상기 완충모듈(6)은 상기 모듈프레임(61)에 구비되되 그 길이 방향이 상기 탄성밴드의 신축방향과 나란한 바(bar) 형상의 승강가이더(65)를 더 포함하고, 상기 승강가이더(65)에는 도 4에서 후술할 완충모듈 연결부(7)의 가이더 연결부(73, 74)가 연결될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 탄성밴드(62)의 타단에는 도 4에서 후술할 완충모듈 연결부(7)의 밴드 연결부(72)에 고정되는 밴드 체결부(66)가 더 구비될 수 있으며, 상기 밴드 체결부(66)는 후크 또는 상기 밴드 연결부(72)가 삽입되는 중공을 가진 튜브로 이루어질 수 있다.
전술한 탄성밴드(62)와 풀리(63, 64) 및 밴드 체결부(66)는 상기 아기수용부(3)의 균형을 위해 한쌍으로 이루어짐이 바람직하다.
한편, 상기 아기수용부(3)는 외관을 형성하는 케이스(31)와 상기 케이스의 내면에 밀착된 쿠션(32)을 더 포함할 수 있고, 상기 케이스(31)는 합성수지 또는 단단한 고무 소재로 이루어지며 상기 쿠션(32)은 푹신한 소재의 합성수지 또는 솜 또는 라텍스 등으로 이루어질 수 있다.
상기 케이스(31)는 상기 베이스부(2)와 마주보는 제1케이스(311)와, 상기 제1케이스(311)와 마주보도록 구비되는 제2케이스(312)를 포함할 수 있으며, 상기 쿠션(32)은 상기 제1케이스(311)의 내측면에 밀착된 제1쿠션(321) 및 상기 제2케이스(312)의 내측면에 밀착된 제2쿠션(322)을 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 제1케이스(311)와 제2케이스(312)에 의해 아기의 다리가 상기 아기수용부(3)의 양측으로 인출되는 제1개구(33)와 제2개구(34, 미도시)가 형성되며, 아기의 두부가 상기 아기수용부(3)의 상측으로 인출되는 제3개구(35)가 형성될 수 있다.
이하, 도 4를 참조하여, 상기 아기수용부(3)와 상기 완충모듈(6)을 연결하기 위한 구조 및 상기 허리벨트(5)의 세부 구성을 설명한다.
상기 완충모듈 연결부(7)는 상기 제1케이스(311)의 후방의 프레임 고정홈(311a)에 고정되는 연결부 프레임(71)과, 상기 연결부 프레임(71)에 구비되어 상기 밴드 체결부(66)가 고정되도록 상기 연결부 프레임(71)의 좌우 폭방향으로 연장된 바(bar) 형상의 밴드 연결부(72)를 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 완충모듈 연결부(7)는 상기 연결부 프레임(71)의 양측에 구비되며 상기 승강가이더(65)에 연결되어 상기 아기수용부(3)의 움직임에 따라 상하 이동하는 가이더 연결부(73, 74)를 더 포함할 수 있다.
상기 가이더 연결부(73, 74)는 후크 또는 상기 승강가이더(65)가 삽입되는 중공을 가진 튜브로 이루어질 수 있으며, 상기 케이스(31)가 상기 베이스부(2)에서 전방으로 이격되지 않도록 하는 동시에 상기 케이스(31)의 좌우 흔들림을 방지하는 역할을 한다.
상기 가이더 연결부(73, 74) 상기 연결부 프레임(71)의 양측 상부에 구비된 가이더 상부 연결부(73)와, 상기 연결부 프레임(71)의 양측 하부에 구비된 가이더 하부 연결부(74)를 포함할 수 있다.
