Description

超声波装置和衣物处理设备 技术领域
本发明属于超声波技术领域,具体提供一种超声波装置和衣物处理设备。
背景技术
超声波是一种频率高于20000赫兹的声波,其具有如下特点:1)能在各种不同媒质中传播,且可传播足够远的距离;2)与传声媒质的相互作用适中,易于携带有关传声媒质状态的信息诊断或对传声媒质产生效用;3)可在气体、液体、固体、固熔体等介质中有效传播;4)可传递很强的能量;5)会产生反射、干涉、叠加和共振现象。就超声波的用途而言,其可用于测距、测速、清洗、焊接、碎石、杀菌、消毒、切削、焊接等。
以衣物处理设备为例,衣物处理设备是能够对衣物等进行洗涤、烘干、杀菌和/或护理等的设备,如:洗衣机、干衣机和洗干一体机等。现有的具备洗涤功能的衣物处理设备中,大部分仅能够对衣物进行整体清洗,无法对衣领、衣袖等污渍较多且顽固的部位单独地进行有针对性地清洗,若需将衣领、衣袖等部位清洗干净仅能通过增加洗涤剂剂量、延长洗涤时间、延长洗涤前的浸泡时间等方式实现,然而采用以上方式必然使得衣物的磨损以及因洗涤剂造成的损坏更加严重。因此,一些衣物处理设备中增设了超声波装置,当洗涤衣物时,首先通过超声波装置对衣物上污渍较多的部位进行预洗,其次再进行正常的洗涤、漂洗等程序,然而现有的超声波装置虽然能够实现对衣物的局部进行预洗,但是用户对超声波装置本身的清洗不便,超声波装置长时间不清洗易滋生细菌,不但无法有助于对衣物进行预洗,而且会对衣物造成二次污染,影响用户的正常使用。
因此,本领域需要一种超声波装置和相应的衣物处理设备来解决上述问题。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的上述问题,即为了解决现有的超声波装置不便于清洗的问题,本发明提供了一种超声波装置,该超声波装置包括超声波组件、容水组件和弹性锁定组件,弹性锁定组件与容水组件连接,弹性锁定组件设置为在被按压状态下能够允许超声波组件与容水组件彼此分离以及在自然状态下能够将超声波组件与容水组件彼此锁定。
在上述超声波装置的优选技术方案中,弹性锁定组件包括锁定件和弹性件,锁定件包括连接部、按压部和锁钩部,连接部和锁钩部分别连接于按压部的两侧,连接部与容水组件铰接,弹性件设置在按压部与容水组件之间。
在上述超声波装置的优选技术方案中,弹性件为弹簧,容水组件上设置有限位轴,弹簧的一部分套设在限位轴上。
在上述超声波装置的优选技术方案中,弹性锁定组件包括自身具有弹性的锁定件,锁定件包括连接部、按压部和锁钩部,连接部和锁钩部分别连接于按压部的两侧,连接部与容水组件固定连接。
在上述超声波装置的优选技术方案中,容水组件包括容水构件和安装座,弹性锁定组件设置在容水构件和/或安装座上。

本领域技术人员能够理解的是,在本发明的优选技术方案 中,以衣物处理设备中具备超声波装置为例,超声波装置包括超声波组件、容水组件和弹性锁定组件,弹性锁定组件与容水组件连接,弹性锁定组件设置为在被按压状态下能够允许超声波组件与容水组件彼此分离以及在自然状态下能够将超声波组件与容水组件彼此锁定,通过这样的设置,一方面,超声波组件与容水组件能够彼此锁定,首先,便于大件衣物(如外套、长裤等)的局部进行预洗,以及便于对小件衣物(如领带、袖套等)进行超声波洗涤,其次,能够实现超声波装置工作时其超声波组件无法与容水组件脱离,从而避免了衣物放入超声波装置中进行预洗但没有被洗到的情况;另一方面,通过按压即可使超声波组件与容水组件彼此分离,从而使得用户可以对超声波组件和容水组件分别独立地进行清洗,便于用户进行清洗操作,且便于超声波装置的维修和零部件更换。
进一步地,弹性锁定组件包括锁定件和弹性件,锁定件包括连接部、按压部和锁钩部,连接部和锁钩部分别连接于按压部的两侧,连接部与容水组件铰接,弹性件设置在按压部与容水组件之间,通过这样的设置,使得当锁定件被按压后且按压力消失时,锁定件能够在弹性件的弹性力作用下自动恢复至锁定件未被按压时的位置,用户无需对锁定件进行操作将锁键恢复至原位,简化用户的操作,提升用户体验。

进一步地,弹性锁定组件包括自身具有弹性的锁定件,锁定件包括连接部、按压部和锁钩部,连接部和锁钩部分别连接于按压部的两侧,连接部与容水组件固定连接,通过这样的设置,使得当锁定件被按压后且按压力消失时,锁定件能够在其自身的弹性力作用下自动恢复至锁定件未被按压时的位置,用户无需对锁定件进行操作将锁键恢复至原位,简化用户的操作,提升用户体验。
