请参阅图1,为一种充电桩在线运营管理方法,包括:S1、接收用户注册的身份信息;S2、在用户使用充电桩时使用身份信息对用户的使用信息进行核对;S3、在用户的身份核对通过后,将充电桩为用户开放,并生成充电桩使用信息;S4、使用充电桩使用信息生成费用信息,并将费用信息发送至用户;S5、在用户确认费用信息无误后,生成用户响应信息;S6、将身份信息、充电桩使用信息、费用信息、响应信息及预先获取的充电桩信息自动生成报表;S7、输出报表,并响应于工作人员的管理操作更新报表。
在本实施例中,用户注册的身份信息包括:用户账号,用户类型、车型、注册时间、用户姓名、车牌号、发动机号及用户群,其中,用户账号为用户注册时使用的手机号,从而使得用户能够更加方便记忆账号。
在用户使用充电桩时使用身份信息对用户的使用信息进行核对包括:根据用户的身份信息中的手机号码识别并定位用户;在用户的识别并定位通过后,获取用户输入的当前密码,在当前密码与身份信息中的注册密码一致时,为用户开放充电桩的使用权限;在为用户开放充电桩的使用权限后,为用户提供二维码、充电桩编码录入框以供用户选择不同的方式使用充电桩。
通过使用用户的身份信息中的手机号码识别并定位用户,能够降低他人盗取用户的账户而冒充用户使用充电桩,从而为用户造成损失的几率;通过验证当前密码,增加了用户使用账户的复杂度,能够降低用户不会无意中登录并使用账户而导致账户上的经费等造成损失的几率。
在本实施例中,充电桩所在的站点的编码具有九位数字组成,分别为2位省份编码、2位市编码、2位区编码及3位站点编码,例如011站点归属陕西省西安市长安区,则站点编码为612902001;本体编码在站点编码的基础上增加3位站桩编码,例如上述001站点的001站桩编码为612902001001;充电枪编码在本体编码的基础上增加两位编码,例如上述001站点001站桩的01充电枪编码为61290200100101。
通过上述编码,能够明确地区分及定位每一个充电桩,从而使得维修人员定位故障充电桩更加快速,进一步减少了维修人员的人力资源的浪费。
充电桩在线运营管理方法还包括:为充电桩生成编码;为充电桩生成充编码包括:为充电桩所在的站点生成站点编码;在站点编码的基础上,根据站点内的充电桩的数量,增加站点编码的位数,生成充电桩编码;在充电桩编码的基础上,根据充电桩上充电枪的数量,增加充电桩编码的位数,生成充电枪编码。
通过生成充电桩所在站点的站点编码,能够通过站点编码快速找到需要寻找的充电桩所在的站点;而通过充电桩编码,能够在充电桩站点内,快速找到需要寻找的充电桩;通过充电枪编码,能够快速找到充电桩上的充电枪,从而降低寻找充电桩的难度,使得充电桩的在线运营管理更加的规范化。
充电桩在线运营管理方法还包括:将充电桩信息及充电桩使用信息实时显示在地图上,并将不同状态的充电桩信息及充电桩使用信息的充电桩分别标记。
通过将不同状态的充电桩信息及充电桩使用信息的充电桩分别标记在地图上,能够使得工作人员更加直观地观察充电桩的状态,从而使得充电桩的在线运营管理更加的规范化。
通过上述步骤,能够在地图上实时显示充电桩当前的状态(损坏、无法链接、正在使用、空闲等),用户在点击地图上的充电桩后,能响应用户的点击显示充电桩的详细信息,从而使得维修人员能够实时得到充电桩是否故障的数据,进一步减少了维修人员人力资源的浪费。
本实施例提供的一种充电桩在线运营管理方法,其工作原理或过程如下:通过将身份信息、充电桩使用信息、费用信息、响应信息及充电桩信息自动生成报表,能够便于工作人的查看,并且可以响应于工作人员的管理操作更新报表,从而实现了充电桩的在线运营及管理,使得充电桩在铺设后,充电桩的信息更加清晰地向工作人员展现,从而降低了充电桩的运营管理混乱的几率,并降低了充电桩保养维修不及时等问题发生的几率,因此降低了充电桩使用繁琐的几率。
