以是刀片,或是其他工具。
例如,当所述第二工具4为十字螺丝批头或者刀片时,所述工具凹槽3设置在所述握把的中部,所述十字螺丝批头或刀片可以移动地插置于所述工具凹槽3内,当使用时可以从所述工具凹槽3内取出所述十字螺丝批头或刀片。为了使放置在所述工具凹槽3内的十字螺丝批头或刀片不易滑脱,在所述工具凹槽3的至少一个内壁上设置阻尼机构,例如,所述阻尼机构可以为突起卡件或磁性件或防滑硅胶涂层,例如,在所述工具凹槽3的至少一个内壁上一体成型的突起的弹性卡件,或者是其他形式的阻尼机构,只要能对放置在工具凹槽3内的十字螺丝批头或刀片够起到相对固定作用即可。
在本申请的另一实施例中,直线型螺丝批头或双向批头也是一种常用的手工具,同样可以作为第二工具放置在本实施例提供的多功能刮刀的所述工具凹槽3中,例如,所述工具凹槽3横向贯穿于所述握把2上并形成线形的通孔。由于是横向设置,因此所述工具凹槽3的数量可以是一个,也可以是一个以上,例如两个或三个,主要根据所述握把2的长度以及螺丝批头的大小来定,直线型螺丝批头仍然可移动地插置于所述工具凹槽3,即横向贯穿于所述握把2上的通孔中,由于是通孔结构,直线型螺丝批头在置入通孔后,可以从通孔的任意一端方便的取出。
在本申请的另一实施例中,为了进一步提升空间利用率,还可以在所述握把2的尾端设置沿所述握把2纵向的工具凹槽。例如,在所述握把2的尾端开设沿所述握把2纵向的所述工具凹槽3,并在所述握把2的尾端设置端帽,所述端帽与所述握把2通过螺纹连接。当所述端帽旋紧在握把上时,就与纵向方向的所述工具凹槽3形成一个密闭的空腔,在此空腔内可以放置直线型螺丝批头。当需要使用放置在上述空腔内的直线型螺丝批头时,可以将所述端帽旋开并将其取出使用。本说明书中描述的直线型螺丝批头,是指形状为直线的螺丝批头,其两端各有一个批头工作部,这两个批头工作部可以是一样的,当然也可以是不一样的。
本实施例提供的多功能刮刀,除了所述第二工具4可以是上文介绍并说明的十字螺丝批头、刀片或直线型螺丝批头之外,还可以是L型批头工具或榔头。
当所述第二工具4为L型批头或榔头时,所述工具凹槽3设置为与所述L型工具或所述榔头的大小及形状相适配的形状,L型批头可移动地插置于工具凹槽中。本实施例所述的L型批头,是指形状类似L型的批头工具件,其两端各有一个工作部,其中一端为螺丝批头,另一端为撬棒头。本实施例所述榔头,是一种常用的手工具,也有两个端部,其中一端是可以利用其重力敲击物体的榔头工作部,另一端可以设置为螺丝批头,例如活动式固定该螺丝批头。
本实施例提供的多功能刮刀,当所述第二工具4插置于所述工具凹槽3中时,为了更加方便的取出,可以在所述工具凹槽3的外露端设置弧形凹口,例如,开设弧形凹口。需要特别指出的是,本实施例所述弧形凹口,是指通过进一步削减加工在所述工具凹槽3的向外一端的所述握把2的材料,而形成的弧形凹口,该弧形凹口可以使所述第二工具4的部分界面尤其是方便操作人员拿取的部位裸漏在外,这样的造型可以使操作人员更方便的将所述第二工具4从所述工具凹槽3内抽拉取出。
在本申请的另一实施例中,当所述第二工具4由钢制材料制成时,还可以在所述工具凹槽3的底部内嵌磁性件,例如,磁钢,通过磁性件发出的磁力将所述第二工具4吸引固定在所述工具凹槽3中。
另外,卷尺也是一种建筑施工、工程装修等领域中常用的测量工具,本申请提供的多功能刮刀也可以将卷尺功能集成到刮刀上,当所述第二工具4为卷尺时,所述工具凹槽3设置于所述握把2的尾端,所述卷尺可以移动地插置于位于所述握把2尾端的所述工具凹槽3内。
下面将进一步结合具体第二工具对本申请提供的多功能刮刀作进一步说明。
请参考图2,为本申请另一实施例的一种多功能刮刀的拆分结构示意图,本实施例提供的多功能刮刀包括刮板1、握把2和十字螺丝批头21,所述十字螺丝批头21为第二工具,所述握把2的中部开设有工具凹槽3,所述工具凹槽3的形状和大小与所述十字螺丝批头21相互适配,例如,如图3所示,所述十字螺丝批头21能够移动地插置在所述工具凹槽3内。
所述十字螺丝批头21可以如图4所示,所述十字螺丝批头21是指具有相互垂直的四个方向的四个十字批头工作部211的螺丝批头,其每个十字批头工作部211的功能各不相同,可以为操作人员带来更大的选择性和便利性。
在所述工具凹槽3的内壁上,设置有突起卡件5,例如,一体成型设置有突起卡件5,可以将置入所述工具凹槽3内的所述十字螺丝批头21相对稳固的卡住,以防止所述十字螺丝批头21从所述工具凹槽3中滑落。
为较为方便的将所述十字螺丝批头21从所述工具凹槽3中抽拉取出或放回,在所述工具凹槽3的外露端设置有弧形凹口6,例如,通过削切加工开设所述弧形凹口6。
为了使放置在所述工具凹槽3中的所述十字螺丝批头21更为稳固,在所述工具凹槽3的侧壁上涂有防滑硅胶涂层,可以增大所述工具凹槽3的表面与所述十字螺丝批头21表面之间的摩擦力,使得所述十字螺丝批头21不容易从所述工具凹槽3中脱落出来。