进一步地,排水构件上形成有导水部和排水部,导水部沿靠近排水部的方向向下倾斜设置,通过这样的设置,在排水构件接纳容水构件的液体之后,导水部能够将液体导流至排水部,从而使得液体能够 顺利地从排水部流出,进而避免了排水构件中的液体积聚在排水构件中,避免使排水构件滋生细菌。
进一步地,超声波组件与超声波装置的外壳滑动连接,通过这样的设置,使得超声波组件与容水组件在彼此锁定时能够一同被平顺地拉出或推入,从而使得用户可以在外壳外进行超声波组件和容水组件的解锁和锁定操作,进而便捷用户的操作,进一步提升用户体验。
在另一方面,本发明还提供了一种衣物处理设备,超声波装置设置在衣物处理设备的箱体和/或盘座上,通过这样的设置,使得衣物处理设备能够针对衣物中污渍较多的部位进行预洗,从而避免通过增加洗涤剂剂量、延长洗涤时间、延长洗涤前的浸泡时间等方式实现对衣物上污渍较多的部位的清洁,进而减轻了在衣物洗涤过程中对衣物的伤害,提升用户体验。

基于背景技术指出的现有具有超声波洗涤功能的衣物处理设备其超声波装置不便于清洗的问题,本发明提供了一种具有超声波装置的衣物处理设备,旨在便于用户对超声波装置进行清洗,并且便于超声波装置的维修和零部件更换。
需要说明的是,本发明的衣物处理设备可以包括箱体和设置 在箱体上的盘座,超声波装置设置在箱体和/或盘座上,其中,超声波装置可以仅设置在箱体上,或者仅设置在盘座上,或者一部分设置在箱体上、另一部分设置在盘座上。本发明的衣物处理设备还可以不具有盘座,此时超声波装置设置在箱体上。进一步说明地,上述中超声波装置在衣物处理设备的部件上的具体设置位置仅是示例性的,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中根据衣物处理设备的具体结构灵活地设置超声波装置的具体位置,这种超声波装置的具体设置位置的调整和改变不构成对本发明的限制,均应限定在本发明的保护范围之内。此外,还需要说明的是,本发明的衣物处理设备可以为洗衣机,也可以为干衣机,又可以为洗干一体机,又可以为鞋洗机,又可以为衣物护理机等,这种衣物处理设备具体类型的调整和改变也不构成对本发明的限制,均应限定在本发明的保护范围之内。下面对超声波装置的具体结构作进一步说明。
具体地,如图1和3所示,本发明的超声波装置包括超声波组件1、容水组件和弹性锁定组件2,弹性锁定组件2与容水组件连接,弹性锁定组件2设置为在被按压状态下能够允许超声波组件1与容水组件彼此分离以及在自然状态下能够将超声波组件1与容水组件彼此锁定。需要说明的是,上述中的“自然状态”是指弹性锁定组件2在未被施加诸如按压力的任何外力时所处的状态。其中,超声波组件1能够产生超声波。超声波组件1可以采用超声波棒、探头、探针等,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置超声波组件1的具体结构形式,只要能够通过超声波组件1实现产生超声波即可。当然,超声波组件1中除了上述超声波棒、探头、探针等将超声波传送出来的部件之外,还可能包括用于设置超声波棒、探头、探针等的固定架和/或固定座等部分。此外,容水组件可以包括容水构件和安装座,此时弹性锁定组件2设置在容水构件和/或安装座上,当然,容水组件也可以只包括容水构件,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活设置容水组件的具体结构,这种对于容水组件具体结构的调整和改变不构成对本发明的限制,均应限定在本发明的保护范围之内。其中,容水构件能够容置液体(如:水、水与洗涤剂的混合液等)以及放置待预洗的衣物。容水构件可以采用容水盒、容水盘(图5中所示的正是这种结构形式)、容水箱和/或容水槽等,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置容水构件的具体结构形式,只要 通过容水构件能够容置液体以及衣物即可。当用户洗涤大件衣物(如外套、长裤等)时,可以将待预洗的大件衣物上污渍较多的部位放置于容水构件的液体中,超声波组件1与容水构件中的液体接触,超声波通过液体传递至衣物,对衣物进行预洗,当用户洗涤小件衣物(如领带、袖套等)时,可以将小件衣物全部或部分放入容水构件中,通过超声波的作用对衣物进行超声波洗涤。另外,该超声波装置不限于只对衣物进行清洗,除衣物外,本发明的超声波装置也可以对其他物品进行洗涤,比如眼镜、戒指等,只要该物品能够通过超声波进行洗涤即可。另外,弹性锁定组件2可以为具有弹性的锁定件的结构,还可以为锁定件与弹性件相组合的结构,又可以为其他形式的弹性锁定结构,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活设置弹性锁定组件2的具体结构,只要通过弹性锁定组件2能够实现在被按压状态下能够允许超声波组件1与容水组件彼此分离以及在自然状态下能够将超声波组件1与容水组件彼此锁定即可。
