Abstract

일체형 화장품 드로퍼가 개시된다. 본 발명의 일체형 화장품 드로퍼는, 화장품 내용물이 저장되는 용기 바디; 용기 바디에 결합되는 캡 바디 및 캡 바디에 마련되는 펌핑 바디가 구비된 캡부; 및 캡부의 일측부에 결합되어 화장품 내용물을 흡입 또는 토출시키는 피펫부를 포함하고, 펌핑 바디와 캡 바디는 일체로 마련되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Description

일체형 화장품 드로퍼
본 발명은, 드로퍼에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는, 캡부의 공정 작업을 간소화시켜 작업 효율을 높일 수 있는 일체형 화장품 드로퍼에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 아이 크림 등 한 번에 소량을 사용하되 정확하게 정량을 사용하는 것이 바람직한 액체 상태의 화장품 내용물을 사용하는 방법으로 기존에는 각 사용 회차마다 사용할 양만큼 캡슐 등의 형태로 개별 포장하는 방식이 사용되었다.
그러나 이러한 개별 포장 방식은 사용자가 내용물을 사용한 후에도 비교적 많은 양이 캡슐 내부에 남아있게 되므로 비효율적이다.
이러한 개별 포장 방식의 문제점을 극복하기 위하여 내용물을 용기에 수용한 후 일반적인 피펫이나 주사기 구조의 인출 수단을 사용하거나 푸시 펌프(push pump)의 구성을 가지는 인출수단을 사용하여 사용할 때마다 내용물을 인출하여 사용하는 구성이 개시되었다.
이 중 푸시 펌프(push pump)의 구성을 가지는 인출수단의 경우 단순히 버튼을 누르기만 하면 그때마다 일정량의 내용물을 인출할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
한편 종래의 드로퍼를 제조하는 공정은 다음과 같다. 먼저, 내캡과 알루미늄으로 마련된 금속 외피를 본드로 조립한다. 다음으로, 화장품 내용물을 흡입 또는 토출하는 통로인 피펫과, 화장품 내용물을 흡입 또는 토출하는 압력을 제공하는 고무 벌브를 조립한다. 마지막으로, 금속 외피가 결합된 내캡과 피펫이 결합된 고무 벌브를 조립하여 생산을 완료한다.
이렇게 생산하는 경우 각각의 제품을 조립하는 데 시간이 소요되고 조립 작업 중 제품이 파손되는 경우가 발생되어 작업 효율이 떨어지므로 이에 대한 개선책이 요구된다.
전술한 기술구성은 본 발명의 이해를 돕기 위한 배경기술로서, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 널리 알려진 종래 기술을 의미하는 것은 아니다.
따라서 본 발명이 이루고자 하는 기술적 과제는, 캡부의 공정 작업을 간소화시켜 작업 효율을 높일 수 있는 일체형 화장품 드로퍼를 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 일 측면에 따르면, 화장품 내용물이 저장되는 용기 바디; 상기 용기 바디에 결합되는 캡 바디 및 상기 캡 바디에 마련되는 펌핑 바디가 구비된 캡부; 및 상기 캡부의 일측부에 결합되어 상기 화장품 내용물을 흡입 또는 토출시키는 피펫부를 포함하고, 상기 펌핑 바디와 상기 캡 바디는 일체로 마련되는 일체형 화장품 드로퍼가 제공될 수 있다.
상기 펌핑 바디와 상기 캡 바디는 사출 성형으로 마련될 수 있다.
상기 피펫부는, 상기 용기 바디에 저장된 화장품 내용물을 흡입 또는 토출시키는 피펫 바디; 및 상기 피펫 바디의 일단부에 마련되어 상기 결합 바디에 결합되는 확장 바디를 포함하고, 상기 확장 바디는 상기 결합 바디에 끼워 맞춤 결합될 수 있다.
상기 피펫부는, 상기 확장 바디의 외벽에 상기 캡 바디의 방향으로 돌출 마련되는 연장 바디를 더 포함하고, 상기 연장 바디는 상기 캡 바디에 마련되는 상기 결합홈에 끼워 맞춤 결합될 수 있다.
상기 펌핑 바디와 상기 캡 바디는 이줄 사출 성형으로 마련될 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예들은, 펌핑 바디와 캡 바디는 일체로 마련되어 양자를 서로 조립하는데 소요되는 시간을 줄일 수 있어 작업 효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.