请参阅图2,本申请实施例提供一种充电桩在线运营管理系统,该系统包括:身份信息接收模块1、核对模块2、充电桩开放模块3、费用信息生成模块4、响应信息生成模块5、报表生成模块6及报表更新模块7;身份信息接收模块1用于接收用户注册的身份信息;核对模块2用于在用户使用充电桩时使用身份信息接收模块1接收的身份信息对用户的使用信息进行核对;充电桩开放模块3用于在用户的身份通过核对模块2核对后,将充电桩为用户开放,并生成充电桩使用信息;费用信息生成模块4用于使用充电桩开放模块3生成的充电桩使用信息生成费用信息,并将费用信息发送至用户;响应信息生成模块5用于在用户确认费用信息生成模块4生成的费用信息无误后,生成用户响应信息;报表生成模块6用于将身份信息接收模块1接收的身份信息、充电桩开放模块3生成的充电桩使用信息、费用信息生成模块4生成的费用信息、响应信息生成模块5生成的响应信息及预先获取的充电桩信息自动生成报表;报表更新模块7用于输出报表生成模块6生成的报表,并响应于工作人员的管理操作更新报表。
核对模块2包括:识别定位单元、密码验证单元及使用方式提供单元;识别定位单元用于根据身份信息接收模块1接收的用户的身份信息中的手机号码识别并定位用户;密码验证单元用于在用户经过识别定位单元的识别并定位通过后,获取用户输入的当前密码,在当前密码与身份信息中的注册密码一致时,为用户开放充电桩的使用权限;使用方式提供单元用于在密码验证单元为用户开放充电桩的使用权限后,为用户提供二维码、充电桩编码录入框以供用户选择不同的方式使用充电桩。
充电桩在线运营管理系统还包括:编码生成模块,用于为充电桩生成编码;编码生成模块包括:站点编码生成单元、充电桩编码生成单元及充电枪编码生成单元站点编码生成单元,用于为充电桩所在的站点生成站点编码;充电桩编码生成单元,用于在站点编码生成单元生成的站点编码的基础上,根据站点内的充电桩的数量,增加站点编码的位数,生成充电桩编码;充电枪编码生成单元,用于在充电桩编码生成单元生成的充电桩编码的基础上,根据充电桩上充电枪的数量,增加充电桩编码的位数,生成充电枪编码。
充电桩在线运营管理系统还包括:实时显示模块,实时显示模块用于将充电桩开放模块3生成的充电桩使用信息及预先获取的充电桩信息实时显示在地图上,并将不同状态的充电桩信息及充电桩使用信息的充电桩分别标记。
本申请实施例提供一种电子装置,请参阅3,该电子装置包括:存储器601、处理器602及存储在存储器601上并可在处理器602上运行的计算机程序,处理器602执行该计算机程序时,实现前述中描述的充电桩在线运营管理方法。
进一步的,该电子装置还包括:至少一个输入设备603以及至少一个输出设备604。
上述存储器601、处理器602、输入设备603以及输出设备604,通过总线605连接。
其中,输入设备603具体可为摄像头、触控面板、物理按键或者鼠标等等。输出设备604具体可为显示屏。
存储器601可以是高速随机存取记忆体(RAM,Random Access
Memory)存储器,也可为非不稳定的存储器(non-volatile memory),例如磁盘存储器。存储器601用于存储一组可执行程序代码,处理器602与存储器601耦合。
进一步的,本申请实施例还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,该计算机可读存储介质可以是设置于上述各实施例中的电子装置中,该计算机可读存储介质可以是前述中的存储器601。该计算机可读存储介质上存储有计算机程序,该程序被处理器602执行时实现前述实施例中描述的充电桩在线运营管理方法。
进一步的,该计算机可存储介质还可以是U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器601(ROM,Read-Only
Memory)、RAM、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
在本申请所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的装置和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述模块的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,例如多个模块或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另一点,所显示或讨论的相互之间的耦合或直接耦合或通信连接可以是通过一些接口,装置或模块的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性,机械或其它的形式。