한편, 상기 허리벨트(5)는 상기 베이스부(2)의 하부에서 좌측으로 연장된 제1벨트(51)와 상기 베이스부(2)의 하부에서 우측으로 연장되어 상기 제1벨트(51)와 선택적으로 결합되는 제2벨트(52)를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 제1벨트(51)와 상기 제2벨트(52)에는 벨크로(53)가 구비되 수 있으며, 안정성을 보다 높이기 위해 상기 허리벨트(5)는 상기 제1벨트(51)의 끝단에 구비된 제1벨트 체결부(54)와 상기 제2벨트(52)의 끝단에 구비되어 상기 제1벨트 체결부(54)와 선택적으로 체결되는 제2벨트 체결부(55)를 더 포함할 수 있다.
상기 제1벨트 체결부(54)와 제2벨트 체결부(55)는 버클로 구비되며, 착용을 보다 쉽게 하기 위해 서로 자성에 의해 탈착되도록 구비됨이 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 허리벨트(5)는 상기 제1벨트 체결부(54)와 상기 제1벨트(51)를 연결하는 제1벨트 연결밴드(56) 및 상기 제2벨트 체결부(55)와 상기 제2벨트(52)를 연결하는 제2벨트 연결밴드(57)를 더 포함할 수 있다.
한편, 상기 케이스(31)의 내측으로 아기를 보다 쉽게 안착시키기 위해서는 상기 제1케이스(311)와 상기 제2케이스(312)가 개방될 필요가 있으며, 이를 위한 세부 구조를 도 5를 참조하여 설명한다.
상기 제1케이스(311)의 하단과 상기 제2케이스(312)의 하단은 케이스 연결부(37)를 통해 연결될 수 있으며, 상기 제2케이스(312)는 상기 케이스 연결부(37)를 중심으로 그 상단이 상기 제1케이스(311)의 상단과 멀어지게 개방될 수 있다.
상기 케이스 연결부(37)는 힌지로 구비될 수도 있고, 플렉서블한 소재의 합성수지 또는 고무로 구성되어 상기 제2케이스(312)가 개방된 경우 상기 제2케이스(312)에 상기 제1케이스(311) 방향으로 소정의 복원력을 제공할 수 있다.
이에 따라, 아기는 상기 제3개구(35)를 통해 상측에서 하측으로 케이스(31) 내부로 진입하지 않아도 되므로, 착용시 보호자가 아기를 높이 들어서 안는 수고로움을 감수하지 않아도 된다.
즉, 보호자가 어깨끈(4)과 허리벨트(5)를 착용한 후, 상기 제2케이스(312)를 개방하여 아기를 쿠션(32)에 안착시키고, 다시 상기 제2케이스(312)를 닫을 수 있게 된다.
상기 아기수용부(3)는 상기 제1케이스(311)의 양단에 구비된 제1케이스 체결부(361)와, 상기 제2케이스(312)의 양단에 구비되어 제1케이스 체결부(361)와 선택적으로 체결되는 제2케이스 체결부(362)를 더 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 아기수용부(3)는 상기 제1케이스 체결부(361)와 상기 제1케이스(311)를 연결하는 제1케이스 연결밴드(363) 및, 상기 제2케이스 체결부(362)와 상기 제2케이스(312)를 연결하는 제2케이스 연결밴드(364)를 더 포함할 수 있다.
상기 제1케이스 체결부(361)와 제2케이스 체결부(362)는 버클로 구비되며, 착용을 보다 쉽게 하기 위해 서로 자성에 의해 탈착되도록 구비됨이 바람직하다.
왜냐하면, 보호자가 홀로 아기를 안기 위해서는, 상기 어깨끈(4)과 허리벨트(5)를 착용한 상태에서 한쪽 팔로는 아기가 상기 제1쿠션(321)에 밀착되도록 안고, 나머지 팔로는 상기 제2케이스(312)를 당겨서 상기 제1케이스 체결부(361)와 제2케이스 체결부(362)를 결합시키게 된다.
이 과정에서, 상기 제1케이스 체결부(361)와 제2케이스 체결부(362)가 단순 구조 식 버클로만 구비될 경우, 아기를 안은 채 이 둘을 체결하기가 어렵기 때문에 자석에 의한 결합방식이 사용됨이 바람직하다.