下面先以容水组件包括容水构件和安装座的情形为例,并结合弹性锁定组件2的两种优选的实施例来对本发明的技术方案进行进一步阐述。
针对容水组件包括容水构件和安装座并结合弹性锁定组件2的第一种优选实施例:
如图5至10所示,弹性锁定组件2包括锁定件21和弹性件,锁定件21包括连接部211、按压部212和锁钩部213,连接部211和锁钩部213分别连接于按压部212的两侧,连接部211与容水组件铰接,弹性件设置在按压部212与容水组件之间。其中,弹性件设置在按压部212与安装座5之间,弹性件可以采用弹簧、橡胶块等,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置弹性件的具体结构,只要通过弹性件能够实现当锁定件21被按压后且按压力消失时使得锁定件21自动恢复至未被按压时的位置即可。此外,连接部211可以直接与容水组件的容水构件4铰接,还可以直接与容水组件的安装座5铰接,又可以铰接于容水构件4与安装座5之间(例如图9和10所示的结构中,容水构件4和安装座5共同形成孔结构,连接部211上设置有连接轴2111,连接轴2111转动地设置在孔结构中)。另外,连接部211、按压部212和锁钩部213 可以采用一体设置(例如焊接、一体铸造等),也可以采用可拆卸式连接(例如螺接、卡接等),本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活设置连接部211、按压部212和锁钩部213相互之间的连接方式,这种对于连接部211、按压部212和锁钩部213相互之间连接方式的调整和改变不构成对本发明的限制,均应限定在本发明的保护范围之内。
优选地,如图7和11所示,弹性件为弹簧22,容水组件上设置有限位轴3,弹簧22的一部分套设在限位轴3上。通过上述的设置方式,使得弹簧22被压缩时具有一定被压缩的空间。具体地,安装座5上设置有限位轴3。其中,在上述中,限位轴3的形状可以是圆柱状,也可以是长方体状,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活设置限位轴3的具体形状,这种对于限位轴3具体形状的调整和改变不构成对本发明的限制,均应限定在本发明的保护范围。
优选地,如图7所示,在安装座5上设置有限位轴3的情形下,按压部212上形成有与限位轴3相对应的凹陷结构2121,弹簧22的一部分设置在凹陷结构2121中,另一部分套设于限位轴3上。通过这样的设置,使得弹簧22在被压缩或复位的过程中,能够保持弹簧22的轴线始终为一条直线,进一步避免弹簧22发生径向形变和径向窜动,保证对锁定件21的正常弹性作用,且还能够延长弹簧22的使用寿命。
在上述中,当锁定件21的按压部212被按压后,锁定件21整体相对于容水组件发生转动,从而使得弹簧22被压缩且锁钩部213与超声波组件1分离,此时用户可移动容水组件将超声波组件1与容水组件分离,当锁定件21的按压部212被按下之后且按压力消失时,弹簧22的弹性力能够使锁定件21自动恢复至未被按压时的位置。
针对容水组件包括容水构件和安装座并结合弹性锁定组件2的第二种优选实施例:
弹性锁定组件2包括自身具有弹性的锁定件21,锁定件21包括连接部211、按压部212和锁钩部213,连接部211和锁钩部213分别连接于按压部212的两侧,连接部211与容水组件固定连接。其中,连接部211可以直接与容水组件的容水构件4固定连接,还可以直接与容水组件的安装座5固定连接,又可以同时与容水构件4以及安装座5固定连接。此外,连接部211、按压部212和锁钩部213可以采用一体设 置(例如焊接、一体铸造等),也可以采用可拆卸式连接(例如螺接、卡接等),本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活设置连接部211、按压部212和锁钩部213相互之间的连接方式,这种对于连接部211、按压部212和锁钩部213相互之间连接方式的调整和改变不构成对本发明的限制,均应限定在本发明的保护范围之内。