因此,当操作人员使用本实施例提供的多功能刮刀时,如需用到所述十字螺丝批头21,就可以从所述握把2中取出使用。
请参考图5,为本申请另一实施例的一种多功能刮刀的拆分结构示意图,本实施例提供的多功能刮刀包括刮板1、握把2和刀片22,所述刀片22为第二工具,在握把2的中部开设有工具凹槽3,所述工具凹槽3的形状和大小与所述刀片22相互适配,所述刀片22能够移动地插置在所述工具凹槽3内。
在所述工具凹槽3的内壁上,设置有突起卡件5,例如一体成型设有所述突起卡件5,可以将置入所述工具凹槽3内的所述刀片22相对稳固的卡住,以防止所述刀片22从所述工具凹槽3中滑落。
为了较为方便的将所述刀片22从所述工具凹槽3中抽拉取出或放回,在所述工具凹槽3的外露端设置有弧形凹口6,例如,通过削切加工在所述工具凹槽3的外露端开设有所述弧形凹口6。
为了使放置在所述工具凹槽3中的所述刀片22更为稳固,在所述工具凹槽3的侧壁上涂有防滑硅胶涂层,可以增大所述工具凹槽3的表面与所述刀片22表面之间的摩擦力,使得所述刀片22不容易从工具凹槽中脱落出来。
当操作人员使用本实施例提供的多功能刮刀时,如需用到所述刀片22,就可以从握把中取出使用,可以为操作人员带来更大的选择性和便利性。
如图6所示,为本申请另一实施例的一种多功能刮刀的结构示意图,本实施例提供的多功能刮刀包括刮板1和握把2,所述握把2开设有三个工具凹槽,即两个横向贯穿于所述握把2的第一工具凹槽31和第二工具凹槽32,以及一个设置在所述握把2尾端并沿着所述握把2纵向的第三工具凹槽33。
如图7和图8所示,所述第一工具凹槽31、所述第二工具凹槽32及所述第三工具凹槽33中可以分别放置第一直线型螺丝批头41、第二直线型螺丝批头42和第三直线型螺丝批头43。
例如,所述第一工具凹槽31和所述第二工具凹槽32横向贯穿所述握把2并形成线形的通孔,所述第一直线型螺丝批头41和所述第二直线型螺丝批头42可以移动地分别插置于所述第一工具凹槽31及所述第二工具凹槽32中,即横向贯穿于所述握把2上的通孔中。
由于是通孔结构,所述第一直线型螺丝批头41和所述第二直线型螺丝批头42分别置入通孔后,可以从通孔的任意一端方便的取出。
此外,如图7所示,在所述握把2的尾端设置有端帽7,例如,所述端帽7与所述握把2尾端可以通过螺纹连接,例如,所述端帽7与所述握把2尾端的所述第三工具凹槽33的内壁通过螺纹固定,或者,所述端帽7与所述握把2尾端的所述第三工具凹槽33的内壁通过弹性件压紧固定。
当所述端帽7旋紧在所述握把2的尾端时,就与纵向的所述第三工具凹槽33形成一个密闭的空腔,在此空腔内可以放置所述第三直线型螺丝批头43;当需要使用放置在上述空腔内的所述第三直线型螺丝批头43时,可以将所述端帽7旋开并将其取出使用。
为了使放置在所述第一工具凹槽31、所述第二工具凹槽32及所述第三工具凹槽33中的所述第一直线型螺丝批头41、所述第二直线型螺丝批头42和所述第三直线型螺丝批头43更为稳固,在所述第一工具凹槽31、所述第二工具凹槽32及所述第三工具凹槽33的内壁上设置有防滑硅胶涂层,例如,通过涂覆工艺涂有防滑硅胶涂层。
本实施例描述的所述第一直线型螺丝批头41、所述第二直线型螺丝批头42和所述第三直线型螺丝批头43具有相同的结构,均是形状为直线的螺丝批头,例如,以所述第一直线型螺丝批头41为例说明,如图9所示,所述第一直线型螺丝批头41的两端各有一个批头工作部411,这两个批头工作部411的功能一样或不一样,例如,所述第一直线型螺丝批头41的两端所述批头工作部411可以均为十字螺丝刀,或者,其中一个为十字螺丝刀口,另一个一字螺丝刀口。
如图10所示,为本申请另一实施例的一种多功能刮刀的结构示意图,本实施例提供的多功能刮刀包括刮板1、握把2和L型批头工具44,所述L型批头工具44为第二工具,所述握把2的中部开设有工具凹槽34,其中,所述工具凹槽34的形状和大小与所述L型批头工具44相互适配,所述L型批头工具44能够移动地插置在工具凹槽34内。
如图11所示,在所述工具凹槽34的底部内嵌有磁性件8,所述磁性件8可以为磁钢,所述磁性件8可以利用其磁吸力将放置在所述工具凹槽34内的所述L型批头工具44吸附住,进而有效避免所述L型批头工具44从所述工具凹槽34中滑落。
本实施例所述L型批头工具44可以如图12所示,在所述L型批头工具44的两端分别有批头工作部441和撬棒头442,例如,所述批头工作部441可以为十字螺丝刀口或一字螺丝刀口。
为了使放置在所述工具凹槽34的所述L型批头工具44更为稳固,在所述工具凹槽34的内壁上设置有防滑硅胶涂层,例如,通过在所述工具凹槽34的内壁上涂覆所述防滑硅胶涂层。
为了较为方便的将所述L型批头工具44从所述工具凹槽34中抽拉取出或放回,在所述工具凹槽34的外露端设置有弧形凹口6,例如,在工具凹槽34的外露端削切有弧形凹口6。