另外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能模块可以集成在一个处理模块中,也可以是各个模块单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上模块集成在一个模块中。上述集成的模块既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现。
所述集成的模块如果以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的全部或部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only
Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
需要说明的是,对于前述的各方法实施例,为了简便描述,故将其都表述为一系列的动作组合,但是本领域技术人员应该知悉,本发明并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制,因为依据本发明,某些步骤可以采用其它顺序或者同时进行。其次,本领域技术人员也应该知悉,说明书中所描述的实施例均属于优选实施例,所涉及的动作和模块并不一定都是本发明所必须的。
在上述实施例中,对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重,某个实施例中没有详述的部分,可以参见其它实施例的相关描述。

Claims (10)
- 一种充电桩在线运营管理方法,其特征在于,包括:接收用户注册的身份信息;在用户使用充电桩时使用所述身份信息对用户的使用信息进行核对;在用户的身份核对通过后,将充电桩为用户开放,并生成充电桩使用信息;使用所述充电桩使用信息生成费用信息,并将所述费用信息发送至用户;在用户确认所述费用信息无误后,生成用户响应信息;将所述身份信息、所述充电桩使用信息、所述费用信息、所述响应信息及预先获取的充电桩信息自动生成报表;输出所述报表,并响应于工作人员的管理操作更新所述报表。
- 根据权利要求1所述的充电桩在线运营管理方法,其特征在于,所述在用户使用充电桩时使用所述身份信息对用户的使用信息进行核对包括:根据用户的所述身份信息中的手机号码识别并定位用户;在用户的识别并定位通过后,获取用户输入的当前密码,在所述当前密码与所述身份信息中的注册密码一致时,为用户开放充电桩的使用权限;在为用户开放充电桩的使用权限后,为用户提供二维码、充电桩编码录入框以供用户选择不同的方式使用充电桩。
- 根据权利要求1所述的充电桩在线运营管理方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:为充电桩生成编码;所述为充电桩生成充编码包括:为充电桩所在的站点生成站点编码;在所述站点编码的基础上,根据站点内的充电桩的数量,增加所述站点编码的位数,生成充电桩编码;在所述充电桩编码的基础上,根据充电桩上充电枪的数量,增加所述充电桩编码的位数,生成充电枪编码。
- 根据权利要求1所述的充电桩在线运营管理方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:将所述充电桩信息及所述充电桩使用信息实时显示在地图上,并将不同状态的充电桩信息及充电桩使用信息的充电桩分别标记。
- 一种充电桩在线运营管理系统,其特征在于,包括:身份信息接收模块,用于接收用户注册的身份信息;核对模块,用于在用户使用充电桩时使用所述身份信息接收模块接收的身份信息对用户的使用信息进行核对;充电桩开放模块,用于在用户的身份通过所述核对模块核对后,将充电桩为用户开放,并生成充电桩使用信息;费用信息生成模块,用于使用所述充电桩开放模块生成的充电桩使用信息生成费用信息,并将所述费用信息发送至用户;响应信息生成模块,用于在用户确认所述费用信息生成模块生成的费用信息无误后,生成用户响应信息;报表生成模块,用于将所述身份信息接收模块接收的身份信息、所述充电桩开放模块生成的充电桩使用信息、费用信息生成模块生成的费用信息、响应信息生成模块生成的响应信息及预先获取的充电桩信息自动生成报表;报表更新模块,用于输出所述报表生成模块生成的报表,并响应于工作人员的管理操作更新报表。