在上述中,当锁定件21的按压部212被按压后,锁定件21由于弹性自身发生形变,从而使得锁定件21的锁钩部213与超声波组件1分离,此时用户可移动容水组件将超声波组件1与容水组件分离,当锁定件21的按压部212被按下之后且按压力消失时,锁定件21由于自身的弹性作用能够使锁定件21自动恢复至未被按压时的位置。
下面再以容水组件仅包括容水构件的情形为例,并结合弹性锁定组件2的两种优选的实施例来对本发明的技术方案进行进一步阐述。

弹性锁定组件2包括锁定件21和弹性件,锁定件21包括连接部211、按压部212和锁钩部213,连接部211和锁钩部213分别连接于按压部212的两侧,连接部211与容水组件铰接,弹性件设置在按压部212与容水组件之间。具体地,连接部211铰接于容水构件4上,此外,容水构件4上形成有用于容纳弹性件的腔体结构,弹性件设置在按压部212和腔体结构的内壁之间,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置或调整容水构件4的具体结构,只要通过容水构件4能够容纳弹性件并作为连接部211的连接载体,以使得本发明的超声波组件1与容水构件4能够实现彼此的锁定/解锁即可。弹性件可以采用弹簧、橡胶块等,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置弹性件的具体结构,只要通过弹性件能够实现当锁定件21被按压后且按压力消失时使得锁定件21自动恢复至未被按压时的位置即可。另外,连接部211、按压部212和锁钩部213可以采用一体设置(例如焊接、一体铸造等),也可以采用可拆卸式连接(例如螺接、卡接等),本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活设置连接部211、按压部212和锁钩部213相互之间的连接方式,这种对于连接部211、按压部212和锁钩部213相互之间连接方式的调整和改变不构成对本发明的限制,均应限定在本发明的保护范围之内。
优选地,弹性件为弹簧22,容水组件上设置有限位轴3,弹簧22的一部分套设在限位轴3上。通过上述的设置方式,使得弹簧22被压缩时具有一定被压缩的空间。具体地,容水构件4上设置有限位轴3。其中,在上述中,限位轴3的形状可以是圆柱状,也可以是长方体状,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活设置限位轴3的具体形状,这种对于限位轴3具体形状的调整和改变不构成对本发明的限制,均应限定在本发明的保护范围。
优选地,如图7所示,在容水构件4上设置有限位轴3的情形下,按压部212上形成有与限位轴3相对应的凹陷结构2121,弹簧22的一部分设置在凹陷结构2121中,另一部分套设于限位轴3上。通过这样的设置,使得弹簧22在被压缩或复位的过程中,能够保持弹簧22的轴线始终为一条直线,进一步避免弹簧22发生径向形变和径向窜动,保证对锁定件21的正常弹性作用,且还能够延长弹簧22的使用寿命。
针对容水组件仅包括容水构件并结合弹性锁定组件2的第二种优选实施例:
弹性锁定组件2包括自身具有弹性的锁定件21,锁定件21包括连接部211、按压部212和锁钩部213,连接部211和锁钩部213分别连接于按压部212的两侧,连接部211与容水组件固定连接。具体地,连接部211与容水构件4固定连接。此外,连接部211、按压部212和锁钩部213可以采用一体设置(例如焊接、一体铸造等),也可以采用可拆卸式连接(例如螺接、卡接等),本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活设置连接部211、按压部212和锁钩部213相互之间的连接方式,这种对于连接部211、按压部212和锁钩部213相互之间连接方式的调整和改变不构成对本发明的限制,均应限定在本发明的保护范围之内。
