- an embodiment of the present application provides an alarm system 10a.
- the alarm system 10a includes a main control circuit 11.
- the main control circuit 11 includes a processor 12 and a memory 13.
- the processor 12 can obtain the parameter measurement result (obtained from the target object by the parameter measurement circuit 21), and obtain the alarm condition of the monitoring device 20 currently corresponding to the parameter measurement result.
- the processor 12 can obtain the parameter measurement results obtained by the parameter measurement circuit 21 from the target object, and the method of obtaining it can be directly from the parameter measurement circuit 21, or from other devices, circuits, components, connections, etc.
- the parameter measurement circuit 21 obtains, and its obtaining method is not specifically limited.
- the alarm condition includes an alarm threshold; for example, when the parameter measurement result of the target object exceeds the alarm threshold, the monitoring device 20 will alarm accordingly.
- the corresponding alarm conditions are correspondingly different.
- the processor 12 may also obtain the alarm information generated by the monitoring device 20 when the parameter measurement result meets the alarm condition.
- the memory 13 can store parameter measurement results, as well as stored alarm conditions and alarm information corresponding to the alarm conditions.
- the monitoring device 20 issues an instruction to control the corresponding alarm 23 to issue an alarm signal. Medical staff will perform related operations based on the alarm signal.
- the alarm 23 may include an audible and visual alarm 23.
- the monitoring device 20 may include a parameter measurement circuit 21.
- the parameter measurement circuit 21 includes at least one parameter measurement circuit corresponding to a parameter.
- the parameter measurement circuit 21 includes at least an ECG signal parameter measurement circuit, a respiratory parameter measurement circuit, a body temperature parameter measurement circuit, a blood oxygen parameter measurement circuit, a non-invasive blood pressure parameter measurement circuit, At least one parameter measurement circuit in the invasive blood pressure parameter measurement circuit, etc., each parameter measurement circuit is respectively connected to the externally inserted sensor accessory 22 through a corresponding sensor interface.
- the sensor accessory 22 includes a detection accessory for detecting corresponding parameters of the target object.
- the parameter measurement circuit 21 of the monitoring device 20 can be used to connect the sensor accessory 22 to obtain the collected parameter measurement results.
- the parameter measurement circuit 21 may also include measurement circuits for at least two or more physiological parameters; the parameter measurement circuit 21 may include but is not limited to a parameter measurement circuit (module), a human body parameter measurement circuit (module), or a sensor to collect human body parameters, etc. .
- the parameter measurement circuit 21 obtains the sampling signal related to the target object obtained by the sensor accessory 22 through the extended interface, and obtains the parameter measurement result after processing, thereby alarming and/or displaying according to the parameter measurement result and the corresponding alarm condition.
- the extended interface can also be used to output the control signal on how to collect the parameters output by the main control circuit 11 to the detection accessory of the external parameter through the corresponding interface, so as to realize the monitoring and control of the target object parameter.
- the parameter measurement result or parameter type in each embodiment may include at least one of electrocardiographic respiration, blood oxygen, blood pressure, body temperature, and heart rate.
- the various embodiments of the present application are mainly exemplified by the parameter measurement result of the heart rate value, but the parameter measurement result is not limited to the heart rate value only.
- the monitoring device 20 will generate alarm information accordingly.
- the content of the alarm information may include: alarm time (for example: 20xx year xx month xx day, xx year xx month xx day xx hour xx minute xx second), alarm Duration (for example: 10s) and alarm type (can be understood as the type of parameter/parameter measurement result, such as: heart rate value) and so on.
- the display mode of the alarm information may include a display mode and/or a sound mode.
- the memory 13 of the alarm system 10a may classify and store the alarm conditions and alarm information according to the parameter measurement results. For example: store the alarm conditions and alarm information of the heart rate value in the same area, store the alarm conditions and alarm information of the blood oxygen value in other areas, and so on. This facilitates the subsequent processing of the parameter measurement results again to determine whether the alarm conditions of the monitoring device 20 need to be adjusted.