如图13所示,为本申请另一实施例的一种多功能刮刀的结构剖视图,本实施例提供的多功能刮刀包括刮板1、握把2和榔头45,其中,所述榔头45为第二工具,在所述握把2的中部开设有工具凹槽35,所述工具凹槽35的形状和大小与所述榔头45相互适配,所述榔头45能够移动地插置在所述工具凹槽35上。
本实施例所述榔头45可以如图14所示,所述榔头45的两端分别有螺丝批头451和榔头工作部452,例如,所述螺丝批头451可以为十字螺丝刀口或一字螺丝刀口。
为了使放置在所述工具凹槽35的所述榔头45更为稳固,在所述工具凹槽35的内壁上设置有防滑硅胶涂层,例如,通过在所述工具凹槽35的内壁上涂覆防滑硅胶涂层。
如图15所示,为本申请另一实施例的一种多功能刮刀的结构示意图,本实施例提供的多功能刮刀包括刮板1、握把2和卷尺46,其中,所述卷尺46为第二工具,在所述握把2的尾端开设工具凹槽36,所述工具凹槽36的形状和大小与所述卷尺46相互适配,所述卷尺46能够移动地插置在所述工具凹槽36内。
为了使放置在所述工具凹槽36的所述卷尺46更为稳固,在所述工具凹槽36的内壁上设置有防滑硅胶涂层,例如,通过在所述工具凹槽36的内壁上涂覆防滑硅胶涂层。
以上对本申请提供的一种多功能刮刀进行了详细说明和介绍。本文中应用了具体个例对本申请提供的一种多功能刮刀的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本申请的方法及其核心思想。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请原理的前提下,还可以对本申请进行若干改进和修饰,这些改进和修饰也落入本申请权利要求的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种组合工具,其特征在于,包括:
    第一工具件,所述第一工具件包括相互连接的工作部和握持部,其中,所述握持部设置有工具槽;
    第二工具件,所述第二工具件可拆卸地置于所述工具槽中;以及
    阻尼机构,以防止所述第二工具件与所述第一工具件意外脱离。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的组合工具,其特征在于:
    所述阻尼机构包括设置在所述工具槽的至少一个内壁上的突起,以使得在所述第二工具插入所述工具槽时能够被所述突起卡住;或者
    所述阻尼机构包括设置在所述工具槽的至少一个内壁上的防滑涂层;或者
    所述阻尼机构包括内嵌于所述握持部的磁性件。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的组合工具,其特征在于:
    所述阻尼机构包括设置在所述第二工具上的弹性机构,以使得当所述第二工具插入所述工具槽时,所述弹性机构能够抵住所述工具槽的内壁以防止所述第二工具从所述工具槽中意外脱离。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的组合工具,其特征在于:
    所述工具槽设置在所述握持部的侧面和/或尾端。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的组合工具,其特征在于:
    所述工具槽具有在所述握持部表面纵向延伸的长边和向所述握持部内部横向延伸的短边,以形成L型的凹槽。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的组合工具,其特征在于:
    所述第二工具被配置为可抽拉地置于所述工具槽中。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的组合工具,其特征在于:
    所述工具槽的外露端设有凹口,以便于抽拉所述第二工具。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的组合工具,其特征在于:
    所述工具槽为开口在所述握持部的尾端的纵向空腔。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的组合工具,其特征在于,还包括:
    端帽,所述端帽可开合地安装在所述工具槽的开口处。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的组合工具,其特征在于:
    所述第一工具件为刮刀,所述工作部为刮板,所述握持部为握把,所述握持部固定连接在所述工作部的前端;以及
    所述第二工具件为以下一种或多种工具:十字批头、刀片、L型批头、榔头、直线型批头、卷尺。