优选地,如图1和12所示,超声波装置还包括排水构件6,排水构件6能够接纳容水构件4流出的液体。排水构件6可以采用排水盒、排水盘、排水箱和/或排水槽等,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置排水构件6的具体结构形式,只要通过排水构件6能够接纳容水构件4流出的液体即可。如图4所示,容水构件4上设置有排水口41,在一种可能的情形中,排水口41设置在容水构件4的底壁,排水构件6设置在容水构件4的下方,当排水口41打开时容水构件4中的液体经排水口41流入排水构件6中;在另一种可能的情形中,排水口41设置在容水构件4的左右侧壁,排水构件6设置在容水构件4的下方,且 排水构件6设置在能够接到从排水口41流出的液体的位置;在又一种可能的情形中,排水口41设置在容水构件4的后侧壁,排水构件6设置在容水构件4的下方,且排水构件6设置在能够接到从排水口41流出的液体的位置。当然,在上述三种可能的情形以及在容水构件4具有顶壁且排水口41设置在顶壁的情形中,排水构件6也可以设置在容水构件4的上方,容水构件4的排水口41通过管道与排水构件6连通,并且该管道上设置有水泵,启动水泵即可将容水构件4中的液体泵送至排水构件6中。本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置容水构件4上排水口41的设置位置以及容水构件4与排水构件6的相对位置,只要能够通过排水口41将容水构件4中的液体排出至排水构件6中即可。当然,容水构件4上也可以不设置排水口41,比如,可以通过水泵将容水构件4中的液体抽出。
优选地,容水构件4滑动地设置在排水构件6上。进一步优选地,如图4和12所示,容水构件4上设置有第一滑动部100,排水构件6上设置有第二滑动部200,第一滑动部100与第二滑动部200滑动配合。其中,第一滑动部100与第二滑动部200可以是滑块与滑槽、滑道与滑轮等,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置第一滑动部100与第二滑动部200的具体结构形式,只要能够通过第一滑动部100与第二滑动部200实现容水构件4滑动地设置在排水构件6上即可。
优选地,如图12所示,排水构件6上设置有与第二滑动部200连接的加强部61。其中,加强部61可以为加强筋、加强支架等,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置加强部61的具体结构形式,只要能够通过加强部61实现使第二滑动部200不易损坏或变形即可。在一种更为优选的情形中,加强筋为多个,多个加强筋沿第二滑动部200的长度方向依次排列设置,使得第二滑动部200整体强度都能够得到加强。
优选地,继续参照图12,排水构件6上形成有导水部62和排水部63,导水部62沿靠近排水部63的方向向下倾斜设置。其中,导水部62可以是平面结构(图12中所示的正是这种情形),也可以是曲面结构,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置导水部62的具体结构形式,只要能够通过导水部62实现将排水构件4中的液体导流至排 水部63即可。排水部63可以设置为孔、管道等,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置排水部63的具体结构形式,只要能够通过排水部63实现将液体排出即可。
优选地,排水构件6的排水部63可以设置为与衣物处理设备的排水管连通。通过这样的设置,使得排水构件6中的液体可以直接经衣物处理设备的排水管排出,无需再设置一根独立于前述排水管的另一根排水管,从而更加节省空间同时也使得衣物处理设备的结构更紧凑。
优选地,如图1所示,超声波装置还包括外壳7,超声波组件与外壳7滑动连接,使得超声波组件1和容水组件在被弹性锁定组件2锁定的情形下能够一起被拉出外壳7外以及被推入外壳7内。当然,在实际应用中,超声波装置还可以不具有外壳7,例如衣物处理设备的箱体或者盘座上形成有容纳腔,超声波组件1与容纳腔滑动连接。在一种可能的情形中,盘座的内后侧形成有容纳腔,超声波组件1与容纳腔滑动连接。