이들 도면에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 실시예에 따른 일체형 화장품 드로퍼(1)는, 캡부(100)와, 캡부(100)의 일측부에 결합되어 화장품 내용물을 흡입 또는 토출시키는 피펫부(200)와, 캡부(100)가 탈착 결합되며 화장품 내용물이 저장되는 용기 바디(300)를 구비한다.
캡부(100)는, 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 용기 바디(300)에 탈착 결합되며 그 내부에는 피펫부(200)가 결합될 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 캡부(100)는, 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 용기 바디(300)에 결합되는 캡 바디(110)와, 캡 바디(110)에 일체로 마련되는 펌핑 바디(120)와, 캡 바디(110)의 내부에 마련되어 피펫부(200)의 연장 바디(230)를 지지하는 결합 바디(130)를 포함한다.
캡부(100)의 캡 바디(110)와 펌핑 바디(120)는 일체로 마련될 수 있다. 예를 들어 캡 바디(110)와 펌핑 바디(120)는 사출 성형 예를 들어 이중 사출 성형으로 마련될 수 있다.
또한 본 실시 예에서 펌핑 바디(120)는 고무 재질을 포함하는 재질로 마련될 수 있고, 캡 바디(110)는 플라스틱이나 고무 재질 또는 알루미늄을 포함하는 금속 재질로 마련될 수 있다.

캡부(100)의 결합 바디(130)는, 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 캡 바디(110)의 내부 천장부에서 하부 방향으로 연장 마련되어 피펫부(200)의 연장 바디(230)의 결합 장소로 제공될 수 있다. 본 실시 예에서 결합 바디(130)는 'ㄴ'자 형상을 가질 수 있다.
피펫부(200)는, 펌핑 바디(120)의 가압력에 의해 용기 바디(300)에 저장된 액상의 화장품 내용물을 흡입하거나 토출시킬 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 피펫부(200)는, 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 용기 바디(300)에 저장된 화장품 내용물을 흡입 또는 토출시키는 피펫 홀(211)이 마련된 피펫 바디(210)와, 피펫 바디(210)의 상단부에 마련되어 결합 바디(130)에 결합되는 확장 바디(220)와, 확장 바디(220)의 외벽에 캡 바디(110)의 방향으로 돌출 마련되는 연장 바디(230)를 포함한다.
본 실시 예에서 확장 바디(220)는 결합 바디(130)에 끼워 맞춤 결합될 수 있다.
또한 본 실시 예에서 연장 바디(230)는 캡 바디(110)와 연장 바디(230)에 마련되는 결합홈(112)에 끼워 맞춤 결합될 수 있다.
용기 바디(300)는, 내부에 액상의 화장품 내용물이 저장되고, 그 상부에는 바디 나사산(310)이 마련되어 캡부(100)의 캡 나사산(111)과 탈착 가능하게 나사 결합될 수 있다.
이하에서 본 실시 예의 제조 공정을 간략히 설명한다.
펌핑 바디(120)가 일체로 결합된 캡부(100)와 피펫부(200)를 준비한 후 양자를 끼워 맞춤 방식으로 결합시킨다. 이때 경우에 따라서는 천연 접착제를 포함하는 접착제를 확장 바디(220)와 연장 바디(230)에 도포할 수 있다. 이후 피펫부(200)가 결합된 캡부(100)를 용기 바디(300)에 나사 결합시켜 작업을 마무리할 수 있다.
이상에서 살펴 본 바와 같이 본 실시예는 펌핑 바디와 캡 바디는 일체로 마련되어 양자를 서로 조립하는데 소요되는 시간을 줄일 수 있어 작업 효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.
이와 같이 본 발명은 기재된 실시 예에 한정되는 것이 아니고, 본 발명의 사상 및 범위를 벗어나지 않고 다양하게 수정 및 변형할 수 있음은 이 기술의 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 자명하다. 따라서 그러한 수정 예 또는 변형 예들은 본 발명의 특허청구범위에 속한다 하여야 할 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 화장품 내용물이 저장되는 용기 바디;
    상기 용기 바디에 결합되는 캡 바디 및 상기 캡 바디에 마련되는 펌핑 바디가 구비된 캡부; 및
    상기 캡부의 일측부에 결합되어 상기 화장품 내용물을 흡입 또는 토출시키는 피펫부를 포함하고,
    상기 펌핑 바디와 상기 캡 바디는 일체로 마련되는 일체형 화장품 드로퍼.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 펌핑 바디와 상기 캡 바디는 사출 성형으로 마련되는 일체형 화장품 드로퍼.
  3. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 피펫부는,
    상기 용기 바디에 저장된 화장품 내용물을 흡입 또는 토출시키는 피펫 바디; 및
    상기 피펫 바디의 일단부에 마련되어 상기 결합 바디에 결합되는 확장 바디를 포함하고,
    상기 확장 바디는 상기 결합 바디에 끼워 맞춤 결합되는 일체형 화장품 드로퍼.
  4. 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 피펫부는,
    상기 확장 바디의 외벽에 상기 캡 바디의 방향으로 돌출 마련되는 연장 바디를 더 포함하고,
    상기 연장 바디는 상기 캡 바디에 마련되는 상기 결합홈에 끼워 맞춤 결합되는 일체형 화장품 드로퍼.
  5. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 펌핑 바디와 상기 캡 바디는 이줄 사출 성형으로 마련되는 일체형 화장품 드로퍼.