- the alarm condition corresponding to the heart rate value may refer to the heart rate threshold value. That is, when the acquired heart rate value exceeds the heart rate threshold, the monitoring device 20 issues an instruction to control the alarm 23 to give an alarm. Since the heart rate value of the target object has a certain range of fluctuation; therefore, the heart rate threshold may be the upper heart rate threshold. When the parameter measurement result is higher than the upper heart rate threshold, the monitoring device 20 can determine that the heart rate value of the target object is too high and control the alarm Device 23 alarms. In addition, the heart rate threshold may also be a lower heart rate threshold. When the parameter measurement result is less than the lower heart rate threshold, analogously, the monitoring device 20 can determine that the heart rate of the target object is too low, and control the alarm 23 to give an alarm.
- the general monitoring device 20 uses the same set of heart rate thresholds (including: upper heart rate threshold and/or lower heart rate threshold). According to differences in the age, gender, and weight of the target object, this set of heart rate thresholds is likely to be different. The situation of adaptation. For example, when a general monitoring device 20 monitors some normal target objects with a high heart rate, it is easy to trigger the monitoring device 20 to alarm; however, these alarms do not indicate that the target objects are abnormal. Therefore, it is easy to reduce the sensitivity of the medical staff to the alarm, and it is easy to affect the normal work of the medical staff and the normal life of the target object.
- the processor 12 can analyze the parameter measurement results of the monitoring device 20 and the corresponding alarm conditions to obtain the alarm condition rationality analysis result; the alarm condition rationality analysis The results include information on the reasonableness of the current alarm conditions.
- the medical staff can adjust the monitoring equipment according to the alarm condition rationality analysis result to modify the relevant parameters of the monitoring equipment; or the medical staff reconfirm the alarm condition The setting is reasonable, without the need to modify the relevant parameters of the monitoring equipment.
- the alarm system 10a may include a display 14 that can display parameter measurement results and corresponding alarm condition rationality analysis results for medical staff to view and perform related operations.
- the display 14 may also display alarm conditions and other relevant data of the target object.
- the processor 12 determines that the current alarm condition is reasonable, it may not output the rationality analysis result of the alarm condition; based on this, the medical staff only needs to respond to the unreasonable alarm condition and perform the monitoring on the monitoring device. Related adjustments. In order to reduce the possible misjudgment of data such as alarm conditions and alarm information by the processor 12, the analysis results of the rationality of these alarm conditions can be called by medical staff when they need to be checked.
- the relevant adjustments to the monitoring device 20 include, but are not limited to, adjusting the alarm conditions, and may also include other operations.
- the results of these operations may be to reduce unreasonable alarm conditions and related data (such as : Parameter measurement results or alarm information) interference to medical staff. For example: reduce the alarm level of the alarm condition, change the alarm mode of the alarm condition, or store the parameter measurement results and alarm information of the alarm condition in different levels, and so on.
- the processor 12 stores the parameter measurement results and/or alarm information hierarchically, which is a type of operation based on the rationality analysis result.
- the alarm system 10a normally stores the parameter measurement result and alarm information of the heart rate value.
- the alarm system 10a monitors blood oxygen saturation related data (such as parameter measurement results or alarm information). ) Perform tiered storage; this tiered storage can be analogous to the classified storage in other embodiments, and the parameter measurement results and alarm information of blood oxygen saturation are stored in other areas.
- the alarm system 10a determines that the setting of the alarm condition of the blood oxygen saturation is unreasonable; that is, to a certain extent, the alarm system 10a can determine that the acquired parameter measurement results and alarm information do not reflect the actual physical state of the target object. Therefore, this hierarchical storage can make the parameter measurement results (of blood oxygen saturation) and alarm information not directly displayed on the display 14, but only be called when the medical staff or the target object needs to view it. In contrast, the parameter measurement result and alarm information of the heart rate value can be directly presented on the display 14 for the medical staff or the target object to view in time. In this way, the sensitivity of the medical staff to the relevant data (such as parameter measurement results or alarm information) presented on the display 14 is improved, and is not easily disturbed by unreasonable data.
- the alarm system 10a can in addition to the heart rate and blood oxygen saturation In addition to storing data related to blood oxygen saturation (such as parameter measurement results or alarm information) in different levels, it is also possible to change the alarm mode and/or alarm level of the heart rate value and blood oxygen saturation to change the medical staff’s response.
- data related to blood oxygen saturation such as parameter measurement results or alarm information
- the original alarm methods for heart rate and blood oxygen saturation are both sound and light alarms.
- the alarm mode corresponding to the heart rate value can remain unchanged, and the alarm mode corresponding to the blood oxygen saturation can be changed accordingly.