优选地,如图1和2所示,外壳7上设置有第一滑动机构,超声波组件1上设置有第二滑动机构,第一滑动机构与第二滑动机构滑动配合,使得超声波组件1能够被拉出外壳7外以及被推入外壳7内。其中,在一种可能的情形中,第一滑动机构包括一个滑动部,第二滑动机构也包括一个滑动部,第一滑动机构的滑动部与第二滑动机构的滑动部可以分别是滑块与滑槽,也可以分别是滑道与滑轮,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置第一滑动机构的滑动部与第二滑动机构的滑动部的具体结构,只要能够通过第一滑动机构与第二滑动机构实现超声波组件1能够被拉出外壳7外以及被推入外壳7内即可。当然,第一滑动机构可以包括多个滑动部,此种情形中,本领域技术人员需要根据第一滑动机构所包括的滑动部的数量和具体结构,设置第二滑动机构所包括的滑动部的数量和具体结构。如图1和2所示,第一滑动机构包括两个滑动部(下述称为第三滑动部、第四滑动部),第二滑动机构也包括两个滑动部(下述称为第五滑动部、第六滑动部),第三滑动部300与第五滑动部500滑动配合,第四滑动部400与第六滑动部600滑动配合。进一步优选地,第三滑动部300和/或第五滑动部500上设置有能够阻止第三滑动部300与第五滑动部500分离的防脱件3001。比如,如图 2所示,第三滑动部300为滑轨,第五滑动部500为滑块,防脱件3001固定于滑轨的两端,滑块设置于滑轨与防脱件3001之间,滑块与防脱件3001滑动连接。通过设置防脱件,能够阻止第三滑动部300与第五滑动部500在滑动过程中分离,使得在将超声波组件1拉出外壳7外以及推入外壳7内的过程中,超声波组件1能够被顺利地拉出或推入,提升用户体验。当然,第四滑动部400和/或第六滑动部600上也可以设置有能够阻止第四滑动部400与第六滑动部600分离的防脱件。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种超声波装置,其特征在于,所述超声波装置包括超声波组件、容水组件和弹性锁定组件,所述弹性锁定组件与所述容水组件连接,所述弹性锁定组件设置为在被按压状态下能够允许所述超声波组件与所述容水组件彼此分离以及在自然状态下能够将所述超声波组件与所述容水组件彼此锁定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的超声波装置,其特征在于,所述弹性锁定组件包括锁定件和弹性件,所述锁定件包括连接部、按压部和锁钩部,所述连接部和所述锁钩部分别连接于所述按压部的两侧,所述连接部与所述容水组件铰接,所述弹性件设置在所述按压部与所述容水组件之间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的超声波装置,其特征在于,所述弹性件为弹簧,所述容水组件上设置有限位轴,所述弹簧的一部分套设在所述限位轴上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的超声波装置,其特征在于,所述弹性锁定组件包括自身具有弹性的锁定件,所述锁定件包括连接部、按压部和锁钩部,所述连接部和所述锁钩部分别连接于所述按压部的两侧,所述连接部与所述容水组件固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的超声波装置,其特征在于,所述容水组件包括容水构件和安装座,所述弹性锁定组件设置在所述容水构件和/或所述安装座上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的超声波装置,其特征在于,所述超声波装置还包括排水构件,所述排水构件能够接纳所述容水构件流出的液体。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的超声波装置,其特征在于,所述容水构件滑动地设置在所述排水构件上。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的超声波装置,其特征在于,所述排水构件上形成有导水部和排水部,所述导水部沿靠近所述排水部的方向向下倾斜设置。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的超声波装置,其特征在于,所述超声波装置还包括外壳,所述超声波组件与所述外壳滑动连接,使得所述超声波组件和所述容水组件在被所述弹性锁定组件锁定的情形下能够一起被拉出所述外壳外以及被推入所述外壳内。
  10. 一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述衣物处理设备包括箱体和设置在所述箱体上的盘座,
    所述衣物处理设备还包括权利要求1至9中任一项所述的超声波装置,
    所述超声波装置设置在所述箱体和/或所述盘座上。