나아가, 상기 제2케이스(312)의 상측 양단에는 후방으로 연장된 케이스 연장부(314)가 구비될 수 있으며, 상기 제2케이스 체결부(362)는 상기 제2케이스 연결밴드(364)를 통해 상기 케이스 연장부(314)에 연결될 수 있다.
상기 케이스 연장부(314)는 상기 제1케이스(311)와 상기 제2케이스(312)의 간격을 확보하는 한편, 상기 제2케이스 체결부(362)의 방향이 상기 제1케이스 체결부(361)로 향하도록 하여 자성에 의해 둘의 결합이 쉽도록 하는 효과를 가져올 수 있다.
본 명세서에 기재되어 있지 않은 효과라도, 본 발명은 상술한 각각의 구성들이 다른 효과를 추가적으로 가지고 있을 수 있으며, 상술한 각각의 구성들간 유기적인 결합관계에 따라 종래기술에서 볼 수 없는 새로운 효과를 도출할 수 있다.
아울러, 도면에 도시된 실시예들이 다른 형태로 변형되어 실시될 수 있으며, 본 발명의 특허청구범위에 청구된 구성을 포함하여 실시되거나 균등범위 내에서 실시되는 경우 본 발명의 권리범위에 속하는 것으로 보아야 할 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 보호자의 가슴 또는 등을 커버하는 베이스부;
    상기 베이스부의 전방에 구비된 아기수용부;
    상기 베이스부와 상기 아기수용부 사이에 구비되며, 보호자의 상체가 상하로 유동할 경우 보호자의 상하 유동폭 보다 아기가 수용된 상기 아기수용부의 상하 유동폭이 작도록 상기 아기수용부의 움직임을 유도하는 완충모듈;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아기띠.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 완충모듈은
    상기 베이스부의 전면에 고정된 모듈프레임; 및
    일단이 상기 모듈프레임의 일측에 고정되고, 타단이 상기 아기수용부와 연결된 탄성밴드;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아기띠.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 아기수용부의 후방에 고정되며, 상기 탄성밴드의 타단을 고정하는 완충모듈 연결부;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아기띠.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 완충모듈 연결부는
    상기 아기수용부의 후방에 고정되는 연결부 프레임; 및
    상기 연결부 프레임에 구비되며, 상기 탄성밴드의 타단이 고정되는 밴드 연결부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아기띠.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 완충모듈은
    상기 모듈프레임에 구비되되, 그 길이 방향이 상기 탄성밴드의 신축방향과 나란한 승강가이더;를 더 포함하고,
    상기 완충모듈 연결부는
    상기 연결부 프레임에 구비되며, 상기 승강가이더에 연결되어 상기 아기수용부의 움직임에 따라 상하 이동하는 가이더 연결부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아기띠.
  6. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 완충모듈은
    상기 모듈프레임에 구비되며, 상기 탄성밴드의 일단과 타단 사이 부분이 걸리는 풀리;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아기띠.
  7. 제6항에 있어서,
    상기 풀리는
    상기 모듈프레임의 상측에 구비된 제1풀리; 및
    상기 모듈프레임의 하측에 구비된 제2 풀리;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아기띠.
  8. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 아기수용부는
    외관을 형성하는 케이스; 및
    상기 케이스의 내면에 밀착된 쿠션;을 포함하고,
    상기 케이스는
    상기 베이스부와 마주보는 제1케이스; 및
    상기 제1케이스와 마주보도록 구비되되, 상기 제1케이스의 하단을 중심으로 그 상단이 상기 제1케이스의 상단과 멀어지도록 개방되는 제2케이스;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아기띠.
  9. 제8항에 있어서,
    상기 아기수용부는
    상기 제1케이스의 양단에 구비된 제1케이스 체결부; 및
    상기 제2케이스의 양단에 구비되며, 상기 제1케이스 체결부와 선택적으로 결합되는 제2케이스 체결부;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아기띠.
  10. 제9항에 있어서,
    상기 제1케이스 체결부와 상기 제2케이스 체결부는 자성에 의해 서로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아기띠.