- the change may include, but is not limited to: adjusting from the original sound and light alarm to sound or light alarm, or reducing the decibel of the sound alarm in the original sound and light alarm, or reducing the light intensity of the light alarm in the original sound and light alarm.
- the changed blood oxygen saturation alarm mode is not easy to be perceived by the medical staff, and the medical staff can have more time and energy to pay attention to the parameter measurement results (such as heart rate value) and the corresponding alarm conditions. Alarm information.
- the alarm system 10a can also adjust the alarm level of the heart rate value and blood oxygen saturation.
- the alarm levels of the monitoring device 20 may include: level I, level II, and level III.
- the original heart rate and blood oxygen saturation alarm levels are both level II.
- the alarm level of the heart rate value can be maintained at level II or adjusted to level I, and the alarm level of blood oxygen saturation can be adjusted to level III.
- the processor 12 of the alarm system 10a may also analyze the alarm information and the corresponding alarm conditions to obtain the analysis result of the rationality of the alarm conditions.
- the analysis result of the rationality of the alarm condition can be obtained by analyzing the parameter measurement result or the alarm information.
- the two types of analysis methods do not conflict; in some embodiments, the parameter measurement results and alarm information can also be analyzed to obtain the corresponding analysis results of the rationality of the alarm conditions, which will be further explained below.
- the monitoring device 20 obtains multiple parameter measurement results (based on the same parameter) of the target object over a period of time.
- the measurement results of these parameters may fluctuate within the interval between the lower heart rate threshold and the upper heart rate threshold. In this case, the monitoring device 20 will not be triggered to alarm.
- the monitoring device 20 will give an alarm and generate an alarm message.
- the processor 12 of the alarm system 10a can obtain and count the measurement results of the parameters within the period of time to obtain the preset interval range.
- the preset interval range may be a statistical analysis of the measurement results of multiple parameters, and the processor 12 analyzes the alarm condition in combination with the preset interval range to obtain the rationality analysis result of the alarm condition.
- the processor 12 can obtain a preset interval range based on the parameter measurement result by performing statistics and processing on the parameter measurement result.
- the processor 12 determines that the setting of the alarm condition is unreasonable, and obtains the rationality analysis result of the alarm condition corresponding to the alarm condition.
- the medical staff can perform related operations through the display 14, including but not limited to modifying the alarm condition, determining the alarm condition, or confirming the relevant information of the target object, and so on.
- the processor 12 may obtain the average value and standard deviation of the parameter measurement results by performing statistics and analysis on the parameter measurement results obtained in a period of time.
- the preset interval range refers to the interval range determined by at least one of [average value + standard deviation] or [average value-standard deviation]; the endpoints of the preset interval range are respectively [ At least one of mean + standard deviation] or [mean-standard deviation].
- the alarm threshold of the alarm condition When the alarm threshold of the alarm condition is within the range of [average value ⁇ standard deviation] or the endpoint value of the preset interval exceeds the alarm threshold, part of the parameter measurement results obtained by the monitoring device 20 from the target object exceeds the The alarm threshold; that is, when the target object is monitored by the monitoring device 20 with the alarm condition, the monitoring device 20 will relatively frequently control the alarm 23 to alarm, which leads to the need for medical staff to frequently walk and check according to the alarm, It also reduces the sensitivity of medical staff to the alarm. However, these alarms are not issued because the physical condition of the target object is not good, but because the alarm conditions of the monitoring device 20 are not adjusted based on the target object.
- the alarm condition is that the heart rate exceeds 120. If the average value of the patient's heart rate is 125 and the standard deviation is 3, one of the endpoints of the preset interval range is [125-3], At this time, when the target object is monitored by the monitoring device 20 with a heart rate exceeding 120 as an alarm condition, the monitoring device 20 will relatively frequently control the alarm 23 to alarm.
- the parameter measurement result is blood oxygen saturation
- the alarm condition is that the blood oxygen saturation is lower than 95. If the average value of the patient's blood oxygen saturation is 92 and the standard deviation is 2, the preset interval range One of the endpoint values of is [92+2].
- the monitoring device 20 When the target object is monitored by the monitoring device 20 with blood oxygen saturation lower than 95 as the alarm condition, the monitoring device 20 will relatively frequently control the alarm 23 to alarm. Therefore, based on the above exemplary embodiments, the analysis results of the alarm conditions in the embodiments of the present application will give an unreasonable prompt (setting of the alarm conditions), so that the monitoring device 20 can be treated for medical care if the alarm conditions of the monitoring device 20 are unreasonable. The personnel are aware of and can reset reasonable alarm conditions for the current target object.
- the alarm system 10a provided in the embodiment of the present application can perform the processor 12 when the alarm threshold is within a preset interval or the end value of the preset interval exceeds the alarm threshold. Generate the corresponding analysis results of the rationality of the alarm conditions, and notify the medical staff to adjust the unreasonable alarm conditions. For example, if the current average value of blood oxygen saturation is 97, the standard deviation is 3, and the lower threshold of blood oxygen saturation is 95, it is considered that the alarm threshold of "low blood oxygen saturation" is set unreasonably, and the processor 12 generates the corresponding Analyze the results of the rationality of the alarm conditions, and notify the medical staff to adjust the unreasonable alarm conditions.
- the alarm threshold can be specifically adjusted so that the adjusted monitoring device 20 is not prone to invalid alarms; while ensuring effective monitoring of the target object, Reduce the frequency of medical staff walking back and forth and improve the efficiency of monitoring.
- the processor 12 can also count the alarm information of the monitoring device 20 (based on the same parameter) over a period of time, and obtain the information from the alarm information. The number of alarms. Taking the heart rate value as an example, the monitoring device 20 obtains the heart rate value of the target object. Within one hour, among multiple heart rate values measured from the target object, the heart rate values measured ten times were higher than the upper heart rate threshold. Corresponding to these ten heart rate values, the monitoring device 20 alarms ten times and generates ten alarm messages. Based on the ten alarms, the medical staff needs to check the content of the ten alarms back and forth, and determine whether the body of the target object is abnormal.
- the processor 12 obtains the corresponding alarm condition rationality analysis result, and displays the result on the display 14
- the alarm condition rationality analysis result is used to notify the medical staff to adjust the unreasonable alarm condition.
- the threshold of the number of alarms may be stored in the memory 13 and called or modified by the processor 12.
- the alarm 23 of the monitoring device 20 may also be used to notify the medical staff to view the analysis result of the rationality of the alarm condition.
- the processor 12 may obtain the corresponding preset interval by analyzing the parameter measurement results and alarm information in a period of time. Range and number of alarms. Based on the preset interval range and the number of alarms, the processor 12 determines whether the alarm condition is reasonable. For example, when the alarm threshold of an alarm condition is within the preset interval, and the number of alarms based on the alarm condition exceeds the threshold of the number of alarms, the processor 12 obtains the corresponding analysis result of the rationality of the alarm condition, and promptly informs the medical staff of the The setting of unreasonable alarm conditions can be adjusted.
- the number of "two consecutive law" alarms in one hour exceeds 20 times, which is greater than the alarm number threshold (for example: three), and the number of ventricular premature beats exceeds 10 within one minute, while the "two consecutive law” If the alarm condition is set to 3 pairs of normal and ventricular heartbeat combinations, it is considered that the "two-line" alarm condition setting is unreasonable, and the processor 12 obtains the corresponding analysis result of the rationality of the alarm condition, and promptly informs the medical staff of the unreasonable setting The alarm conditions are adjusted.
- the alarm number threshold for example: three
- the type of the display 14 may be a touch-sensitive display, which may be a liquid crystal (LC) display or a light-emitting diode (OLED) display; or, the display 14 may be configured There are related physical keys for medical staff to perform related operations, and this application is not limited.
- LC liquid crystal
- OLED light-emitting diode
- the display 14 can adjust or confirm the alarm condition of the monitoring device 20 in response to related input operations. It should be understood that the adjustment may be adjusting the alarm threshold of the current alarm condition; or adjusting the type of the alarm condition of the monitoring device 20, and correspondingly, the type of the parameter measurement result obtained by the monitoring device 20 is also changed accordingly. After the alarm condition is adjusted or confirmed, the storage can be realized through the memory 13 of the alarm system 10a.
- the display 14 may pop up the alarm condition adjustment interface or analyze the rationality of the alarm conditions by other means after receiving the result of the alarm condition rationality analysis. The results are displayed. For example, when the medical staff passes by the display 14, the alarm condition adjustment interface can directly determine that the alarm condition displayed on the interface needs to be adjusted or confirmed.
